Abstract

High turnover intention is one of the conditions that can harm the company or organization. This study aims to examine the effect of turnover intention with organizational commitment, job stress, and job satisfaction on employees of PT Sicepat Ekspres Cabang Setu. The sample in this study were 63 employees. Saturated sampling technique was used in this study in sampling. This study used a questionnaire to collect data. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. Data were analyzed by testing research instruments, classical assumptions, model testing, and hypothesis testing using statistical software.The results of the analysis show that organizational commitment, job stress, and job satisfaction have an effect on turnover intention. So that PT Sicepat Ekspres Setu Cabang Setu needs to pay attention to the level of organizational commitment, job stress and employee job satisfaction as an effort to reduce the level of employee turnover intention.

Abstract

Abstract : This research aims to determine the effect of competence, motivation, and organization commitment variables on job satisfaction and employee performance in TVRI Jakarta employees. The form of research used is descriptive and causality with a sample size of 84 employees. The technique used to collect data is a questionnaire with a likert scale. The research sample was obtained using purposive sampling method and using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis method to test the effect of independent variabels on the dependent variable. The result showed that  competence has a effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. Motivation has a effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. Organization commitment has a effect on job satisfaction and employee performance, and job satisfaction has a effect on employee performance, TVRI Jakarta is advised to pay attention to factors that support the improvement of employee competence, motivation and commitment.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to build the character and potential of early childhood to have a spirit of leadership in the future. This program was initiated as a response to the need to equip children with the basics of leadership, moral integrity, and socio-emotional skills to face real-world challenges. The methods used include a participatory approach with a series of interactive activities designed to introduce basic leadership concepts such as responsibility, courage, and simple decision-making. The results of this activity have shown a notable positive influence on the character development of young children and serves as a foundation for cultivating leadership skills within the school setting. It is anticipated that the program will yield sustained benefits for the character growth of students at SD Petra Alpha School Kembangan, West Jakarta.

Abstract

Desa Perikanan Cerdas atau Smart Fisheries Village (SFV) merupakan salah program KKP dalam pengembangan potensi perikanan desa. Desa Linau, Kaur telah ditunjuk sebagai salah satu lokasi pelaksanaan program tersebut dengan komoditas gurita. Kajian penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kekuatan dan kelemahan internal, serta peluang dan ancaman eksternal yang akan memberikan wawasan tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberlanjutan, profitabilitas, dan keberhasilan operasi penangkapan gurita di perairan Pantai Linau, Desa Linau. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama sebelas bulan pada bulan Februari-Desember 2023 di Desa Linau, Kecamatan Maje, Kabupaten Kaur. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Jenis data berupa data primer yang diperoleh melalui wawancara responden dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan SWOT. Analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik perikanan gurita SFV Desa Linau, sedangkan SWOT digunakan untuk mengetahui potensi dan permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam pengembangan perikanan gurita di lokasi tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi kelembagaan pelaku utama dan pelaku usaha perikanan yang sudah dibekali keterampilan, proses penjualan produk melalui e-commerce, dan potensi gurita di alam tersedia merupakan faktor pendukung dalam keberhasilan SFV Desa Linau. Berdasarkan analisis SWOT, nilai titik koordinat sumbu x adalah 0,75 dan nilai titik koordinat sumbu Y adalah 0,09. Posisi titik koordinat hasil penelitian ini berada pada kuadran 1, sehingga menggunakan strategi agresif. Strategi atau rekomendasi agresif pada pengembangan perikanan gurita SFV Desa Linau akan difokuskan pada peningkatan daya saing, keberlanjutan dan ketahanan dalam menghadapi dinamika pasar dan tantangan lingkungan.
