Abstract

 Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikirkritis dan hasil belajar siswa kelas X Pemasaran pada mata pelajaran Konfirmasi Keputusan  Pelanggan  di  SMK  Batik  1  Surakarta  tahun  pelajaran  2014/2015 melalui  penerapan  model  pembelajaran  kooperatif  tipe  Think  Pair  Share. Penelitian  ini  merupakan  penelitian  tindakan  kelas  (PTK)  yang  dilakukan sebanyak  dua siklus.    Berdasarkan  hasil  penelitian, dapat  disimpulkan  bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar siswa kelas X Pemasaran SMK Batik1 Surakarta tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Hal  tersebut terlihat dari kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada aspek memfokuskan masalah meningkat sebesar 29,03% (siklus I sebesar 64,52% dan siklus II 93,55%), pada aspek mempertimbangkan sumber  atau  teori  meningkat  sebesar  32,26%  (siklus  I  58,06%  dan  siklus  II90,32%), pada aspek mengidentifikasi masalah meningkat sebesar 35,49% (siklus I 58,06% dan siklus II 93,55%), pada aspek memberikan alternatif untuk pemecahan masalah meningkat sebesar 32,25% (siklus I 54,84% dan siklus II87,09%),  pada  aspek  menjelaskan  alternatif  pemecahan  masalah  meningkat sebesar 32,26% (siklus I 51,61% dan siklus II 83,87%), dan pada aspek membuat kesimpulan sederhana meningkat sebesar 22,58% (siklus I 74,19% dan siklus II96,77%). Sebelum diterapkan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share nilai rata-rata kelas adalah 75,23 dengan presentase ketuntasan hasil belajar sebesar 47%. Pada siklus I nilai rata-rata kelas sebesar 77 dengan presentase ketuntasan hasil belajar sebesar 74,2%, sedangkan siklus II nilai rata-rata kelas sebesar 83,38 dengan presentase  ketuntasan  hasil  belajar  sebesar  90,32%.  Dengan  demikian  dapat disimpulkan  bahwa  dengan  penerapan  model  pembelajaran  Think  Pair  Sharedapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Konfirmasi Keputusan Pelanggan. The objective of this research is to improve the critical thinking ability and thelearning achievement in Consumer-Based Decision Confirmation of the students in Grade X of Marketing Department of Vocational High School Batik   1 of Surakarta   in   Academic   Year   2014/2015   through   the   application   of   the Cooperative Learning Model of the TPS type. This research used the classroom action research (CAR) with two cycles.        The achievement of research shows that the cooperative learning model of the TPS type could improve the critical thinking ability and the learning achievement in the Consumer-Based Decision Confirmation subject matter of the students in Grade X of Marketing Department of Vocational High School Batik 1 of Surakarta in Academic Year as shown by the following: The critical thinking ability on the aspect of Focusing Problems increased as much as 29.03% (In Cycle I it was 64.52%, and in Cycle II it became93.55%); the critical thinking ability on the aspect of Considering Sources or Theories increased as much as 32.26% (In Cycle I it was 58.06%, and in Cycle II it became 90.32%); the critical thinking ability on the aspect of Identifying Problems increased as much as 35.49% (In Cycle I it was 58.06%, and in Cycle II it  became  93.55%);  the  critical  thinking  ability  on  the  aspect  of  Giving Alternatives to Solve Problems increased as much as 32.25% (in Cycle I it was54.84%, and in Cycle II it became 87.09%); the critical thinking ability on the aspect of Explaining Alternatives to Solve Problems increased as much as 32.26% (in Cycle I it was 51.61%, and in Cycle II it became 83.87%); and the critical thinking ability on  the  aspect  of  Drawing Conclusions  increased  as  much  as22.58% ( in Cycle I it was 74.19%, and in Cycle II it became 96.77%). Furthermore, prior to the application of the cooperative learning model of the TPS type,  class  average  score  was  75.23  with  learning  completeness  of  47%. Following the treatment, the score average score became 77 with the learning completeness of 74.2% in Cycle I and 83.38 with the learning completeness of90.32% in Cycle II. Thus, the application of the cooperative learning model of theTPS type could improve the critical thinking ability and the learning achievement in the Consumer-Based Decision Confirmation subject matter.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) penyebab sebagian besar guru ekonomi belum melakukan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK); (2) upaya pihak sekolah untuk mendorong dan mengatasi kesulitan melakukan PTK. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara terencana tidak terstruktur dan dokumentasi dengan teknik analisis data interaktif model Miles & Huberman. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: Pertama, penyebab utama sebagian besar guru ekonomi belum melakukan PTK dikarenakan belum termotivasi untuk melakukan PTK sedangkan penyebab pendukungnya adalah: (a) mengalami kesulitan teknis; (b) adanya persepsi diri sibuk, PTK menjadi beban guru, membutuhkan waktu lama dan anggaran dana cukup besar; (c) pelatihan PTK yang belum optimal; (d) kurangnya budaya membaca terkait buku PTK; (e) kurangnya pengalaman penelitian; (f) pengaruh usia dalam tindakan penelitian. Usia tersebut tidak berpengaruh sepenuhnya, ada faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi guru melakukan PTK yaitu pengalaman, motivasi dan sikap guru dalam menyikapi peraturan yang berlaku. Kedua, upaya pihak sekolah untuk mendorong guru melakukan PTK adalah memberikan sosialisasi, menginformasikan, mengingatkan serta menggerakkan guru terutama pada saat rapat dinas yang diadakan sekolah sedangkan upaya yang telah dilakukan untuk mengatasi kesulitan adalah dengan menyediakan akses internet dan referensi buku PTK. This research was aimed to know (1) the reasons majority of economic teachers have not conduct Classroom Action Research (CAR), (2) the school?s efforts to encourage and overcome difficulties in conducting CAR. This research was a qualitative research which used case study methodology the techniques of collecting data were used unstructured planning interview and documentation with the techniques of data analysis used analysis interactive Miles and Huberman. The result of this research was following: First, the main reason was that they were not motivated yet while the supporting reasons were following: (a) facing technical difficulties; (b) teachers? perceptions such as busy and CAR was burden teachers, time and financial consuming; (c) training of CAR wasn?t optimal, (d) lack of reading habit about books of CAR; (e) lack of experiences in research; (f) influence of teachers? age. Although the age wasn?t fully influenced, there were other factors that influenced teachers in conducting CAR such as their experiences, motivation and manner toward rule. Second, the school?s efforts to encourage teacher in conducting CAR were by giving socialism, information and reminding importance CAR mainly when the meeting was held of school whereas the school?s efforts to overcome the teachers? difficulties were by providing internet access and reference books of CAR.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan sekolah (Reliability, Assurance, Tangible, Empathy dan Responsivenes) terhadap kepuasan siswa SMA Negeri 1 Sumberlawang Kabupaten Sragen tahun 2015/2016 secara simultan dan parsial. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 siswa kelas X dan XI SMA Negeri 1 Sumberlawang Sragen tahun ajaran2015/2016. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan dan parsial antara kualitas pelayanan (Reliability, Assurance, Tangible, Empathy dan Responsivenes) terhadap kepuasan siswa SMA Negeri 1 Sumberlawang Sragen tahun 2015/2016. Besarnyapengaruh variabel kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan siswa siswa diperolehdari perhitungan adjusted R square sebesar 86,9%. Besarnya pengaruh variabel reliability 0,0173, assurance 0,087, tangible 0,512, empathy 0,102 dan responsivienes 0,286 diperoleh dari nilai coefficients. Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan siswa paling besar yaitu variabel tangible bukti fisik) sebesar 0,512 dan paling lemah yaitu variabel assurance (jaminan) sebesar 0,087. The objective of research were to find out the effect of sevice quality school (reliability, assurance, tangible, empathy and responsivines)to student satisfaction SMA Negeri 1 Sumberlawang Sragen 2015/2016 simultaneosly and partially. Reply method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. Sample in this research is 100 student of class X and XI SMA Negeri 1 Sumberlawang Sragen.The data collection techniques used questionnaires. The data were analyzed by  using  multiple regression analysis.The results showed that there is significant influence simultaneously and partially between service quality school (reliability, assurance, tangible, empathy and responsivines) to student satisfaction SMA Negeri 1 Sumberlawang Sragen 2015/2016. The influence of the variable sevice quality to student satisfaction obtained from the calculation of adjusted r square of 86,9%. The influence of the variable reliability 0,0173, assurance 0,087, tangible 0,512, empathy 0,102 dan responsivines 0,286 derived from the value coefficients. Impact of service quality on student satisfaction is the variable most tangible at 0,512 and influence the weakest assurance at 0,087.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik melalui model Quantum Learning dengan metode Peta Pikiran (Mind Mapping) pada mata pelajaran ekonomi Kelas X Matematikan dan Sains 1 SMA N 5 Surakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, setiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X Matematika dan Sains 1 SMA N 5 Surakarta yang berjumlah 35 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, tes hasil belajar, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif komparatif dan teknik analisis kritis.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model Quantum Learning dengan metode Peta Pikiran (Mind Mapping) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar ekonomi di kelas X Matematika dan Sains I SMA N 5 Surakarta.  Presentase ketuntasan siswa mengalami peningkatan 48,56% dari 37,14% pada pra siklus, 74,30% pada siklus I, dan 85,70% pada siklus II. Selain itu nilai rata-rata juga mengalami peningkatan 14,9 %, dari 65,51 pada pra siklus, 76,1 pada siklus I dan 80,41 pada siklus II. Simpulan berdasarkan hasil penelitian adalah model Quantum Learning dengan metode Peta Pikiran (Mind Mapping) dapat meningkatkan asil belajar ekonomi pada siswa kelas X Matematika dan Sains I SMA N 5 Surakarta.The research aims to improve students? economic learning outcomes through Quantum Learning model by using Mind Mapping method of X MIA 1 in SMA N 5 Surakarta. This research used classroom action research method. There were 2 cycles in this research which each cycle consisted of planning, implementation, observation and refelction. The subject of the research was X MIA 1 students in SMA N 5 Surakarta which consists of 35 students. Data were collected by observation, interview, test and documentation. These data were analyzed with descriptive comparative technique and critical analysis.The result of this research showed that the implementation of Quantum learning model with Mind Mapping method can improve students? economic learning outcomes of X MIA 1 in SMA N 5 Surakarta. The percentage of students? passing the test was increasing to 48,56% from 37,14% in pre-cycle, 74,30 % in cycle 1 and 85,70 % in cycle 2. Moreover, the mean score of the test is also increasing to 14,9 %, from 65,51 % in pre-cycle, 78,1 % in cycle 1, and  80,41 % in cycle 2. The conclusion based on the research is that Quantum Learning model with Mind Mapping method can improve students? economic learning outcomes of  X MIA 1 in SMA N 5 Surakarta.

Abstract

This research is aimed to improve students? learning outcomes in Introduction to Business Economy  in class X Marketing 1 in SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar through the implementation of cooperative learning model Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) with picture media. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). The study was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects were 37 students of class X Marketing 1 SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar. The source of data derived from students, teachers, and documents. The data collection techniques are observation, testing, documentation and interviews. The techniques for the validity of the data used triangulation of data sources. The data analysis used descriptive analysis technique, the technique of qualitative analysis and comparative description.The results showed that through the implementation of cooperative learning model Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) with picture media can improve learning outcomes in Introduction to Business Economics (PEB) in class X Marketing 1 SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar in the Academic Year 2015/2016. It was proved by an increasing in the first cycle and the second cycle. Before applied cooperative learning model Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) with picture media of the class average value was 73.27 with a percentage of 37.84% completeness. In the first cycle class average value increased to 80.97 with the percentage of 81.08% completeness and the second cycle class average value increased to 97.35 with the percentage of completeness 100%. The conclusions of this research is the application of cooperative learning model Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) with picture media can improve learning outcomes in Introduction to Business Economics (PEB) in class X Marketing 1 SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar in the year of 2015/2016.ABSTRAK Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Pengantar Ekonomi Bisnis (PEB) pada siswa kelas X Pemasaran 1 di SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) disertai media gambar. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus, dengan tiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X Pemasaran 1 SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar yang berjumlah 37 siswa. Sumber data berasal dari siswa, guru, dan dokumen. Hal ini terbukti ada peningkatan pada siklus I dan Siklus II. Sebelum diterapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) disertai media gambar nilai rata-rata kelas adalah 73,27 dengan presentase ketuntasan 37,84%. Pada siklus I nilai rata-rata kelas meningkat menjadi 80,97 dengan presentase ketuntasan 81,08% dan pada siklus II nilai rata-rata kelas meningkat menjadi 97,35 dengan presentase ketuntasan 100%. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) disertai media gambar dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Pengantar Ekonomi Bisnis (PEB) pada siswa kelas X Pemasaran 1 SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar tahun ajaran 2015/2016.

Abstract

Tujuan  Penelitian  ini  adalah  untuk  meningkatkan  hasil  belajar  MengoperasikanPeralatan Transaksi di Lokasi Penjualan pada siswa kelas XI Pemasaran 3 di SMK Negeri 1Sukoharjo melalui penerapan metode Role Playing.Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan  Kelas (PTK). Penelitian  dilakukan dalam dua siklus, dengan tiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI Pemasaran 3 SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Sumber data berasal dari siswa, guru, dan dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan observasi, tes, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teknik untuk keabsahan data digunakan triangulasi sumber data. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif, teknik analisis secara kualitatif dan deskripsi komparatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa melalui penerapan metode Role Playing dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Mengoperasikan Peralatan Transaksi di Lokasi Penjualan SiswaKelas XI Pemasaran 3 SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016. Hal ini terbukti ada peningkatan pada siklus I dan Siklus II. Sebelum diterapkan metode Role Playing nilai rata-rata kelas adalah 70 dengan presentase ketuntasan 36,11%. Pada siklus I nilai rata-rata kelas meningkat menjadi 80,75 dengan presentase ketuntasan 77,78% dan pada siklus II nilai rata- rata kelas meningkat menjadi 87,25 dengan presentase ketuntasan 88,89%. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penerapan metode Role Playing dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Mengoperasikan Peralatan Transaksi di Lokasi Penjualan siswa kelas XI Pemasaran 3 SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo.   The aims of this research is to increase the learning outcomes of transaction operating tools lesson on sale location of XI Marketing-3 Grade SMKN 1 Sukoharjo through the applying of the Role Playing method.This research was Classroom Action Research (CAR). This research was conducted in two cycles, wich consist planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this research was XI Marketing-3 Grade of SMKN 1 Sukoharjo which consists 36 students. The source of data was from the students, the teachers, and the documents. Technique of collecting data was observation, test, documentation and interviews. Techniques for the validity of the data using triangulation of data sources. The data analysis used descriptive analysis techniques, qualitative analysis techniques and comparative description.The results of the research showed that applying the method of Role Playing can increase the learning outcomes of transaction operating tools on sale location of XI Marketing-3 Grade of SMKN 1 Sukoharjo in Academic Year 2015/2016. It was proved there is increasing in cycle I and cycle II. Before applying the method of Role Playing the average score of the classroom was 70 with precentage of success 36.11%. In the cycle I the average score increased to 80.75 with precentage of success 77.78% and in the cycle II the average score of the classroom increased to 87.25 with precentage of success 88.89%. The conclusion of this research was applying the method of Role Playing can increase the student's learning outcomes of transaction operating tools on sale location of XI Marketing-3 Grade SMKN 1 Sukoharjo.

Abstract

ABSTRACT            This research is aimed to identify (1) the influence of Micro Teaching learning and Field Experience Program (PPL) towards the interest of becoming a teacher of the Economic Education students in the year of 2017; (2) the influence of Micro Teaching learning towards  the interest of becoming a teacher of the Economic Education students in the year of 2017; (3) the influence of Field Experience Program (PPL) towards the interest of becoming a teacher of the Economic Education students in the year of 2017.             This research includes as a qualitative research. The research includes as a population research. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The validity of the data was obtained through the result of tryout of 30 respondents. The data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis.              The research finding shows that: (1) the value of F-test is obtained Fcount>Ftable (5,736>3,14) with the value of p = 0,005, therefore Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It means that there is a significant influence between Micro Teaching learning and Field Experience Program (PPL) simultaneosly towards the interest of becoming a teacher. (2) the value of t-test with the variable of Micro Teaching learning is tcount>ttable (2,009>1,99) with the value of p = 0,049, therefore Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It means that there is a significant influence between Micro Teaching learning and Field Experience Program (PPL) partially towards the interest of becoming a teacher. (3) the value of t-test with the variable of Field Experience Program (PPL) is tcount>ttable (2,157>1,99) with the value of p = 0,035, therefore Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It means that there is a significant influence of the variable of Field Experience Program (PPL) partially towards the interest of becoming a teacher. (4) the determinant coeffisient (Adjusted R Square) is 0,127. It can be concluded that 12,7% of interest of becoming a teacher is influenced by Micro Teaching learning and Field Experience Program (PPL), meanwhile the rest of  87,3% is influenced by various factors which are not included in this research. ABSTRAK            Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan agar mengatahui (1) pengaruh pembelajaran micro teaching dan PPL terhadap minat menjadi guru mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi tahun 2017; (2) pengaruh pembelajaran micro teaching terhadap minat menjadi guru mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi tahun 2017; (3) PPL terhadap minat menjadi guru mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi tahun 2017.            Penelitian ini adalahpenelitian kuantitatif dan termasuk penelitian populasi. Sumber data berupa data hasil menyebar angket. Teknik dalam mengumpulkan data yaitu kuesioner. Validitas data diperoleh melalui hasil uji cobadari 30 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda.            Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : (1) nilai uji F menunjukkan Fhitung>Ftabel  (5,736>3,14) dengan nilai p=0,005, sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Hal ini berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel pembelajaran micro teaching dan PPL secara simultan terhadap minat menjadi guru (2) nilai uji t variabel pembelajaran micro teaching adalah thitung>ttabel (2,009>1,99) dengan nilai p=0,049 sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Hal ini berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan variabel pembelajaran micro teaching secara parsial terhadap minat menjadi guru (3) nilai uji t variabel PPL adalah thitung>ttabel (2,157>1,99) dengan nilai p=0,035 sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Hal ini berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan variabel PPL secara parsial terdapat minat menjadi guru (4) koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,127. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa 12,7% minat menjadi guru dipengaruhi oleh pebelajaran micro teaching dan PPL, sedangkan 87,3% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor selain yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

 This research is aimed to improve self-directed and students? learning result in the subject bussiness planning trought implementation of inquiry learning in X Marketing 3 at SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta 2017/2018 academic year. The techniques of collecting the data used in the research are observation, interview, documentation and test. The technique of analyzing the data used are descriptive supported by quantitative and qualitative data. The procedures of this research are planning, acting, observing and reflecting.           The result of the research by implementing of Inquiry Learning is that it can improve the self-directed and students? learning result seen by the aspects of cognitive, affective and pshychomotor. The result of self-directed in the pre-cycle was 13,9% improved in the 1st cycle up to 75% and in the 2nd cycle up to 88,9%. The result of the students? learning result in cognitive aspect of the 1st cycle was 74,3% and improved in the 2nd cycle up to 77,8%. The result of students? learning result in affective aspect of 1st cycle was 83,3% and improved in the 2nd cycle up to 86,1%. The result of the students? result in pshychomotor aspect of the 1st cycle was 88,9% and improved in the 2nd cycle up to 97,2%.            Based on the result of this research, it can be concluded that the implementation of Inquiry learning can improve self-directed and students? learning result in the subject of Business Planning of X Marketing 3 class of SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta 2017/2018 academic year.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether or not there is (1) the influence of the five day school learning system and learning independence together on the learning achievement of the XII Marketing class students of SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta in the Academic Year 2018/2019; (2) the influence of the five day school learning system on student achievement in Marketing XII class of SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta Academic Year 2018/2019; (3) the effect of learning independence on students' achievement in Marketing Class XII of SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta in Academic Year 2018/2019.The population in this study were Marketing XII grade students of SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta Academic Year 2018/2019 with a total of 57 students. This study uses a samling saturated type Non Probability Sampling technique, so that the number of samples is equal to the number of population, there are 57 students who are sampled. The research method used is a quantitative method. Data collection is done using questionnaires / questionnaires, interviews and documentation for five day school learning system data, learning independence and learning achievement. This study uses data analysis namely multiple regression with a significance level of 0.05, then processing data that has been obtained with the help of the SPSS data program (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 22.The results showed that: first, there was a positive and significant influence between the five day school learning system on the learning achievement of Marketing XII students at SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta in the Academic Year 2018/2019, as indicated by the tcount = 2.440> t table = 2.003. Second, there is a significant positive effect between learning independence on the learning achievement of Marketing XII students at SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta in the Academic Year 2018/2019, as indicated by the value of tcount = 6.424> t table = 2.003. Third, there is a significant effect of the five day school learning system and learning independence together on the learning achievement of the XII Marketing class of SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta in the Academic Year 2018/2019, as shown by Fcount = 21,153> Ftable = 3,168.

Abstract

The aims of this research are: (1) to know the effect of the customer service strategies consisting of membership, serious fun, partnership, hire right, after-experience, community, and walk the walk toward the amazing customer experiences in students of Economic Education Study Program; (2) to know the effect of the membership toward the amazing customer experiences in students of economic education study program; (3) to know the effect of the serious fun toward the amazing customer experiences in students of Economic Education Study Program; (4) to know the effect of the partnership toward the amazing customer experiences in students of Economic Education Study Program; (5) to know the effect of the hire right toward the amazing customer experiences in students of Economic Education Study Program; (6) to know the effect of the after-experience toward the amazing customer experiences in students of Economic Education Study Program; (7) to know the effect of the community toward the amazing customer experiences in students of Economic Education Study Program; (8) to know the effect of the walk the walk toward the amazing customer experiences in students of Economic Education Study Program. The research is descriptive quantitative. The population of the research were all of students of Economic Education Study Program in 2013-2015 with the total number of 187 student. The samples of the research were 127 student by using proportionate sratified random sampling. The data were obtained by questioners. The data were analyzed by using double regression, F test and T test. The results of this research show: (1) there is an positive effect of the customer service strategies consisting of membership, serious fun, partnership, hire right, after-experience, community, and walk the walk toward the amazing customer experiences in students of Economic Education Study Program; (2) there is an positive effect of the membership toward the amazing customer experiences in students of Economic Education Study Program; (3) there is an negative effect of the serious fun toward the amazing customer experiences in students of Economic Education Study Program; (4) there is an negative effect of the partnership toward the amazing customer experiences in students of Economic Education Study Program; (5) there is an negative effect of the hire right toward the amazing customer experiences in students of Economic Education Study Program; (6) there is an positive effect of the after-experience toward the amazing customer experiences in students of Economic Education Study Program; (7) there is an positive effect of the community toward the amazing customer experiences in students of Economic Education Study; (8) there is an positive effect of the walk the walk toward the amazing customer experiences in students of Economic Education Study Program.ABSTRAK             Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) mengetahui pengaruh Customer service strategies yang terdiri dari Membership, Serious FUN, Partnership, Hire right, After-experience, Community, dan Walk the walk secara simultan terhadap Amazing customer experiences pada mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi; (2) mengetahui pengaruh Membership terhadap Amazing customer experiences pada mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi; (3) mengetahui pengaruh Serious FUN terhadap Amazing customer experiences pada mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi; (4) mengetahui pengaruh Partnership terhadap Amazing customer experiences pada mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi; (5) mengetahui pengaruh Hire right terhadap Amazing customer experiences pada mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi; (6) mengetahui pengaruh After-experience terhadap Amazing customer experiences pada mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi; (7) mengetahui pengaruh Community terhadap Amazing customer experiences pada mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi; (8) mengetahui pengaruh Walk the walk terhadap Amazing customer experiences pada mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP UNS Surakarta tahun 2013-2015 yang berjumlah 187 mahasiswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 127 mahasiswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel proportionate sratified random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda, uji F dan uji T. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif Customer service strategies yang terdiri dari Membership, Serious FUN, Partnership, Hire right, After-experience, Community, dan Walk the walk secara simultan terhadap Amazing customer experiences pada mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi; (2) terdapat pengaruh positif Membership terhadap Amazing customer experiences pada mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi; (3) terdapat pengaruh negatif Serious FUN terhadap Amazing customer experiences pada mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi; (4) terdapat pengaruh negatif Partnership terhadap Amazing customer experiences pada mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi; (5) terdapat pengaruh negatif Hire right terhadap Amazing customer experiences pada mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi; (6) terdapat pengaruh positif After-experience terhadap Amazing customer experiences pada mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi; (7) terdapat pengaruh positif Community terhadap Amazing customer experiences pada mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi; (8) terdapat pengaruh positif Walk the walk terhadap Amazing customer experiences pada mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi.
