Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of brand image as a mediator variable in the influence of celebrity endorser and viral marketing on decision motivation to purchase Oreo X Blackpink. This research was designed using explanatory research. Respondents were Blackpink fans who use social media Twitter in Indonesia. The sample used was 112 respondents with purposive sampling as the sampling method. Path analysis is a data analysis method that was used in this research. The results showed that: (1) Celebrity endorser has a significant and positive effect on brand image; (2) Viral marketing has a significant and positive effect on brand image; (3) Celebrity endorser has a significant and positive effect on purchase decision motivation; (4) Viral marketing has a significant and positive effect on purchase decision motivation; (5) Brand image has a significant and positive effect on purchase decision motivation; (6) Celebrity endorser has a significant and positive effect on purchase decision motivation through brand image; (7) Viral marketing has a significant and positive effect on purchase decision motivation through brand image.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berbasis desa binaan di Desa Sukosari Kidul Kecamatan Sumberwringin Kabupaten Bondowoso pada tahun ketiga ini merupakan lanjutan dari kegiatan sebelumnya yang telah dilaksanakan pada tahun 2022. Pengembangan smart village di desa Sukosari Kidul pada saat ini sudah mulai berkembang, namun setelah melakukan observasi lebih ke dalam dan evaluasi didapati bahwa terdapat kesenjangan antara pembangunan sarana fisik dengan pembangunan human capitalnya hal ini ditunjukan dengan antusiasme warga dan aparat desa menuju ekonomi mandiri dengan terus memperkuat melalui desa wisata, tetapi untuk menuju smart village tidak hanya bisa dilihat dari satu sektor, yang terpenting persiapan dari human capital yang akan menjadi garda terdepan dalam melayani masyarakat di era digitalisasi, menuju smart government berbasis ICT. Berdasarkan mapping permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra dari hasil wawancara dan observasi, masih diperlukan program pengabdian desa binaan dengan sosialisasi dan pendampingan smart government secara bertahap

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the level of damage and identify factors causing damage AMDK 220ml that occurred on March 13 to 11 April 2017 at PT. Tujuh Impian Bersama. The company is engaged in bottled drinking water industry (AMDK) with Al Qodiri brand. This research uses descriptive statistical research model. The analysis used is Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Kaizen. The results of the analysis show that the quality control of the product is beyond the control limits set. The most damage type is dent pack as much as 239pcs. From the causal diagram can be known factors causing damage from the most dominant include machinery, raw materials, humans, and methods. Based on the kaizen implementation tools, the recommendations for improvement are routine maintenance and re-adjustment of production machines, more rigorous selection of suppliers with more stringent standards, and improved human resource performance through supervision and briefing.
