Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Health Care ServiceQuality (HCSQ) elements, that consist of physical environmental quality andinteraction quality, on patient satisfaction in Bina Sehat Hospital, Jember. Thepopulation was the patient of Bina Sehat Hospital. Using purposive samplingtechnique, the sample consisted of 100 respondents. Data were analysed usingmultiple linear regression. The results showed that partially and simultaneously,physical environmental quality and interaction quality had a positive significanteffect on patient satisfaction.Keywords: HSQC, interaction quality, patient satisfaction, physical environmentalqualityAbstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh elemenelemen HCSQ, yang terdiri dari physical environmental quality dan interactionquality, terhadap kepuasan pasien Rumah Sakit (RS) Bina Sehat Jember. Populasidalam penelitian ini yaitu pasien rawat inap di RS Bina Sehat. Teknik pengambilansampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 100responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan variabel physicalenvironmental quality dan interaction quality berpengaruh positif signifikanterhadap kepuasan pasien.Kata Kunci: HSQC, interaction quality, kepuasan pasien, physical environmentalquality

Abstract

This article aims to prove the role of internal auditors in providing added value in improving the quality of governance in the banking sector. The role of information technology in the banking industry sector is very dominant in service operations. This condition requires banks to apply their prudential principles by guaranteeing the implementation of risk management and electronic channel internet banking through audit management control systems. This study used an explanatory research approach with census data collection methods. The object of this study was the internal auditors of a branch office of one of the national private banks in Jember. The data of this study were the results of the response of 41 internal auditors of various branches and sub-branches in Jember Regency and supported by a literature review of the annual report of banks’ internal audit performance with a path analysis data processing tool. The results of the study showed that the application of risk management and electronic channel internet banking had an effect on the audit management system and the quality of financial technology governance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyzes how IBSQ variables influence customer satisfaction and trust in state-owned banks in Jember Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 150 with a purposive sampling approach with data collection through questionnaires. The analysis in this study used a structural equation model (SEM-PLS). Research conducted proves that the IBSQ variables, namely personal needs, site organization, user-friendliness, efficiency, responsiveness, reliability, customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction, affect trust. The six IBSQ variables have their variations and effects on customer satisfaction. In this study, the most significant coefficient that affects satisfaction is reliability. Reliability as the variable with the largest coefficient can be interpreted as system reliability and security, which are the top priority and guarantees in IBSQ. This study's findings indicate that it is essential for banks to improve service quality sustainably to generate competitive and consistent advantages over time. This study's overall results suggest that IBSQ as part of the banking business plays an essential role in forming customer satisfaction. Satisfaction is critical and requires consistent effort and strategy in achieving it.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran sensitivitas harga sebagai moderasi dari kualitas produk, periklanan dan perceived risk terhadap minat pembelian. Sampel diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan mengambil 120 responden. Analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS menggunakan smartpls 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat pembelian, periklanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat pembelian dan perceived risk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat pembelian, namun sensitivitas harga hanya dapat memoderasi periklanan terhadap minat pembelian. Sedangkan pada kualitas produk dan perceived risk, sensitivitas harga tidak memoderasi. Kata Kunci: kualitas produk, periklanan, perceived risk, sensitivitas harga,minat pembelian

Abstract

The aims of the study is to examine the notion that work stress and motivation have a significant impact on employee job satisfaction. In this study, 148 front office employees from some service companies of creative industries participate to the study. Data collection is done by direct observation and interviews. Analyses were performed using factor analysis, reliability, descriptive, classical-assumption test prior to the multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the job stress and motivation has a significant impact on employee job satisfaction. Another interesting finding of the study is the emergence of stress that is caused by many factors, including the burden of the task given by the management that can not be resolved in time, the workload is too heavy given by the company for employees and must be resolved as soon as possible.

Abstract

Visiting a tourist destination is influenced by advertising through the internet, for example, facebook, Instagram, traveler blogger, kaskus, and so on. All tourism promotion processes are carried out online, so that tourists can search everything about tourist destinations that will be addressed wherever and whenever comfortably. This can foster interest in revisiting tourists for tourist destinations in Banyuwangi Regency. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of online advertising in all tourist destinations in Banyuwangi Regency, both nature-based tourism and Banyuwangi art-based tourism. Methods of data collection in this study using survey of all tourists who provide testimonials or expressions of tourism in Banyuwangi through online media. It is tourists who intend to visit tourist destinations in Banyuwangi Regency. Primary data is obtained from the results of questionnaires distributed to respondents distributed online through google.doc. The data analysis technique uses the EPIC method model which consists of four dimensions namely empathy, persuasion, impact and communication. Processing data to get the results of advertising effectiveness is used simple tabulation analysis, mean score, and EPIC rate. Based on the results of EPIC rate analysis, the EPIC rate value is 3.66 which if included in the EPIC rating scale Model is included in the effective category. Thus the advertisement of tourist destinations in Banyuwangi Regency is done using online media effectively against the interest of revisiting domestic tourists.

Abstract

The declining national economic conditions as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic were felt directly by the community, especially MSMEs engaged in the food and beverage sector. However, the stagnation and slowdown of the economy due to the pandemic cannot be left alone. The massive vaccination movement and the culture of health procedures in the community gave rise to a new spirit to re-open a business. Donate Gendhis Manis is one of the culinary businesses that developed during the Covid-19 pandemic. Challenges faced are limited insight and experience in business management in terms of production, marketing, human resources, finance, and risk management. The community service team tries to help develop the business by brainstorming, FGD, simulation, and providing production tools. As a result, Donate Gendhis Manis' culinary industry can empower itself by being more sensitive to market trends, environmental changes, and consumer tastes and improving its appearance by redesigning its packaging

Abstract

COVID-19 merupakan virus yang telah menyebar dan menjadi pandemi. Salah satu upaya untuk mencegah COVID-19 adalah dengan gerakan masyarakat sehat dengan mencuci tangan, menjaga jarak dan memakai masker. Namun, kebiasaan tersebut belum menjadi budaya yang mengakar di masyarakat sehingga dibutuhkan suatu langkah praktis namun sistematis untuk ikut serta berperan membangun masyarakat. Desa Sumberberas Kecamatan Muncar Banyuwangi merupakan salah satu Desa dengan aktivitas ekonomi yang padat namun masyarakat sekitar masih acuh dengan protocol kesehatan dengan berbagai alasan. Mengatasi masalah ini, disusun program kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yaitu pembuatan paper soap dari bunga pacar air sebagai salah satu solusi membiasakan kebiasan baru di masyarakat, selain itu juga mengevaluasi kebiasaan mencuci tangan dengan hand washing chart bagi anak-anak serta pemberian smart kit pada akhir tahapan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menggunakan metode penyuluhan, serta pelatihan secara door to door dengan melibatkan ibu rumah tangga sebagai sasaran. Implikasi kegiatan ini yaitu masyarakat sadar untuk selalu menerapkan protocol kesehatan dan paper soap juga dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif menambah pendapatan secara kreatif di era pandemi COVID 19.

Abstract

This research is conducted to analyze the map positioning product attributes of Lestari restaurant and the competitors in Jember Regency. The basis used to determine the position of the restaurants is consumers’ perceptions regarding to the similarity of determinant attributes consisting of price, convenience, human resources services, taste quality, menu variants, location of each restaurant. The analysis technique is Multidimensional Scaling (MDS). This research was conducted by taking respondents as many as 60 respondents with purposive sampling method. The results of the restaurant positioning map (Lestari, Terapung, Legian, Wong Solo, Bu Lanny) are based on consumer perceptions and the similarity of respondents' attitudes in giving the assessment. Based on the analysis, there are differences in the position of each restaurant based on consumer perceptions and it shows that Lestari restaurant is direct competitor from Terapung restaurants, Wong Solo and Bu Lanny which do not have a strong or clear positioning, because they do not have many similarities and differences with other restaurants in the minds of consumers. Lestari and Legian restaurants are direct competitors because they have clear and unique differentiation. Therefore, Lestari restaurant in Jember Regency has a strong competitiveness in the market that comes from product attributes, namely the quality of taste and menu variants. The results of the consistency and similarity tests of respondents' attitudes also showed that the respondents did not have the same attitude in assessing the similarity of restaurants in Jember Regency.

Abstract

Tourist can voluntarily do sacrifice in order to get experience when during travel. The important in knowing the tour visitor behaviour can easily push the forming of tourist interest to revisit by minimizing marketing cost. This research aims to test the trust moderation role towards tourist revisit interest in Bangsring Underwater Tour Banyuwangi. Analysis technique used in this research is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with data collection technique through questioner distribution and in-depth interview.This research done by taking respondent of 120 by purposive sampling method. This research result shows that there is no trust variable moderation effect that strengthen the connection between visitor experience with revisit interest. With multiple regression analysis testing proven that trust is predictor factor and together tourist experience and trust have significance impact toward tourist revisit interest Bangsring Underwater Tour increasing.
