Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pelestarian cagar budaya situs Patapan di Kecamatan Kibin Kabupaten Serang pada tahun 2010- 2022. Indonesia adalah salah satu negara yang mempunyai warisan cagar budaya yang banyak dan tersebar di penjuru wilayah nusantara. Terdapat banyak cagar budaya yang harus dijaga dan dilestarikan kebudayaannya khususnya di wilayah Banten yang menyimpan banyak sekali benda-benda cagar budaya. Metode historis adalah suatu proses menguji, menjelaskan dan menganalisis. Metodologi penelitian sejarah adalah proses menguji dan menganalisa secara kritis rekaman dan peninggalan masa lampau. Metode ini sangat bermanfaat bagi sejarawan untuk merekonstruksi masa lampau secara imajinatif berdasarkan fakta-fakta yang diperoleh melalui historiografi. Tahapan tersebut terdiri dari pemilihan topik, heuristik, verifikasi, interpretasi dan penulisan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa situs Patapan ini merupakan situs peninggalan zaman megalitik karena dilihat dari bangunannya menyerupai punden berundak yang lazim dijumpai pada masa itu dan situs Patapan perlu dilestarikan keberadaannya karena melihat kondisi situs yang sedang berada dalam ancaman karena letak situs tersebut berada di dataran tinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of a Mikrotik-based hotspot management system to optimize internet access at Pondok Pesantren An-Nur, Ogan Komering Ilir, South Sumatra. The central issue addressed is the limited and uneven internet management within a boarding school environment. A qualitative case study approach was employed to explore both the technical and social dimensions of the system's implementation. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis, involving informants such as the network administrator, teachers, boarding school administrators, and active students. Data analysis revealed three main themes: (1) the design of a Mikrotik RB750-based network system with centralized authentication and proportional bandwidth allocation; (2) users’ perceptions and responses to access control and connection stability; and (3) the digital cultural transformation within the pesantren resulting from structured technological regulation. The findings indicate that the system not only improves network performance but also promotes digital discipline and content supervision in alignment with pesantren values. This research contributes to the understanding of technology integration in value-based educational institutions and proposes a practical, efficient, and contextual network management model. The practical implications are relevant for pesantren managers and policymakers in digital education. Further research is recommended to explore similar implementations across different religious institutions using a comparative approach.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the experience of small traders in Sungai Malaya Village in practicing buying and selling with prize coupons and the responses of religious leaders regarding the law related to the practice. This study uses a qualitative method with empirical legal research as the object of the practice of prize coupons in Sungai Malaya Village, Sungai Malaya District, Kubu Raya Regency. Sources of data used primary data in the form of interviews with informants while secondary data in the form of books, journals, theses, and related articles discussing the sale and purchase of prize coupons. While the data collection technique is a field technique. According to the results of the researcher's analysis, it can be concluded that: 1) The practice of gift coupons packaged in the form of rectangular coupons in the Sungai Malaya Village community, Sungai Ambawang District, Kubu Raya Regency is carried out by withdrawing the available coupons and the seller offering attractive prizes. 2) Religious leaders in Sungai Malaya Village, Sungai Ambawang District, Kubu Raya Regency, regarding the prize coupons did not allow this practice because it favored one party, and there was an element of maisir or gambling. 3) Opinions of religious leaders are based on textual concepts (referring to the Qur'an and hadith) and contextual concepts (chance and pure luck).

Abstract

  This community engagement initiative addresses nutritional challenges among elderly residents at the Laweyan Home for the Elderly in Surakarta by developing a Decision Support System (DSS) utilizing the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The DSS was designed to assist caregivers in making informed meal selections based on individualized health profiles, including demographic data, medical conditions, and allergy history. Implemented as a web-based application, the system enables users to input resident data and receive prioritized dietary recommendations aligned with established nutritional criteria. The SAW algorithm processes multi-criteria input to rank food alternatives effectively. Empirical validation using real-world data demonstrated the system's capacity to generate accurate, personalized suggestions that support improved nutritional outcomes. Additionally, caregiver training and participatory implementation ensured practical usability and sustainability. This project highlights the potential of integrating algorithmic decision-making with community-based care to enhance the quality of elderly nutrition management in institutional settings.

Abstract

This study, conducted by Rio Pratama, This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Rengas Village Office, Ciputat Timur Subdistrict, South Tangerang City. Employing a quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis, the study involved the total population of 27 employees using a total sampling technique. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The regression equation derived is: Y = 17.569 + 0.615X, which indicates that every one-unit increase in work discipline leads to a 0.615-unit increase in employee performance. The t-test results showed a t-value of 5.885, exceeding the critical value of 1.706, with p = 0.000 (< 0.05), signifying that work discipline has a significant partial effect. The F-test yielded an F-value of 34.635, which is greater than the critical value of 3.37, with p = 0.000 (< 0.05), confirming that work discipline has a significant simultaneous effect on performance. The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.581) indicates that work discipline accounts for 58.1% of the variance in employee performance, while the remaining 41.9% is explained by other variables outside this study. In conclusion, the findings suggest that improving work discipline is an effective strategy for enhancing employee performance

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi abad 21 smakin berkembang pesat sehingga mempengaruhi berbagai sektor salah satunya pendiikan dimana dalam semua proses mulai menggunakan teknologi seperti pada penerimaan peserta didik baru, kegiatan belajar mengajar, absensi kehadiran hingga perhitungan penggajian yang mulai dikelola menggunakan komputer. MA Nurul Huda merupakan instansi Lembaga Pendidikan swasta yang ada dikabupaten OKU Timur dimana sistem penggajian yang ada masih menggunakan sistem manul masalah pemberian gaji yang kurang kondusif dan memakan waktu lama dikarnakan pihak keuangan perlu melakukan perhitungan absensi dan jam mengajar dengan menghitung manual. Maka dibutukan sebuah sistem, dalam penelitian ini penulis membuat rancang bangun sistem penggajian berbasis website yang dapat dijadikan referensi bagi MA Nurul Huda untuk mengembangankan sistem untuk menunjang kinerja penggajian yang ada. Perancangan akan dibuat menggunakan Unified Modelling Language yang merupakan salah satu metode permodelan yang berorientasi objek sehingga user dapat mengetahui dan terlibat langsung apa yang diinginkan dalam sistem yang akan dibangun.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya peran gaya kepemimpinan dan kemampuan kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bumi Daya Plaza Jakarta Pusat. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan dua variabel independen, yaitu gaya kepemimpinan (X1) dan kemampuan kerja (X2), serta satu variabel dependen, yaitu kinerja karyawan (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan. Secara simultan, kedua variabel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kemampuan kerja merupakan faktor dominan dalam peningkatan kinerja. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan disarankan untuk mengembangkan kompetensi karyawan melalui pelatihan dan tetap memperhatikan penerapan gaya kepemimpinan yang efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak komunikasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk. Komunikasi yang baik dan disiplin kerja yang tinggi adalah dua faktor krusial dalam meningkatkan produktivitas serta pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Pendekatan yang diterapkan adalah kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner berskala Likert kepada 84 responden. Metode analisis data yang diterapkan adalah regresi linear berganda dan diuji berdasarkan asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa komunikasi dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Hasil analisis koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa variabel komunikasi dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama memberikan kontribusi sebesar 83,4% terhadap kinerja karyawan, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the qualitative relationship between McGregor and Maslow's motivation theories and employee productivity at Laundry Harfiah, a service company in the field of electronic equipment production. In background, research highlights the importance of motivation in increasing employee productivity and company success. McGregor's motivation theory (theories X and Y) and Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory are the focus for understanding and implementing in human resource management. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach and case study method, with research participants in the form of five Harfiah Laundry employees who had worked for at least one year. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis related to the application of motivation theory in companies. The research results show that Literal Laundry has successfully implemented McGregor and Maslow's motivation theories in human resource management. McGregor's theory is realized through policies that give employees the freedom to determine work schedules and participate in decision making. Meanwhile, Maslow's theory is applied through adequate salaries and benefits as well as training programs to meet the needs and self-actualization of employees. The positive relationship between the application of motivation theory and employee productivity is clearly visible, where motivated employees work better. Factors such as organizational culture, leadership, and employee involvement in decision making also influence the implementation of employee motivation and productivity. The conclusion of this research is that the application of McGregor and Maslow's motivation theory at Harfiah Laundry has a positive impact on employee productivity. Recommendations for companies include strengthening an organizational culture that supports employee motivation, increasing employee engagement, providing recognition for hard work, and continuing research for further understanding. Future research can use a quantitative approach and involve more companies and other variables to deepen understanding of the relationship between employee motivation and productivity.

Abstract

Protection of children is a constitutional obligation and for children is a constitutional right. In the context of children as national assets, protection for them is a necessity for the State. Then the incident of children in conflict with the law is also the scope of children who must be protected by the State, and in handling it, is it the same as adults who commit criminal acts. On the basis of this premise, research under the above title was conducted. Then this research is intended to portray legal practice, its relevance to the concept of justice restoration which has actually been adopted by the Child Protection Law with the terminology of diversion. In this study using the normative juridical method and collaborating with a sociological approach, then in the normative approach method, preceded by an inventory of positive laws governing child protection in the criminal justice system, then studying legal principles, in concreto legal discovery and the level of vertical synchronization. and horizontal. Then the sociological juridical approach is used to determine the implementation of child protection in the practice of the criminal justice system, where there are social aspects that influence the operation of law in society (law in action). The result of this research is to try to portray the concept of justice restoration as a model for solving children who are dealing with the law, with the reality of the law in its enforcement.
