Abstract

Standar asesmen pembelajaran sains  hendaknya ditekankan pada penilaian kemampuan siswa dalam real life situation. Diperlukan adanya sistem penilaian untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Penggunaan jurnal belajar sebagai refleksi setelah proses pembelajaran menjadi alternatif untuk melatih cara berpikir siswa yang dipadukan dengan pembelajaran Class Wide Peer Tutoring agar siswa lebih aktif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan jurnal belajar dalam pembelajaran Class Wide Peer Tutoring untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa, mendeskripsikan penerapan jurnal belajar dalam pembelajaran Class Wide Peer Tutoring mempengaruhi peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis, dan mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis setelah perlakuan penggunaan jurnal belajar dalam pembelajaran Class Wide Peer Tutoring. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMP Muhammadiyah di Kabupaten Malang kelas VIII. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Quasy Eksperimen dengan teknik pengambilan Cluster Random Sampling. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMP Muhammadiyah di Kabupaten Malang. Data kemampuan berpikir kritis diperoleh dengan test soal esay. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji Independent t-tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penggunaan jurnal belajar dalam pembelajaran Class Wide Peer Tutoring memiliki pengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis materi fotosintesis pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah di Kabupaten Malang. Penerapan penggunaan jurnal belajar dilakukan setelah proses pembelajaran. Peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis lebih efektif terjadi pada kelompok eksperimen daripada kontrol.

Abstract

The effectiveness of change implementation in an organization depends on the level of individual readiness for change. Low level of individual readiness can cause resistance to change. This study was aimed to test the role of psychological capital (psyche) to individual readiness for change (IRFC) moderated by perceived organizational support (POS). Data were collected using the individual readiness for change scale, the psychological capital scale and the perceived organizational support scale. The subjects were 351 employees of Local Government in Yogyakarta that embrace the changing position (in passing). Moderated regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis. Data analysis showed that both of psycap and POS play a role as predictors to IRFC (R 2 =0.350; p0.05). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran psychological capital terhadap kesiapan individu untuk berubah, dengan persepsi dukungan organisasi sebagai moderator. Metode pengambilan data dilakukan melalui survei dengan menyebarkan skala kesiapan individu untuk berubah, skala psychological capital, dan skala persepsi dukungan organisasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 351 pegawai yang tersebar di instansi Pemerintah Daerah DIY yang akan menghadapi perubahan (inpassing) jabatan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan moderated regression analysis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa psychological capital dan persepsi dukungan organisasi secara bersama-sama memiliki peranan dalam memprediksi kesiapan individu untuk berubah (R2=0.350;p0.05). Penelitian ini meneguhkan pentingnya peranan resiliensi sebagai salah satu dimensi psychological capital dalam meningkatkan kesiapan berubah individu dalam organisasi.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan bagaimana penerapan kegiatan tari kreasi dalam kemampuan kinestetik anak kelompok B TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Kalijaten Taman Sidoarjo, khususnya penerapan tari lilin. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 10 anak kelompok B, 5 anak kelompok B1 dan 5 anak kelompok B2. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis datanya menggunakan analisis Miles dan Huberman yang dimulai dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data hingga verifikasi data/simpulan. Data penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa penerapan tari lilin di TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Kalijaten Taman Sidoarjo hampir memenuhi semua syarat tarian untuk anak usia dini yaitu sederhana, dinamis dan praktis. Masih ada 3 jenis gerakan tangan dan 2 jenis gerakan kaki yang kurang sesuai dengan karakteristik perkembangan motorik kasar anak usia 5-6 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kinestetik anak kelompok B meningkat setelah enam kali pertemuan secara terus-menerus. Terdapat 81,7% anak mampu melakukan 6 jenis gerakan kaki, 82,7% anak mampu melakukan 11 jenis gerakan tangan dan 75% anak mampu melakukan 2 jenis gerakan kepala. Berdasarkan analisis dan pembahasan penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tari lilin yang telah diterapkan di TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Kalijaten Taman Sidoarjo hampir memenuhi syarat sebuah tarian anak usia dini dan mampu meningkatkan gerakan lokomotor dan non lokomotor.   Kata Kunci: Tari Lilin, Kinestetik.   Abstract This descriptive qualitative research aims to illustrate how the application of dance creations in kinesthetic ability of children group B TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Kalijaten Taman Sidoarjo, especially the application of candle dance. The subjects consisted of 10 children of group B, 5 children of group B1 and 5 children of group B2. Data collection techniques used observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis uses Miles and Huberman analysis which starts from data collection, data reduction, data presentation until data verification / conclusion. This research data illustrates that the application of candle dance in Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Kalijaten Kindergarten Taman Sidoarjo almost meet all the requirements of dance for early childhood that is simple, dynamic and practical. There are still 3 types of hand movements and 2 types of foot movements that are less suited to the characteristics of gross motor development of children aged 5-6 years. The results showed that the kinesthetic ability of group B children increased after six persistent meetings. There are 81.7% of children are able to do 6 types of foot movements, 82.7% of children are able to perform 11 types of hand movements and 75% of children are able to perform 2 types of head movement. Based on the analysis and discussion of the research it can be concluded that candle dance that has been applied in kindergarten Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Kalijaten Taman Sidoarjo almost qualify an early childhood dance and able to improve locomotor and non locomotor movement.    Keywords: Candle Dance, Kinesthetic

Abstract

Writing articles on Technology-Based Learning by applying the basis of behavior. In writing this article aims to explain the relevance of the basis of behavior in technology-based learning activities. In the process of research and preparation of this article, researchers used a qualitative research approach to library research. The results of the research show that the foundation of behavior in technology-based learning activities is very relevant because educational technology strengthens the engineering of various methods and techniques from the design, development, utilization of various learning resources, implementation, and assessment of programs and learning outcomes.

Abstract

The transformation of electronic public services in Population Administration Data Collection is a necessity because there is a shift in the view that the government that used to be the locus of governing is now focused on community service. Good government (good governance) is the main goal of democratization, in addition to being a development dynamic that refers to the occurrence of social change at the local, national and even global scope. J-Lahbako is the government's breakthrough in efforts to provide population administration and civil registration services that were just launched in February 2022 by the Jember Regency Population and Civil Registration Office. J-Labahko is a service that covers population administration for the Jember community as a whole in Jember Regency down to the village level. Jenggawah District is one of the sub-districts in Jember Regency that has implemented the J-Lahbako application network system. One of the villages in Jenggawah District, namely Kemuningsari Kidul, was the place where the J-Lahbako application was first inaugurated which was attended by all stakeholders in Jember Regency. This research refers to qualitative methods and descriptive approaches, this is to answer any questions that arise in the research. The type of primary data is in the form of data collection through interviews with the Department of Population and Civil Registration, apparatus and the community in Jenggawah District. The J-Lahbako application until March 2023 can be accessed by 175 villages out of 248 villages in Jember Regency or has been realized by 70%. The J-lahbako digital service is effective in assisting the government, namely the Population and Civil Registration Office in providing population administration services to village areas, however there are several obstacles including frequent system disruptions and limited knowledge of J-lahbako operators regarding changes to rules in the J-lahbako system.

Abstract

Seiring berkembangnya zaman siswa dituntut untuk berpikir kritis tidak sekedar penguasaa konsep-konsep. Dalam artikel ini peneliti menganalisis kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dalam memecahkan soal HOTS serta faktor yang mempengaruhi siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal HOTS. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang mendeskripsikan kemampuan berpikir siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal HOTS serta apa saja faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan berpikir siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal HOTS. Subjek dari penelitian ini yaitu siswa SMAN 5 Jember kelas X sebanyak sepuluh siswa. Hasil utama penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada sampel siswa yang menjadi subjek penelitian, hanya satu siswa yang memperoleh nilai sangat tinggi, dua siswa memperoleh nilai sedang, dan tujuh siswa memperoleh nilai kemampuan berpikir kritis rendah. Dengan adanya penelitian ini data yang dihasilkan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Serta memikirkan solusi untuk faktor yang mempengaruhi rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik.

Abstract

To help the Indonesian economy face increasingly complex risks and problems, Sharia Commercial Banks are very important. Threats and difficulties faced by Sharia Commercial Banks both internally and externally. Risk is the possibility of something happening that may have a positive or negative impact on achieving organizational goals. However, work accidents often occur which result in a Sharia Commercial Bank experiencing losses. Of course, recognizing existing risks can prevent work accidents. For this reason, it is necessary to establish a good system that is comprehensive, planned and structured. This research focuses on how to attract investors to provide financing to Sharia Commercial Banks under the auspices of the OJK. This research uses secondary data collection methods in the context of qualitative descriptive research. In the context of Sharia Commercial Bank financing which is under the supervision of the OJK, the findings of this research provide a comprehensive understanding of relevant and efficient risk management techniques. These findings also provide useful direction for other banks in managing financing funds and fostering investor confidence. Abstract

Dalam lanskap global, konflik yang mengikis rasa kemanusiaan terus menjadi fenomena menyedihkan. Genosida yang kerap muncul di berbagai pemberitaan menjelma tontonan sehari-hari, menciptakan luka mendalam bagi rasa kemanusiaan kita. Tragedi di Palestina, Rohingya, dan beberapa kelompok etnis lain menjadi saksi bisu kekejaman rezim yang seharusnya mendapat peringatan tegas untuk segera menghentikan tindakan tidak manusiawi tersebut. Oleh karena itu, rekonsiliasi menjadi langkah penting demi menghadirkan solusi terbaik yang mampu mengakhiri konflik berkepanjangan ini. Melalui pendekatan hermeneutika kontekstual Fazlur Rahman, penulis berupaya menjawab dua pertanyaan utama, 1) Bagaimana konstruksi rekonsiliasi Qur’ani? 2) Bagaimana kontekstualisasi konstruksi tersebut dalam kehidupan masa kini? Berdasarkan kajian terhadap tema rekonsiliasi Qur’ani dan relevansinya dengan era kekinian, penulis menyimpulkan hal-hal berikut, 1) Konstruksi Rekonsiliasi Qur’ani, Rekonsiliasi Qur’ani dimulai dengan upaya menyadarkan semua pihak untuk segera menghentikan konflik. Proses ini dilakukan secara bijak dengan memfungsikan otoritas secara adil, memastikan penghentian kekerasan, dan menanamkan nilai-nilai persaudaraan. 2) Kontekstualisasi Rekonsiliasi Qur’ani di Masa Kini: Aktualisasi nilai-nilai moral Qur’ani menekankan pentingnya memanusiakan manusia dan memperkuat rasa persaudaraan. Dalam kerangka amr ma’ruf nahi munkar, menjadi tugas bersama—terutama organisasi dunia—untuk memberikan sanksi yang tegas dan adil kepada pihak-pihak tertentu. Abstract

This article analyzes the use of Pegon Arabic in learning the Nahwu Matan al Jurumiyah book at the Insan Mulia Punggur Islamic boarding school, Central Lampung. The purpose of this library research is to find out more about the use, problems, advantages and disadvantages of learning the Nahwu Matan  al-Jurumiyah book. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Phenomenology uses life experiences as basic data from reality. In this qualitative study, researchers use more research questions to provide direction to researchers regarding the symptoms or phenomena of several problem themes. The objects of this study are all students of class VII of the Insan Mulia Punggur Islamic Boarding School. The data for this study comes from teaching and learning activities in class VII of the Insan Mulia Islamic Boarding School and several teachers who work there. This study uses data collection techniques, namely interviews and observations. The results of this study are that the use of Pegon Arabic as a translator of the Matan al Jurumiyah book has an important role in learning Nahwu in Islamic boarding schools, although it is necessary to develop learning methods to overcome obstacles in learning Nahwu and an appropriate approach is needed to improve students' understanding in studying the Nahwu Matan al Jurumiyah book. It is hoped that subsequent researchers can emphasize more on other aspects such as media in studying the Nahwu Matan al Jurumiyah book.
