Abstract

High turnover intention is one of the conditions that can harm the company or organization. This study aims to examine the effect of turnover intention with organizational commitment, job stress, and job satisfaction on employees of PT Sicepat Ekspres Cabang Setu. The sample in this study were 63 employees. Saturated sampling technique was used in this study in sampling. This study used a questionnaire to collect data. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. Data were analyzed by testing research instruments, classical assumptions, model testing, and hypothesis testing using statistical software.The results of the analysis show that organizational commitment, job stress, and job satisfaction have an effect on turnover intention. So that PT Sicepat Ekspres Setu Cabang Setu needs to pay attention to the level of organizational commitment, job stress and employee job satisfaction as an effort to reduce the level of employee turnover intention.

Abstract

Abstract : This research aims to determine the effect of competence, motivation, and organization commitment variables on job satisfaction and employee performance in TVRI Jakarta employees. The form of research used is descriptive and causality with a sample size of 84 employees. The technique used to collect data is a questionnaire with a likert scale. The research sample was obtained using purposive sampling method and using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis method to test the effect of independent variabels on the dependent variable. The result showed that  competence has a effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. Motivation has a effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. Organization commitment has a effect on job satisfaction and employee performance, and job satisfaction has a effect on employee performance, TVRI Jakarta is advised to pay attention to factors that support the improvement of employee competence, motivation and commitment.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to build the character and potential of early childhood to have a spirit of leadership in the future. This program was initiated as a response to the need to equip children with the basics of leadership, moral integrity, and socio-emotional skills to face real-world challenges. The methods used include a participatory approach with a series of interactive activities designed to introduce basic leadership concepts such as responsibility, courage, and simple decision-making. The results of this activity have shown a notable positive influence on the character development of young children and serves as a foundation for cultivating leadership skills within the school setting. It is anticipated that the program will yield sustained benefits for the character growth of students at SD Petra Alpha School Kembangan, West Jakarta.

Abstract

Desa Perikanan Cerdas atau Smart Fisheries Village (SFV) merupakan salah program KKP dalam pengembangan potensi perikanan desa. Desa Linau, Kaur telah ditunjuk sebagai salah satu lokasi pelaksanaan program tersebut dengan komoditi gurita. Dalam pelaksanaannya, pelaku utama dan pelaku usaha kelautan dan perikanan Desa Linau, serta Pemerintah Desa dan masyarakatnya telah diberi pemenuhan kapasitas keterampilan dan pengetahuan, serta pendampingan perihal pengembangan potensi perikanan desa. Kajian penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kekuatan dan kelemahan internal, serta peluang dan ancaman eksternal yang akan memberikan wawasan tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberlanjutan, profitabilitas, dan keberhasilan operasi penangkapan gurita di Desa Linau. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 11 (sebelas) bulan pada bulan Februari-Desember 2023 di Desa Linau, Kecamatan Maje, Kabupaten Kaur. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, in-depth interview dengan pelaku kunci, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data kajian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi kelembagaan pelaku utama dan pelaku usaha perikanan yang sudah dibekali keterampilan, proses penjualan produk melalui e-commerce, dan potensi gurita di alam yang melimpah merupakan faktor pendukung dalam keberhasilan SFV Desa Linau. Berdasarkan analisis SWOT, nilai titik koordinat sumbu x adalah 0,75 dan nilai titik koordinat sumbu Y adalah 0,09. Posisi titik koordinat hasil penelitian ini berada pada kuadran 1, sehingga menggunakan strategi agresif. Strategi atau rekomendasi agresif pada pengembangan perikanan gurita SFV Desa Linau akan difokuskan pada peningkatan daya saing, keberlanjutan dan ketahanan dalam menghadapi dinamika pasar dan tantangan lingkungan.

Abstract

Improving the students’ speaking skill requires the appropriate strategies. This research aims to describe the kind of strategies which used by lecturers in teaching speaking on the fourth semester students of English Education Department at Lakidende Unaaha University. The instrument of this research is observation sheet. The subjects of this research were two lecturers of English Education Department who teaching speaking IV course at Lakidende Unaaha University. The data was collected by observing the lecturers. This research involved data condensation, data display, and drawing the conclusion as the procedure of data analysis. There are five teaching strategies used by lecturers in teaching speaking as result of the research, those are role play, presentation, drilling, language games, answer and question, and storytelling. The conclusion of research is, there are five strategies used by the speaking lecturers to teach the fourth semester students of English Education Department at Lakidende Unaaha University, namely Presentation, Drilling, Asking and Answering, Role Play, and Storytelling. Also, it is suggested to the speaking lecturers and teachers for choosing the appropriate teaching strategy and create various communicative, creative, and effective strategies to be implemented in teaching speaking, therefore, the teaching objectives can be achieved.

Abstract

The existence of the Multipurpose Cooperative "Santri City" has the role of an economic system that has business opportunities to create a community that still lacks in meeting their needs. This cooperative as a forum for conducting business activities certainly has a role to improve the economy of the community in the surrounding area. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of KSU "Santri City" in improving the welfare of the community in Kajen District, Pekalongan Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Determination of informants is done by using a purposive technique on the cooperative management. Based on the results of this study, it shows that this cooperative is able to improve the welfare of its members by carrying out various credits in various forms, namely money, electronics and vehicles. And this cooperative has a role to provide business capital to its members.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah flash card efektif dalam penguasaan kosakata siswa kelas VII di SMP Islam Terpadu Wahdah Islamiyah Konawe atau tidak. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pra-eksperimental yaitu one group pre-test and post-test design. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 siswa yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes tertulis yang terdiri dari 30 soal pilihan ganda yang dilaksanakan pada pre-test dan post-test, dan analisis data menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan flash card dapat meningkatkan kosa kata siswa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan rata-rata skor pre-test sebesar 61,60 meningkat secara signifikan menjadi 76,87 pada post-test setelah penerapan flash card. Hal ini juga didukung dengan hasil uji T dimana thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (10,550 > 2,060) dan signifikansi (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 kurang dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Hasil tersebut menyebabkan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima dan hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak. Berdasarkan analisis hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa flash card efektif meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata siswa.

Abstract

Tulisan ini menganalisis efektivitas kebijakan efisiensi APBN Tahun Anggaran 2025 di Balai Riset Perikanan Perairan Umum dan Penyuluhan Perikanan (BRPPUPP), dengan fokus pada penerapan dan penghentian skema Work from Anywhere (WFA) setiap hari Jumat. Kebijakan tersebut diberlakukan sebagai tindak lanjut Instruksi Presiden tentang efisiensi belanja negara, dengan tujuan menekan biaya operasional tanpa mengurangi kinerja aparatur sipil negara. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif, termasuk evaluasi dokumen kebijakan serta analisis data konsumsi listrik selama periode WFA. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penerapan WFA memberikan penghematan listrik yang terukur namun relatif kecil dan tidak signifikan terhadap total anggaran operasional BRPPUPP. Sebaliknya, penghentian WFA berdampak positif terhadap efektivitas pelaksanaan tugas, penguatan akuntabilitas kinerja, peningkatan koordinasi internal dan eksternal, serta optimalisasi pemanfaatan laboratorium dan fasilitas lainnya. Meskipun terjadi peningkatan biaya operasional pasca-penghentian WFA, manfaat jangka panjang berupa peningkatan produktivitas dan konsistensi pelaksanaan tugas dinilai lebih besar dibandingkan penghematan energi jangka pendek. Oleh karena itu, laporan ini menyimpulkan bahwa kebijakan pengakhiran WFA merupakan langkah yang tepat untuk mendukung efisiensi APBN 2025 secara berkelanjutan melalui peningkatan kinerja dan tata kelola organisasi.

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of intervention models employed by Islamic philanthropic organizations in Indonesia to economically empower women. Using a qualitative approach that integrates case studies, expert interviews, focus group discussions, and document analysis, the research examines programs led by Rumah Zakat, LAZ Harapan Dhuafa, BAZNAS, and LAZISMU. Findings reveal that successful models are holistic, multidimensional, and phased, integrating Sharia-compliant financial aid (e.g., qardh al-hasan), capacity building, technical mentoring, spiritual reinforcement, and market access facilitation. Quantitative evidence, such as a 96% Women’s Participation Index (IPP), a Gender Development Index (GDI) increase to 139.32, and a BAZNAS Welfare Index (BPI) score of 0.68, demonstrates significant impacts on poverty reduction, income growth, and enhanced female agency in household decision-making. However, challenges remain in scalability, dependency mindsets, and long-term impact measurement. The study concludes that Islamic philanthropy, with its integrated ethical and spiritual framework, offers a resilient and sustainable model for women’s economic empowerment, contributing substantially to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in poverty alleviation, gender equality, and inclusive economic growth. This study contributes a refined framework for understanding the effectiveness of Islamic philanthropy, emphasizing the synergistic role of spiritual capital, digital inclusion, and ecosystem collaboration in achieving transformative women's economic empowerment.
