Abstract

Distribusi perjalanan adalah proses menghitung jumlah perjalanan yang terjadi antara satu zona dengan semua zona lainnya. Tujuan dari analisa distribusi perjalanan ini adalah untuk mengetahui jumlah perjalanan yang berasal dari kota Batu ke zona kota Batu ( intern zona ) dan dari kota Batu ke zona kabupaten Malang ( ekstern zona ). Melihat kondisi kota Batu seperti sekarang ini untuk tingkat pertumbuhan wilayah yang berbeda-beda dan pembagian wilayah atau zona yang tidak merata, maka akan menimbulkan distribusi perjalanan ( sebaran pergerakan ) yang berbeda-beda pula sehingga perlu untuk menganalisa bangkitan dan tarikan perjalanan. Analisa untuk intern dan ekstern zona menggunakan metode sintetis dengan model gravitasi karena adanya perbedaan waktu tempuh perjalanan tiap moda tidak sama. Perjalanan yang dianalisa adalah perjalanan didalam kota Batu ( intern zona ) dan perjalanan di kabupaten Malang ( ekstern zona ). Dari hasil analisa distribusi perjalanan dengan metode gravitasi jumlah perjalanan yang dihasilkan oleh masyarakat kota Batu sebesar 1746 perjalanan / hari. Untuk jumlah produksi perjalanan terbesar adalah di kecamatan Junrejo sebesar 217 perjalanan / hari. Sedangkan jumlah produksi perjalanan terkecil adalah kecamatan di Punten sebesar 49 perjalanan / hari.

Abstract

Abstract

Asphalt concrete is often used as a surface layer for anticipating the heavy traffic load andhigh, it is intended to obtain a coating that is able to contribute to the measured bearing capacity.Asphalt concrete mix composed of continuously graded aggregate and asphalt binding material,where the quality of asphalt concrete in the field will be affected by manufacturing process in theAMP, distribution and compaction in field. This study aims to determine the effect of immersion inthe concrete mix to the Marshall stability value. The variation of immersion time used in this study2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 24, 48 and 72 hours. The results showed that there is a very strong influence ondipping against Marshall stability value as shown by the equation Y = - 10.67 x + 228.85 and willincrease at 24 and 72 hours of immersion., While for the value of the air cavity will reach below therequirements after the age of 20 hours of immersion.Keywords: asphalt concrete mixture, Marshall stability.

Abstract

TAsphalt concrete mix is one type of flexible pavement layer. Asphalt concrete mixture consistsessentially of coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, filler and binder. Aggregate used may be natural orthe result of processing and can also be the artificial aggregate. While grading for asphalt concretemix is Continuously graded. This study aimed to assess the absolute density, ie density of a pavementlayer maximum value. Absolute density is needed in order to predict the quality of road pavementlayers in accordance with the variation of the number of collisions 2x75, 2x150, 2x200, 2x300 and2x400 blows. Then studied the effect of variations in the collision of the Marshall test parameters,which include density, stability, voids of mineral aggregate (VMA), voids filled with asphalt (VFWA),voids in the mix (VITM), flow and marshall qoutient. The results showed a variation of the effect ofcollisions on the value of VITM. specially for heavy traffic comparison of values obtained onvariation of the collision VITM 2x150, 2x200, 2x300 and 2x400 to VITM standard is between 50-60% (collision 2x75). These results indicate that all kinds of variations of the collision above thestandard collision will result in fatigue of materials, pavement materials become damaged as aresult. From the results of this study also obtained the optimum asphalt content for heavy traffic,moderate and mild, respectively, are 6.44%, 6.59% and 6.86%. From the results of this study alsoobtained a density value of the field whose value is based on the optimum asphalt content in successionto heavy traffic, medium and light, which is 2.35 g / cc, 2.35 g / cc and 2.36 gr/cc

Abstract

Passenger public transportation in Tuban is one of the means of transport used by the community to meet the transport needs. Total fleet of public transport passengers registered and active operating as many as 40 vehicles, consisting of 30 units of passenger public transportation route A and 10 units of passenger public transportation route B, with a capacity of 12 passengers/vehicle. Passenger public transportation operates from 06.00 - 17.00 with the number of trips ranging from 7-8 trips/day every vehicle and can carry 9-10 passengers/trip every vehicle. The waiting time of passenger route A average of 3 minutes, and route B average of 9 minutes. The purpose of research is to determine the performance and productivity of the passenger public transportation of Tuban. The research using empirical methods to obtain information from observations in the field and these observations are presented in the form of data.The research results it is known that the performance and productivity of public transportation on route A and B. Route A has an average load factor of 81,39%, an average frequency of 20,97 vehicles/hour, an average headway of 2.88 minutes, an average travel time of 3,50 minutes/km, an average travel speed of 21,52 km/hour, and a productivity 7,62 trips/day-vehicle, with 74,45 passengers/day-vehicle. Route B has an average load factor of 78,19%, an average frequency of 7,15 vehicles/hour, an average headway of 8,93 minutes, an average travel time of 2,39 minutes/km, an average travel speed of 21,78 km/hour, and a productivity 7,74 trips/day-vehicle, with 72,6 passengers/day-vehicle..

Abstract

Gondanglegi Kulon Village is located in Gondanglegi District, Malang Regency, the research location is in the Muhammadiyah Entrepreneur Islamic Boarding School area. From the results of information from local villagers, it was explained that in the study area there was no shallow groundwater found. This is also reinforced by the fact that there are no wells in the settlements of the residents around the Entrepreneur Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School, so that practically no residents use wells to fulfill clean water, they still depend on river water or PDAM services which are relatively expensive and continuous. still below expectations. As a center for religious education, Islamic boarding schools continue to develop supporting facilities. One of the most needed facilities is the availability of clean water. Quantitatively, the supply from the PDAM is not sufficient and the operational costs borne by the manager are too high. The use of groundwater is a solution that can be used to meet the needs of clean water at the research location. Therefore we need a technology to identify the point of exploration, the technology used in this research is geoelectric resistivity. By using the resistivity geoelectric method, it is expected to know the rock structure at the research location and see the potential for deep groundwater. Thus, the hope that in the future the Entrepreneur Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School (PPEM) will no longer depend on water raw materials from the PDAM, so the hope is that daily operational costs related to clean water needs can be minimized. From the results of the analysis and discussion, 2 (two) points of drilling recommendations were obtained, but with technical and non-technical considerations, exploration was suggested at point 3 with a potential of 4.2423 L / sec. Where at this location is a rock lithological arrangement consisting of a top soil layer, a clay layer, a tuff layer, a sandy silt layer, a sand layer and a gravel layer.

Abstract

Salah satu cara meningkatkan mutu campuran beraspal adalah dengan menambah bahan aditif ke dalam aspal. Bahan aditif yang dipilih adalah plastik jenis LDPE. Pemilihan plastik ini karena kemudahan mendapatkan dan sebagai salah satu solusi mengurangi kerusakan lingkungan karena plastik. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi salah satu upaya untuk pengelolaan plastik dan menjadi acuan dalam mengamati karakteristik aspal yang diganti sebagian dengan LDPE. Analisa dilakukan dengan cara mencari terlebih dahulu KAO dari campuran aspal pen 60/70 HRS-WC. Dari hasil KAO (kadar aspal optimum) yang didapatkan, dilakukan substitusi kadar aspal dengan plastik LDPE. Kadar LDPE yang digunakan yaitu 0%, 2%, 4%, 6% dan 8%. Hasil dari 2%, 4%, 6%, dan 8% kadar LDPE dibandingkan dengan kadar LDPE 0%. Dari hasil Analisa yang dilakukan, semakin banyaknya kadar plastik LDPE yang dipakai maka akan semakin mengurangi nilai stabilitas, MQ, dan VFA. Nilai VIM dan VMA semakin meningkat seiring semakin banyaknya kadar LDPE yang dipakai. Pada nilai stabilitas, stabilitas sisa dan MQ mengalami peningkatan pada kadar 2% tetapi mengalami penurunan kembali di kadar 4%, 6% dan 8%.

Abstract

An intersection is a part of a road where currents from various directions or directions meet. This is what causes conflicts between currents from opposite directions and intersect each other, resulting in congestion along the intersection arm. The signalized intersection on Jl. Panglima Sudirman – Jl. Urip Sumoharjo – Jl. Pattimura is one of the main network junctions in Malang City, precisely located in an area that provides several public facilities, namely the National Defense Field, Kota Baru Station and Klojen Market. This intersection connects to public places such as the city center, schools, offices and others. This reseach aims to evaluate the performance of the intersection and the degree of saturation as well as the level of service at the signalized intersection at the current condition based on the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) 1997. This reseach uses empirical methods to obtain data from observations that occur in the field. From the results of the reseach the degree of saturation (DS) on the north approach was 0.89, with queue length (QL) = 140.30 m, south approach 0.84, with queue length (QL) = 97.25 m, east approach 0, 49 with queue length (QL) = 69.25 m and the western approach 0.56 with queue length (QL) = 54.40 m. The average delay of the intersection is 27.31 sec/pcu and is included in the value of service level of service D.

Abstract

Benteng Pancasila street often experiences congestion caused by excessive side barriers due to the large number of parked vehicles and vendors selling on the shoulder of the street. This study aims to improve Jl Benteng Pancasila section performance and forecasts for the next five years. This research is quantitative descriptive research that produces quantitative data and being analysis based on descriptive situation. This study shows that based on peak time and side resistance calculations, the final saturation (DS) value is 0.75 at LOS D. After implementing the improvement alternatives, the DS values are 0.71 for LOS C in 2022 and 0.82 in 2026. LOS value of D. This condition needs to alternative improvement to improve road performance Benteng Pancasila street.

Abstract

Highways are transportation infrastructure that is very important in supporting land transportation. Without being matched by an increase in road infrastructure, it will result in an excessive load on the road structure and will cause congestion. Congestion is one of the problems that is often experienced or encountered, congestion occurs due to the large number of vehicles that exceed the capacity of the road so that it affects road performance. Based on the network pattern seen during holidays or weekends, access to and from the Malang City area tends to increase. Road side barriers that occur on Commander Sudirman street, Singosari are one of the causes of traffic jams. This research aims to provide an alternative plan in overcoming the problem of traffic jams on Commander Sudirman street, Singosari. The method used in this research was based on the 1997 Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual (MKJI), as well as data collection using direct observation methods in the field and then followed by collecting primary data and secondary data. From the research results, the vehicle volume of 2320.6 pcu/hour and degree of saturation (DS) of 0.80 with a level of service (LOS) class D. So it is necessary to divert the route for heavy vehicles (HV) that pass through Commander Sudirman street in the direction of Malang - Surabaya to be diverted via Tumapel street, Ronggowuni street and Kertanegara street, then return to street main route, while for vehicles from Surabaya to Malang that will cross Commander Sudirman street with heavy vehicle types (HV) will follow the current road diversion, namely crossing Rogonoto street, Kebon Agung street, Watu Gede street, and Stasiun street then returning. to the main road as well as installing signs prohibiting parking in the Singosari market shopping area which is on Commander Sudirman street. From the results of this treatment the DS value became 0.76.
