Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the results of the Analysis TumbaoRhythm PatternonConga in Necesitas Tu. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. This research was carried out from October 2020 to June 2021. The results of the study can be concluded that the most popular Basic of Latin Cuban is the tumbao pattern. The tumbao pattern is the basic pattern for playing conga in salsa music. In the song Necesitas Tu there are two types of variations of the tumbao pattern, namely: variation I and variation II. It can be concluded that the song Necesitas Tu by Blue Mambo has 9 (nine) parts, namely: intro, main theme, development section, interlude, solo, intro, main theme, development section, and coda. The section that has more than one variation of the tumbao rhythm pattern is the development section. Overall there are 4 (four) techniques used in the tumbao pattern such as heel, fingertip/toe, slap, and open tone. The implication of the results of this study is to explore conga instruments that are of interest in developing percussion skills. Music education institutions are to provide adequate facilities so that students are more active in exploring conga instruments, so that students are motivated to improve their abilities or skills in processing Latin percussion instruments as well as Indonesian ethnic percussion.

Abstract

The research method used is determine the organology of Grand Angklung musical instrument in Padasuka, Bandung. Organology which includes physical aspects, namely the basic materials of instruments, shapes, dimensions of construction, methods of manufacture and non-physical aspects, namely functions in music, history, and its distribution. The object of this research is the Grand Angklung musical instrument in Padasuka, Bandung. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method. The results of this study describe 1) organology which includes physical aspects, (a) the basic materials of the instrument using bamboo and iron, (b) the shape of the long angklung grand instrument with a range of notes like a piano, (c) the size of the grand angklung construction has a length of approx. 3.30 meters with a height of 90 cm, (d) how to make it using electric welding to assemble the frame. 2) organology which includes non-physical aspects, (a) the function of music to accompany a song by having a wider range of tones than other instruments, (b) history before the creation of this instrument, namely the hanging angklung which had problems playing certain songs and the shape of the grand angklung is inspired by YouTube, (c) the spread of this instrument by performing external or internal performances and the studio where it is made is well known to foreign countries. Grand angklung is an innovation in creative angklung creations.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and describe the management of COLSTRA (Modern Music and Traditional Collaboration) extracurricular at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 4 Jakarta. This research method uses descriptive qualitative. Collecting data by interview, literature study, and documentation. This research was conducted from September 2022 to December 2022 at MAN 4 Jakarta. Data validation uses triangulation techniques. The results indicate that the COLSTRA extracurricular has managed well by paying attention to management functions including planning, organizing, actuating, and controling. Planning carried out by COLSTRA extracurricular includes recruiting members and trainers, planning extracurricular organizational structures, making activity plans that contain work programs, submitting inventories, and designing extracurricular budget costs, and scheduling training in a structured manner. Organizing carried out by the COLSTRA extracurricular is to distribute tasks to divisions in the organizational structure according to authority and responsibility. Basic leadership training is also carried out so that new members and new management can practice their leadership attitudes. COLSTRA extracurricular implementation conforms to plans that have been prepared. Actuating is carried out by utilizing existing facilities and infrastructure and budget costs that have been planned. Controling is carried out by the COLSTRA extracurricular, namely the extracurricular coordinator monitors the sustainability of the extracurricular and conducts training evaluations, organizational evaluations, and final evaluations for extracurricular members. Supervision of extracurricular activities is carried out by looking at COLSTRA's achievements and participation in various activities. Controlling and evaluation activities are carried out so that the extracurricular continues to develop well.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of School Based Management (MBS) in improving the quality of learning at Kindergarten ABA Piyaman III Wonosari. The research focus includes stakeholder participation, learning innovation, and transparency of school management. This research uses a school action research method with a qualitative approach which was carried out in two cycles in the 2024 academic year. Data was collected through observation, interviews and document analysis. The research results show an increase in stakeholder participation from 72% to 78%, child development in cognitive aspects from 70% to 77%, social-emotional from 73% to 80%, and physical-motor from 75% to 82%. Transparency and accountability in school management also increased from 75% to 82%. The successful implementation of SBM is supported by the use of information technology in school communication, adjusting schedules with parents, and implementing innovative learning methods. This research contributes to the development of SBM implementation models at the kindergarten education level, especially in semi-urban areas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mendeskripsikan pengelolaan pembelajaran koding dan AI di SMA Negeri 5 Tual, (2) Menganalisis integrasi prinsip Ki Hadjar Dewantara dalam pembelajaran coding dan artificial intelligence, (3) Menganalisis kontribusi integrasi nilai Ki Hadjar Dewantara terhadap transformasi digital sekolah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 5 Tual. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model Miles dan Huberman. Peneliti mengumpulkan data, mereduksi data, menyajikaan data dan penarikan kesimpulan beserta verifikasi. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data yaitu dengan meningkatkan ketekunan dan menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pengelolaan pembelajaran Koding dan AI dikelola secara sistematis melalui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi dengan pendekatan berpusat pada peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pembelajaran berbasis proyek, diskusi, dan pemecahan masalah untuk mengembangkan keterampilan teknis dan berpikir kritis, meskipun masih terkendala keterbatasan fasilitas dan kemampuan teknologi. (2) Prinsip Ing Ngarsa Sung Tuladha, Ing Madya Mangun Karsa, dan Tut Wuri Handayani telah terintegrasi dengan baik, di mana guru berperan sebagai teladan dan fasilitator, serta peserta didik aktif, kreatif, dan mandiri. (3) Integrasi nilai Ki Hadjar Dewantara juga berkontribusi signifikan dalam mendukung transformasi digital melalui peningkatan kompetensi dan pembentukan karakter peserta didik yang etis, kolaboratif, dan bertanggung jawab, dengan dukungan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang humanis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis implementasi model refleksi sekolah berbasis data dalam meningkatkan indikator Rapor Pendidikan di SD Negeri Kataan. Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada masih adanya beberapa indikator mutu sekolah yang berada pada kategori kuning, terutama kemampuan literasi, numerasi, dan iklim kebhinekaan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas kepala sekolah, guru, tenaga kependidikan, dan peserta didik yang dipilih secara purposive. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa refleksi sekolah berbasis data dilakukan melalui analisis Rapor Pendidikan, identifikasi akar masalah, penyusunan program prioritas, pelaksanaan tindak lanjut, serta evaluasi berkala. Implementasi model tersebut terbukti meningkatkan capaian indikator sekolah dari kategori kuning menjadi hijau. Kemampuan literasi meningkat dari 67,86 menjadi 78,26, numerasi dari 60,71 menjadi 86,96, dan iklim kebhinekaan dari 60,74 menjadi 75. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa refleksi sekolah berbasis data efektif meningkatkan mutu sekolah, memperkuat budaya kolaboratif, serta mendorong pengambilan keputusan berbasis bukti.

Abstract

Background: Osteoarthritis is a degenerative joint disease that commonly affects the elderly and may lead to pain, physical limitations, and decreased quality of life. Regular physical activity is considered one of the non-pharmacological interventions that can help improve the physical and psychological well-being of older adults with osteoarthritis. Purpose: This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of physical exercise on the quality of life of elderly individuals with osteoarthritis at Sekip Health Center, Palembang. Methods: This study used a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design using a one-group pretest–posttest design. The study involved 30 elderly respondents with osteoarthritis selected using a total sampling technique. Quality of life was measured using the World Health Organization Quality of Life (WHOQOL-BREF) questionnaire consisting of 26 items. The intervention was a physical exercise program conducted for 30 minutes, three times per week. Data analysis included univariate and bivariate analyses. The normality test was performed using the Shapiro–Wilk test, and the hypothesis was tested using the paired sample t-test with a significance level of 0.05. Results: The results showed that before the intervention most respondents had poor quality of life (66.7%), while 33.3% had moderate quality of life. After the physical exercise intervention, the majority of respondents had moderate quality of life (73.3%), 20% had good quality of life, and only 6.7% had poor quality of life. The mean quality of life score increased from 61.10 before the intervention to 79.17 after the intervention, with an average difference of 18.7 points. The paired sample t-test showed a significant effect of physical exercise on quality of life (p = 0.000 < 0.05). Conclusions: Physical exercise is effective in improving the quality of life of elderly individuals with osteoarthritis. Regular and structured physical activity programs are recommended as a non-pharmacological intervention to enhance physical, psychological, and social well-being among the elderly.

Abstract

According to Book III of the Covenant, the profits obtained by the perpetrator of a criminal offence are as follows: penal sanctions fine preserving the good name or honour of perpetrators of the offence and does not create a bad impression on the person concerned; penal sanction fine prevents bad influence and prevents stumbling.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi sarana dan prasarana ruang kelas serta pemanfaatannya dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Balirejo Yogyakarta. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas kepala sekolah, enam guru wali kelas, dan tiga belas siswa. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi fisik ruang kelas secara umum baik, ditunjang fasilitas memadai seperti LCD/proyektor, papan tulis, kipas angin, dan buku ajar. Pemanfaatan sarana berlangsung secara optimal dan variatif: guru mengintegrasikan teknologi (laptop, LCD) dengan media konvensional, serta menciptakan media ajar mandiri ketika fasilitas terbatas. Kendala yang ditemukan bersifat parsial, yakni kerusakan meja-kursi kayu akibat rayap pada kelas V, satu kipas angin rusak, dan dinding yang memerlukan pengecatan ulang. Siswa secara umum merasa nyaman dan aktif berpartisipasi dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan sarana prasarana yang terencana dan kreativitas guru merupakan dua pilar utama yang menentukan efektivitas pembelajaran. Rekomendasi diarahkan pada perawatan berkala, penganggaran penggantian inventaris, perluasan akses internet, dan pelatihan pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didorong oleh berkurangnya motivasi siswa dalam literasi serta masih sedikitnya penelitian yang mengkaji keberhasilan program membaca bersama di perpustakaan sekolah dasar. Penelitian sebelumnya biasanya lebih menitikberatkan pada peningkatan minat baca secara umum, tanpa memberikan perhatian yang cukup pada cara pelaksanaan, partisipasi siswa, serta dampak langsung terhadap kemampuan literasi di sekolah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi keefektifan program membaca bersama dalam meningkatkan motivasi literasi siswa di perpustakaan SD Negeri Balirejo. Teknik yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, melalui observasi, wawancara, dan pengumpulan dokumen dari guru pengelola perpustakaan dan siswa. Inovasi penelitian ini terletak pada penguatan model pelaksanaan membaca bersama yang terencana dengan baik, memanfaatkan buku fiksi sebagai pemicu awal, serta menggabungkan kegiatan diskusi dan retelling sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan motivasi literasi siswa. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program membaca bersama terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi literasi diantaranya melalui: (1) kenaikan kehadiran dan keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam aktivitas membaca, (2) terbentuknya kebiasaan membaca yang konsisten, (3) peningkatan kemampuan siswa dalam memahami dan menceritakan kembali makna teks, serta (4) meningkatnya rasa percaya diri siswa saat berdiskusi. Akan tetapi, keberhasilan program masih terpengaruh oleh beberapa kendala seperti keterbatasan variasi buku, fasilitas perpustakaan yang belum optimal, dan perbedaan dalam kemampuan membaca antar siswa. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kegiatan membaca bersama tidak hanya dapat meningkatkan minat baca, tetapi juga memberikan kontribusi pada aspek kognitif dan afektif literasi siswa secara lebih menyeluruh.
