Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui: pengaruh antara variabel-variabel experiential marketing terhadap variabel customer satisfaction dan pengaruh antara variabel customer satisfaction terhadap variabel word of mouth. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi sebagai subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta yang menggunakan sepeda motor Yamaha. Sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quota sampling dan accidental sampling. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik kuesioner dengan skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Uji analisis PLS yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi: uji outer model berupa uji convergent validity, discriminant validity, dan composite reliability. Uji inner model dengan melihat R2. Pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan adalah analisis koefisien jalur untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa:  variabel Sense, Think,Feel, Act dan Relate  terhadap Customer Satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dan variabel Customer Satisfaction terhadap Word of Mouth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan.Kata kunci: experiential marketing, word of mouthThe purpose of this research were analyzed and determined : The Influence of the experiential marketing variables toward customer satisfaction variable and the influence of customer satisfaction variable toward word of mouth variable. The method used is descriptive quantitative method . The population as subjects in this study were University students March Surakarta who use Yamaha motorcycles . Sampling used in this study is quota sampling and accidental sampling . The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents . The data collection technique used was a questionnaire with Likert scale technique . The data analysis technique used was Partial Least Square ( PLS ). PLS analysis test used in this study include : testing a model of the outer test convergent validity , discriminant validity , and composite reliability . Test to see the inner workings of the model R2 . Testing this hypothesis used was path coefficient analysis to determine the relationship between the study variables. Based on the results of this study concluded that : variable Sense, Think, Feel, Act and Relate on Customer Satisfaction positively and significantly and Customer Satisfaction of the Word of Mouth variables positively and significantly.Keywords : experiential marketing , word of mouth

Abstract

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya tingkat kepuasan siswa atas kualitas pelayanan pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui: (1)Besarnya tingkat kepentingan atribut kualitas pelayanan pendidikan, (2)Besarnya tingkat kinerja atribut kualitas pelayanan pendidikan, (3)Besarnya tingkat kepuasan siswa, (4)Atribut pelayanan pendidikan yang perlu ditingkatkan, dan (5)Atribut pelayanan pendidikan yang perlu dipertahankan. Berdasarkan tujuan, penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian eksploratif, dan jika berdasarkan teknik pengumpulan datanya, maka penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasinya berjumlah 504 siswa dan sampelnya berjumlah 223 siswa. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilaksanakan, hasil skor total dari kinerja sebesar 24.107, sedangkan skor total dari kepentingan sebesar 27.569. Berdasarkan skor tersebut, dapat diperoleh tingkat kesesuaian total sebesar 87,44%. 87,44% < 100%, sehingga dikatakan bahwa kinerja yang diberikan SMK Batik 1 Surakarta belum mampu memenuhi harapan siswanya. Tingkat kesesuaian tiap dimensinya sebesar: (1)Empati skor kesesuaiannya 87,38%, (2)Bukti fisik skor kesesuaiannya 88,84%, (3)Keandalan skor kesesuaiannya 87,88%, (4) Daya tanggap skor kesesuaiannya 84,95%, dan (5)Jaminan skor kesesuaiannya 88,06%. Pemetaan dalam diagram Kartesius, diperoleh hasil bahwa: (1)Terdapat 7 atribut yang masuk dalam kuadran A, (2)Terdapat 15 atribut yang masuk dalam kuadran B, (3)Terdapat 12 atribut yang masuk dalam kuadran C, dan (4)Terdapat 1 atribut yang masuk dalam kuadran D. Kata kunci: Kepuasan, kualitas layanan pendidikanThe research is motivated by the low level of student satisfaction on the quality of educational services. The research objective was to determine: (1) The level of interest attributes of quality educational services, (2) The level of performance attributes of quality educational services, (3) The level of student satisfaction, (4) Attributes education services need to be improved, and (5) Attributes educational services need to be maintained. Based on the purpose, this study is included in exploratory research, and if based on data collection techniques, this research included in this type of quantitative research. And a population of 504 students and the sample totaled 223 students. Based on the research conducted, the results of the total score of the performance of 24 107, while the total score of the interests of 27 569. Based on these scores, can be obtained in total conformity level of 87.44%. 87.44% <100%, so it is said that the performance of a given SMK Batik 1 Surakarta has not been able to meet the expectations of their students. The suitability of each dimension of: (1) Empathy scores compliance 87.38%, (2) physical evidence compliance score of 88.84%, (3) Reliability scores compliance 87.88%, (4) Responsiveness compliance scores 84.95 %, and (5) guarantee compliance score of 88.06%. Mapping in the diagram Cartesian, showed that: (1) There are seven attributes that are included in quadrant A, (2) There are 15 attributes included in quadrant B, (3) There are 12 attributes included in quadrant C, and (4) There 1 attribute included in quadrant D. Keywords: satisfaction, quality of educational services

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kreativitas berpikir dan prestasi belajar ekonomi pada  siswa  kelas X-I SMA Negeri 1 Bobotsari tahun ajaran 2014/2015 melalui penerapan model pembelajaran  kooperatif teknik two stay two stray dengan menggunakan pendekatan saintifik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek Penelitian ini adalah siswa X-I SMA N 1 Bobotsari Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu (a) observasi, (b) wawancara, (c) tes, dan (d) dokumentasi. Prosedur penelitian meliputi (1) perencanaan tindakan; (2) pelaksanaan tindakan; (3) observasi; dan (4) refleksi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif teknik two stay two stray dengan menggunakan pendekatan saintifik dapat meningkatkan kreativitas berpikir dan prestasi belajar. Sebelum diterapkan medel pembelajaran kooperatif teknik two stay two stray dengan menggunakan pendekatan saintifik nilai rata-rata kelas adalah 69,88 atau dengan presentase ketuntasan 32,36%. Sedangkan kreativitas berpikir siswa pada aspek berpikir lancar2,94%, berpikir luwes 0%, berpikir orisinil2,94%, elaborasi 2,94%, dan  evaluasi0%. Pada siklus I nilai rata-rata kelas adalah 77 atau dengan presentase ketuntasan 70,59%. Sedangkan kreativitas berpikir siswa pada aspek berpikir lancar 47,05%, berpikir luwes 61,76%, berpikir orisinil 55,88%, elaborasi 52,95%, dan  evaluasi 58,82%. Pada siklus II nilai rata-rata kelas adalah 81 atau dengan presentase ketuntasan 82,35%. Sedangkan kreativitas berpikir siswa pada aspek berpikir lancar 82,35%, berpikir luwes 73,53%, berpikir orisinil 79,41%, elaborasi 85,30%, dan  evaluasi 70,58%. Kata kunci: Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif, Two Stay Two Stray, Pendekatan Saintifik, Kreativitas Berpikir, Prestasi Belajar.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian (1) untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi antara pembelajaran yang menggunakan model pembelajaran STAD dengan pembelajaran yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Mind Mapping. (2) Untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang lebih tinggi pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi antara pembelajaran yang menggunakan model pembelajaran STAD dengan pembelajaran yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Mind Mapping. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimental semu, dengan sampel 67 siswa. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara cluster random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji t. Penelitian ini disimpulkan: (1) Terdapat perbedaaan hasil belajar siswa antara pembelajaran mengunakan model pembelajaran STAD dengan pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran Mind Mapping, dari perolehan t hitung nilai postes sebesar -5,001 yang nilai tersebut lebih besar dari 1,997. (2) Hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran STAD lebih tinggi dari pada siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Mind Mapping. Perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung -2,607 lebih besar dari t tabel 1,997.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, STAD, Mind Mapping The purpose of research (1) to determine differences in student learning outcomes on economic subjects between learning is using models STAD by learning is using model Mind Mapping. (2) To determine differences in student learning outcomes are higher in the subjects of Economics between learning is using models STAD by learning is using model Mind Mapping. This research used quasi-experimental, with a sample of 67 students. Sampling was done by cluster random sampling. Data analysis technique was used t test. The research concluded: (1) there are differences between the learning outcomes of student learning is using model STAD by learning is using model Mind Mapping, from the post-test t value of -5.001 which the value is greater than 1.997. (2) The results of student learning used learning model STAD is higher than the students who used Mind Mapping learning model. It was seen from the calculation of the gain and to test hypotheses, there was a difference. The calculations showed that the value of t -2,607 greater than 1.997 t table. Keywords: learning outcomes, STAD, Mind Mapping

Abstract

This study aims toidetermine the presence or absence of (1) positive and significant influence between PPA scholarship and study habits toward student achievement of FKIPaUNSaPPA scholarshiparecipient period January - June 2017; (2) positive and significant influence between PPA scholarship on student achievement of FKIPiUNSiPPAischolarship recipient period January - Junei2017; (3) positive and significant influence between learning habits on student achievement of FKIP UNS PPA scholarship recipient period January - June 2017.Population in this research is student of FKIP UNS campus Kentingan who get PPA scholarship period January - June 2017 as many as 273 students. The sample selected by proportional random sampling sampling technique is 74 students. The research method used in this research is quantitative method with ex post facto research type. Data collection was conducted with questionnaires documentation. Data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression.The result of research shows that: Firstly, there is a positive and significant influence between PPA scholarship and study habits on student achievement. This is indicated by the value of F count of 60.362 (p <0.05). Secondly, there is a positive and significant influence between PPA scholarship on student achievement. This is indicated by the value of t count of 3.268 (p <0.05). Third, there is a positive and significant influence between learning habits on student achievement. This is indicated by the value of t arithmetic of 6,038 (p <0.05).

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Pengantar Ekonomi dan Bisnis siswa kelas XI di SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017 melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kuantum (Quantum Learning) berbasis multimedia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan selama dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI Pemasaran 1 di SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data kualitatif yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data untuk memperoleh data kuantitafif yaitu dengan penilaian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketercapaian hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I adalah 53,57%, dan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 25% pada siklus II yaitu menjadi 78,57%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulakan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Quantum Learning berbasis multimedia dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Pengantar Ekonomi dan Bisnis siswa kelas XI di SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta. AbstractThese purpose of research is improving the learning result of lessen Pengantar Ekonomi dan Bisnis student grade XI in SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta Academic year 2016/2017 through assembling Quantum Learning model based on multimedia. This research is an action research that held for two cycles. Every cycle is part into method of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subject of research is the student of grade XI Pemasaran 1 in SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta academic year 2016/2017. The data that used in this research is qualitative and quantitative data. The technique of collecting data that used for getting the qualitative data is observation, interview, and the analyzed document. The technique of collecting data that used for getting the quantitative data by the assessment. The result of research shows that the reaching of studying to student in the cycle I is 53,57%, and encountering significant about 25% in cycle II become 78,57%. Based on the research, can be concluded that through assembling Quantum Learning model based on multimedia can improve the result of studying in lesson Pengantar Ekonomi dan Bisnis to student of grade XI in SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) mengetahui pengaruh disiplin belajar dan kreativitas guru terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran IPS siswa di kelas XI SMK Batik 1 Surakarta; (2) mengetahui pengaruh disiplin belajar terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran IPS siswa di kelas XI SMK Batik 1 Surakarta; (3) mengetahui pengaruh kreativitas guru terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran IPS siswa di kelas XI SMK Batik 1 Surakarta.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMK Batik 1 Surakarta yaitu sebanyak 246 siswa. Sampel yang dipilih sebanyak 146 siswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Proportional random sampling. Try out dilakukan pada 30 responden di luar sampel. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh disiplin belajar dan kreativitas guru terhadap prestasi belajar dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel; 293,499 > 3,060. (2) ada pengaruh yang signifikan disiplin belajar terhadap prestasi belajar dengan nilai  thitung > ttabel; 7,368 > 1,977. (3) ada pengaruh yang signifikan kreativitas guru terhadap prestasi belajar dengan nilai  thitung > ttabel; 19,759 > 1,977. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 72,5%, menunjukkan bahwa 72,5% prestasi belajar dipengaruhi oleh disiplin belajar dan kreativitas guru, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 27,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian. ABSTRACTThis research is aimed to know: (1) the effect of the learning discipline and the teacher?s creativity towards the students? learning achievement in the Social subject in SMK Batik 1 Surakarta; (2) the effect of the learning discipline towards the students? learning achievement in the Social subject in SMK Batik 1 Surakarta; (3) the effect of the teacher?s creativity towards the students? learning achievement in the Social subject in SMK Batik 1 Surakarta.This research is a descriptive study with quantitative method. The population of this research is all of the students from XI class of SMK Batik 1 Surakarta, consisted of 246 students. The sample chosen was consisted of 146 students by using Proportional Random Sampling as the technique of sampling. Try out was conducted for 30 respondents out of the main sample. The coefficient of determination is 72,5%, this shows that 72,5% of the students? learning achievement is affected by the students? learning discipline and the teacher?s creativity, meanwhile the rests of 27,5% is affected by the other factors which are not explained in the research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve students' critical thinking skills through collaborative learning model with quantum teaching strategy on Marketing subjects X-6 class Competency Expertise Online Business and Marketing SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar. This research is a Classroom Action Research. The study was conducted in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, execution, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were the students of X-6 Competency of Online Business and Marketing SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar which amounted to 36 students. Data collection techniques used affective aspect observations, interviews, cognitive results tests, and documentation. Data validity by triangulation technique of data source and method triangulation. Data analysis techniques with quantitative data analysis, qualitative and descriptive comparative.Based on the results of analysis there is a significant increase from the pre-cycle learning outcomes to first cycle to the second cycle.  This can be seen in the accumulated results of cognitive assessment and affective assessment of students' critical thinking ability percentage of 66.67% or 24 students.  In the first cycle when applied collaborative learning with quantum teaching strategy the percentage of students' critical  thinking ability increased by 80.55% or 29 students. Then on the second cycle there is an increase again on the results of students' critical thinking skills to 91.65% or 33 students.The conclusion of this research is that through collaborative learning model with quantum teaching strategy the students are more brave to defend argument based on their respective sources,  fun and replication results have increased so that the application of collaborative learning model with quantum teaching strategy can improve students' critical thinking ability on the subject of Marketing class X-6 Skills Competence Online Business and Marketing SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar.

Abstract

The purpose of this research 1) to find out  the influence of experince of  indsutrial work practices and motivation to enter the work world to the work readiness of students of SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta  academic year 2017/2018, 2) to find out  the influence of  experience of industrial work practices to the work readiness of students of SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta, 3) to find out the influence of motivation to enter the work world to the work readiness of students of SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta. The population is students of SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta. The sampling technique is Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The sample size is 150 respondents. Data collection techniques are interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regression.             The results showed that multiple regression equation of Y = 31.821 + 0.497 X1 + 0.421 X2.  Based on the result, can be concluded that (1) experience of industrial work practices and motivation to enter the work world simultainly influence to the students work readiness which shown with probability value 0.000, (2) experience industrial work practices positively and significantly influence to the work readiness with probability value 0,000, (3) the motivation to enter the work world positively and significantly influences to the work readiness with probability 0,000. Value of R square is 60,5%. It shows that 60,5% readiness of work is influenced by experience of industrial work practice and motivation to enter work world, while 39,5% influenced by other factors not explained in research.

Abstract

The research is aimed to know whether practical activities in marketing laboratory Tania Mini Market affects the students? soft skills  of Economic Education of Sebelas Maret University Surakarta. This research quantitative research with descriptive methods.  The population and sample in this research is the students of  Economics Education, Teachers Training and Education Faculty of Sebelas Maret Surakarta class of 2012 and 2013. The technique to determine the sampling used is proportional random sampling. The technique to collect the data is by using questionnaire. The try out was done by using the activity outside of the chosen sample which were coming from students of  Economics Education of Sebelas Maret Surakarta class of 2012 and 2013. The result of data validity in the questionnaire of the practice activities in marketing laboratory "Tania Mini Market? was: 18 out of 21 statements were valid with high reliability number. The result of data validity in the questionnaire of the students? soft skills of Economic education Sebelas Maret University Surakarta was: 11 out of 14 statements were valid with high reliability number. The technique of   analyzing the data is by using simple regression and t test. Based on the result of this research, it can be concluded that there is effect of practical activities in marketing laboratory Tania Mini Market toward students? soft skills of Economic Education Sebelas Maret University. It can be seen by the score of tstatistic > ttable 17,959 > 1,98472.ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh kegiatan praktik di laboratorium pemasaran Mini Market Tania terhadap soft skills  mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Sebelas Maret angkatan 2012 dan 2013. Penelitian menggunakan teknik sampling proportional random sampling menggunakan teknik undian. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah  angket atau kuesioner. Try out dilakukan di luar sampel yang berasal dari mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi UNS angkatan 2012 dan 2013. Hasil validitas pada angket variabel kegiatan praktik di laboratorium pemasaran Mini Market Tania adalah 18 dari 21 pernyataan dinyatakan valid dengan reliabilitas tinggi. Hasil validitas angket variabel softskills mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi adalah 11 dari 14 pernyataan dinyatakan valid dengan nilai reliabilitas tinggi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi sederhana dan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara kegiatan praktik di laboratorium pemasaran Mini Market Tania terhadap soft skills  mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Sebelas Maret. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel; 17,959 > 1,98472.
