Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there is an influence of convenience, security, service on the trust of fintech (financial technology) users, this type of research is associative. The location of this research was conducted at the State Savings Bank (Persero) Medan Syariah Branch Office which is located at Jalan Haji Juanda No.48, Medan Maimun, Suka Damai, Kec. Medan Polonia, Medan City, North Sumatra, the population is all customers at PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Medan Syariah Branch Office taken as many as 261 customers, the sample in this study was 72 people, the analytical technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis, In this study the Ease of Variable affects the use of Fintech at BTN Syariah because the value t count t table (2.6951.994) and the significance level is lower than 0.05, namely 0.009 (0.009 0.05). In this study, the security variable affects the use of Fintech at BTN Syariah because the value of t count t table (3.7721.994) and a significant level lower than 0.05, namely 0.001 (0.001 0.05). BTN Syariah due to the value of t arithmetic t table (7.6951.994) and a significant level lower than 0.05, namely 0.000 (0.000 0.05), There is an effect of service on fintech users at the State Savings Bank (Persero) Medan Syariah Branch Office, , Bank Tabungan Negara Syariah continues to improve services using fintech. In this study, convenience, security, and services together affect fintech users at the State Savings Bank (Persero) Medan Syariah Branch Office as seen from f count / f table (51.110 2.74) and the significantlevel which is 0.000 is less than 0.05 (0.000 0.05).

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Sharia People's Business Credit (KUR Syariah) and business resources on the productivity of MSMEs in Medan Marelan District. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The research used in the study entitled the influence of KURS (Shariah People's Business Credit) and Business Resources on MSME Productivity in Medan Marelan District. The type of research used is a descriptive quantitative research type. Where in this study analyzes the influence of independent variables, namely KURS (people's business credit) and business resources on MSME productivity with the dependent variable being MSME productivity. The population of this study is MSME entrepreneurs in Medan Marelan District consisting of 896 MSMEs. The sampling technique used is the Slovin method. From the calculation results above, the sample of this study was rounded up to 90 MSMEs in Medan Marelan District.This result indicates that 82.3% of MSME productivity variations are influenced by these two variables, while 17.7% are influenced by other factors. Therefore, optimizing access to KUR Syariah, business assistance, and innovative strategies are necessary to enhance MSME competitiveness sustainably. These findings confirm that access to sharia financing and the optimization of business resources can significantly improve MSME productivity. Therefore, the government and sharia financial institutions should continue to promote the broader utilization of KUR Syariah and provide assistance in business management. Additionally, MSME actors are encouraged to develop more innovative business strategies, including business digitalization and improved management quality, to enhance competitiveness and sustainable business growth.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of digital and non-digital services on customer satisfaction. To find out the influence of digital services that are developing at this time. To determine the effect of direct service on customer satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach. The results of the study show that there is a significant effect of digital service variables on customer satisfaction. There is a significant effect of non-digital service variables on customer satisfaction. There is an influence of digital and non-digital services on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia. Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine sharia marketing strategies in increasing public trust in the Bestari Impian care center, Malaysia. Strategy to build public trust by demonstrating the center's commitment to Sharia principles and providing an educational environment that is in line with Islamic values. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation and data validity techniques. The results of this research show that the marketing strategy used is to provide guarantees of good service quality, partnerships with the community, marketing via social media, self-development programs, excellent customer service, feedback and evaluation and collaboration with sharia financial institutions.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penguatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) pada lembaga amil zakat menjadi hal penting dalam upaya peningkatan penghimpunan Zakat, Infak, dan Shodaqoh (ZIS) yang berkontribusi terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi umat. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan softskill dan hardskill pengelola Lazismu Kota Binjai, khususnya dalam bidang manajemen SDM dan strategi fundraising. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan mencakup ceramah, diskusi interaktif, workshop, dan simulasi peran. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 30 peserta yang terdiri dari amil, pengurus, dan relawan Lazismu Kota Binjai. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan melalui angket pre-test dan post-test yang disebarkan kepada seluruh peserta. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta sebesar 85% dalam aspek manajerial fundraising dan 80% dalam pencatatan serta pelaporan keuangan ZIS. Pelatihan ini terbukti efektif dalam mendukung profesionalisasi pengelolaan ZIS di tingkat lokal.Abstract: Strengthening the capacity of human resources (HR) in zakat collection institutions is important in efforts to increase the collection of Zakat, Infak, and Shodaqoh (ZIS) which contributes to the empowerment of the people's economy. This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to improve the soft skills and hard skills of Lazismu Binjai City managers, especially in the fields of HR management and fundraising strategies. The method of implementing the activity includes lectures, interactive discussions, workshops, and role simulations. This activity involved 30 participants consisting of amil, administrators, and volunteers of Lazismu Binjai City. The evaluation of the activity was carried out through pre-test and post-test questionnaires distributed to all participants. The evaluation results showed an increase in participants' understanding by 85% in the managerial aspects of fundraising and 80% in recording and reporting ZIS finances. This training has proven effective in supporting the professionalization of ZIS management at the local level.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the role of Islamic banking in MSMEs in the new normal period because Islamic banking is a financial intermediary institution that has a role in economic development and in this case the focus of research on MSMEs can drive economic activity. Problems in research due to this new normal period need to be studied whether MSMEs increase their income during the new normal period and whether Islamic banking has played a role. This research methodology was conducted using primary data obtained through a survey of 116 business actors engaged in the food business and other businesses located in the city of Medan. The results of this study indicate that MSMEs survive from their own capital in the form of assets and savings owned, even though the interest and desire of MSME actors is very dominant in wanting to transact to obtain assistance in the form of capital from Islamic banking, which is equal to 86%. 52.6% of MSMEs have capital problems in this new normal period. Thus it can be concluded that Islamic banking has not provided assistance to MSMEs in the new normal period and Islamic banking has the potential to increase its role as a financial intermediary institution in the future.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between early childhood English language acquisition and Islamic education, emphasizing the benefits and difficulties present in this dynamic learning environment. The need for English language proficiency among young students in Islamic educational settings has significantly expanded as a result of growing globalization. According to this study, cultural views, disparities in teacher ability, and a lack of resources are some of the main obstacles that can prevent effective English language instruction. However, it also draws attention to significant chances to incorporate Islamic principles into English language instruction strategies in order to improve students' involvement and contextual awareness. This study intends to provide information on efficient teaching techniques that are in line with both Islamic teachings and contemporary language learning techniques by using qualitative approaches such as interviews and classroom observations. The findings of the study indicate that early childhood students enrolled in Islamic education can greatly increase their English proficiency with a well-rounded approach that honors cultural context while implementing cutting-edge teaching techniques. This study offers useful suggestions for educators and legislators who want to establish more inclusive and productive learning settings, as well as contributing to the current conversation on multilingual education.

Abstract

This study aims to identify how the analysis of public perception towards Islamic banking (using a case study of Al Fikh Orchard Sungai Pinang, Malaysia) affects both individually and overall. The research adopts an associative approach. The population consists of all teachers and parents at Al Fikh Orchard Sungai Pinang, Malaysia, with a sample size of 34 individuals. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using Multiple Linear Regression Tests, Hypothesis Testing (t-test), and Coefficient of Determination, with the assistance of SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) version 29.00. The analysis results indicate that the variable of public perception significantly influences public preference for Islamic banks.

Abstract

Digital marketing has become a crucial tool for educational institutions to increase visibility, build trust, and attract prospective students. However, the integration of Sharia principles into digital marketing remains underexplored, particularly in early childhood education. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Sharia-based digital marketing strategies at Tadika Tinta Khalifah School, Kedah, Malaysia. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation to provide a comprehensive understanding of marketing practices within the school context. The findings reveal that the school employs social media platforms, an official website, and Islamic value-based content as its primary marketing strategies. These practices reflect adherence to Sharia principles such as honesty, transparency, and ethical communication. Nonetheless, the study also identifies several challenges: limited human resources, constrained promotional budgets, strong competition from other schools, and the need for parents to adapt to digital platforms. Despite these obstacles, the results show that the school has effectively utilized digital marketing in ways that both promote its services and preserve Islamic ethical standards. The contribution of this study lies in offering practical insights into how Sharia-compliant digital marketing can be applied in early education, highlighting both its opportunities and constraints. It provides valuable recommendations for strengthening capacity, optimizing content, and fostering collaboration to enhance competitiveness while maintaining alignment with Islamic values.

This research is obtained on the assumption that with murabahah financing can improve employee welfare. This research method uses qualitative research with the type of case study research. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the result of research and analysis of Key data that with this murabahah financing can improve the welfare of employess at BMT LKK UMSU.
