Abstract

This research aims to design and implement a website-based village profile application, with a case study in Adibaboi Village, Manokwari Regency. This application is designed to help Adibaboi Village in introducing the village profile online, connecting the community with the village government, and making it easier to access information related to Adibaboi Village. The method used in this research is a software development method using the waterfall model, which consists of requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance stages. The research results show that this website-based village profile application can be accessed by the public via the internet and has features such as information on village history and culture, village activities and agendas, organizational structure, list of officials and contacts, as well as village location maps. This application is expected to increase information openness and transparency of village government, as well as help the community to gain access to information related to Adibaboi Village more easily and effectively.

Abstract

Social media users get their own convenience in marketing their products through the internet because they can increase sales with not too much expenditure. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to choose which social media is often used as marketing media in Manokwari using a decision support system with the weighted product (WP) method. The selection of social media in this study is Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, and Whatsapp and has criteria such as desire, easy to understand, income, and marketing. Data collection using questionnaires that are shared online with businesses that use social media. A total of 100 respondents were obtained in the results of the questionnaire for one week. The final result of the calculation that has been done, which of each alternative has a value or score according to the calculation. Tiktok social media alternatives have a value or score of 0.18, Instagram has a value or score of 0.21, Facebook has a value or score of 0.33, and Whatsapp has a value or score of 0.29. Therefore, an alternative end result that is often used in the marketing process through social media in Manokwari is Facebook social media, which has the highest value or score from other social media. From the results of this study it was found that Facebook social media is often used as a marketing medium.

Abstract

This research discusses designing a website-based information system using the CodeIgniter Framework. The aim of this research is to optimize district information management, increase open access to information for the community, and speed up the data management process at the district level. The research methodology involves requirements analysis, system design, implementation using CodeIgniter, and system performance evaluation. A needs analysis is carried out to identify the information needed by the community, district government and other related parties. With the results of this analysis, system design was carried out by utilizing the features provided by the CodeIgniter Framework, such as model-view-controller (MVC) to separate application logic and display. CodeIgniter's advantages in database management and ease of web application development are the main focus in developing this system. The user interface is designed to be responsive and easy for users to use. Designing a website-based district information system using the CodeIgniter Framework can make a positive contribution in increasing the efficiency of district information management, providing better accessibility to the community, and supporting transparency and accountability of district governments in data and information management.

Abstract

The library is part of a learning resource for students at the Department of Physics, University of Papua. Because it makes it easier for students to find information or knowledge through the library. With the development of technology, humans think about being able to work more effectively and efficiently, one of which is to make computerized systems and systems. This study aims to create a Library Information system at the Department of Physics, University of Papua in terms of book search, book data collection, member data collection, borrowers and book returns. The method used in designing library information systems is the RAD model, as well as using PHP programming language (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor), MySQL database server and using CodeIgniter Framework. The result of this research is a web-based library information system application that has transaction features, making it easier to collect data on borrowing and returning books, and will improve performance and make it easier to manage book data

Abstract

This research was conducted to create an Information System that can make it easier for alumni to find jobs according to their competence. The goal is that alumni can access job vacancy information that matches their interests and expertise through the platform provided by this application. Job search can be adjusted according to certain criteria, and the system provides automatic notifications for suitable vacancies. In addition, Special Job Exchange (BKK) managers can track alumni activities, add job vacancies, and track alumni placements using this application. The speed, scalability, and performance that the CodeIgniter framework offers are advantages. Using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) development method, the system can be developed with client orientation. The test results show that this application can help alumni find jobs. This will benefit both parties.

Abstract

With the aim of overcoming management and storage problems that still use manual methods in storing data, products, incoming goods, and outgoing goods along with each existing report. It is felt to be less effective and inefficient, because if there is an addition to product data, incoming goods, outgoing goods along with each data report must be studied in detail as a whole, so as to provide ineffectiveness in data processing and storage. The impact of this problem is the delay in providing reports to business owners. and with the existence of an application system "Designing a Web-Based In Out Stock Information System with Codeigniter Framework at the Metrochilon Papuana Gemilang (MPG) Wosi Store". With the mechanism of the in out stock application system, the company gets stock data of goods that are still available to then be used as a reference for incoming and outgoing goods, the issuance of goods is more systematic. With this mechanism, it is proven to help the company's performance and overcome problems in accordance with current technological developments.

Abstract

TOKO AMI IT & CREATIVE is a store located at Sp7 Kampung Sumberboga, Masni District. TOKO AMI IT & CREATIVE itself is a business store that runs an office stationery (ATK) and printing business. At this time, many people have problems managing stock inventory, which is one of the most important things for a business field such as a store. If an item is not properly inventoried, it can cause problems such as inconsistency in the stock of available goods, loss of data on goods owned, long search for item data, a lot of time consuming when managing data, and losses. Therefore, this research aims to assist business processes in TOKO AMI IT & CREATIVE in building web-based applications. The system development methods used are the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Prototype, because this development process has the stages needed in its development.

Abstract

At the same time as the increase in internet users in Indonesia, the number of users has also increased for both video and audio streaming. This increase is based on very rapid technological developments, especially notebooks and tablets that use wireless internet access. The use of streaming video transmission over a wireless network is different from a cable network because the characteristics of wireless networks are limited compared to cable networks, and the characteristics of streaming video transmission require different handling from text data transmission in general. To maintain the stability of internet services for users who access various applications on the internet, the QOS (Quality Of Service) method will be implemented on wireless networks with HTB (Hierarchical Token Bucket) data used, namely video with quality 240p, 360p, 480p, 720p. The QoS parameters analyzed consist of Delay, Jitter, Packet Loss, and Throughput. Test results using the RTP protocol for video streaming have a jitter value of 0 ms because RTP is designed to compensate for jitter and desequencing, if a packet is dropped or lost in the network then RTP will not retransmit to avoid delays due to retransmission requests. To get good video results, packet loss must be between 0% - 3%. If the packet loss is more than 3%, the video results obtained are not satisfactory because the video has a lot of image and sound damage. The author conducted research at UPT Tik Unipa.

Abstract

This study evaluates the quality of the Kampung Kopo website using the WebQual 4.0 model, which comprises three dimensions: usability, information quality, and interaction quality. A quantitative survey was conducted with 109 purposively selected respondents, and data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Descriptive results showed that usability (4.03) and information quality (4.03) received high scores, while user satisfaction was moderate (3.41). Regression analysis revealed that all three dimensions significantly influenced satisfaction: interaction quality (β = 0.401; p < 0.001), information quality (β = 0.345; p < 0.001), and usability (β = 0.306; p < 0.001). The model was significant (F = 308.281; p < 0.001) and explained 89.8% of satisfaction variance (R² = 0.898). These findings confirm that while interaction quality has the strongest effect, all three dimensions play essential roles in determining user satisfaction. Village websites should adopt a comprehensive approach to improve usability, information quality, and interaction quality simultaneously to strengthen digital transformation at the village level.

Abstract

Noken merupakan tas tradisional khas Papua yang memiliki nilai budaya tinggi dan telah diakui sebagai Warisan Budaya Takbenda oleh UNESCO. Keanekaragaman jenis noken berdasarkan motif, bentuk, dan daerah asalnya menghadirkan tantangan dalam proses identifikasi yang hingga kini masih dilakukan secara manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem klasifikasi citra noken secara otomatis menggunakan Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) dengan pendekatan transfer learning. Tiga arsitektur CNN yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah VGG16, InceptionV3, dan MobileNetV2. Dataset terdiri dari 500 citra noken, yang terdiri dari dua jenis noken yaitu Bitu Agia dan Junum Ese. Proses pelatihan dilakukan menggunakan library TensorFlow dengan parameter terbaik. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan metrik accuracy, precision, recall, dan F1-score, serta grafik visualisasi akurasi dan loss. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MobileNetV2 memberikan performa terbaik dengan akurasi 97 persen, disusul oleh InceptionV3 sebesar 96 persen, dan VGG16 sebesar 87 persen. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan deep learning efektif dalam klasifikasi citra objek budaya, serta dapat mendukung pelestarian budaya Papua secara digital.
