Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menemukan hubungan periklanan, harga, serta layanan yang baik memengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan dan mendorong mereka untuk memilih produk asuransi jiwa PT Asuransi Jiwa Mega Life. Metode investigasi kepustakaan dan lapangan digunakan, sementara untuk menganalisisnya, regresi linier berganda, korelasi multivariat, dan identifikasi multivariat digunakan.Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara promosi, biaya, dan layanan yang diberikan berdampak pada loyalitas konsumen dan keputusan mereka untuk membeli produk asuransi jiwa PT Asuransi Jiwa Mega Life.Tingkat hubungan promosi, biaya, dan dampak kualitas pelayanan pada loyalitas konsumen yang memiliki opsi untuk membeli asuransi jiwa PT Asuransi Jiwa Mega Life adalah kuat dan positif yang artinya jika promosi, biaya, dan layanan meningkat maka loyalitas pelanggan dan pilihan pembelian akan meningkat atau sebaliknya.Loyalitas pelanggan dan keputusan yang dibuat untuk membeli produk asuransi PT Asuransi Jiwa Mega Life meningkat sebesar 66,3% terpengaruh oleh promosi, harga dan kualitas layanan, sedangkan faktor lain memengaruhi yang lain diluar promosi, biaya, dan layanan yang baik sebesar 33,7%.Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara keputusan untuk membeli produk asuransi jiwa PT Asuransi Jiwa Mega Life dan kesetiaan pelanggan.Kata kunci:Pertimbangan Pembelian, Promosi, Harga, Kualifikasi Pelayanan, bersama dengan Kesetiaan Klien

Abstract

AbstrakDalam praktek sering terjadi bilamana ada seorang yang meninggal dunia dengan meninggalkan harta kekayaan, maka akan timbul perselisihan di antara anak- anaknya sebagai ahli waris mengenai pembagian harta warisan tersebut. Ada dua golongan ahli waris ini juga sering menimbulkan masalah, karena sanak keluarga pewaris sebagai ahli waris berdasarkan hubungan darah atau ab-intestato merasa dirugikan dengan adanya ahli waris testamentair, seperti kepada janda (tidak ada hubungan darah) terhadap harta bawaan suaminya.Kata Kunci: Kedudukan Janda, Mewaris Harta Bawaan Suami AbstractIn practice, it often happens when someone dies leaving their assets behind, a dispute will arise between their children as heirs regarding the distribution of the inheritance. Abstract

The problem in this study is the increase in basic food (sembako) prices that pressures the purchasing power of middle-to-lower-income households in Kelurahan Pondok Labu, South Jakarta. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of rising food commodity prices on consumer purchasing power. The study applied a quantitative approach with a survey method and simple linear regression analysis. Data were obtained from 58 housewives through questionnaires. The instruments were declared valid, reliable, and fulfilled classical assumption tests. The results show that the increase in sembako prices has a significant effect on consumer purchasing power (sig. 0.000 < 0.05; t-count 5.245 > t-table 1.673). Shallots were identified as the most affected commodity, followed by garlic, chili, and eggs. The discussion reveals that households respond by reducing purchase volumes, seeking cheaper alternatives, and adjusting their budgets to maintain economic stability.

Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of multi-stakeholder collaboration and develops strategies for community empowerment to enhance skills, optimize the economic value of waste, and foster environmental awareness in line with Islamic values. Using a qualitative descriptive approach based on a literature review and empirical analysis at TPS-3R Tambakrejo, Sidoarjo, data were collected from relevant scientific references and documentation studies, validated through source triangulation and extended observations. Findings show that the Islamic Social Entrepreneurship (ISE) approach increases community participation in waste management, opens local economic opportunities through recycling and value-added products, and promotes environmental education. Participatory management at TPS-3R fosters synergy among local actors, government, and communities rooted in Islamic principles. Key findings highlight the significant potential of household waste management to generate economic value, the absence of a structured Islamic-based empowerment model, and the need for integrative strategies involving education, training, and regulatory support. Islamic values serve as a moral force, strengthening awareness and participation in environmental preservation. In conclusion, waste management based on ISE is both an environmental solution and an innovative empowerment model. Through active participation, cross-sector collaboration, and the application of sharia principles, communities can independently manage waste while improving their living standards sustainably. This research provides a foundation for developing community-based policies and business models that integrate economic, spiritual, and socio-ecological dimensions.
