Abstract

The importance of a disciplinary attitude that must be owned by everyone, because with the attitude of discipline all work will be completed in a timely manner. Through the religioups culture that is applied by the school, it becomes one of the school's efforts to implement a disciplined attitude, which is expected to be able to make students able to be disciplined in all matters, both worship and others. The use of a qualitative approach makes the method of observation, interviews and documentation a technique of data collection, which is then analyzed and checked the validity of the data so as to produce a valid result, namely in the form of religious cultural forms in forming student discipline attitudes, among others: morning apples (pray together), congregational prayers, Al-Qur'an tadarus, recitation or almsgiving, smiling sapa salim movements, and filling in BLP honesty books (building learning power) and supported by several strategies, so that religious cultural activities are carried out to form a disciplined attitude to students in Pujon Fityani Middle School. Indeed, with the existence of religious culture habituation in Pujon Fityani Middle School becomes one way for students to learn to form a disciplined and accustomed attitude in doing it in school and in the surrounding environment.

Abstract

The formation of behavior is the main thing that needs to be done in improving the quality of the community and students in particular, but even though it has been held, these efforts have not been carried out optimally and their influence on the formation of good behavior. Thus causing juvenile delinquency in particular that has damaged moral values, teaching values, and undermined legal value. This research aims to find out how the efforts of moral akidah teachers in overcoming student delinquency at MTs Al-Maarif 02 Singosari. The research approach used by the author is a qualitative approach with a type of case study research. Data sources come from primary data and secondary data. data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation. From the results of research in the field it was found that the efforts of moral akidah teachers in overcoming student delinquency in the form of prevention efforts which included motivation and monitoring of social media, healing efforts included punishment, good emotional relationships between teachers and students, home visits, role models and Islamic activities.

Abstract

Education is an important aspect in the development of national morals, especially student morale. Change in human life that occur only see the sciences in the world of education. Knowledge is the result of data sourced from studies that are realized through books or online-based educational learning systems without looking at the basis of amar ma’ruf nahi munkar. Islamic religious education teachers have a role in instilling moral compassion for their students. Researchers use a qualitative approach to the type of case study research. Data collection techniques using interviewes, observation, and documentation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the problem of the influence of social media usage on student learning achievement in Fiqih subjects at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Malang city. The problem face is that presence of social media increasingly makes students forget about their obligation to study. This  study used is a quantitative method  and the type of research used is causal research which is to find out the causal relationship. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation.  The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and statistical analysis which include validity test, reliability test and hypothesis test. Where the formula used for hyphothesis testing is simple linear regression analysis. The result of this study are that students use social media so well, there is no significant influence on student learning achievement, especially of Fiqih subject.

Abstract

Regarding the issue of marriage, of course, people always have their own customs or traditions. One of them is the tradition of marriage in front of the deceased, which is a traditional tradition of marriage that is only done in certain areas. As has been explained that the contract at this marriage is carried out near the body of one of the parents of the prospective bride and groom. As a form of final respect to parents. However, there is a lot of controversy over this tradition. With the contradiction in the implementation of the marriage in front of the deceased, presumably this tradition needs to be reexamined using principles so that the tradition can be categorized as a valid custom and its truth can be preserved, besides that it can become a reference for legal considerations and customs of the fasid that must be eliminated because its freedoms. Questions like that will be discussed in this study. This study uses the library method by utilizing library sources to obtain research data. The results of this study conclude that from the perspective of traditional Islamic law such as this is permissible, there is no deviation from this tradition while still stipulating the conditions that apply to marriage. And more importantly, because there are different traditions that are believed by some people because not all can accept the various traditions that exist in their respective circles. So it is better to respect each other for the tradition of marriage in front of the deceased and hopefully it will be of benefit to all of us.
