Abstract

Using technology people introduce themselves into a brand, a  community  could  accept  them  without  any  complicated  process. Librarians as supporting the development of libraries in an institution that requires a personal branding good on him, it is to change the public image of a librarian. Using theoretical approach this study dealts with a response to Personal branding of Librarian. This study argues that the presence of the Personal branding will defnitely have a big impact on the Library. A library that has a good image in the world will certainly be able to develop the programs to increase the support of its librarian Personal  branding. So  that  the  realization  of Personal  branding,  this institution will supports a good image.

Abstract

Sintesis edible film dari pati telah dipelajari sebagai strategi penyusunan kemasan plastik dan makanan yang bersifat biodegradable. Edible film berbasis pati umumnya memiliki kekurangan sebagai kemasan makanan kurang tahan terhadap bakteri patogen yang dapat merusak makanan. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pengembangan inovasi untuk menghasilkan edible film yang mampu meningkatkan ketahanan terhadap bakteri perusak makanan. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan sintesis edible film berbasis tepung talas dengan penambahan antimikroba berupa minyak atsiri lengkuas. Penambahan minyak atsiri lengkuas dilakukan dengan variasi konsentrasi (0%, 0,25%, 0,5%, 0,75%, 1%, 1,25% dan 1,5% v/v total). Selanjutnya edible film dikarakterisasi pengaruh konsentrasi minyak atsiri lengkuas pada sifat mekanik film, ketebalan, ketahanan dan kelarutan dalam air, serta kemampuan antimikroba dalam menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri E. coli. Edible film dengan penambahan 1,25% minyak atsiri lengkuas sebagai antimikroba menunjukkan karakteristik terbaik yaitu memiliki nilai Tensile Strenght sebesar 1,198 Mpa, % elongasi sebesar 55,13%, elastisitas 0,433 N/mm2, ketebalan 0,3 mm, diameter zona hambat sebesar 1,4 mm. Sedangkan edible film dengan ketahanan dan kelarutan terhadap air yang terbaik ditunjukan oleh film dengan konsentrasi minyak atsiri lengkuas 1,5% yang menghasilkan ketahanan air (88,8%) dan kelarutan dalam air (44,4%).

Abstract

The ingredients used to make shrimp feed include soybean meal, shrimp head meal, squid flour, wheat flour, fish head meal, and other components. The demand for companies to produce shrimp feed varies and is unpredictable, leading to a shortage of raw materials and the inability to fulfill orders. To solve this problem, the company places special raw material orders or surprise orders. However, sudden orders result in higher inventory costs than normal company orders. This study aims to determine the optimal raw material order, to minimize inventory costs through a probabilistic model of raw material inventory control with the Q method (continuous review method). Based on the results of the Q method, optimal order quantity (q), reorder points (r), and safety stock (Ss) were obtained. The total inventory cost generated in the Q method was lower than the total inventory cost used by the company, with a total savings of 6.11% per year.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of skills and capacities in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and identify the factors that influence the long-term success of MSMEs in Balige District, Toba Regency. MSMEs have an important role in the local and national economy, therefore upgrading their skills and capacities is the key to achieving sustainable growth. The research methods used are surveys, interviews, and secondary data analysis. The research sample consisted of various types of MSMEs in Balige District, Toba Regency. The research results show that developing the skills and capacity of MSMEs has a positive impact on their business performance. Managerial, financial, marketing and technical skills are key factors that influence the ability of MSMEs to compete in the market. In addition, external factors such as access to finance, government support, and infrastructure also play an important role in the long-term success of MSMEs. Regional government support in the form of training, market access and infrastructure are important factors in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs. This research provides a better understanding of the importance of skills and capacity development in enhancing the long-term success of MSMEs. The implications of this research are the government and related stakeholders in efforts to increase the skills and capacity of MSMEs and provide adequate support to create a conducive environment for the growth of MSMEs in Balige District, Toba Regency. This will contribute to the development of the local economy and the welfare of local communities. Keywords: MSMEs; Skills Development; MSME capacity

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Cooperative Learning method implementation in teaching Natural Sciences (IPA) at Buntu II Elementary School. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design, involving fourth-grade students with a total of 60 students as research subjects. Data were collected through pretest and posttest to measure students' understanding before and after the learning intervention, as well as through observations to record student participation and interactions during the learning process. The results show that the understanding of IPA concepts among students who received instruction using Cooperative Learning method is significantly better than students who received conventional instruction. The learning process with Cooperative Learning method also resulted in higher levels of participation and more positive social interactions among students. However, several challenges such as different social skills among students, effective classroom management, and adaptation to diverse learning styles need to be addressed. Recommendations are made to continue and expand the use of Cooperative Learning method in teaching IPA at elementary schools, with measures such as providing training for teachers in effective classroom management and supporting collaboration among students. This research is expected to contribute positively to the development of inclusive and student-centered teaching methods, as well as to improve the quality of education at Buntu II Elementary School and possibly at other schools as well.

Abstract

Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah prevalensi gangguan mental pada depresi postpartum (pasca persalinan) sebesar 13% dan lebih tinggi 20% di negara berkembang. Angka kejadian depresi postpartum di negara Asia sebesar 26-85% sedangkan di Indonesia 50-70%. Wanita pada periode postpartum cenderung mengalami depresi karena keterbatasan kondisi fisik dan proses adaptasi menjadi seorang ibu sehingga memiliki keinginan bunuh diri dan infanticide. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kejadian depresi pada Ibu Postpartum di Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak (RSIA) Kartini Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebesar 75 orang ibu postpartum. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara Total Sampling. Analisa data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis univariat dan Bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh usia yakni 0,004 < 0,05, status ekonomi yakni 0,000 <0,05, dan Paritas yakni 0,040 < 0,05 dengan kejadian depresi pada ibu postpartum. Berbagai upaya dapat dilakukan untuk mencegah dan menangani kejadian depresi pada ibu postpartum diantaranya adalah dengan melakukan deteksi dini menggunakan EPDS, melaksanakan edukasi pada ibu postpartum, dan melakukan terapi pengobatan bagi ibu yang mengalami depresi.

Abstract

This research discusses the formation of students' character and abilities through the integration of education and management. The main focus of this research is to explore how effective education management can integrate relevant curricula with students' character values and competencies. Through the integration-interconnection approach in curriculum policy, this study shows that education not only includes the mastery of knowledge, but also the development of balanced attitudes and skills. By implementing school-based management, schools can create synergies between curriculum development and learning practices that support the formation of students' character. This study uses a qualitative method with data analysis based on interviews, observations, and documentation to gain an in-depth understanding of the application of integration management in the context of education. The results show that collaboration between teachers, students, and parents is essential to achieve holistic educational goals, as well as produce students who are not only academically intelligent but also have strong character.

Abstract

Self-efficacy merupakan keyakinan individu terhadap kemampuannya untuk mengatur dan melaksanakan tindakan yang diperlukan untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Pemahaman yang baik tentang self-efficacy sangat penting bagi siswa karena dapat mempengaruhi motivasi, prestasi akademik, dan kemampuan mereka dalam menghadapi tantangan. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pentingnya self-efficacy bagi siswa dalam membentuk lingkungan belajar yang bebas dari perilaku bullying. Metode Pengabdian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dan survei terhadap siswa sekolah menengah pertama. Hasil Pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa siswa dengan self-efficacy tinggi cenderung memiliki keterampilan sosial yang lebih baik, mampu mengatasi tekanan sosial, dan berperan aktif dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang positif dan aman. Sebaliknya, siswa dengan self-efficacy rendah lebih rentan terhadap perilaku bullying, baik sebagai korban maupun pelaku. Berdasarkan temuan ini, disarankan agar sekolah mengimplementasikan program-program yang dapat meningkatkan self-efficacy siswa sebagai upaya preventif terhadap bullying. Program ini bisa mencakup pelatihan keterampilan sosial, pemberian dukungan psikologis, dan pembinaan hubungan yang positif di antara siswa.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas produk dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian pada distributor sr12 herbal skincare parung panjang- bogor baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Teknik samping yang digunakan menggunakan rumus slovin dengan sampel sebanyak 81 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen,uji asumsi klasik,analisis regresi linier, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis. Hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial antara kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian diperoleh nilai thitung 9,943 > ttabel 1,99045 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Maka Ho di tolak dan Ha di terima, hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial secara parsial antara citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian di peroleh nilai 11,305 > 1,99045 Dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Maka Ho di tolak dan Ha diterima. Hasil uji hipotesis secara simultan denga nilai fhitung 82,082 > ftabel 3,11 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dengan demikian Ho di tolak dan Ha diterima. Hasil koefisien determinasi kualitas produk dan citra merek secara simultan memberikan kontribusi terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian sebesar 67,8% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 32,2% di sebabkan oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

Numeracy literacy is a basic skill that is very important for elementary school students in facing the challenges of the 21st century. This research aims to improve the numeracy literacy of SD Negeri 173280 Lobu Siregar students through the implementation of traditional games modified with the concept of Industrial Engineering. The method used was a qualitative approach with a participatory action research design. The research subjects were 45 students of grades III-V of SD Negeri 173280 Lobu Siregar. The modified traditional games include Congklak Numeration, Jumping Rope Math, and Statistical Ladder Snakes developed with the principles of ergonomics, efficient work systems, and optimization of the learning process. Data were collected through pre-test and post-test of numeracy skills, observation of learning activities, and interviews with teachers and students. The results showed a significant increase in students' numeracy literacy skills by 35% from an average score of 65 to 88. Students also showed high enthusiasm in learning with participation rate reaching 95%. The implementation of Industrial Engineering concepts in game design proved effective in increasing the efficiency of the learning process and reducing the time to understand math concepts by 40%. This service program makes a real contribution to improving the quality of basic education and can be used as a replication model for other schools. ABSTRAK Literasi numerasi merupakan kemampuan dasar yang sangat penting bagi siswa sekolah dasar dalam menghadapi tantangan abad 21. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi numerasi siswa SD Negeri 173280 Lobu Siregar melalui implementasi permainan tradisional yang dimodifikasi dengan konsep Industrial Engineering. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain penelitian tindakan partisipatif (Participatory Action Research). Subjek penelitian adalah 45 siswa kelas III-V SD Negeri 173280 Lobu Siregar. Permainan tradisional yang dimodifikasi meliputi Congklak Numerasi, Lompat Tali Matematika, dan Ular Tangga Statistik yang dikembangkan dengan prinsip-prinsip ergonomi, sistem kerja yang efisien, dan optimasi proses pembelajaran. Data dikumpulkan melalui pre-test dan post-test kemampuan numerasi, observasi aktivitas pembelajaran, dan wawancara dengan guru dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa sebesar 35% dari skor rata-rata 65 menjadi 88. Siswa juga menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi dalam pembelajaran dengan tingkat partisipasi mencapai 95%. Implementasi konsep Industrial Engineering dalam desain permainan terbukti efektif meningkatkan efisiensi proses pembelajaran dan mengurangi waktu pemahaman konsep matematika hingga 40%. Program pengabdian ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam peningkatan kualitas pendidikan dasar dan dapat dijadikan model replikasi untuk sekolah-sekolah lain.
