Abstract

Currently local ducks are generally quite difficult to find in a big farm in Inonesia, including Tegal ducks. Tegal ducks is one of the genetic resources native to Indonesia with it’s advantages in terms of high and large egg production. Conservation and development of local ducks have strived to maintain our existence of Indonesian livestock germplasm. If such information is not superior to native species exist, the opportunity to increase his lead further also getting smaller. Tracking the mitochondrial COI gene DNA of Tegal ducks may underlie the process of an organism's genetic characterization. Information about Tegal duck mitochondrial DNA has not been done. The information obtained can be used for optimization of duck products native to Indonesia both in physiological aspects, phylogeny and genetic engineering. The research method used in this research is tracking COI gene data from Gen Bank with the programs Clustal X and Genedoc. Tracking then continued using universal primers HCO and LCO. The results of the data followed up with the isolation and amplification of COI gene mitochondrial DNA as well as the optimization of PCR conditions. The results showed mitochondrial DNA COI gene Tegal ducks were amplified with primer LCO obtain DNA fragments of length less than 250 bp. Kata kunci: duck’s from Tegal, COI gene, mitochondrial DNA

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the improvement in critical thinking skills and self-confidence using contextual teaching learning (CTL) and quantum learning (QL) models for fifth graders. This study employed a quasi-experimental research design. The population of this research was fifth graders of SDN Mento involving 28 students, SDN Muntung 30 students, and SDN Canggal 28 students. These samples were selected using random sampling technique. The data in this study was obtained from tests and observation. The data analysis in this study included t-test by using SPSS 23.0 software. The results indicated that there was improvement in the critical thinking skills using CTL learning model with t-score 20.868 at sig. 0.000 as well as in the self-confidence with t score 2.845 at sig. 0.006. There was an improvement in the critical thinking skills using QL learning model with t score 3.061 at sig. 0.003 and in the self-confidence with t score 4.724 at sig. 0.000. The conclusion of this study is CTL and QL models are effective to enhance critical thinking skills and self-confidence of fifth graders.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the cyber threats faced by Indonesia and the issues in them. To achieve this goal, this research explores the Indonesian government's view of cyber security as a non-traditional security threat and the Indonesian government's approach to dealing with cyber threats. It examines the extent to which securitization is carried out by various actors representing the Indonesian government. This research uses a qualitative method with an analytical descriptive form that utilizes direct and indirect sources such as interviews with several informants, literature studies, and documentation studies. This research used a non-traditional security approach, including the securitization theory related to cybersecurity. The finding of this paper suggests that The Ministry of Defense of Indonesia as a state institution did securitization that focuses on the idea of military involvement in securing cyberspace by increasing the current level of cyber technology has been accompanied by an increase in the vulnerability of cybercrime and cyber-attacks both in quality and quantity. The Ministry of Defense formed COC (Cyber Operation Center) as the frontline. It formed the cyber army to strengthen the defense and attack the cyber threat in the Ministry of Defense’s area. Abstract

This service activity aims to improve women's life skills in processing the potential of the village, namely watermelon into an agribusiness product that has a high economic selling value. The method of implementing this service uses training with target partners, namely housewives, and women of productive age in Gapura village, Central Lombok Regency, NTB. The results of this service show that this activity could improve the ability and skills of the people of Gapura Village to process watermelon into products with more selling value, namely watermelon peel and jelly candy. In addition, this activity could increase the knowledge of Gapura Village women to process agricultural products based on agribusiness. Based on the results of the evaluation, most of the partners responded that this training was very useful in improving life skills by obtaining a percentage of 55%.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi sebelumnya yang dilakukan disekolah SDN Klenang Kidul II tepatnya dikelas V diketahui bahwa dalam pembelajaran guru sudah menggunakan media gambar sebagai alat bantu untuk mengajar, guru juga sudah menerapkan metode pembelajaran. Namun, hal tersebut masih kurang dalam meningkatkan kreativitas siswa. Pada saat proses pembelajaran guru juga sudah menerapkan beberapa model pembelajaran tetapi belum pernah menerapkan model pembelajaran mind mapping. Siswa juga masih kurang dalam mengemukakan pendapatnya sehingga siswa cenderung lebih banyak diamnya sehingga tingkat kekreativitasnya dalam belajar masih sangat kurang serta membuat hasil pembelajarannya tidak sesuai dengan apa yag diingikan. Yang merupakan rumusan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 1. Bagaimana aktivitas guru dalam penerapan model pembelajaran Mind Mapping dengan menggunakan media gambar pada pembelajaran IPS di kelas V SDN Klenang Kidul II. 2. Bagaimana aktivitas siswa dalam penerapan model pembelajaran Mind Mapping dengan menggunakan media gambar pada pembelajaran IPS di kelas V SDN Klenang Kidul II. 3. Bagaimana kreativitas siswa dalam penerapan model pembelajaran Mind Mapping dengan menggunakan media gambar pada pembelajaran IPS di kelas V SDN Klenang Kidul II. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah PTK, yang menjadi subjek dari penelitian ini yaitu siswa di kelas V SDN Klenang Kidul II berjumlah 41 siswa. Adapun cara mengumpulkan data pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan lembar observasi aktivitas guru, aktivitas siswa dan rubrik kreativitas siswa, data tersebut akan dihitung memnggunakan rumus. Adapun nilai yang diperoleh memperlihatkan aktivitas guru di siklus I yaitu 71,73% dan meningkat pada siklus II yaitu 96,73% , sedangkan pada aktivitas siswa pada siklus I memperoleh nilai 70,65% meningkat pada siklus II 94,56%. Adapun kreativitas siswa pada siklus I 58,53% dan meningkat pada siklus II 85,35%. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang telah dipaparkan maka dapat dikatakan bahwa dengan menerapkannya model pembelajaran mind mapping mampu meningkatkan kreativitas siswa.

Abstract

Kurikulum merdeka adalah kurikulum yang memberikan keleluasaan kepada pendidik untuk menciptakan pembelajaran berkualitas yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan lingkungan belajar peserta didik. Pembelajaran yang ditekankan pada kurikulum  merdeka  diwujudkan  dalam  bentuk pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi  hasil  penelitian  terkait  topik  pembelajaran diferensiasi. Prosedur yang digunakan yaitu prosedur PRISMA dengan jenis penelitian Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Studi ini dilakukan karena dengan studi ini peneliti dapat memahami pembelajaran diferensiasi mampu memenuhi kebutuhan belajar yang beragam, keefektifan pembelajaran diferensiasi, mampu mengidentifikasi kesenjangan pengetahuan serta mendukung keberagaman dalam kelas. Dari sembilan belas artikel yang diperoleh didapatkan hasil bahwa pembelajaran diferensiasi sudah banyak dilaksanakan dan dalam hasilnya mampu meningkatkan aktivitas, kemampuan kolaborasi siswa, pemahaman, hasil belajar, kemampuan berpikir kritis, kreatif matematis, kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa. Selanjutnya dalam beberapa artikel juga telah ditemukan pengembangan pembelajaran diferensiasi yang berbasis digital yaitu berupa aplikasi android dan juga berbasis E-PjBL dengan bantuan media H5P.
