Abstract

Literasi digital termasuk suatu keterampilan dasar yang diimplementasikan pada proses pembelajaran, selain kemampuan menulis, membaca, sains, berhitung, kewarganegaraan serta pemahaman budaya. Tujuan dari kajian ini ialah guna memberi pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang kemampuan literasi digital pada guru sebagai faktor pendukung kemampuan guru di era abad ke-21. Metode kajian yang dipergunakan ialah metode deskriptif yang menjelaskan kompetensi literasi digital guru Madrasah Tsanawiyah sebagai aspek pendukung kemahiran pendidik di abad 21. Kajian ini dijalankan di Madrasah Tsanawiyah dengan subjek kajian berfokus pada para guru Madrasah Tsanawiyah. Kajian memperlihatkan jika guru-guru di Madrasah Tsanawiyah telah mempunyai kemampuan literasi digital yang optimal. Hal itu bisa ditinjau dari berbagai indikator pencapaian pada kompetensi literasi digital misalnya variasi alat peraga serta bahan bacaan digital, aktivitas belajar mengajar yang berbasis pada informasi serta teknologi, pemanfaatan buku digital penggunaan teknologi pada lingkungan Madrasah dan penerapan ataupun implementasi teknologi digital pada layanan Madrasah. Secara keseluruhan kemampuan literasi digital berbagai guru itu memberi dampak yang positif terhadap kualitas karakter dan pembelajaran peserta didik.

Abstract

Focus Study this is for understand about management curriculum thematic at SDLB Dharma Wanita Ujung Pangkah Gresik in effort develop ability intellectuals participant educate . Learning thematic in SLB same with school general , which Becomes difference is teacher must capable adapt condition child , if on normally they led for complete target but in SLB is teacher teach slowly until they capable control lesson , because participant educate no easy in understand eye lesson so teacher must have method creative and unique so that participant educate easy in understand . Study this aim answer a number of Formula Problem , ie : 1. How Management Curriculum program thematic in develop ability intellectual participant educate at SDLB Dharma Wanita Ujungpangkah Gresik, 2. How factor supporters and inhibitor Management curriculum program thematic in develop ability intellectual participant educate at SDLB Dharma Wanita Ujungpangkah Gresik.? Method study which used in study this is with study descriptive qualitative . In collection the data use method observation , interview deep as well as documentation . With use technical analysis miles model ie reduction data, presentation data and withdrawal conclusion . Results in study this , First , that Management Curriculum at SDLB Dharma Wanita Ujungpangkah Gresik use Curriculum 2013, Stages which held in Thing the ie 1) Planning curriculum thematic SDLB . 1. Do assessment , 2. Make device learning 2) Organizing Curriculum thematic is 1. forming structure organization 2. Share Duty teacher 3. Share timetable lesson corresponding structure curriculum from government 3) Implementation curriculum thematic is 1. implementation curriculum customized with device learning 2. Implementation curriculum must customized with circumstances student Which one they have difference disabled , so that they capable follow learning and practice student so that capable life independent , 3) Evaluation ie with 1. Evaluation repair plan 2. Evaluation results learning , second , a number of factor inhibitor ie Condition the crew diverse , Competence that teacher diverse , Lack of cooperation by people old crew with party school so that still there is a number of difference purpose . Abstract

The climate of literacy in education is increasingly being voiced. To realize the National Literacy Movement, both in the realm of schools, families, and communities, a comprehensive and well-planned strategy is needed. Seeing the importance of reading culture and the lack of interest in reading in Indonesia, the government has launched a literacy movement. The implementation of this strategy is by creating the School Literacy Movement carried out by the Government in the field of education, namely the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System. In Chapter III article 4 paragraph 5, it reads Education is carried out by developing a culture of reading, writing and arithmetic for all members of the community, making policies regarding reading interest. Interest in reading is expected to grow and develop in these students, guided by the policy of the school literacy movement or commonly referred to as GLS. Thus, it is hoped that schools will be able to develop government policies through literacy movement guidelines which will be able to be implemented and developed according to the situation and conditions of the school. This study discusses how the literacy movement policy in increasing students interest in reading at SMA Al-Huda Tuban. This research is a quantitative research. The research sample is class XI students totaling 47 students. Collecting data with the methods of observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Test the validity of the data by using the validity test and reliability test. Data analysis with descriptive analysis, hypothesis testing, Product moment analysis. The results of the study explain that there is a good implementation and strategy that leads to increasing students reading interest. The results showed: (1) The literacy movement policy at SMA Al-Huda Tuban was quite good. The number of respondents was the most among the grouping of scores from the number of respondents 47, which was obtained a score of 71-75 with 12 respondents. (2) Reading interest in high school Al-Huda Tuban has the highest frequency, namely 15 respondents with a mean value of 78.463 mode 80 and a median of 80. (3) School Literacy Movement Program on Student Interest in Reading at SMA Al-Huda Tuban, with rxy = 0.759 with a significance value of 0.566 or 0.56 percents.

Abstract

Quality educational institutions are educational institutions that meet national education standards. To achieve quality education, a school requires management, one of which is public relations management. Nurul Islam Vocational School is said to have good public relations management, which can be seen from its cooperative relationships with several companies and the community. The research used is qualitative research. Using observation, interview and documentation data collection methods. The data sources used in this research are primary and secondary data. The respondents interviewed were the principal, deputy head of public relations, department heads and teachers. In terms of data analysis techniques, there are several data analysis techniques carried out, namely, data collection, data reduction, data presentation to arrive at a conclusion on the data. The results of this research describe, 1) public relations management at Nurul Islam Vocational School carries out four functions of management itself, namely planning public relations to be implemented, organizing them according to the plan, implementing and even controlling or controlling them. 2) The supporting factors in public relations management are as follows, the curriculum that has been designed at Nurul Islam Vocational School. Abstract

MA Mambaus Sholihin Gresik is an institution located in the village of suci gresik which is not far from residential areas. This madrasah is a basic educational institution under the auspices of the MA Mambaus Sholihin Gresik foundation. This educational institution has enough good quality so that the parents of students send their children to that institution. Along with the intense educational competition. No wonder parents want the best for their children. The teachers at this madrasa also have good communication with the surrounding community. Then do this research. This study aims to answer several problem formulations; 1) What is the strategy of the madrasa head in improving the social competence of teachers?, 2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the head of the madrasa in improving the social competence of teachers? This type of research includes qualitative research, which produces data and is analyzed using a descriptive method that is adapted to the social competence of teachers at MA Mambaus Sholihin Gresik. Data collected using interview techniques, observation and documentation. The results of this study are that the principal's strategy in improving the social competence of teachers at MA Mambaus Sholihin Gresik is to create a sense of togetherness by increasing good, intimate and open communication with fellow teachers, students and the community. And the head of the madrasa also applies the 3S attitude, namely smiling, greeting and greeting. The strategies used by the madrasa head in improving the social competence of teachers at MA Mambaus Sholihin Gresik are as follows: a) fostering teacher discipline, b) providing motivation, c) upgrading and workshops, d) supervision, e) fostering teacher creativity. And indirectly the madrasa head has carried out his strategy properly and according to the strategic steps in improving the social competence of teachers. As for the results of this research, it is suggested that in the future in carrying out their duties as the highest leadership in an institution, a school principal is expected to be more optimal in increasing the social competence of teachers. because in fact the strategy used by the head of the madrasa is less specific and refers too much to the community. And the madrasa head should further improve his communication with teachers, students and the surrounding community. To make it easier to make improvements regarding the social competence of teachers.

Abstract

In the era of increasing globalization, the diversity of cultures and religions in Indonesia presents significant challenges for the education system. Religious tolerance, a crucial aspect of fostering a harmonious and civilized society, must be instilled from an early age. Civic Education (PKn) at the elementary school level plays a key role in this process, as its curriculum aims to cultivate responsible citizens who respect differences and can coexist peacefully with others of varied backgrounds. Despite various policies and programs aimed at promoting tolerance, incidents of intolerance among youth persist, indicating that current educational approaches may not be fully effective. This research seeks to evaluate and analyze the implementation of PKn in enhancing religious tolerance at the elementary school level, focusing on teaching methods and student engagement. Using a literature review with a critical analysis approach, the study examines books, journal articles, research reports, and policy documents related to PKn and religious tolerance. The findings reveal that PKn is effective in instilling tolerance values, though challenges such as inadequate teacher training and resource limitations hinder its full potential. The study concludes with recommendations for improving PKn implementation to better address the needs of the 21st century, emphasizing the need for a collaborative effort among government, schools, and families to support a more inclusive educational environment. This research underscores the importance of refining PKn practices and offers a foundation for future studies on civic education and religious tolerance.

Abstract

One of the Islamic educational institutions is located in the Gresik industrial area, so it has an influence in forming a quality culture. One of them is the industry-based quality culture that occurs at SMK Nurul Islam. This study aims to determine the form of industry-based quality culture in improving quality at SMK Nurul Islam, the implementation of industry-based quality culture in improving quality at SMK Nurul Islam, obstacles and solutions to industry-based quality culture in improving quality at SMK Nurul Islam. The study uses descriptive qualitative research. Using observation, interview and documentation data collection methods. While the data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction to drawing conclusions. The results of the study are the form of industry-based quality culture in improving quality at SMK Nurul Islam as follows, Students and educators and education staff at SMK Nurul Islam have created an environmental atmosphere as in the work environment such as students at 06.45 WIB must be present using Finger Print to register attendance at school, Students wear uniforms which are usually worn in the industrial world., Educators are included in internship activities in the industrial world, The curriculum has been Linked and Matched with the industrial world or business world, In learning there are industrial classes that are included in the curriculum and learning activities, In terms of improving the quality of facilities and infrastructure, SMK Nurul Islam has used the layout of facilities and infrastructure that has used several layouts that exist in the industrial world. With the implementation of industry-based quality culture in this school, it can be said that there are several quality improvements at SMK Nurul Islam. For the development of industry-based culture, SMK Nurul Islam often conducts comparative studies to several industrial worlds to innovate in forming an industry-based quality culture. The form of quality improvement with the existence of an industry-based quality culture at SMK Nurul Islam is in the quality of facilities and infrastructure, the quality of educators, the quality of students and even the quality of learning that has increased. Obstacles and Solutions to an industry-based quality culture in improving the quality of SMK Nurul Islam are Teachers and Foundation Management. The solution is to often introduce an industry-based quality culture to teachers so that they can implement it well. Communication with the foundation about the management of SMK Nurul Islam, introducing the foundation about the integration of an industry-based quality culture into school management

Abstract

To achieve quality education in higher education, an Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) is required, as is the case at Sunan Drajat Lamongan University (UNSUDA). Therefore, this study aims to describe the Internal Quality Assurance System in Improving Education Quality at Sunan Drajat Lamongan University (UNSUDA).  In this study, we used descriptive qualitative research methodology. We also used primary and secondary data in this study. The data collection techniques we used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used data analysis, starting with data collection, data reduction, to drawing conclusions. The results of the study are as follows: first, UNSUDA's Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) uses the plan, do, check, act stages. 1) Plan: UNSUDA has stages of determining policies, determining quality manuals, determining standards, and creating quality forms. However, in determining policy, UNSUDA integrates pesantren values. 2) Do: in this stage, UNSUDA uses improvement-based implementation, collects data, and documents data. It also forms a culture of quality, such as orientation towards stakeholders, teamwork, and a character of responsibility and discipline. 3) Check: in this stage, the Internal Quality Audit (AMI) process is carried out. UNSUDA conducts AMI every year. 4) Act: In this stage, UNSUDA carries out two activities: quality control and improvement. Quality improvement at UNSUDA includes developing a doctoral program (S-3). Overall follow-up actions are presented in the form of a follow-up plan. Second, the quality of education is viewed from the aspects of output, service, human resources (HR), service, process, and environment. Therefore, SPMI at UNSUDA determines the achievement of educational quality because it is SPMI that will improve the quality of each university and shape the culture of quality of a university. The quality of education at UNSUDA has improved after the implementation of SPMI. Overall, the quality at PTKIS has improved and will even become the identity of educational quality or the uniqueness of educational quality and be used as branding at every PTKIS, thereby becoming the competitive advantage of PTKIS over private universities (PTS) and other PTKIS.
