Abstract

Breast cancer is a terrified cancer and always happened to most women. Most breast cancer cases can not be cured, because of in advanced stadium.In Magelang district 2011, there were breast cancers in Magelang District Hospital about 312 outpatient cases, In 2012, there were 192 outpatient cases. In January – Maret 2013, there were 38 outpatient. Less in early detection awareness can cause cancer in advanced stadium it can not be cured. This research is to know the effect of perception about breast cancer among women at reproductive age toward early detection attitude of breast cancer. The research is an explanatory research with cross sectional approach. Population that was used in this research May 2014 was fertile women 15 – 49 years old in Salam Public Health Care, Magelang District while the samples were gotten by using solvin pattern was 373 women at reproductive age, and getting the samples in each strata by using random sampling. The result of the research showed that there are 76,7% women at reproductive age have bad attitude, variabel that give significant effect to early detection for breast cancer is benefit perception (p value : 0,000), with OR/Exp(B): 0,241, benefit perception is the protective factor for women at reproductive age to have early detection for breast cancer. Women at reproductive age is hoped to increase the effort of early detection for breast cancer in giving breast examination by medical profession (CBE) or check to the hospital to do mammograph test, and for midwife as medical staff is hoped to increase the knowledge of women at reproductive age about early detection for breast cancer by pressing health education about CBE and mammograph and also for health department to develop health promotion about early detection for breast cancer in CBE and mammograph.

Abstract

Etilen sebagai produk petrokimia yang penting dapat dibuat dari bioetanol menggunakan katalis ZSM5. Zeolit sintetis ZSM5 dapat dibuat menggunakan zeolit alam yang banyak tersedia di Indonesia. Proses pembuatan ZSM5 menggunakan metode hidrotermal pada temperatur 180°C selama 24 jam. Sebagai agen pengarah terbentuknya struktur ZSM-5 tersebut digunakan template TPABr (Tetra Prophyl Ammonium Bromide). Kalsinasi produk ZSM5 dilakukan pada temperatur 600°C selama 1 jam. Karakterisasi ZSM-5 yang dilakukan antara lain analisis struktur dan kristalinitas, observasi morfologi permukaan menggunakan metode Difraksi Sinar X, Scanning Electron Microscopy, dan physisorption untuk mempelajari sifat pori. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dihasilkannya ZSM-5 dengan kristalinitas sekitar 110 %. Kristal ZSM-5 yang dihasilkan berbentuk kubus dengan luas permukaan spesifik BET 300 m2/g, volume pori sekitar 0,13 Cm3/g. Distribusi ukuran pori yang sempit mengindikasikan ukuran pori yang seragam dengan ukuran rata-rata 0.55 nm.

Abstract

Pabrik kelapa sawit menghasilkan 0,7 ? 1 m3 limbah cair kelapa sawit atau palm oil mill effluent (POME) setiap ton TBS. Untuk pabrik sawit dengan kapasitas 30 ton tandan buah segar per jam, akan dihasilkan 6 ton minyak sawit, 6 ton limbah fiber, 10 ton cangkang dan limbah cair yang dapat menghasilkan listrik 1MW. Proses fermentasi limbah POME ini akan menghasilkan biogas dengan kandungan utama metana (CH4) sebesar 62%. Biogas adalah campuran gas yang diproduksi oleh sekelompok mikroorganisme dengan menguraikan material biodegradable pada kondisi anaerobik. Biogas sebagian besar terdiri atas 50% sampai dengan 70% metana (CH4), 30% sampai 45% karbon dioksida (CO2) dan sedikit kandungan gas lainnya seperti H2S, H2, N2, dan uap air. Untuk dapat memanfaatkan biogas hasil metanisasi dari POME untuk dikonversi menjadi listrik, maka biogas harus terlebih dahulu dilakukan permunian untuk menyesuaikan spesifikasi biogas sebagai bahan bakar gas dengan persyaratan mesin gas yang digunakan. Komponen-komponen di dalam biogas yang perlu dihilangkan ataupun dikurangi meliputi kandungan air, padatan, dan senyawa sulphur. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengembangan sistem proses pemurnian biogas dengan menggunakan Bioscrubber untuk mengurangi kandungan gas H2S dan Dehumidifier untuk mengurangi kandungan uap air dalam produk biogas sehingga dihasilkan biogas dengan spesifikasi yang sesuai dengan umpan Gas Engine.

Abstract

POME (Palm Oil Mill Effluent) can be used as for biogas production, with the main content of (65%) methane gas (CH4) and 35% Carbon Dioxide (CO2), H2S, and H2O gases. Apart from being a gas fuel and a source of electricity generation, biogas from POME waste as well as a waste processor becomes more environmentally friendly (according to quality standards). In order to support the process production of biogas from POME by using Continuous Stirred Tank Reactors (CSTR), it is necessary to decrease POME’s temperature to meet the requirements of the reactor operating conditions. Cooling process by using a Cooling Tower through direct contact between fluids can be a good alternative to be used as a POME cooling method because of its effectiveness in heat exchange and smaller area needed than an open ponds. The type of cooling tower used is the Induced Draft Cooling Tower. In cooling tower design, the steps involved in determining the basic design, calculation of tower dimensions, basin, fan power, losses, and cooling air requirements. Based on the calculation, the tower dimensions determine a height of 5 m, length of 3.6 m, and width of 2.5 m, while the basin cooling tower dimensions determine a height of 2.7 m, length of 3.6 m, and width of 2.5 m, fan power of 5 hp. The cooling air requirement for the POME cooling process is 82,895.14 kg/hour. Keywords : POME; Cooling Tower; CSTR; Fuel; Biogas

Abstract

Background : The state of the body as a result of food consumption and the utilisation of nutrients as an energy source is known as nutritional status. Protein Energy Deficiency (PEM) continues to be the main cause of nutritional issues in Indonesia generally. In Kedu District, malnutrition was present in 275 instances (7.85%).Methods : PMT biscuits and high-protein lamb nuggets are used in an attempt to raise body weight.By offering intervention group treatment, the kind and design of this research employ a quasi-experimental study design. because two groups—the experimental group and the control group—were compared throughout the course of this study. The study included thirty-two toddlers with both very poor and poor nutritional status as its group. In this study, complete sampling is the sample method used.Result : When the p-value was compared before and after consuming Lor nuggets, the paired T-Test results showed that 0.000 (p≤0.005). Toddlers' weights before and after consuming Lor nuggets for a period of 14 days differed. In children with low nutritional status, lelor nuggets had a stronger influence on weight increase than PMT biscuits, with a mean difference between before and after the intervention of 0.4313 and 0.2438, respectively.Giving kids more food, like lelor nuggets, has the effect of making them heavier if they are malnourished. Toddlers who are malnourished are more likely to gain weight when given extra food along with their lelor nuggets. Body weight (Lelor Nugget Mean 0.4313, Standard Deviation 0.3860) before and after consumption. The body weight mean and standard deviation were 0.2065 and 0.2438, respectively, before and after consuming PMT Biscuits.Conclusions : Supplementary feeding of Lelor Nuggets is more influential in increasing the weight of toddlers with less nutritional status.

Abstract

Women were perceived as having a nasty and disturbing image in pre-Islamic times. They are considered worthless and subordinated beings whose presence causes many problems. They have no personal independence, their rights can be taken away from them, and their bodies can be trafficked or passed down through the family, which puts them in a precarious situation. Women are considered not worthy of being treated humanely in these circumstances. In Buol Regency, problems have been related to this iwadh khulu'. In this case, the wife did not receive the iwadh khulu' payment that was handed down to her because, during the time of marriage, the wife was treated improperly by her husband, such as not given a living to support her and her children, often being left alone without news, and not infrequently the husband commits domestic violence to the wife. Based on that, the researchers are interested in further researching this issue and have written a thesis entitled "Rejection of Wife towards Iwadh Khulu from a Maqashid Sharia Perspective (Case Study at the Buol Religious Court). The approach used in this research is qualitative. Data was gathered through observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis was done through data reduction, data presentation, and verification. To ensure that the data obtained was valid and credible, analysis and checking of the validity of the data were carried out. The results of this study indicate that the wife's rejection of iwadh khulu' in the Buol district is based on a mental inability to accept all the burdens she has received during the marriage period. In the view of maqasid sharia, this is included in Hifdz Akl and Hifdz Nasl because refusal is made only based on the wife's mental condition in facing Khulu' (Divorce Lawsuit).

Abstract

Remaja mempunyai peran penting dalam masyarakat. Tiga beban gizi yang dihadapi remaja Indonesia yaitu malnutrisi, kelebihan gizi, dan kekurangan gizi mikro akan mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi negara serta menghambat kemajuan dalam mencapai tujuan pembangunan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat "Peer Learning: Remaja Sadar Gizi di Desa Bojong" bertujuan untuk menguatkan peran remaja dalam meningkatkan status gizi remaja sehingga terwujud generasi penerus bangsa yang sehat dan berkualitas. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan menguatkan peran remaja sebagai kader Posyandu Remaja melalui kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa peningkatan pengetahuan kader Posyandu Remaja "CERDIK" tentang Gizi Remaja, buku "Gizi Remaja" yang telah mendapatkan sertifikat Hak Cipta dan bentuk kerjasama antara Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang dengan Pemerintah Desa Bojong sebagai Mitra PUI P2PTM "Desa Sehat Remaja Bebas Anemia Gizi Besi". Kegiatan pembinaan kader dan pemantauan kegiatan posyandu remaja sebaiknya dilakukan secara berkesinambungan baik oleh bidan desa maupun petugas promosi kesehatan di puskesmas serta perangkat desa dan PLKB Desa Bojong.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative descriptive study which aims to describe the ability to read aloud in learning the lontaraq script of students at SDN 180 Sikkojang, Soppeng Regency. In this study, the entire population came from students at SDN 180 Sikkojang, Soppeng Regency academic year 2024/2025. Sampling in this research was carried out using total sampling. The data collection technique in this research was the oral test technique. The data obtained was then analyzed using quantitative descriptive. There are four criteria for assesment aspects in this research, including the fluency aspect, the use of intonacion aspect, the accuracy of pronunciation aspect, and the volume aspect of the voice. In the aspect of fluency, only 2 students (13%) obtained a score of 70 and above, while in the aspect of intonation use, only 1 student (7%) achieved that score. Furthermore, in the aspect of precise pronunciation, there was 1 student (7%) and in the aspect of voice volume, only 2 students (13%) managed to obtain a score of 70 and above.
