Abstract

The part of the troposphere known as the Planetary Boundary Layer (PBL), which is directly influenced by the Earth's surface, has an important role in climate, weather and air quality. Many studies have succeeded in identifying the height of PBL using observational data such as radiosonde data. Based on existing data, in South Sumatra an area of ??736,587 hectares burned in 2015. When compared to other districts, OKI is one of the areas that experienced the most fires, namely 377,365 hectares of land in OKI were burned. A total of 361,857 Ha of land burned in 2019. The area with the most fires with an area of ??204,974 Ha is still OKI Regency. In this study using a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. To determine the height of the PBL in this study using the air temperature vertical gradient method. From the results of radiosonde data the maximum height of the radiosonde balloon on September 13, 2022 (00:12 UTC) is 26,257 masl and (12:00 UTC) is 26,151 masl, on September 14, 2022 (00:01 UTC) is 25,355 masl and (12 :00 UTC) is 26,182 masl, on September 15 2022 (00:00 UTC) is 27,723 masl and (06:00 UTC) is 27,250 masl. Based on the temperature gradient graph, it can be seen that the lowest PBL height is at 1,807 masl and The highest PBL is at an altitude of 2,884 masl

Abstract

Abstract

This study was conductedito examine the ability of fraudiPentagon theory to detect fraudulent financial statement. The object of this research are companies that listed in Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX) from 2017-2020. The purposive sampling method is used to select the research sample. The study uses SPSS program to analyze data. The measurement of fraudulent financial statement is discretionary accrual. This study used arrogance, competence, pressure, opportunity and rationalization as independent variable. The result of this study show that pressure is effective detecting fraudulent financial statement. These findings will be very helpful to auditors and forensic accountant to pay more caution in aspect of pressure to detect fraudulent financial statement.

Abstract

This research produces an information system that can be used in the process of proposing the manufacture of employee cards, wife cards or employee husband cards at the office of the Palembang City Human Resources Development and Personnel Agency. The system is built using PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) and MySQL programming languages and based on waterfall method for its development process. With this information system, the process of making employee cards, wife cards and employee husband cards can be done more optimally and quickly including the presentation of reports to the head of the office and for employees can be a matter of pride

Abstract

Paradigm changes are also occurring in the field of marketing which is shifting from a selling and marketing concept to a holistic marketing concept which is caused by rapid changes in the market and its supporting technology with the Internet as the main pillar. Based on data from https://databoks.katadata.co.id/ The Data Reportal report noted that there were 4.95 billion internet users in January 2022. This number increased 4% from 4.76 billion people in January 2021. As of January 2022, internet users in Indonesia it reached 204.7 million. This number covers 73.7% of Indonesia's total population. One of the sophisticated Internet facilities that is widely used by business people as a means to promote their products is through websites. Facilities that can change the existence of a business into unlimited information that can be accessed by people in various corners of the world without having to spend large amounts of capital are a promising offer from the existence of the Internet today. The results of this research explain the path coefficient (β) and t-test, all hypotheses that influence User Satisfaction are declared accepted. Then, referring to the results of the choices in the questionnaire, the Usability Quality (USA) variable has a fairly high influence on User Satisfaction compared to other variables. This is related to the quality of the website, which is attractive in terms of user interface and ease of operation. Of course, this creates a positive experience for users when accessing the Mitra10 website. It is hoped that Mitra10 can improve the quality of the website in terms of usability and service interaction quality because these variables have a significant positive influence on user satisfaction of the Tokopedia website. One way to increase usability is to improve the appearance of the website so that the menus on the website are easier to find. Mitra10 is expected to focus more on the service interaction side because it has an influence on high user satisfaction. If service interaction is improved, user satisfaction will also increase significantly.

Abstract

E-Dempo Samsat South Sumatra is an online vehicle tax payment application from the South Sumatra Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda). Through the E-Dempo Samsat application, users can make tax payments without having to make payments to the local Samsat, as well as in the application, users can check vehicle data and the total tax value, and can make complaints related to vehicle tax. Abstract

Every company will use personality tests as a way to measure and evaluate potential employees. It is understood that there are several personality types that exist in each employee having a good type, trait, trait that will have an impact on the progress and excellence of an organization, and they ensure they make good choices. Therefore the purpose of this study is to find out the personality types that exist in the employees of Bina Darma University Palembang. This study uses 57 Eysenck Personality Inventory measuring instruments. This study uses quantitative methods. The sample used in this study were 320 employees of the University of Palembang Bina Darma. From the results of this study it was found that 70 employees had stable extroverted personality types in work, 64 employees had an introvert stable personality type, 56 employees had unstable introverted personality types, 40 employees had unstable extroverted personality types at work.

Abstract

One of the Three Pillars of Bina Darma University is community service through Thematic Community Service Programs (KKNT). KKNT aims to help students gain knowledge, skills, and social awareness through new learning experiences. The community expects the presence of students to enhance motivation and innovation in the development field. Students, as active communication bridges, play a crucial role in developing and applying technology and science. The university, as an agent of change, supports this role. KKNT must be implemented using four principles: feasible, acceptable, sustainable, and participatory. The KKNT implementation process generally consists of three stages: evaluation, reporting, and follow-up. Two types of reports are prepared during the reporting stage: group reports by student groups and individual reports by each student. To conduct observations, question-and-answer methods, documentation, and direct field observations are used. Observations indicate that KKNT work programs include both physical and non-physical programs
