Abstract

The goal of the research to describe of development of card media with scientificapproach on mathematics lesson, and show the practical and effectivity of cardmedia with scientific approach. The research's model use Borg and Gall model.The steps of the research are : analyze of potential and problem, the collect ofdata, product design, design validation and revision of design. Trying of test wasconducted to know the effectivity of card media. The instrument use observationsheet, questionnaire, and observation sheet of test's trying. The design of validation'sresult show that media is valid and it can apply on the teaching learning. Theresult of test's trying show that card media is practical to use as mathematicslearning's media. Beside that, the student classical of total's percentage after do thetest show that media is effective to use as teaching learning.

Abstract

This article explores the study of Islam by an orientalist, Bryan S. Turner. This study aimed to: first, to uncover the things that underlie the history of thought and movement of Orientalism. Second, to determine the thought Bryan S. Turner about Islam, which is specifically intended as a corrective to the thesis produced by Max Weber about his interpretation of Islam. The results of the study reveal that historically Orientalism, or the oriental studies movement emerged in the 18th century. This movement is often associated as a movement that pretend to control and weaken the East, especially Islam. It is not without basis, since the emergence of Orientalism has led to intellectual arrogance by claiming the West as a measure of civilization, because the East presented only in accordance with the construction used by the West. Keywords: Orientalism, Orient, West, civilization.

Abstract

In general, this study examines the issue of compensation for land acquisition for the public interest in the view of Islam and Agrarian law. While empirically, this study examines the implementation of compensation for land acquisition for the public interest in the Yogyakarta International Airpot Airport project from the perspective of Islamic law and agrarian law. This type of research is library research, namely research whose main objects are library books and other literature, which are related to the title above. So this research is a qualitative research. However, this research is strengthened by research data in the field (file research). In this study, researchers tried to examine and view the law with a complete picture. And to realize it, it must always be carried out in an interdisciplinary manner, where law is a symptom of two aspects, namely normative (das sollen) and empirical (das sein). Therefore, this research is not enough to only use library research, but rather a combination of library research with research surveys in the field. Thus the approach method used is normative juridical and sociological juridical, with descriptive-qualitative research specifications. In connection with this research is empirical legal research, the data sources used are the primary data sources and secondary data sources.

Abstract

This  study aimed to  determine  learning  strategies  in  the New Normal Era. In the last few years, Indonesia especially experienced the Covid 19 disaster, which caused all elements of life to experience a new era to live life. This field study was conducted at the Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Situbondo institution because the institution in the teaching and learning process must use effective and efficient strategies to support ongoing learning and to find out Analysis  of  Human  Resource  Management  in  the  New  Normal  Era’s  improving  learning  strategies. The method employed  in  this  study  is  a  qualitative  descriptive  analysis study strategy. In the new normal era, human resource management enhances learning techniques through efforts, mature readiness, and debriefing in terms of Information Technology abilities and virtual learning habits, according to the survey results. The most effective learning method in the new normal period is to adhere to the regulations set forth by the Ministry of Education and Culture regarding  virtual  learning  on a platform that has been approved. In  order  to  reduce  misunderstandings  between  teachers  and  students,  it is essential that both students and teachers have the necessary tools, credentials, and awareness of the factors that will determine the course of learning. To prevent lying, being lazy, and cheating on tests, students study at home under the guidance and supervision of their parents. in order to maintain the standards of ethics, morals, and norms in academia.

Abstract

This article examines how the leadership style trend of the head of the Islamic Elementary School Nahdlatul Ulama Pare in the perspective of Williams James Reddin's three-dimensional theory. The principal should apply an effective leadership style. Among the figures who created the theory of effective leadership style is William James Redin in the theory of three-dimensional leadership. This leadership style theory will be the analytical knife of researchers in analyzing the trend of leadership style at the Nahdlatul Ulama Islamic Elementary School (SDI NU) Pare. SDI NU Pare is one of the most advanced and successful schools because apart from being accredited A, this school has achieved various achievements in both academic and non-academic fields. The progress and achievements of SDI NU Pare cannot be separated from the success of the principal in leading the institution. Therefore, the researcher is interested in analyzing the trend of leadership style used by the principal of SDI NU Pare and what policies are applied to become an advanced and high-achieving school. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with the results describing the trend of the leadership style of the SDI NU Pare principal and the policies applied so that the school is advanced and has achievements.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to ascertain the learning strategies employed in the context of the New Normal Era. In recent years, Indonesia has been particularly affected by the global pandemic of the novel coronavirus, which has precipitated a profound transformation in all aspects of life. The field study was conducted at the Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Situbondo institution, as it was deemed an appropriate setting in which to observe and analyse teaching and learning processes, and to identify strategies that facilitate ongoing learning. This study employs a qualitative descriptive analysis strategy. In the context of the new normal era, human resource management plays a pivotal role in enhancing learning techniques through concerted efforts, a well-considered approach, and a systematic debriefing process. This is particularly evident in the area of information technology abilities and virtual learning habits, as evidenced by the survey results. In the context of the new normal period, the most effective learning method is to adhere to the regulations set forth by the Ministry of Education and Culture regarding virtual learning on an approved platform. To reduce misunderstandings between teachers and students, it is essential that both parties have the necessary tools, credentials, and awareness of the factors that will determine the course of learning. In order to prevent dishonesty, laziness, and cheating on tests, students study at home under the guidance and supervision of their parents, thereby maintaining the standards of ethics, morals, and norms in academia.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Sumbermulyo Village is a replica of Indonesia in terms of multiculturalism. Sumbermulyo is a village located in the southern Banyuwangi region, precisely in Pesanggaran District, Banyuwangi Regency. This research aims to find out the Communication Patterns of Religious Plurality Communities in Sumbermulyo Pesanggaran Banyuwangi Village and Community Efforts to Resolve Conflicts with Socio-religious Backgrounds in Sumbermulyo Village, Pesanggaran District, Banyuwangi Regency. The research method in this study uses Qualitative used to answer research problems in the form of narrative related data obtained from various research techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this research are the efforts of the Sumbermulyo community so that this diversity continues to run dynamically and harmoniously, some interfaith leaders respect different religions, such as attending invitations, attending celebrations and other celebrations. And also always work together in building places of worship despite religious differences. ABSTRAK Desa Sumbermulyo merupakan replika Indonesia dalam hal multikultural. Sumbermulyo merupakan sebuah desa yang terletak di wilayah Banyuwangi selatan tepatnya di Kecamatan Pesanggaran Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pola Komunikasi Masyarakat Pluralitas Agama Di Desa Sumbermulyo Pesanggaran Banyuwangi serta Upaya Masyarakat Menyelesaikan Konflik Yang Berlatar Belakang Sosial Keagamaan di Desa Sumbermulyo Kecamatan Pesanggaran Kabupaten Banyuwangi Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Kualitatif digunakan menjawab permasalahan penelitian berupa data terkait naratif yang diperoleh dari berbagai teknik penelitian melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil Peneltian ini yaitu Upaya masyarakat Sumbermulyo supaya keberagaman ini tetap berjalan dinamisdan harmonis maka beberapa tokoh antar agama melakukan penghormatan terhadap beda agama, semisal menghadiri undangan, menghadiri selametan dan hajatan lainnya. Serta juga selalu gotong royong dalam membangun tempat ibadah meskipun memiliki perbedaan agama

Abstract

SMPN 06 Bengkulu Tengah adalah sekolah yang terletak di Desa Taba Lagan Kecamatan Semidang Lagan Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah dimana sekolah ini terletak di lokasi yang strategis, menjadikannya pilihan utama bagi banyak siswa. Selain itu, sekolah ini didukung oleh tenaga pengajar yang berkualitas tinggi, sehingga menarik minat para orang tua untuk menyekolahkan anak-anak mereka di sini. Pendidikan SMP adalah jenjang pendidikan formal yang bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan siswa memasuki Sekolah Menengah Atas. Pada usia ramaja seperti ini siswa harus dikenalkan dengan teknologi yang canggih karena anak milenial atau generasi-Z harus banyak menggunakan sistem teknologi yang terkenal dan lagi marak-maraknya sekarang yakni aplikasi capcut. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengedukasi siswa bagaimana menggunakan aplikasi Capcut sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan keterampilan siswa/i SMP 06 Bengkulu Tengah, mengembangkan ide-ide siswa/i SMP 06 Bengkulu Tengah, dan meningkatkan keterampilan siswa/i SMP 06 Bengkulu Tengah. Pelatihan yang dilakukan ini tidaklah mudah, diperlukan banyak strategi untuk membuat aplikasi Capcut mudah diterima dan dipahami siswa. Salah satu metode untuk mencapainya adalah memberikan penjelasan kepada siswa tentang pengertian aplikasi Capcut, kelebihan dan kekurangan, serta fungsi dan fitur-fitur yang ada pada aplikasi capcut serta langsung melakukan pelatihan kepada siswa agar siswa benar-benar memahaminya. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa 68% siswa SMPN 06 Bengkulu Tengah memahami materi tentang Cara Menggunakan Aplikasi Capcut.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of active learning methods in improving students' understanding of moral material at school. Active learning is a learning approach that emphasizes students' active participation in the teaching and learning process. In this study, various techniques such as group discussions, simulations, and case studies were used to encourage student engagement. The results show that this method is effective in improving students' understanding of moral concepts, creating an interactive learning atmosphere, and building critical thinking skills. The findings provide important implications for the development of morals learning methods in schools.

Abstract

The characteristics and background of students cannot be generalized from one to another. This requires good management so that it can create innovation in entrepreneurship. This study aims to analyze the design and implementation of entrepreneurship carried out in an effort to foster the entrepreneurial spirit of students. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study research type. Data sources were obtained from five informants consisting of one Islamic Boarding School coach, one head of the Islamic Boarding School, one head of the Cooperative, one person in charge of the Business unit and one student. Research data were collected through observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data validity techniques were carried out using member checks and source triangulation and technique triangulation. The data analysis technique uses the theory of Miles Huberman and Saldana which includes data collection, data condensation, data presentation and verification or conclusion drawing. The results obtained from the research are the design and implementation of entrepreneurship management in shaping student entrepreneurship. This research is expected to be a positive contribution, provide views, and new initiatives regarding entrepreneurship management in fostering the spirit of entrepreneurship in the boarding school environment so that it can expand and provide benefits to entrepreneurship activists, especially those who are in the boarding school.
