Abstract

Target of this research is to explain influence model study of Inquiry to increase  Skill Of Critical thinking, Understanding of Concept and of Psikomotor Student. Research method the used [is] Mixed Methods Research with desain the used [is] Control post-test pre-test group, namely perceive two selected group. Research Subyek [is] class student of X SMK, while research sampel [is] class student of X counted 71 student ( 2 class). Research instrument in the form of tes ability of critical thinking,understanding of conception and student psikomotor. Before instrument used to be test-drive to know validity, realibilitas, mount distinguishing energy and difficulty, except making of mask [do] not  [to] test-drive. Data collecting [pass/through] pre of tes and of pasca tes. Data analysis [done/conducted] with descriptive analysis and to test hypothesis  [to] test independent t. Before test of statistic, beforehand  [to] test assumption in the form of homogeneity and normalitas. Pursuant to data analysis and solution obtained. : ( 1)Applying of  model study of Inquiry have an effect on to uplifting of skill of critical thinking, understanding of concept and psikomotor [at] cell items [in] class of x SMK. Study executed [in] higher experiment class 27% compared to class of control. Result of improvement ( Gain) of[is understanding of experiment class student concept 0,3 [is] higher the than from class of control. Result of improvement ( Gain) skill of critical thinking [of] experiment class student 0,11 [is] higher the than class of control. : ( 2)Applying of model study of praktikum base on Inquiry can improve the understanding of student concept [at] cell items [in] class of X SMK. . Abstract

This research is motivated by students' critical thinking skills in processing information while the learning process is still low. The purpose of this study is 1) to describe the implementation of learning by implementing contextual teaching and learning models through laboratory observation and environmental methods on scientific attitudes and critical thinking of students, 2) to obtain implementation data in contextual teaching and learning models through laboratory observation methods and the environment can improve scientific attitude, 3) to determine the implementation of contextual teaching and learning models through laboratory observation and environmental methods can improve critical thinking skills, 4) to uncover students' responses to the implementation of contextual teaching and learning models through laboratory and environmental observation methods on scientific attitudes and critical thinking students. The method used in this study is a mixed method (mixed methods research design). With the sampling technique using cluster random sampling, there were 2 classes, each of which amounted to 30 students for the experimental class and 30 students for the control class. The research instrument used was task and rubric students' scientific attitudes, essay tests of critical thinking skills, student response questionnaires to learning and observation sheets of teacher and student activities. The data analysis technique used is the normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis test. Based on the results of the analysis of hypothesis testing shows the value t = 4.476 with Sig. 0.001 0.05 means that the implementation of the contextual teaching and learning model through laboratory observation methods and the environment can improve scientific attitudes. Based on the results of hypothesis testing shows the value t = 8.486 with Sig. 0.001 0.05 means that the implementation of the contextual teaching and learning model through laboratory and environmental observation methods can improve critical thinking skills in plant material at SMA 1 Darma Kuningan. Abstract

This study aims to improve the KPS and students' high cognitive abilities after the implementation of self assessment through research-based learning. The research method used is mixed methods with Sequential Exploratory design. The population of this research is the students of class XI one of the vocational competence of nursing skills in Cirebon Regency. The research sample consisted of two classes determined by purposive random sampling technique, namely control class amounted to 27 people and 27 experimental class. The results showed that the average of self-assessment of the experimental class students is 81% with the superior category. The result of observation of experimental class KPS based on teacher observation is 88% with superior category and observation result of control class KPS is 77% with competent category. Thus, KPS increases after the implementation of self assessment. The data of research result of high level cognitive ability obtained by giving cognitive test at cognitive level of C3 until C6 growth and plant growth material in the form of pre test and post test. The collected data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and comparative inferential statistics 2 paired sample groups. The result of descriptive analysis shows that the average value of pre test result of experiment class is 45,74 and post test result is 82,96, N-gain 0,70 with high category. The mean value of pre test result of control class 54,72 and post test result is 67,22, N-gain 0,30 with low category. KKM Biology lesson in class XI is 70, this shows the average post test experimental grade above KKM and control class is still below KKM. The result of t test dependent on pre test score and post test of high cognitive ability obtained by significance value 0,00 (sig 0,05) hence Ho refused and Ha accepted. This proves that Self Assessment can improve students' high cognitive abilities. Thus it can be concluded that the implementation of Self Assessment can improve the KPS and students' high cognitive abilities on the material growth and development of plants through research-based learningKeywords: Self assessment; Science process skills; High cognitive abilities; Research-based learning

Abstract

This study aimed to obtain comparative increase in the creativity of the students who get a guided inquiry learning with students getting conventional learning. The method used is a quasi experiment conducted on students in one elementary school in Indramayu, West Java province with a number of 32 students. The research data was collected through a written test (posttest), observation, and questionnaire responses of teachers and students on the use of virtual simulation media in guided inquiry learning. Learning model inquiry guided to a class experiment, which lasted for three meetings, and begins with the initial tests and ends with a final test showed that there were differences in the ability of the creativity of students in both classes with a mean final test students' creativity 83.64 for an experimental class and the average class before 53.54 , Conclusions drawn based on the results of data processing and analysis using statistical Mc Nemar: 6.604, to the achievement of creative abilities of students obtained results that increase the ability of creativity of students in the experimental class with previous classes differ significantly. So that the application of guided inquiry learning model with the approach of inquiry on the subject of breathing in humans can be further increased kankarakter creativity and student learning outcomes compared with conventional learning. Most of the students are motivated to take an active role in the learning process, and wants Application of IT-based guided inquiry models that could be applied to other biological materials. Abstract

The focus of the problem in this study is student's low learning achievement and scientific attitude on the subject of Respiratory System. To anticipate these problems, it is necessary some effort to improve the student's learning achievement and scientific attitudes, by implementing the Guided Inquiry-Based Practicum. The research method used a combination methods of research (mixed methods), which uses the design of Exploratory Design. This study used two treatment groups, experimental class (class VIII-E, 34 students) implementing guided inquiry-based practicum, and control class (class VIII-A, 34 students) using ordinary practicum. Instrument used in this research are observation sheet of learning implementation, learning result test, student performance test, and student response questionnaire to implementation of guided inquiry based practicum. The result of descriptive analysis shows that the mean score of the student's learning achievement of experimental class is 75,59 and the control class is 61,18. The result of research data used t-test Paired Sample. Based on hypothesis test results obtained sig.0.000 (0,05) then H0 rejected and H1 accepted. Thus it can be concluded that the implementation of guided inquiry-based practicum can improve learning achievement and scientific attitudes of students of SMPN 2 Plered on the subject of human respiratory systemKeywords: Guided Inquiry; Based Practicum; Learning Achievements; Scientific Attitudes

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan rekayasa dan sikap kewirausahaan siswa setelah diimplementasikan Project Based Learning terintegrasi STEM (PjBL-STEM) pada materi fermentasi di kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Kuningan. Metode penelitian menggunakan quasi experiment dengan desain pretest-posttest control group. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi keterampilan rekayasa, survey skala sikap kewirausahaan dan angket. Analisis data meliputi hasil pretes, postes dan n-Gain untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan rekayasa secara deskriptif dan survey skala sikap kewirausahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) rata-rata n-Gain kelas eksperimen 0,81 dengan kriteria tinggi dan kelas control 0,32 dengan kriteria sedang; 2) sikap kewirausahaan siswa pada kelas eksperimen memperoleh rata-rata 78,33 dan rata-rata kelas kontrol 71,94.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik Berbasis Augmented Reality yang digunakan dalam praktikum materi organ indera. Penelitian dilaksanakan di MAN 3 Cirebon pada bulan April sampai dengan September 2022 di kelas XI MIA 5 sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas XI MIA 4 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Pelaksanaan penelitian dilakukan dengan metode Research and Development (R & D) dan model pengembangan analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation (ADDIE). Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah lembar penilaian ahli, tes, rubrik keterampilan proses sains siswa dan angket siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata hasil validasi dari dua validator sebesar 93,4 % dan keterlaksanaan LKPD 96,3 %.  Penguasaan Konsep mengalami peningkatan dibuktikan dengan hasil N Gain kelas kontrol yang menggunakan LKPD biasa dengan torso senilai 12,2 % sedangkan hasil N Gain kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan LKPD Berbasis Augmented Reality senilai 56,6 %. Nilai rata-rata keterampilan proses sains juga ada perbedaan yaitu kelas kontrol sebesar 74,73 sedangkan keterampilan proses sains kelas eksperimen sebesar 92,62. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa LKPD Berbasis Augmented Reality yang dikembangkan dapat meningkatkan Penguasaan Konsep dan keterampilan proses sains siswa. Respon siswa terhadap LKPD Berbasis Augmented Reality  juga dapat dikategorikan baik.

Abstract

Paradigma pendidikan sains sudah mengalami perkembangan dalam proses pembelajaran salah satunya kemampuan penalaran dan keterampilan berargumentasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan penalaran dan kualitas argumentasi siswa pada konsep sistem pencernaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan quasi eksperimen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara umum siswa pada kelas eksperimen memiliki kemampuan penalaran dan kualitas argumentasi memiliki korelasi positif yaitu 0,614. Sebagian besar kualitas argumentasi siswa memiliki rata- rata skor 1,37 yang berarti kualitas argumentasi siswa berada pada level 1 sampai dengan 2, hal ini disebabkan karena siswa hanya dapat memecahkan masalah dasar dan belum dapat mengemukakan argumentasi yang baik secara tertulis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pembelajaran Blended Learning berbasis PBL dapat melatih kemampuan penalaran siswa pada indikator seeing analogy, qualification, structure analysis, dan classification namun belum dapat mengemukakan argumentasi yang baik secara tertulisKeywords: Blended Learning; PBL; Penalaran; Argumentasi
