Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between digital marketing of Brand X and the purchase intention of female students participating in the 2024 Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards (IISMA) vocational program who studied in the United Kingdom. Brand X is a UK-based cosmetic brand that actively utilizes various digital marketing channels, including social media, websites, search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, affiliate marketing, and online public relations. This research employs a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 37 respondents. The analysis was conducted using the Spearman correlation test since the data did not follow a normal distribution. The results show a strong and significant positive relationship between digital marketing and purchase intention, with a correlation coefficient of 0.630 and a significance value below 0.001. Additionally, the coefficient of determination indicates that 39.69 percent of the variance in purchase intention is explained by digital marketing. These findings suggest that higher perceptions of Brand X's digital marketing are associated with higher purchase intention among the IISMA students in the United Kingdom.

Abstract

Previous study attempted to create worksheets to boost students' comprehension and numeracy skills. However, there is little research on designing numeracy worksheets using Quantum Learning. This study intends to provide uncertainty-and-data-content-of-numeracy worksheets using Quantum Learning to help students enhance their grasp of probability material and numeracy skills. The incorporation of Numeracy into the uncertainty and data content worksheet distinguishes this study from past research. This is supported by earlier research, which suggests that incorporating Numeracy in worksheets can help pupils improve their numeracy skills. Furthermore, Numeracy, which is concerned with problem solving in a variety of real-world scenarios, adheres to Quantum Learning, whose learning stages connect the content to real life. This study employs the 4D development paradigm, which has been condensed into 3D: define, design, and develop. Data gathering methods include questionnaires, observation of learning implementation, and testing. The analysis is both descriptively qualitative and descriptively quantitative. This study involved 31 kids from one of Indonesia's junior high schools. The findings of this study show that the worksheet is valid, practical, and successful, indicating that it was doable. The study found that students' grasp of probability material improved, as did their numeracy skills. The worksheet creation will assist instructors to construct excellent mathematics learning combined with numeracy.

Abstract

Having healthy and soft hair is everyone's dream that must be maintained and cared for. For a long time, Indonesian women have been known for their treatments with natural ingredients. The wealth of Indonesia's natural resources is very diverse. The empowerment of women in the economic sector is one indicator of increasing welfare. Women also have a big share in poverty reduction activities through community and group empowerment by carrying out household productive business activities. The problem with partners in this community service program is that the activities are not optimal, because of the members' limited ability and knowledge, and partners do not know how to treat hair using traditional ingredients such as hundred hairs. The implementation method in this training is 1) Field observation, 2) Identification of partner problems and weaknesses, 3) Offering solutions to partners, 4) Product implementation. Implementation is done online by providing knowledge and demonstration of material through video shows. The results of community service activities include several components such as the number of participants, goal achievement, material achievement, material mastery and video quality is very good. In addition, participants are ready to be involved again in similar activities. This partner coaching activity is expected to complement the knowledge and skills in various aspects of family life, as well as meet the needs so as to strengthen the family economy.
