Abstract

A marketplace is a platform where sellers can come together and sell their goods or services to customers without physical meetings. In the past few decades, marketplaces have become the most popular platform for business sellers to sell their products. Becoming the number 1 marketplace in Indonesia with the most visitors on average is the right marketplace in 2023, namely Tokopedia. However, most people are skeptical of products they have never purchased or used. User reviews play an important role in product marketing, especially on Tokopedia. Reviews help potential customers build trust in the products and services offered by the seller. To analyze reviews quickly and precisely, a sentiment analysis process is needed. Natural Processing Language (NLP) and text mining algorithms are used to classify reviews as positive, or negative. One of the methods used is the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm, which is used to classify Tokopedia user reviews in the Play Store and App Store. The dataset consists of 1000 comment data from the Play Store and 1000 data from the App Store. A total of 2000 comments consisting of 2 labels, namely positive and negative for modeling. Meanwhile, for testing, there were 885,092 comments from the Play Store and 4000 comments from the App Store. Total 889,092 for unlabeled test data. The prediction results on the app store dataset show that there are 97.0% positive label predictions and only 3.0% negative label predictions. Abstrak Marketplace adalah platform tempat penjual dapat berkumpul dan menjual barang atau jasa mereka kepada pelanggan tanpa pertemuan fisik. Dalam beberapa dekade terakhir, pasar telah menjadi platform paling populer bagi penjual bisnis untuk menjual produk mereka. Menjadi marketplace nomor 1 di Indonesia dengan rata-rata pengunjung terbanyak adalah marketplace yang tepat di tahun 2023 yaitu Tokopedia. Namun, kebanyakan orang skeptis terhadap produk yang belum pernah mereka beli atau gunakan. Ulasan pengguna memegang peran penting dalam pemasaran produk, terutama di Tokopedia. Ulasan membantu calon pelanggan membangun kepercayaan terhadap produk dan layanan yang ditawarkan oleh penjual. Untuk menganalisis ulasan dengan cepat dan tepat, diperlukan proses analisis sentimen. Natural Processing Language (NLP) dan algoritma text mining digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan ulasan sebagai positif, atau negatif. Salah satu metode yang digunakan adalah algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), yang digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan ulasan pengguna Tokopedia di play store dan app store. Dataset terdiri dari 1000 data komentar dari play store dan 1000 data dari app store. Total 2000 komentar yang terdiri dari 2 label yaitu positif dan negatif untuk pemodelan. Sedangkan untuk pengujian 885.092 komentar dari play store dan 4000 komentar dari app store. Total 889.092 untuk data pengujian yang belum dilabeli. Hasil prediksi pada dataset app store menunjukkan terdapat 97,0% prediksi label positif dan hanya 3,0% prediksi label negatif.

Abstract

Demokrasi   dalam   dunia pendidikan   sangatlah   penting   di   era   globalisasi   saat   ini. Penerapan tersebut menjadi kunci dalam membangun masyarakat yang inklusif dan partisipatif. Pendidikan bukan hanya menyelidiki isu-isu krirusial namun juga mengeksplorasi teknologi agar dapat meningkatkan aksestabilitas pendidikan sehingga tantangan dan peluang. Untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pendidikan demokrasi di seluruh dunia. Dengan memperhatikan tantangan dan peluang yang terkait dengan pendidikan demokrasi di era globalisasi, artikel ini menyimpulkan perlunya kerja sama dan komitmen yang kuat untuk memastikan bahwa setiap individu memiliki akses yang adil dan merata terhadap pendidikan demokrasi. Hanya dengan pendekatan yang holistik dan berkelanjutan, kita dapat membangun masyarakat yang inklusif, partisipatif, dan demokratis di seluruh dunia. Lembaga pendidikan yang memperkenalkan mengenai demokrasi pendidikan pun perlu melibatkan insan siswa siswa untuk ikut perpartisipasi dalam program sekolah juga mempertimbangkan aspirasi. Mencermati adanya SIPKO-WO yang membantu dalam menunjang pelaksanaan demokrasi pendidikan pada ruang lingkup sekolah. SIPKO-WO juga dapat membantu mengefesiensi waktu pelaksanaan dan menekan biaya yang dikeluarkan dengan metode konvensional sehingga lebih terstruktur dan transparan dalam proses pelaksanaan demokrasi. Adapun pembuatan program php, memanfaatkan database MySQL sebagai suatu database server akan membuat sistem ini sangat mudah untuk para siswa menggunakan hak demokrasinya diantaranya anggota sekolah hanya memerlukan NIS (Nomor Identitas Siswa) yang kemudian pemilih akan langsung dapat memilih calon ketua OSIS kemudian sistem akan mengolah data tersebut dan menampilkan hasil sementara. Proses analisa, perancangan dan pengujian ini menggunakan blackbox sehingga aplikasi SIPKO-WO dapat mudah diimplementasikan.

Abstract

Automatic summarization technology is developing rapidly to reduce reading time and obtain relevant information in Natural Language Processing technology research. There are two main approaches to text summarization: abstractive and extractive. The challenge of abstractive summarization results is higher than abstractive because abstractive summarization produces new and more natural words. Therefore, this research aims to produce abstractive summaries from Indonesian language texts with good readability. This research uses the Bidirectional and Auto-Regressive Transformer (BART) model, an innovative Transformers model combining two leading Transformer architectures, namely the BERT encoder and GPT decoder. The dataset used in this research is Liputan6, with model performance evaluation using ROUGE evaluation. The research results show that BART can produce good abstractive summaries with ROUGE-1, ROUGE-2, and ROUGE-L values of 37.19, 14.03, and 33.85, respectively.

Abstract

Sistem pengawasan merupakan salah satu komponen manajemen yang penting diperhatikan. Dalam konteks manajemen sekolah, pengawasan terhadap siswa dan guru dikelas seringkali hanya dilakukan pada waktu tertentu, seperti ketika ada pengawas atau ketika akan dilaksanakan akreaditasi. Kurangnya pengawasan terhadap proses pembelajaran antara siswa dan guru di kelas, dan juga transparansi dalam proses pembelajaran dikelas kepada orang tua siswa serta kepala sekolah menjadi salah satu aspek penting manajemen yaitu controlling. Berdasarkan kasus yang terjadi dilapangan, terdapat masalah pada kehadiran siswa dan pengawasan proses pembelajaran di salah satu sekolah islam terpadu di Bekasi, terdapat beberapa kasus bahwa siswa berangkat sekolah namun tidak sampai ke sekolah. Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) merupakan teknologi yang seringkali digunakan dalam bidang keamanan guna mengawasi suatu ruangan atau sudut tempat tertentu yang dapat dipantau secara real time maupun berupa rekaman yang dapat diakses untuk meminimalisir hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan. penelitian ini menggunakan metode literatue review dan model prototype dengan mengumpulkan data dari literatur terkini, sepert jurnal, uji coba perangkat dan analisis rekaman CCTV. Hasilnya dengan diterapkannya Closed Curcuit Television (CCTV) berbasis aplikasi, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kehadiran siswa, dengan kehadiran siswa yang terintegrasi antara guru dan orang tua serta dengan diterapkannya Closed Curcuit Television (CCTV) berbasis aplikasi, dapat memantau proses pembelajaran secara realtime dari jarak jauh bagi kepala sekolah dan orang tua tanpa menggangu proses pembelajaran. The supervision system is one of the important management components to pay attention to. In the context of school management, supervision of students and teachers in class is often only carried out at certain times, such as when there is a supervisor or when accreditation will be carried out. Lack of supervision of the learning process between students and teachers in class, and also transparency in the learning process in class to parents and the principal are important aspects of management, namely controlling. Based on cases that occurred in the field, there were problems with student attendance and supervision of the learning process in one of the integrated Islamic schools in Bekasi, there were several cases that students went to school but did not arrive at school. Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) is a technology that is often used in the field of security to monitor a room or a certain corner of a place that can be monitored in real time or in the form of recordings that can be accessed to minimize unwanted things. This study uses the literature review method and prototype model by collecting data from the latest literature, such as journals, device trials and CCTV recording analysis. The result of the implementation of Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) based on the application is expected to increase student attendance, because student attendance is integrated between teachers and parents and with the implementation of Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) based on the application, it can monitor the learning process in real time from a distance for the principal and parents without disrupting the learning process

Abstract

Educational institutions must create a management information system that can support a range of operational and managerial tasks in order to raise the caliber of their services. The purpose of this study is to examine how the introduction of digital report cards has affected the standard of instruction at MAN 2 Kota Tangerang. Data was gathered using qualitative research methods, including documentation, interviews, and observation. According to the study's findings, implementing digital report cards can improve the effectiveness of managing student data, but there are drawbacks as well, including the requirement for continuous support, resistance to change, and technical limitations. This study also emphasizes the significance of parents' use of digital report cards and how it affects their participation in their children's education.

Abstract

Abstrak penelitian ini membahas Implementasi Sistem Informasi Akademik Berbasis Google Site di MTs Informatika MIMHa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat implementasi sistem informasi yang dapat mempermudah pengelolaan data akademik, termasuk pendaftaran siswa, pengolahan nilai, dan penyampaian informasi kepada orang tua dan siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah Metode Deskriptif Kualitatif, yang mencakup penggunaan Google site sebagai basis Sistem Informasi Akademik. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibuat berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan data akademik dan memudahkan akses informasi bagi seluruh stakeholder. Pengujian sistem menunjukkan bahwa semua fungsi berjalan dengan baik dan memenuhi standar kualitas perangkat lunak. Dengan demikian, sistem informasi akademik berbasis Google Site di MTs Informatika MIMHa dapat diimplementasikan secara efektif untuk mendukung kegiatan akademik dan administrasi sekolah.

Abstract

Innovation in Accounting Information Systems (AIS) is able to encourage companies to improve their performance in terms of financial management. Accounting Information Systems (AIS) in the modern financial sector are used to manage company financial transaction data. This research examines the keys to success in utilizing AIS at PT PQR. On the app Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), AIS is part of managing company financial data. PT PQR as a company operating in the telecommunications sector that manages many transactions is very suitable to develop AIS. This research uses a qualitative approach through literature study. Data was obtained through collecting, analyzing and interpreting the keys to successful implementation of AIS at PT PQR. The research results show that there are 7 (seven) main factors that most influence the success of AIS. The 7 (seven) factors include: organizational culture, information technology, application of accounting information, manager participation, manager accounting knowledge, manager information technology knowledge, and consultation with experts.

Abstract

The advancement of artificial intelligence technology has had a significant impact on various fields, including painting. Artificial intelligence is now able to create works of art that resemble paintings produced by humans with a high level of detail and complexity. However, this progress has also created new problems in the world of painting, namely the difficulty in distinguishing between works produced by humans and those created by artificial intelligence. This problem has an impact on the originality of the artwork and has implications for aspects of ethics and creativity. This study aims to develop a deep learning model that can classify human and artificial intelligence paintings, and overcome the challenges in distinguishing between the two. The methodology used is the Cross Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM), with a dataset consisting of 1,000 painting images. The architecture used is MobileNetV2, implemented using TensorFlow to build a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). Techniques such as data preparation, data labeling, data splitting, resizing, and data augmentation are applied to improve model performance. Six test scenarios were carried out with variations in the learning rate, number of epochs, and freeze or unfreeze configurations on the base model. The results showed that the best model with a learning rate of 0.0001, base model unfreeze, and 5 epochs managed to achieve an accuracy of 97%, without any indication of overfitting or underfitting. This model was then implemented on an Android application in TFLite format, which can predict image classes with a confidence level of 89.98%.

Abstract

Since the industrial era 4.0, many organizations have chosen to switch to using Content Management Systems (CMS) to manage websites. This CMS makes it easy to create, design, and organize content without having to have programming knowledge. However, CMS is also vulnerable to cyber attacks such as XSS and SQL Injection. This study was conducted to analyze and evaluate vulnerabilities in WordPress and Joomla CMS through penetration testing and vulnerability scanning methods. The use of various tools such as OWASP ZAP, Burpsuite, Joomscan, WPScan, and Searchsploit were used to analyze these vulnerabilities. The results of the study showed that Joomla CMS with standard configuration did not show significant vulnerabilities, while in WordPress a stored type XSS vulnerability was found in the comment feature. Searchsploit also identified vulnerabilities in both CMSs originating from thirdparty plugins. The results of this study highlight the importance of strict input and configuration sanitation and regular maintenance on CMS to reduce the risk of exploitation.

Abstract

Blockchain technology is increasingly recognized as an effective solution for addressing security and privacy challenges in distributed systems. Blockchain ensures information security by validating data and defending against cyber threats, while guaranteeing data integrity through transaction validation and reliable storage. The research involves a literature study, problem identification, analysis of blockchain security and privacy, model development, testing, and analysis of trial results. Furthermore, blockchain enables user anonymity and fosters transparency by utilizing a distributed network, reducing the risk of fraudulent activities. Its decentralized nature ensures high reliability and accessibility, even in node failures. Blockchain enhances security and privacy by offering features like data immutability, provenance, and reduced reliance on trust. It decentralizes data storage, making tampering or deletion extremely challenging, and ensures the invalidation of subsequent blocks upon any changes. Blockchain finds applications in various domains, including supply chains, finance, healthcare, and government, enabling enhanced security by tracking data origin and ownership. Despite scalability and security challenges, the potential benefits of reduced costs, increased efficiency, and improved transparency position blockchain as a promising technology for the future. In summary, blockchain technology provides secure transaction recording and data storage, thus enhancing security, privacy, and the integrity of sensitive information in distributed systems.
