Abstract

Masalah yang terdapat di kelas X IIS 1 MA Ar-Rosyidiyah Cibiru Bandung adalah kesulitan siswa dalam belajar kosa kata Arab. Dalam hal ini, penulis ingin meneliti pembelajaran kosa kata bahasa Arab menggunakan Model Somatic, Auditory, Visualization, Intellectualy untuk mengetahui kemampuan siswa dalam memahami teks bahasa Arab. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan siswa dalam pembelajaran mufrodat bahasa Arab dengan menggunakan Model Somatic, Auditory, Visualization, Intellectualy sebelum dan sesdudahnya serta serta pengaruhnya terhadap Fahmul Maq'ru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode quasi eksperimen dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu, observasi, wawancara, tes (free test dan post test) dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penggunaan Model Somatic, Auditory, Visualization, Intellectualy dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam Fahmul Maq'ru, karena hasil perhitungan menunjukan bahwa τ hitung lebih besar dari pada τ tabel yaitu 176>  126.

Abstract

Pendekatan pembelajaran tradisional yang lebih bersifat satu arah sering kali kurang memberikan ruang bagi siswa untuk berpikir kritis, berkreasi, berkomunikasi, dan berkolaborasi secara optimal. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji implementasi model collaborative inquiry sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan keterampilan 4C siswa dalam pembelajaran PAI di MAN 2 Situbondo. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan collaborative inquiry efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan 4C. Siswa mengalami peningkatan 85% dalam berpikir kritis, yang terlihat dari kemampuan mereka dalam menganalisis informasi dan mengevaluasi data secara mendalam. Keterampilan komunikasi meningkat sebesar 78%, ditandai dengan peningkatan kemampuan siswa dalam menyampaikan ide secara sistematis dan berdiskusi secara persuasif. Kemampuan kolaborasi mengalami peningkatan sebesar 82%, menunjukkan bahwa siswa lebih nyaman bekerja dalam tim, berbagi tanggung jawab, dan terlibat aktif dalam diskusi kelompok. Dari segi kreativitas, terdapat peningkatan sebesar 74%, di mana siswa lebih aktif menampilkan pemahaman mereka melalui karya visual, presentasi, atau solusi inovatif. Faktor pendukung dalam implementasi model ini adalah keterlibatan aktif siswa dan interaksi kelompok yang lebih dinamis. Namun, masih terdapat beberapa hambatan, seperti perbedaan tingkat partisipasi siswa, pengelolaan kelompok yang perlu diperbaiki, serta keterbatasan fasilitas pendukung diskusi. Berdasarkan temuan ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Collaborative Inquiry merupakan metode pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dibandingkan metode ceramah tradisional karena mendorong keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam proses belajar.

Abstract

The tendency to apply the lecture learning model in Islamic religious education and ethics lessons can affect student learning results, the matter requires innovation and creation of a teacher so as to be able to implement a cooperative learning model and be able to improve learning results. This study aims to determine the occurrence of increased student learning results through the implementation of cooperative learning models of the think-pair-share type. This research implements a qualitative research method with a type of classroom action research with a Kurt Lewin’s design that model which consists of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting or drawing conclusions. Observation, documentation and testing (pre-test and post-test) are the data collection techniques used in this study. The research instrument used the results of student learning observation sheets and test questions (pre-test and post-test). The research analysis implemented the classical percentage formula. The results showed that students' learning results improved after implementing the cooperative learning model of think-pair-share type, as evidenced by the acquisition of student learning results in cycle I which was 26% while in cycle II 81%. This indicates an increase of 66%. Cooperative learning can enhance students' learning results in Islamic religious education and ethical courses, it might be inferred.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of the principal in developing extracurricular activities at SMK Asy Syarifiy. In addition, to find out how the principal as a Leader in improving extracurricular activities at SMK Asy Syarifiy, how the principal as a Manager in improving extracurricular activities at SMK Asy Syarifiy, and how the principal as a Motivator in improving extracurricular activities at SMK Asy Syarifiy. This study uses a qualitative approach, which is implemented at SMK Asy Syarifiy using a case study design. Data collection techniques used include (1) In-depth interviews, (2) Observation (3) Documentation. Informants are selected using purposive sampling. Data collected through these techniques are organized, interpreted and analyzed in the form of checking data credibility with triangulation procedures, data verification/cross checks, and checking the adequacy of references. While dependability and confirmability are achieved through audits by supervisors. The results of the study revealed that: (1) The role of the principal as a leader in improving extracurricular activities at SMK Asy Syarifiy is to provide the facilities and infrastructure needed for extracurricular activities. (2) The role of the principal as a motivator in improving extracurricular activities at SMK Asy Syarifiy is to provide motivation in the form of something that is a reward for them, provide encouragement and guidance and direction to students.

Abstract

BAZNAS (National Amil Zakat Agency) is the official body and the only one formed by the government based on Presidential Decree No. 8 of 2001 which has the duties and functions of collecting and distributing zakat, infaq, and alms (ZIS) at the national level. This study aims to explore the application of 4P (Distribution, Collection, Utilization, and Reporting) in zakat management in BAZNAS Jember and Banyuwangi Regencies. Comparative Study of Zakat management performance measurement in terms of Fayol's management principles theory. The sample selection method is judgment sampling while the data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative analysis and comparison. The results of the study show that each BAZNAS in the Jember and Banyuwangi districts has carried out zakat management activities with 4P elements (Distribution, Collection, Utilization, and Reporting). The Amil Zakat Agency in Banyuwangi is better at implementing the four elements of zakat management including adequate internal controls and controls that will be held within a certain time.

Abstract

Dalam masyarakat kontemporer, transgender menjadi isu kontroversial karena menganggap sikap tersebut melanggar gender biner. Sebagai organisasi transgender untuk mendapatkan kesetaraan hak tumbuh lebih besar, diskriminasi terhadap transgender ironisnya tumbuh lebih besar. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki faktor-faktor yang memicu munculnya kasus diskriminasi terhadap individu transgender. Penelitian ini juga menganalisis upaya transgender orang untuk menegosiasikan identitas mereka di tengah diskriminasi. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kualitatif, dengan data diambil dari surat kabar daring AS, The New York Times, dari tahun 2017 hingga 2020, pada masa pemerintahan Presiden Trump. Itu studi melaporkan bahwa meningkatnya kasus diskriminasi terhadap transgender adalah diabadikan oleh kebijakan Trump yang anti-LGBT, sikap rasis dan seksis, agama Kristen kepercayaan. Selain itu, individu transgender mengadopsi strategi untuk menangani diskriminasi publik dengan cara menyembunyikan identitas gender dan memodifikasi ekspresi gender, seperti mengganti nama, kata ganti, pakaian, suara, dan perilaku. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan fenomenologi. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman lebih dalam bagi individu transgender dalam menggali identitas gender mereka dengan lebih utuh. Bagi masyarakat, penting untuk terus memberikan dukungan kepada individu dengan orientasi seksual yang berbeda, agar dapat terus memberikan motivasi hingga individu tersebut mencapai pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang identitas jenis kelamin mereka.

Abstract

SMPN 06 Bengkulu Tengah adalah sekolah yang terletak di Desa Taba Lagan Kecamatan Semidang Lagan Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah dimana sekolah ini terletak di lokasi yang strategis, menjadikannya pilihan utama bagi banyak siswa. Selain itu, sekolah ini didukung oleh tenaga pengajar yang berkualitas tinggi, sehingga menarik minat para orang tua untuk menyekolahkan anak-anak mereka di sini. Pendidikan SMP adalah jenjang pendidikan formal yang bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan siswa memasuki Sekolah Menengah Atas. Pada usia ramaja seperti ini siswa harus dikenalkan dengan teknologi yang canggih karena anak milenial atau generasi-Z harus banyak menggunakan sistem teknologi yang terkenal dan lagi marak-maraknya sekarang yakni aplikasi capcut. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengedukasi siswa bagaimana menggunakan aplikasi Capcut sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan keterampilan siswa/i SMP 06 Bengkulu Tengah, mengembangkan ide-ide siswa/i SMP 06 Bengkulu Tengah, dan meningkatkan keterampilan siswa/i SMP 06 Bengkulu Tengah. Pelatihan yang dilakukan ini tidaklah mudah, diperlukan banyak strategi untuk membuat aplikasi Capcut mudah diterima dan dipahami siswa. Salah satu metode untuk mencapainya adalah memberikan penjelasan kepada siswa tentang pengertian aplikasi Capcut, kelebihan dan kekurangan, serta fungsi dan fitur-fitur yang ada pada aplikasi capcut serta langsung melakukan pelatihan kepada siswa agar siswa benar-benar memahaminya. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa 68% siswa SMPN 06 Bengkulu Tengah memahami materi tentang Cara Menggunakan Aplikasi Capcut.

Abstract

PT. A Logistic International is a company engaged in expor and impor shipping services since 2012. Work activities outside the office cause employees to forgot to take attendance, there is damage and loss when recapitulating attendance data manually and the difficulty of doing attendance remotely. The purpose of this problem is to be able to help attendance results automatically and efficiently through the website and speed up the process of recording employee attendance reports and implementing online attendance results so that they can be used when working outside the office. System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method or called the system development of systems that are made so that they can complate the manufacturing process effectively. Through web based online attendance and using Photo and Geolocation features can make it easier for employees when taking attendance outside the office more efficient, more disciplined and reduce the risk of damage and loss of attendance data. Over time this online presence can become a habit among employees in order to creat a more dynamic presence system and can be developed for the better.

Abstract

The situational leadership style of the madrasah principal, especially in improving the professionalism of teachers at MIMA 01 KH. Shiddiq Jember, Gebang Purworejo, who is required to make continuous efforts to improve the quality of his education. The leadership is carried out with reference to the improvement program so that the teacher's professional attitude is realized in carrying out his duties and responsibilities. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of situational leadership of madrasah principals with four indicators of leadership style, namely telling style, selling style, participating style, and delegating style, as an effort to improve teacher professionalism. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were principals, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques from this study used the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that, the head of MIMA 01 KH. Shiddiq Jember has implemented a situational leadership style that has met four indicators. This is evidenced from the results of the study that: First, the principal has applied the Telling style as evidenced by 1) giving work to the teacher always giving orders, and not being coercive; 2) provide direction before carrying out the work. Second, the madrasa principal has applied the Selling style as evidenced by 1) making clear rules; 2) provide opportunities for teachers to express their opinion; 3) the head of the madrasa applies democracy; 4) can receive suggestions from teachers; 5) provide motivation to subordinates in completing the work; 6) give praise and incentives to the teacher when completing the job well. Third, the principal has implemented a Participating style as evidenced by: 1) the principal is able to make the right decisions in completing the work; 2) the head of the madrasa is active in various activities carried out by the community. Fourth, the madrasah principal has applied the Delegating style, as evidenced by: 1) the madrasah principal monitors the work of the teacher; 2) the head of the madrasa gives full responsibility to the teacher in completing the work.

Abstract

Service is a process of directly fulfilling the needs of activities carried out to meet the needs of the community so as to obtain satisfaction. To get good service results, the role of employees is very important to serve the needs of the community. Religious Affairs Office employees have tried their best with existing capabilities and facilities to provide the best service to the community. However, the duties and roles of the Religious Affairs Office in Binakal District have not been realized properly due to a lack of staff to carry out the planned objectives and inadequate facilities so that service is still not optimal. The method used in this thesis is a qualitative method. This qualitative research uses a field research approach. By using data collection techniques carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation, and also using data triangulation in testing the validity of the data obtained. The results of this research are: First, the form of public service at the Binakal Subdistrict Religious Affairs Office serves the community's religious needs, including: the field of religious affairs (marriage and reconciliation), the field of data management and KUA management information, the field of the Sakinah family, the field of mosques and the field of development, the field of development. Sharia, Waqf Sector, Zakat Sector, Hajj and Umrah Sector, Halal Products Sector, Social Worship Sector Apart from that, there are KUA instructors who are implementers of religious advice guidance. Second, the supporting factors at the Religious Affairs Office, Binakal District, Bondowoso Regency, namely the level of education, online system services and the availability of a complete service system. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are: Lack of employee discipline and responsibility for their work, lack of employee ability to use technology and lack of public understanding of the implementation of online systems
