Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui pengaruh Absensi Fingerprint dan  Pengawasan terhadap Disiplin Kerja. Metode yang dipakai pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel yang diteliti adalah 64 pegawai. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji f dengan menggunakan program Software spss 21 for windows.  Dari hasil penelitian uji t menunjukkan bahwa ada Absensi Fingerprint (X1) dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05, artinya secara parsial ada pengaruh yang signifikan Absensi Fingerprint terhadap Disiplin Kerja. Sedangkan Pengawasan dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 > 0,05, artinya secara parsial ada pengaruh yang signifikan Pengawasan terhadap Disiplin Kerja. Hasil pembahasan uji F secara simultan diperoleh oleh nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 artinya H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Maka dapat diterangkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Absensi Fingerprint dan  Pengawasan terhadap Disiplin Kerja Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan Palembang. Kata Kunci: Absensi Fingerprint, Pengawasan dan Disiplin Kerja  ABSTRACT  This study intends to determine the effect of Fingerprint Attendance and Supervision on Work Discipline. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with the number of samples studied is 64 employees. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keserbagunaan dan korespondensi yang memikat terhadap sifat pekerjaan perwakilan di PT KAI (Persero) DIVRE III PALEMBANG. Strategi yang yang digunakan dalam review ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah tes yang dipertimbangkan adalah 40 delegasi. Pemeriksaan kekambuhan langsung dasar, pemeriksaan kekambuhan langsung, pemeriksaan koefisien kepastian, uji t dan uji F dengan program produk spss 22 for windows. Dari hasil penelitian uji-t menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada keserbagunaan (X1) dengan nilai tidak relevan sebesar 0,587 > 0,05, menyiratkan bahwa agak tidak ada dampak besar fleksibilitas terhadap sifat kerja perwakilan. Sedangkan variabel korespondensi meyakinkan (X2) dengan nilai kritis 0,029 < 0,05, agaknya terdapat pengaruh korespondensi yang menarik terhadap sifat pekerjaan representatif. Akibat percakapan uji F tersebut diperoleh nilai kritis 0,035 < 0,05 yang berarti H0 ditolak, Ha diakui. Kata kunci: Kemampuan Adaptasi, Komunikasi Persuasif, Kualitas Kerja  ABSTRACT  This study was to decide the impact of flexibility and powerful correspondence on the nature of work of representatives at PT KAI (Persero) DIVRE III PALEMBANG. The quantity of tests examined is 40 workers. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis pengaruh tingkat pendidikan dan semangat kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Entrepreneur Multi Technology. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Entrepreneur Multi Technology berjumlah 60 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah sampling jenuh dengan mengambil seluruh populasi, jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 Responden. Teknik analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis inferensial meliputi analisis regresi sederhana, analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi serta uji hipotesis. Hasil uji hipotesis dari uji t diperoleh nilai signifikan tingkat pendidikan 0.01 < 0.05 artinya secara parsial tingkat pendidikan (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Diperoleh nilai signifikan semangat kerja 0.000 < 0.05  artinya secara parsial semangat kerja (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Hasil pembahasan uji F memperoleh nilai signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05 dan hasil analisis koefisien determinasi memperoleh nilai R Square 0.755 artinya secara simultan tingkat pendidikan (X1) dan semangat kerja (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) sebesar 75.5 % sedangkan sebanyak  24.5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Kata Kunci: tingkat pendidikan, semangat kerja, kinerja karyawan.   ABSTRACT This study aims to test the hypothesis of the effect of education level and spirit at work on employee performance at PT. Entrepreneur Multi Technology. The population of this research is all employees of PT. Entrepreneur Multi Technology has 60 employees. The sampling technique is saturated sampling by taking the entire population, the total sample is 60 respondents. Research data analysis techniques using inferential analysis include simple regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of the hypothesis test from the t-test obtained a significant value of education level 0.01 <0.05 meaning that partially the level of education (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Obtaining a significant value of morale 0.000 <0.05 means that partial morale (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). The results of the discussion of the F test obtained a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained an R Square value of 0.755 meaning that simultaneously the level of education (X1) and spirit at work (X2) had a significant effect on employee performance (Y) by 75.5% while as much as 24.5% were influenced by other variables. Abstract

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini dilakukan di Balai Pengelola Kereta Api Ringan Sumatera Selatan, yang dimana penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi gaya kepemimpinan yang berpengaruh terhadap motivasi pegawai, pengaruh kompensasi terhadap motivasi pegawai, dan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan kompensasi secara bersamaan terhadap motivasi pegawai. Sampel dalam penelitian kali ini berjumlah 41 responden. Metode penelitian ini adalah jenis data kuantitatif asosiatif yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada pegawai Balai Pengelola Kereta Api Ringan Sumatera Selatan sebagai instrumen penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam peneliitian ini yaitu melakukan uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, serta uji heteroskedasitas. Temuan penelitian ini Secara parsial variabel gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai, sedangkan secara parsial variabel kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan. Namun variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, kompensasi, Motivasi Kerja.   ABSTRACT   This research was conducted at the South Sumatra Light Railroad Management Center, where this study aimed to identify leadership styles that influence employee motivation, the effect of compensation on employee motivation, and the influence of leadership style and compensation simultaneously on employee motivation. The sample in this study amounted to 41 respondents. This research method is a type of associative quantitative data obtained through questionnaires distributed to employees of the South Sumatra Light Railroad Management Center as a research instrument. The data analysis technique used in this research is the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The findings of this study Partially the leadership style variable has no significant effect on employee motivation, while partially the compensation variable has a significant effect. However, the variables of leadership style and compensation have a significant effect on employee motivation. Keywords : Leadership Style, Compensation, Work Motivation.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Karyawan dalarn suatu perusahaan terdiri atas karyawan tetap dan karyawan kontrak. Karyawan tetap dalam perusahaan cenderung akan merasa lebih aman sebab tidak dibebani masa kontrak sehingga kepastian masa depannya ditentukan oleh sikap positif yang ditunjukkan saat bekerja. Jika sifat positif yang ditunjukan rendah maka motivasi berprestasi karyawan akan rendah dan tentunya kinerja karyawan tersebut juga akan rendah. Adanya rasa aman biasanya menjadikan karyawan tersebut terlena dan tidak terpacu dengan target yang ingin dicapai perusahaan sehingga hal ini dapat menciptakan kondisi tidak produktif dalam diri karyawan yang tentunya akan berpengaruh terhadap target dan produktivitas perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujiuan untuk mengetahui dan rnembuktikan apakah terdapat perbedaan motivasi berprestasi antara karyawan kontrak dan karyawan tetap pada PT. Bank Negara INDONESIA 46 Tbk, Palembang, dan apakah terdapat perbedaan kinerja antara karyawan kontrak dan karyawan tetap pada PT. Bank Negara INDONESIA 46 Tbk, Palembang. Metode pengujian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti rnasih sangat terbatas menggunakan uji beda (t test) diharapkan bagi peneliti selanjutnya yang tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian dengan topik sejenis (studi komparasi) dapat mengujinya kembali dengan metode pengujiian t-tes dengan memperbanyak sampel yang diteliti. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Berprestasi, Kinerja ABSTRACT Employees in a company consist of permanent employees and contract employees. Permanent employees in the company tend to feel more secure because they are not burdened with a contract period so that their future certainty is determined by the positive attitude they show while working. If the positive characteristics shown are low, the employee's achievement motivation will be low and of course the employee's performance will also be low. Having a sense of security usually makes employees complacent and not motivated by the targets the company wants to achieve, so this can create unproductive conditions within employees which of course will affect the company's targets and productivity. This research aims to find out and prove whether there are differences in achievement motivation between contract employees and permanent employees at PT. Bank Negara INDONESIA 46 Tbk, Palembang, and whether there are differences in performance between contract employees and permanent employees at PT. Bank Negara INDONESIA 46 Tbk, Palembang. The testing method carried out by researchers is still very limited using a difference test (t test). It is hoped that future researchers who are interested in conducting research on a similar topic (comparative study) can test it again using the t-test testing method by increasing the samples studied. Abstract

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan di BATIQA Hotel Palembang. Sebanyak 73 karyawan hotel menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi dan pelatihan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompetensi, yang diukur berdasarkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman karyawan, terbukti menjadi faktor penentu utama dalam kinerja. Semakin kompeten karyawan, semakin baik pula kinerja mereka. Pelatihan, di sisi lain, membantu meningkatkan kompetensi karyawan dengan memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan baru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan yang efektif dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, meskipun pengaruhnya tidak sebesar kompetensi. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi kompetensi dan pelatihan memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap kinerja karyawan dibandingkan dengan masing-masing faktor secara individual. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hotel perlu berinvestasi dalam pengembangan kompetensi dan pelatihan karyawan untuk mencapai kinerja yang optimal.Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi dan pelatihan adalah dua faktor penting yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di BATIQA Hotel Palembang. Hotel perlu terus mengembangkan program pelatihan dan meningkatkan kompetensi karyawan untuk mencapai kinerja yang optimal.   Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Training, dan Kinerja Karyawan.   ABSTRACT   This study aims to determine the effect of competence and training on employee performance at BATIQA Hotel Palembang. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and work conflict on employee morale at PT. Agri Tirta Lestari Banyuasin. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The population of this research are employees at PT. Agri Tirta Lestari Banyuasin. The number of samples is 50 respondents. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. The instrument test uses validity and reliability tests. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) work stress had a significant effect on morale, (2) work conflict had a significant effect on morale. Abstract

This research aims to test the hypothesis of the influence of career development and promotion on employee morale at the Palembang religious courts. The population in this study was all employees at the Palembang religious courts totaling 71 employees. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling, which means a technique for determining samples with certain considerations. The sample taken in this research was based on the number of Civil Servants (PNS) at the Palembang religious court, which was 54 employees. The collection method uses questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques use simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t hypothesis test and F hypothesis test with the help of SPSS 22. The results of the hypothesis test conclude that simultaneously there is a significant influence on the variables of career development and job promotion on morale Work. This can be seen from the F test, namely 0.000 < 0.05, which means that all independent variables jointly influence the dependent variable.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to find out if it is affected by Career Development and Motivation on Job Satisfaction at the Department of Transportation of Pali Regency. The strategy used in this study is a quantitative technique with the number of tests concentrated on over 35 individuals. Information checking strategies used in this review are different recurrence investigations, recurrence coefficient investigations, assurance checks, t-tests and f-tests using the SPSS 22 for windows program. From the results of the t-test research, it shows that there is a significant influence on Career Development (X1) with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05 so it can be concluded that there is an influence between career development on job satisfaction, and the motivation variable (X2) with a value of sig-0.000 <0.05, it means that partially there is a significant influence on job satisfaction. From the results of the F-test simultaneously obtained a value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that H0 is rejected, Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that the variables of Career Development (X1) and Motivation (X2) have a simultaneous effect on Job Satisfaction (Y). ABSTRAK Penelitian ininya bertujuannya untuk mengetahuinya Pengaruh Pengembangan Karir dan Motivasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Pali. Strategi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik kuantitatif dengan jumlah tes terkonsentrasi di atas 35 individu. Strategi pemeriksaan informasi yang digunakan dalam review ini adalah investigasi kekambuhan yang berbeda, investigasi kekambuhan koefisien, pemeriksaan assurance, uji t dan uji f dengan menggunakan program program SPSS 22 for windows. .Darii hasilnya dipenelitian uji-t menujukan bahwasan adanya dipengaruhkan signifikan Pengembangan Karir (X1) dengan nilainya sig sebesar 0,000<0,05 sehingga dapatkan disimpulkannya bahwasan terdapatnya terpengaruhkan antara Pengembangann kaarir terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, dan variabel Motivasi (X2) dengan nilainya sig-0,000<0,05, artinya secara parsial adakan pengaruh yaang signifikan terhadaap Kepuasan kerja. Dari hasilnya uji-F secara simultan diperoleh nilai 0,000 < 0,05 artinya H0 ditolak Ha diterima. This study examines the effect of performance appraisal, work motivation, and discipline on promotion at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga IT Kertapati Palembang. The population in this study were employees who worked at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga IT Kertapati Palembang with a total of 159 employees. Sampling was carried out using the probability sampling method, and then a sample of 62 employees who will be the respondents was generated. The measurement scale used in this study is the Likert scale. This research uses analysis techniques of validity test, reliability test, classic assumpton test, simple regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), and hypothesis testing which consists of F test (simultaneous) and t-test (partial). The results of this study concluded that partial and simultaneous assessment of work performance, motivation, and work discipline had a significant effect on promotion at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga IT Kertapati Palembang.
