Abstract

Abstract This study was used to determine the effect of product, price, location, and promotion on the competitiveness of Soto Ayam Lamongan Cak Mardi Samarinda. The variables used in this study are the Competitiveness variable (dependent variable), while the independent variables are Product, Price, Location, and Promotion. The location of this research was carried out on Soto Ayam Lamongan customers who became consumers. This research was quantitative. This research used a case study method where data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to Soto Ayam Lamongan customers who are selected by purposive sampling. The determination of the number of samples used the Slovin formula and the results obtained were 99 respondents. The results of this study concluded that the Product, Price, Location, and Promotion Variables had a partial effect on the Competitiveness of Warung Soto Ayam Lamongan Cak Mardi. Keywords: Competitiveness, Product, Price, Location, Promotion

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to describe user experience, discount, ease of access and purchasing decision and to know the influence of user experience, discount and ease of access to purchasing decision on Grabfood user. The method in this research is using quantitative method. The sample of this research is student of Faculty of Economic and Business Department of Management 2018  Islamic University of Malang by using non probability sampling that is purposive sampling, that is counted 86 respondents. Methods in using data using questionnaires. The analysis process used in this research is the multiple regression analysis. The result of this research indicate user experience, discount and ease of access has positive and significant effect to purchasing decision on Grabfood user.  Keywords : User Experience, Discount, Ease of Access, Purchasing Decision

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted in Malang Regency. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitive approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ownership structure, company size, tax payments, earnings management. The independent variables used are ownership structure, company size, and tax payments, while the dependent variable is the earnings management. The sample used in this study was 3 years before Covid-19 and 3 years when Pandemic Covid19 in Malang district. Data collection techniques using direct requests to the Bumdes. The analytical method used is paired sample t – Test using IBM SPSS 26 computer software for data processing. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant difference for ownership structure, while for the variable of company size and tax payments there is significant difference between before and when Covid-19.Keywords: Ownership Structure, Company Size, Tax Payments, Earnings Management

Abstract

Abstract One of the most important factors in organizational success is OCB behavior. Workers with very high Organizational Citizenship Behavior will go beyond what the company expects. This behavior can be motivated by a desire to actively help colleagues so that employees can work more efficiently in terms of time and effort. The purpose of this study is to see how the psychological climate and work involvement affect the behavior of organizational members. All employees of PT. Phalosari Unggul Jaya Jombang was transformed into a population of 70 respondents using the questionnaire method. Route is used as an analytical technique in this study. According to the conclusions of this study, the psychological environment and work involvement have a positive effect on the behavior of organizational members. This study also found that the psychological environment has a variety of positive and significant effects on the behavior of organizational members.This research was conducted at PT. Phalosari Unggul Jaya Jombang. So the purpose of this research is to investigate and examine the impact of Psychological Climate and Work Participation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. A total of 70 employees were sampled. The sample strategy was random sampling, and data collection was carried out by distributing statement questionnaires with a 4-point Likert scale, namely "strongly disagree" to "strongly agree", to measure 20 statement items in the questionnaire which was distributed online to research participants. Multiple regression is the analytical approach used.Keywords: Psychological Climate, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Behavior
