Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Mindfulness dengan Flow pada Dosen Universitas Teknologi Sumbawa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang mana jenis penelitiannya bersifat korelasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Universitas Teknologi Sumbawa dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 72 subjek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara Mindfulness dengan Flow pada Dosen yang berarti semakin tinggi Mindfulness pada Dosen Universitas Teknologi Sumbawa maka semakin tinggi Flow-nya begitu pun sebaliknya semakin rendah Mindfulness Dosen Universitas Teknologi Sumbawa maka semakin rendah Flow-nya. Penelitian ini memberi implikasi pada pentingnya mindfullness untuk mendukung peningkatan keberfungsian dan kebermaknaan dosen dalam menjalankan peran dan tanggungjawab tridarmanya. Kata Kunci: Mindfullness, Flow, Dosen    AbstractThis study aims to determine the relationship between Mindfulness and Flow in Sumbawa Technology University Lecturers. This research uses a quantitative approach where the type of research is correlational. This research was conducted at Sumbawa Technology University with the number of samples used totaling 72 subjects. The results showed a significant positive relationship between Mindfulness and Flow in Lecturers, which means that the higher then Mindfulness of Sumbawa Technology University Lecturers, the higher the Flow and vice versa the lower the Mindfulness of Sumbawa Technology University Lecturers, the lower the Flow. The research has implication on the importance of mindfulness to support the improvement of functionality and meaningfulness in lecturers in carrying out their duty and responsibilities. Keywords: Mindfulness, Flow, Lecturers

Abstract

This bibliometric study explores the extensive body of literature on digital platforms for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), examining scholarly patterns, themes, and global contributions to the field. Utilizing Scopus data analyzed through VOSviewer, the study maps out keyword frequency, co-occurrence, author collaborations, and country contributions, revealing key insights into the evolution of digital CBT. The findings underscore a significant shift towards the use of mobile health applications and web-based interventions, highlighting the role of advanced technologies like machine learning and big data in personalizing and enhancing mental health treatments. The study also illustrates robust international collaborations, particularly among leading researchers from the United States, China, and India, who are pivotal in advancing the digital mental health agenda. Despite promising advancements, challenges such as data privacy, the digital divide, and integration into clinical practice persist. The study concludes that digital CBT holds substantial promise for revolutionizing mental health care by improving accessibility and personalization but requires ongoing research and innovation to overcome existing barriers and fully integrate into mainstream health services.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Character strengths are one of the variables in positive psychology that emphasize individual qualities and ideal human growth to strengthen positive values and character in interpersonal interactions. Adolescents or students are at a stage of development where they experience psychological and social problems such as anxiety, stress, depression, and low self-confidence, making them unable to maintain balance in facing stressful life changes. This study aims to determine the role of character strengths in the resilience of students at SMA Negeri 1 Lape. The method used in this study is quantitative correlational using area sampling techniques, with data analysis employing simple linear regression tests on a sample size of 112 students. Data collection in this study utilized character strengths scales and resilience scales. The results of the study indicate that character strengths has a positive influence of 52.2% on the resilience of students at SMA Negeri 1 Lape Sumbawa, particularly in the aspects of fairness, transcendence, humanity, and wisdom. This means that the higher the character strengths possessed by adolescents/students, the higher their resilience. Conversely, the lower the character strengths of the adolescents/students, the lower their resilience scores at SMAN 1 Lape Sumbawa. ABSTRAK Character strengthssalah satu variabel dalam psikologi positif yang menekankan pada kualitas individu serta pertumbuhan manusia yang ideal untuk memperkuat nilai-nilai dan karakter positif dalam interaksi antar pribadi. Remaja atau siswa sedang berada pada tahap perkembangan mengalami permasalahan psikologis dan sosial seperti cemas, stres, depresi, dan kurang percaya diri menjadikan siswa tidak mampu menjaga keseimbangan dalam menghadapi perubahan kehidupan yang menekan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran character strengths terhadap Resiliensi siswa SMA Negeri 1 Lape. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif korelasional dengan menggunakan teknik sampling area, analisis data dalam penelitian menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 112 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunaka skala character strengths dan skala resiliensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa character strengths berpengaruh sebesar 52,2% secara positif terhadap Resiliensi siswa SMA Negeri 1 Lape Sumbawa, terutama pada aspek keadilan, transendensi, kemanusiaan, dan kebijaksanaan. Artinya, semakin tinggi character strengths yang dimiliki oleh remaja/siswa, maka semakin tinggi Resiliensi yang mereka miliki. Sebaliknya semakin rendah character strengths remaja/siswa, maka semakin rendah juga nilai resiliensi pada remaja/siswa SMAN 1 Lape Sumbawa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia melalui pelatihan berbasis Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Kerato Kabupaten Sumbawa Besar. Desa ini dipilih karena memiliki potensi yang sangat strategis untuk pengembangan UMKM, sehingga pengembangan sumber daya manusia pelaku ekonomi berbasis UMKM masih memerlukan peningkatan keterampilan dan pengetahuan untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan usaha, sehingga mengarah pada peningkatan perekonomian. Metode kegiatan ini meliputi analisis masalah, permasalahan pembangunan berbasis program, dan implementasi strategi pemberdayaan masyarakat pelaku ekonomi di desa Kerato, melalui pemanfaatan teknologi berbasis media sosial dan mengintegrasikannya ke dalam kegiatan UMKM. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan kebutuhan pelatihan diidentifikasi melalui aspek manajemen administrasi dan sistem manajerial, pengenalan teknologi melalui media sosial, dan pemanfaatan marketplace dalam pemasaran. Dengan menerapkan strategi tersebut diharapkan UMKM di desa Kerato dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan produktivitasnya serta memberikan dampak positif bagi perekonomian desa melalui sistem pemasaran berbasis penguasaan teknologi sehingga dapat menjadi acuan dalam mengembangkan UMKM di desa lainnya

Abstract

Personal Branding is a strategy for building a personal image or brand in the eyes of others. Personal branding has become an important factor in helping leaders manage their organizations, especially as it relates to the engagement of organizational members. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the leader's personal branding and the engagement of members within the Student Executive Board (BEM) at UTS. This research uses a quantitative correlational method. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with the selection of participants based on specific criteria. The sample consists of 43 members of the UTS Student Executive Board. Data were collected using research instruments in the form of a Personal Branding Scale and an Engagement Scale. The results of the study show a positive correlation between personal branding and engagement, with a correlation coefficient value of 0.440 and a significance value of p = 0.003 (p < 0.05). The positive relationship indicates a unidirectional association, meaning that the better the leader's personal branding, the higher the level of member engagement. Conversely, poor personal branding by the leader is associated with lower member engagement Keyword : Personal Branding, Engagement, Organization
