Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Brand Image and Price on consumers purchasing decisions in PT. Hasjrat Abadi Tendean Manado. The population that used is all of the consumers’ of PT. Hasjrat Abadi Tendean Manado where the population size is unknown. The sample which is taken in this research is 96 respondents who had used Toyota Avanza and used the simple random sampling technique. The sample based on respondent level techniques and the data collection method with using questionnaire. The statistical analysis that used in this research in linear regression analysis with using SPSS 25 for windows. The result of this research demonstrate that the Brand Image and Price have a positive influence and have significant influence on purchasing decisions. The amounts of Brand Image and Price influence on purchasing decisions are 59,5% and 40,5% which are influenced by other variables. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis that the brand image and price variables have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study focuses on the influence of advertising rates on customer decisions with the location of research on Radio Montini as one of the audio media by concentrating on promoting advertising rates or prices. The aim is to find out the extent to which Radio Montini Manado broadcast advertising rates affect customer decisions. The method used is a quantitative method with a simple linear regression analysis approach. The results of this study indicate that Radio Montini advertising rates have a positive and significant effect on Radio Manado's Montini FM customer decisions because it is supported by research results in accordance with the results of the validity and reliability test, the significance test, and the SPSS test results. The effect of advertising rates or prices on customer decisions on Radio Montini is not necessarily the only factor that influences customer decisions, but there are also other factors that could not be examined. Based on the results of this study, it is known that advertising rates or prices have a very strong influence on customer decisions at Radio Montini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of public services at the Manado City Population and Civil Registry Office. The research used a qualitative approach. The research will be carried out for approximately 3 months. The focus of research on public services based on the dimensions of service quality which consists of three indicators, namely responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability. Informants in the study amounted to 10 people. Data was gathered through observations, conducting interviews, and reviewing documents. Data analysis, as described by Miles and Huberman, involves a few key steps: reducing the data, presenting it, and then drawing conclusions or verifying findings. Research on service quality using responsiveness indicators reveals that the main issue raised by the public is long lines and wait times. People also complain about the lack of information on document requirements, processes, and service times. Other issues include a lack of transparency, slow service, and minimal communication from service officers. The responsibility indicator shows that the Manado City Dukcapil Office has problems in administrative procedures where there are many stages that must be passed and are often not clearly explained to the public. Human resources at the serving offices are insufficient to handle the high number of people, resulting in a slow process. Many individuals do not have the necessary documents because they are unaware of the requirements. The accountability indicator shows that Disdukcapil Manado City is committed to providing guaranteed public services that can be accessed easily, on time, accurately, safely and fairly.
