Abstract

UD. Berkah merupakan sebuah unit Usaha Kecil Menengah yang berada di Kecamatan Sungai Pua Kabupaten Agam yang bergerak di bidang konveksi yang menghasilkan produk berupa peci nasional. Peci nasional merupakan aksesoris yang digunakan oleh kaum laki-laki khususnya di Indonesia untuk acara-acara yang bersifat formil maupun untuk beribadah. Pada proses produksi UD. Berkah bekerjasama dengan beberapa pihak untuk menghasilkan polan yang merupakan bahan setengah jadi untuk membuat peci nasional. Dari sekian banyak pemasok polan yang bekerjasama dengan UD. Berkah, tidak semua memenuhi standar mutu yang dikehendaki. Oleh sebab itu UD. Berkah memutuskan untuk menerima lima pemasok saja dengan syarat para pemasok tersebut bersedia memenuhi standar yang dibuat oleh UD. Berkah. Pada kasus ini penulis membantu pemilik UD. Berkah yang merupakan Decision Maker untuk membuat sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan untuk menentukan pemasok tetap polan peci nasional dengan algoritma Weighted Product. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah keputusan yang membantu pemilik UD. Berkah memilih lima pemasok terbaik yang memenuhi standar kriteria yang dikehendaki oleh pemilik usaha ini.Kata kunci : Weighted Product, Pemasok, Polan, Peci Nasional.

Abstract

The process of requesting a work order for rigless employees at PT. Pramandita's initiative is still being carried out manually. Previously, employees who were at the work location and had received orders for additional work had to go to the office first to request and administer the SPK (Work Order). In addition, the absence of a report recapitulation of making SPK causes leaders to experience difficulties because data is often lost. So the author feels the need to design a web-based application to facilitate the activity of requesting a work order and recapitulation of reports. The process of designing this Web-based application uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) programming language, where the system design consists of a detailed design of output, input, and files that aim to support the application creation process.Keywords: Work order Application, PT. Abstract

Scholarship is a donation in term of financial assistance that is given to an individual, student or pupils. Even though, the target distribution of the scholarships is sometime not relevant. It is because the scholarship distribution has not yet used a tool or method to determine suitable scholarship recipients. For that reason, it needs to design a system to determine the scholarship recipients using Fuzzy Multi Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. FMADM method is used to looking for an alternative of some Alternatives with some criteria that determined before. Moreover, SAW method is used to rank the existing alternatives. The result of this research can be used as a tool to make decision with recommendation of the scholarship recipients.

Abstract

Skills Competency Test (UKK) is a government program implemented by secondary level education units, especially for Vocational High School (SMK) students to measure students' competency achievements. On March 6 2024, a Skills Competency Test was carried out at the Pinggir Industrial Technology Vocational School as a form of participation in Community Service (PKM). The UKK participants were 12 class XII vocational school students majoring in Office Management Automation (OTKP). The aim of this PKM activity is to assist the Pinggir Industrial Technology Vocational School in carrying out skills competency exams so that quality graduates can enter the world of work professionally. The methods for implementing PKM are preparation, direction, mentoring, practice and assessment. The final assessment results from the UKK implementation were that there were 12 students with an average score of 92.25. The conclusion is that participants have passed and are competent in the field of Office Management Automation

Abstract

The background of the problem in this study is that Physiotherapy Services at Permata Hati Hospital for BPJS patients are carried out scheduling or physiotherapy protocol data by writing on the form paper provided and then given to the patient. Besides being given to the patient, the form is also stored by the physiotherapy poly section. The problem that often occurs is that the physiotherapy poly officer must also rewrite the BPJS patient's physiotherapy protocol data in the ledger as data for the next physiotherapy schedule. If you want to find physiotherapy protocol data, it is difficult to do because you have to look one by one in the ledger. The purpose of this research is to make it easier for poly officers to process physiotherapy protocol data in a computerized manner through the design of BPJS patient physiotherapy protocol data applications at Permata Hati Hospital by applying the waterfall method and System Usability Scale (SUS). The results showed that in blackbox testing, the results were obtained in accordance with what was expected starting from the login form test to the patient data input form. Furthermore, testing using the SUS method obtained an average value of 70.75 with a total of 10 respondents and a total of 10 statements. There are 3 components of the System Usability Scale method, namely Acceptable, Grade Scale and Adjective, each component of the results is still at a good value and the level of application is quite comfortable to be used by users.

Abstract

Layanan administrasi mahasiswa merupakan salah satu bagian terpenting dalam mendukung proses belajar mengajar di perguruan tinggi. Namun, seringkali mahasiswa menghadapi kendala dalam mengakses layanan administrasi karena sistem yang kurang efisien dan memerlukan proses manual yang lama. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang desain prototype aplikasi layanan administrasi mahasiswa yang mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, kemudahan, dan kecepatan akses layanan. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode design thinking yang terdiri dari lima tahap: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prototype aplikasi yang dirancang berhasil memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna dengan menyediakan antarmuka yang mudah digunakan, fitur-fitur yang relevan, dan sistem yang terintegrasi.Kata Kunci: Perancangan, Prototipe, Aplikasi, Administrasi, Informatika

Abstract

The global pandemic requires the development of technological solutions to minimize physical contact, especially in public facilities such as water taps, which can function as a medium for transmitting infectious diseases. This study aims to design and develop a prototype of an automatic water tap integrated with an Arduino Uno microcontroller-based body temperature meter. This system was created to support health protocol efforts when carrying out activities, increasing efficiency and reducing the risk of disease transmission. The research method includes problem identification, literature study, hardware and software component design, prototyping, and functionality testing. The test results obtained show that all components work according to their functions with a high level of accuracy, such as the HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor, which is able to detect objects at a distance between the object and the sensor <12cm, then the Relay will be active and the Mini Water Pump will pump water automatically, and the Valve on the Solenoid Valve will open, and water will flow automatically through the water tap. The test results on the MLX-90614 temperature sensor also obtained an average difference of only 0.28 ° C compared to the thermometer gun as a comparison.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi keahlian mahasiswa Institut Teknologi Mitra Gama melalui pelatihan dan pembekalan uji sertifikasi kompetensi teknis yang diselenggarakan oleh Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP) oleh LSP Sumber Daya Manusia TIK. Sertifikasi kompetensi di era globalisasi menjadi salah satu syarat utama dalam meningkatkan daya saing lulusan di dunia kerja. Oleh karena itu, mahasiswa perlu dibekali dengan keterampilan teknis yang diakui secara nasional dan internasional. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini meliputi tiga tahap utama: sosialisasi terkait pentingnya sertifikasi kompetensi, pelatihan teknis yang mencakup simulasi uji kompetensi, serta pendampingan dalam proses uji sertifikasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa yang mengikuti pelatihan dan uji sertifikasi mengalami peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman teknis serta memiliki kepercayaan diri yang lebih tinggi untuk menghadapi tantangan di dunia kerja. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga mendukung upaya pemerintah dalam menciptakan tenaga kerja yang kompeten dan tersertifikasi. Adapun hasil dari Uji Kompetensi Sertifikasi adalah 67 mahasiswa yang mengikutinya 62 orang mahassiswa berhasil lulus dengan predikat kompeten dan 5 orang mahasiswa belum kompten.
