Abstract

Narcotics cause a downward effect to loss of consciousness, hallucinations,  and excitability. The turn of the globalization era has an impact on the younger generation among students and students who fall into promiscuity, and what's worse is the abuse of narcotics. Therefore, how is the strategy carried out by BNN East Java Province with the stages of implementing the strategy to determine the success of a strategy. This study uses Qualitative Research Methods, is research with the intention of interpreting the phenomena that occur. In qualitative research the methods usually used are interviews and documentation. The researcher processes it by describing the data obtained in the field in the form of written or oral data from the people involved in this research. There are 4 strategies implemented by BNN East Java Province, namely, Soft Power Approach, Hard Power Approach, Smart Power Approach and Cooperation. Of the four strategic points implemented by BNN East Java Province, the researcher took the Soft Power Approach point. East Java's efforts to prevent drug abuse in the scope of students and students are by implementing the Soft Power Approach strategy, namely by providing outreach and providing motivation, as explained above, the BNN of East Java Province guides Counseling Teachers and P4GN Activists in UKM Universities and also students and students, directing the dangers of narcotics and also the efforts made by the BNN of East Java Province in order to make students and students anti-drugs.

Abstract

Karang Taruna merupakan lembaga sosial kepemudaan yang memilini peraturan yang telah di atur oleh pemerintah yaitu Permensos No 25 Tahun 2019. Hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi Pemerintah Desa dalam Pembinaan Karang Taruna seperti sulitnya untuk bertukar piniran karena sering terjadinya perdebatan Pemerintah Desa dan Karang Taruna mengenai keinginan yang berbeda. Pada penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan yaitu metode desktriptif kualiatif. Didapatkan hasil penelitian ini adalah pemahaman karang taruna mengenai Peruturan Menteri Sosial No. 25 tahun 2019 memilini pemahaman yang cukup baik.Kendala-kendala Pemuda Karang Taruna Desa Bluru Kidul Kecamatan Sidoarjo dalam melaksanakan kegiatan belum dapat maksimal karena masih adanya kendala yang dapat menghambat partispasi ditemui adalah sebagai beritut: Kendala Dana, Faktor Pro Kontra dari masyarakat, Faktor belum adanya Sekre Untuk Karang Taruna Desa Bluru. Pemuda Karang Taruna Desa Bluru Kidul Kecamatan Sidoarjo untuk memaksimalkan partisipasinya dalam pembangunan desa. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa partisipasi Karang Taruna sudah cukup baik dalam mengaplikasikan tugas dan fungsinya, seperti melakukan pelatihan ketenaga kerjaan, dan partispasi dalam bidang sosial. Abstract

Pengembangan ekonomi pedesaan berbasis pariwisata merupakan strategi yang menjanjikan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat pedesaan. Wonosalam adalah penghasil buah-buahan, yang terdiri dari duren, salak, manggis, pisang, alpokat, produk pertanian "polo pendem", dan penghasil susu sapi dan susu kambing Etawa. Namun sayangnya, tenaga agrowisata di Wonosalam berasal masyarakat petani yang mengelola kebunnya secara tradisional. Selain itu kurangnya akses transportasi dan infrastruktur yang memadai. Koneksitas dengan wilayah lain seperti Batu, Mojokerto, Kediri merupakan hal yang harus segera dibangun agar dapat meningkatkan kunjungan wisata. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dengan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan melakukan forum group discussion (FGD) bersama para petani dan pejabat pemerintahan di Wonosalam. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa petani di wonosalam mengembangkan kegiatan bertaninya sebagai salah satu destinasi wisata pertanian seperti edukasi, petik buah, kuliner, dan agroindustri. Di bidang jasa, agrowisata di Wonosalam memiliki pilihan akomodasi seperti penyedia homestay, camping ground dan kegiatan wisata. Faktor penghambat berkembangnya di Wonosalam meliputi kurangnya tenaga ahli dalam pengelolaan agrowisata. Hal ini terjadi karena tenaga agrowisata di Wonosalam berasal masyarakat petani yang mengelola kebunnya secara tradisional. Selain itu kurangnya akses transportasi dan infrastruktur yang memadai. Kurangnya dukungan dinas terkait terhadap agrowisata dapat menghambat perkembangan agrowisata di berbagai daerah. Upaya pengembangan agrowisata Wonosalam yaitu dengan pengembangan kapasitas SDM, perlu mengembangkan paket wisata yang menarik dan unik, perlu mengembangkan kelembagaan yang kuat dengan tujuan dan visi yang telah ditetapkan. Mempromosikan pariwisata melalui berbagai platform media seperti website, media sosial dan agen perjalanan. Dengan demikian pengembangan perekonomian pedesaan berbasis agrowisata masih perlu di tingkatkan.Kata kunci: Agrowisata; Ekonomi; Pedesaan; Pertanian; Wonosalam

Abstract

This research aims to understand the world of international trade/export-import and its benefits and factors. The types of this research are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions because this research is descriptive qualitative in nature, the location of this research is at the East Java Province Disperindag Office. The technique of collecting data through a number of (documented information) in the form of written documents or recordings is known as the documentary technique. The results of the research that the researchers obtained were that International Trade Policy is the actions taken by a country to influence the ongoing international trade. In this case, it relates to actions on current accounts rather than the international balance of payments, especially regarding exports and imports of goods/services. Government Regulation Number 41 of 2007 concerning Regional Apparatus Organizations, the East Java Province Industry and Trade Service is established based on East Java Province Regional Regulation Number 9 of 2008 concerning the Organization and Work Procedures of the East Java Province Regional Service which is led by a Head of Service and assisted by a Service Secretary; 7 (seven) Fields (Standardization and Design of Industrial Products, Agro Chemical Industry, Metal Industry, Textile Miscellaneous Machinery, Electronics Telematics Transportation Equipment Industry, Domestic Trade, International Trade, and Metrology Functional Position Groups and Service Technical Implementation Units, then Therefore, the East Java Provincial Industry and Trade Service was established based on regional regulation number 11 of 2016 concerning the formation and composition of regional apparatus which is led by a service head who is assisted by a service secretary. Keywords: Export-import, Trade, E-SKA.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Implementasi Program Identitas Kependudukan Digital (IKD) dalam menghadapi Era Disrupsi di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Subyek Penelitian mencakup Bidang Pengelolaan Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan (PIAK) serta Staf Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Sidoarjo yang terlibat dalam proses aktivasi Program Identitas Kependudukan Digital (IKD). Fokus Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Implementasi menurut Van Meter dan Van Horn (1975) yaitu Ukuran dan Tujuan Kebijakan, Sumber Daya, Karakteristik Organisasi Pelaksana, Komunikasi Antar Organisasi Terkait, Sikap Para Pelaksana, dan Lingkungan Sosial, Ekonomi dan Politik. Teknik Pengumpulan Data yang digunakan meliputi wawancara dan dokumentasi, sedangkan Teknik Analisis Data dilakukan melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan Ukuran dan Tujuan Kebijakan telah jelas ditetapkan dalam Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 72 Tahun 2022 yang menjadi dasar hukum pelaksanaan Identitas Kependudukan Digital. Indikator Sumber Daya yang merujuk pada Sumber Daya Manusia serta Sumber Daya Finansial yang telah didukung sepenuhnya oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Karakteristik Organisasi Pelaksana memiliki struktur yang terorganisir dengan baik disertai pembagian tugas dan fungsi yang spesifik dalam setiap bidangnya. Komunikasi Antar Organisasi Terkait telah berjalan sesuai regulasi, prosedur dan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Sikap Para Pelaksana dari segi pegawai terlibat aktif dalam berbagai tahap pelaksanaan. Lingkungan sosial, ekonomi, dan politik dalam Implementasi IKD di Kabupaten Sidoarjo telah berjalan sesuai dengan dukungan regulasi, kesiapan infrastruktur, serta penerimaan masyarakat

Abstract

The role of communication in an organization is very important because it will help establish a good relationship and good coordination between fellow members in achieving the goals of the organization, besides that organizational communication will have an impact on increasing the work motivation of the members of the organization. This research aims to determine the role of oranization communication for the leader of UKM Badminton Club Ubhara Surabaya. The conclusions obtained from this study are: 1) In general, the role of organizational communication in increasing motivation and dealing with the problem of soving members of badminton ubhara SMEs is still quite lacking or too oprimal, this is because the management has not been able to explain and approach communication organizationally, both vertically and horizontally. 2) The management of ubhara badminton smes has not been very oprimal in carrying out the duties and functions of the organization professionally, this is shown in the problems that have not been able to manage and manage the organization and its time properly. 3) In an effort to increase the motivation of the concept work, the content of the message conveyed by the board to members, has not been clearly conveyed, especially with regard to the duties and responsibilities and job descriptions of each member. 4) The form of communication used in an effort to increase work motivation in ubhara badminton SMEs, is still more dominant in group approaches, while the interpersonal communication approach is still lacking, with reason, shame, and unpleasant because of fellow college friends. 5) The intensity of communication meetings between the chairman and members is very less related to the coordination of tasks, while the intensity of member meetings with fellow members of the student press is quite high, but rarely discusses the organization, more about college friendship relationships alone. 6) The use of communication channels / media has not been very optimal in increasing the work motivation of members of the press acat diurnal, because only more use of telephone and whats up communication media, while other media such as email, official correspondence have not been optimized. 7) The credibility of the Management is seen in human resources, the ability to communicate is quite good, because most of them are students majoring in communication science with journalistic and public relations majoring, but judging from the ability to professionally manage organizational management is not very good

Abstract

Penelitian jini jbertujuan juntuk jmengetahui jperan jkepolisian jdalam jpelaksanaan pelayanan pengawasan Barang import Aksesoris Alat Komunikasi Electronic di PT Doran Sukses Indonesia. Peran kepolisian sangat penting sebagai lembaga penegak hukum dan keamanan negara. Kepolisian memiliki tugas dan tanggung jawab untuk melindungi jmasyarakat jdan jnegara jdari jancaman kejahatan, termasuk jkejahatan jyang terkait dengan impor barang, Brand JETE milik dari PT Doran Sukses Indonesia, kemudian Menjadi faktor utama dalam penelitian ini. Serta factor penghambat pelaksanaan kebijakan sistem ini, dan upaya dalam menangani faktor penghambat Barang Aksesoris Alat Komunikasi Electronic di Kota Surabaya oleh kepolisian Dengan cara Memberikan Pelatihan dan Peningkatan Pengetahuan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepolisian yang menjadi pelaksana, informan serta pegawai di PT Doran Sukses Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan wawancara secara langsung dan dokumentasi. Teknik yang digunakan dalam analisis data adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Peran Kepolisian Dalam Pengawasan Barang Aksesoris Alat Komunikasi Electronic Import di PT.Doran Sukses Indonesia dengan beberapa upaya yaitu: upaya Pre-emtif, Upaya Preventif , Upaya Represif. Penelitian ini menemukan faktor penghambat Peran Kepolisian alam Pengawasan Barang Aksesoris Alat Komunikasi Electronic Import di PT.Doran Sukses Indonesia yaitu keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, wewenang yang terbatas pada aturan yang telah ditetapkan dengan sedikit fleksibilitas. Mengatasi hal tersebut, kepolosian terus menerus melakukan pelatihan dan kerjasama antarlembaga yang dapat meningkatkan kompetensi sumber dayanya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the ISO 9001:2015 and CDAKB programs, analyze the factors that influence the ISO 9001:2015 and CDAKB programs, and analyze the efforts made by PT Mitra Bahagia Citra Medika Surabaya in maintaining the quality of the quality management system according to the ISO 9001:2015 and CDAKB programs. The research method used is a type of qualitative research. The informants in this study were employees of PT Mitra Bahagia Citra Medika Surabaya. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is interactive model analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 Program and Good Methods for Distribution of Medical Devices (CDAKB) at PT Mitra Bahagia Citra Medika has gone well according to the clauses required; (2) Internal constraints on program implementation of ISO 9001:2015 and Good Medical Device Distribution Methods (CDAKB): there are very few obstacles that occur; and (3) External constraints on the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 program and Good Medical Device Distribution Methods (CDAKB), namely the storage area of goods that are still not wide enough

Abstract

In accordance with Permendagri 113 of 2014 which regulates village financial reporting which must be managed based on the principles of transparency and accountability and implemented in an orderly and budgetary manner, this research examines the accountability and transparency of managing village fund allocations. . This research uses a qualitative descriptive methodology, collecting data through documentation and interviews. Based on Sugiyono's view, data analysis was carried out using documentation studies, field notes and interviews. According to Harbani Pasolong, the theory applied is the theory of Accountability and Transparency. Research findings show that although the governance of village fund distribution in Gadungan Village is generally good, there are still several problems that need to be improved. Proof of success includes the availability of media for reporting realization to the community which applies the principle of transparency, as well as the management of village fund allocation which involves the community in planning (Village Consultation), management and accountability which has implemented the principle of accountability. Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the extent of the application of Agile Governance principles during the Covid-19 pandemic to the East Java Provincial Library and Archives Service through the launch of the Online Fairy Tale Program (DOLEN). The researcher uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive research. The researcher conducted a data analysis based on the Agile Governance theory proposed by Luna et al, (2015). The researcher focuses on 3 (three) principles of Agile Governance. The results of this study show that the Online Fairy Tale Program (DOLEN) launched by the East Java Provincial Library and Archives Service which is regulated in the regulation of Law Number 43 of 2007 concerning Libraries has been effective in increasing reading interest, especially children and adolescents in East Java. This is seen from the achievement of 3 (three) principles that are used as indicators. In terms of Based On Quick Wins, the Online Fairy Tale Program (DOLEN) has been able to meet both the time and the program's goals. In terms of Systematic and Adaptive Approach, the relevant agencies have succeeded in adapting to the existing situation, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, where all activities have switched to online-based, in addition to successfully synergizing with other regency/city libraries and resulting in replication. Then in the aspect of Symple Design and Continuous Refiniment, the selection of features or icons that are quite attractive and easy for users on the Instagram and Youtube or Facebook applications is one of the forms of innovation chosen by the government as a platform for online fairy tale activities (DOLEN).
