Abstract

Pengelola sistem pendidikan model pondok pesantren harus bisa mengelola sumber daya manusia di dalamnya agar perputaran pengurus pondok pesantren tidak sampai mengganggu tercapainya visi pesantren. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh dukungan organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi di pondok pesantren Al Berr Pandaan. Subyek penelitian ini sebanyak 127 pengurus pondok pesantren Al Berr Pandaan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala dukungan organisasi dan komitmen organisasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistic deskriptif dan analisis statistic inferensial. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,474 yang berarti hubungan antara dukungan organisasi dan komitmen organisasi masuk dalam kategori sedang. Nilai F hitung sebesar 36,289 > F tabel 3,92 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dimana 0,000 < 0,005 dengan demikian hipotesis yang menyatakan ada pengaruh dukungan organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi diterima, dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 22,5%, dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variable lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Karakter merupakan sifat khusus dan melekat pada seseorang yang mendasari cara berpikir, bersikap, dan bertindak. Karakter terbentuk melalui proses tumbuh dan kembang manusia, terlebih pada masa remaja. Sayangnya, ada kecenderungan penurunan kualitas karakter remaja yang tampak dari meningkatnya perilaku menyimpang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelayanan pastoral konseling guru PAK dan keterlibatan orang tua terhadap karakter siswa SMAK Kolese Santo Yusup Malang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif korelasional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling dan diperoleh ukuran sampel sebesar 250 dari total populasi 1124 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui google form. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS Statistics 22 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, Pelayanan Pastoral Konseling Guru PAK berpengaruh terhadap Karakter Siswa SMAK Kolese Santo Yusup Malang, dengan nilai t (0.000<0.05). Keterlibatan Orang Tua juga terbukti berpengaruh terhadap Karakter Siswa SMAK Kolese Santo Yusup Malang, dengan nilai t (0,000<0.05). Sementara itu, secara simultan, kedua variabel prediktor tersebut juga terbukti berpengaruh terhadap karakter siswa SMAK Kolese Santo Yusup Malang, dengan nilai F sebesar 0.000<0,05. Dengan demikian, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, hipotesis yang menyatakan ada pengaruh Pelayanan Pastoral Konseling Guru PAK dan Keterlibatan Orang Tua terhadap Karakter Siswa SMAK Kolese Santo Yusup Malang, diterima.

Abstract

Psikologi dan agama mempunyai keterkaitan yang erat, sebab keduanya berperan penting dalam membentuk kepribadian, memberikan makna hidup, serta mendukung kesejahteraan mental dan emosional individu. Kajian psikologi positif berfokus pada aktualisasi diri, yang dapat berkontribusi dalam mendukung kesejahteraan keluarga-keluarga Katolik. Mereka juga diharapkan membangun aktualisasi diri dan kohesi sosial dalam kehidupan menggereja. Akan tetapi, masih banyak keluarga Katolik yang tidak menyadari hal ini. Masih banyak tantangan yang dialami keluarga Katolik untuk aktif dalam kehidupan menggereja. Tujuan dari PkM ini adalah membangun kesadaran keluarga Katolik untuk terlibat aktif dalam kehidupan menggereja. Metode yang digunakan ialah praktik, bimbingan, kunjungan dan pelaksanaan. Hasil PkM menunjukkan bahwa keluarga Katolik tertarik untuk mengembangkan aktualisasi diri dan kohesi sosial. Keluarga Katolik juga tertarik untuk mewujudkan psikologi positif dalam keluarga. Rasa syukur dan kebersamaan dalam kajian psikologi positif dapat membantu keluarga Katolik untuk semakin aktif dalam kehidupan menggereja. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa psikologi positif dapat membantu keluarga Katolik dalam mewujudkan aktualisasi diri, sekaligus memperdalam pemahaman dan penerapan ajaran agama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Self-efficacy influences students' beliefs to achieve the desired results. The social environment was vulnerable to the development of student self-efficacy because it functioned as a source of information that students perceived. This study aimed to analyze student self-efficacy in terms of parental involvement and teacher and peer support. These participants involved 400 SMK students in Pasuruan Regency, who were selected using a multi-stage random sampling technique. The research instrument used a self-efficacy scale with the test results producing a reliability coefficient of .780, parental involvement .785, teacher support .572, and peer support .834. Data analysis used PLS-SEM. Based on the probability value of F-statistics, the p-value was .000 < α (α = .05), meaning that there was an influence from the three predictor variables simultaneously on student self-efficacy. Partially, the t-statistical value of the three variables was also proven to be greater than the t-table (1.96), with parental involvement of 2.868, teacher support of 8,970, and peer support of 4,101. Thus, simultaneously, predictor variables had an effect on self-efficacy, and partially, teacher support had the most significant effect, followed by peer support, and parental involvement had the slightest effect.

Abstract

Premarital sex among students showed an increasing trend. Advances in communication technology were considered non-social factors thought to have contributed to this phenomenon. However, premarital sexual behaviour was indeed not only influenced by external factors. The research aimed to analyze the influence of religiosity and peer support on commitment in dating relationships. The research took samples from a population and used a questionnaire as the primary data collection tool. The target population for this research was students aged > 18 to 40 years who were categorized in the early adulthood range. The sampling technique was non-probability sampling because the respondents had characteristics that could not be randomly selected. Before the questionnaire was used, an instrument testing process was carried out, so the statement items contained in it contained a high discrimination index (item discrimination). Hypothesis testing used variance-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), namely Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM), considering that there were variables with reflective and formative indicators in one research model. The results of data analysis showed that the two predictor variables (religiosity and peer support) simultaneously had a significant effect on commitment to a dating relationship, as evidenced by the value of Pr > F = 0.000 < α (α = 0.05). Likewise, partially, the t-statistics value of the religiosity variable was 4.807 > 1.96, and the t-statistics value of the peer support variable was 5.104 > 1.96. Thus, simultaneously and partially, these two predictor variables significantly affected student relationship commitment in early adulthood.

Abstract

Education, as a strategic investment in the development of high-quality human resources, was expected to serve as the primary means of fostering students’ self-regulated learning (SRL) abilities. However, various challenges within Indonesia’s educational system had, in fact, hindered the development of SRL among students – an essential foundation for effective learning. This study aimed to examine the influence of pastoral care and self-efficacy on the SRL of students at Frateran Catholic Senior High School, Malang. Employing a quantitative approach, data were collected from a random sample of 140 students. The data collection instruments consisted of questionnaires representing the three scales, each of which had been previously validated. Statistical analysis was conducted using the SPSS program with multiple regression techniques. The results indicated that the correlation coefficient between the independent variables and the dependent variable was 0.722, which was interpreted as strong. Regarding causality, simultaneous regression analysis yielded a Sig.F value of 0.001, which was lower than 0.05, indicating that the regression model could be used to predict students’ SRL. Furthermore, on a partial basis, both pastoral care and self-efficacy were shown to significantly influence students’ SRL (each with a p-value = 0.001). It was therefore concluded that, both simultaneously and partially, all predictor variables had a significant influence on students' SRL, with self-efficacy exerting a greater effect than pastoral care.

Abstract

Peserta didik kerapkali menghadapi masalah selama tahap pertumbuhannya. Dampaknya mempengaruhi self-efficacy secara keseluruhan. Self-efficacy yang dimaksudkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu self-efficacy akademik peserta didik. Self-efficacy akademik menjadi hal penting dalam keberhasilan siswa di sekolah. Ada beberapa faktor yang bisa mempengaruhi self-efficacy akademik tersebut.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengukur peran kepedulian guru, keyakinanan agama peserta didik dengan self-efficacy akademik peserta didik secara parsial maupun simultan. Peserta didik memiliki rasa percaya diri menyelesaikan aktivitas akademik dipengaruhi oleh kepedulian guru dan keyakinan agama. Pendidikan yang efektif menekankan pembelajaran sebagai proses personal. Peserta didik membangun pengetahuan dan pengalaman pribadi secara langsung kedua faktor tersebut di sekolah. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji korelasi berganda, menggunakan program Statistical Program for Social Science 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antar variabel secara parsial maupun simultan. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,583 menunjukkan hubungan yang kuat antara ketiga variabel. Selain itu, peran kepedulian guru dan religiositas memberikan kontribusi sebesar 34% terhadap self-efficacy akademik peserta didik.

Abstract

Education was regarded as a long-term investment to develop superior human resources. Unfortunately, the education system in Indonesia remained overshadowed by inequality and systemic obsolescence, making the reinforcement of self-regulated learning (SRL) as the foundation of students’ learning autonomy urgently necessary. The objective of this study was to investigate the impact of Technology Compatibility and Social Support on the SRL of students at Catholic Senior High School Bhakti Luhur Malang, Indonesia. Employing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 144 students selected through a stratified random sampling technique. The research instrument consisted of questionnaires for the three measured constructs, all of which had been validated in advance. Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted using SPSS software. The results revealed that the correlation coefficient between the independent and dependent variables was r = 0.786, indicating a strong relationship. In terms of causality, the simultaneous regression analysis yielded p = 0.001 < 0.05, suggesting that the regression model was appropriate for predicting students' SRL. Furthermore, the variables of Technology Compatibility and Social Support were found to significantly affect SRL individually, with each showing a p = 0.001. Therefore, both simultaneously and individually, the two independent variables significantly influenced students’ SRL, with Social Support contributing more than Technology Compatibility.

Abstract

Religion and science can be combined. Even though in the course of time, the two have been at odds with each other. One of the things that can be combined is humanistic psychology and liturgy. Humanistic psychology can support service to the people in the liturgy. However, not all parties are aware of this. One of them is the liturgical ministers at Maria Ratu Damai Purworejo Parish have not realized and practiced humanistic psychology in their ministry. The purpose of this PkM activity is to introduce the field of humanistic psychology to liturgical ministers. The methods used are socialization and guidance. The result of PkM activities is that the liturgical ministers know humanistic psychology. Liturgy is a form of self-actualization. Liturgical ministers can also humanize people in the liturgy. In addition, the Catholic family must have social cohesion in the liturgy. This cohesion will provide encouragement to litrgui servants. The conclusion of PkM activities is that humanistic psychology can be used in liturgy. Science and religion can be combined for ministry activities.

Abstract

Poor academic resilience could lead to increased stress, decreased motivation to learn, difficulties in overcoming academic challenges, and burnout, which could ultimately result in a risk of dropping out of school. This study aimed to analyze the influence of emotion regulation and parental support on students' academic resilience. The research was conducted at State Vocational High School 1 Purwosari, targeting students in the RPL, APHP, and Mechatronics departments. The study involved a sample of 191 students selected using proportionate random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires, and hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that each independent variable (emotion regulation and parental support) had a partial significant effect on academic resilience (Sig.t = p < 0.05). Likewise, both independent variables simultaneously also had a significant effect on students' academic resilience (Sig.F = p < 0.05). Thus, both partially and simultaneously, all proposed hypotheses were proven to be accepted. Keywords: Academic resilience, emotion regulation, parental support
