Abstract

Learning is a necessity and plays an important role because human beings are born weak who do not know and cannot do anything; they only have physical and spiritual potential (QS. al-Naḥl [16]: 78). Therefore, human beings are affected by how they are learning in which reason is the most vital element in their learning processes. A number of learning theories have been produced due to the urgency of learning which are categorized into two paradigms: the West and the East (Islam). This article attempts to examine comparatively the two perspectives of learning theories and their influence on Islamic education in particular. This article argues that even though Western learning theories have different orientations from that of Islam, Muslims still adopt those theories uncritically, even in Islam based universities which are still applying conventional learning theories.Keywords: Teori Belajar, Barat, Islam

Abstract

Abstract

This study seeks to explain a learning model of education in Al-Hikmah Islamic Boarding School, Batu. A very rare model of learning found in other educational institutions. In addition to rare, this model is a breakthrough solution-based on a variety of educational inequality that is often difficult to formulate between character education and digital-based learning. The significance of this study lies in the new models that are developed concerning the national education curriculum and meet the standards of 2013. This study used a qualitative research approach that is approached with a descriptive analysis. Retrieving data using interview and observation techniques, the results of these data in the process were analyzed using inductive analysis techniques. In the final stage, then the data is authenticated using the method of triangulation techniques. After doing research, it was found several important findings as to the end of the study. Digital-based character education models essentially have three interrelated aspects; methodology, habituation, and control. The methodology used is the First, the method of identification problems. Second, the method of movie reviews. Third, the method of making the story of Arabic and English Fourth, the preparation method illustrated stories through the application. While habituation performed on all subjects internalize sector. In addition to the internalization, there is also a character-building activity taken us turÄth reference source that is Adab wa Ta’lÄ«m al-Muta‘allim. The latter is a control that is by silaturrahmi guardian to students and information from the public.

Abstract

Supervisi pendidikan merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas proses belajar mengajar di lembaga pendidikan. Secara teoritik, supervisi pendidikan berfungsi sebagai upaya pembinaan, pengarahan, serta pengawasan terhadap pelaksanaan tugas guru dan tenaga kependidikan lainnya dalam rangka meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran. Konsep teoritik tentang supervisi pendidikan mencakup supervisi manajerial dan akademik, prinsip-prinsip supervisi pendidikan, jenis dan dimensi supervisi, serta ciri supervisor yang baik. Tentunya, konsep teoritik tersebut saling berkesinambungan dalam upaya memperbaiki kualitas pendidikan. Supervisi juga tidak hanya terbatas pada pengawasan, tetapi lebih menekankan aspek pengembangan profesionalisme guru melalui refleksi, umpan balik, dan dialog yang konstruktif. Tujuan akhirnya adalah untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih optimal bagi peserta didik dengan memperkuat kompetensi tenaga pendidik melalui bimbingan yang berkelanjutan. Di SMAN 1 Plosoklaten, implementasi supervisi pendidikan meliputi supervisi manajerial oleh pengawas sekolah kepada kepala sekolah dan supervisi akademik oleh kepala sekolah kepada semua guru melalui pembentukan tim observer dan pemanfaatan PMM (Platform Merdeka Mengajar).

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi evaluasi konteks, masukan, proses, dan produk pelaksanaan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti di SMA Negeri 7 Kota Kediri. Hingga saat ini masih banyak kendala yang dihadapi oleh sejumlah lembaga pendidikan, terutama dalam aspek pelaksanaan dan evaluasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian evaluasi dengan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, dan Product), yang dikembangkan oleh Stufflebeam. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menganalisis data untuk menjawab rumusan masalah tanpa menguji hipotesis. Data utama dari penelitian ini didapatkan melalui analisis deskriptif, dengan proses pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan Post-Test sebagai data tambahan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam perspektif model evaluasi CIPP yang dikembangkan oleh Stufflebeam, pada aspek konteks, input, proses, serta produk dari pembelajaran PAI dan Budi Pekerti berbasis kurikulum 2013 di SMA Negeri 7 Kota Kediri termasuk dalam kategori baik.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how Islamic Religious Higher Education Institutions (PTKI) maintain their Islamic identity and institutional character amid the currents of digitalization and global competition through the implementation of brand image strategies. This research uses a qualitative case study approach, employing observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results indicate that PTKI successfully built a brand image by constructing a unique institutional narrative with distinct characteristics, strengthening networks through leaders, lecturers, and alums, and optimizing the use of digital media for communication and to broaden the institution's awareness. Furthermore, a comprehensive evaluation was conducted to assess the strategy's effectiveness. The findings of this study emphasize the importance of PTKI actively adapting to the demands of the times, without losing its ideological roots and traditional values. The implications of this research broaden the understanding of the application of brand image strategies in building institutional image, as well as the role of public networks in strengthening the existence of higher education in the digital era.
