Abstract

Based on data from the BPS of Sambas Regency, there was a significant increase of 0.85 points in the Human Development Index (HDI) in 2022, particularly in the education dimension. To maintain this momentum, it is essential to continuously improve the quality of education and the application of technology in the educational field. Through the integration of Computational Thinking (CT) into the curriculum, students are expected to gain a strong understanding of technology while enhancing the digital literacy of the younger generation. One of the methods used is the introduction of programming code using the Scratch application, which has been introduced at SMP Negeri 5 Sambas. However, this has primarily been in the form of theoretical module introduction, indicating a need for more practical experience rather than just theoretical knowledge to ensure a deeper understanding, especially considering the limitations of computer lab facilities. Politeknik Negeri Sambas plays a crucial role in preparing the younger generation to face digital literacy challenges by providing training and implementing the latest technologies, as directed through community service programs at SMP Negeri 5 Sambas. All these efforts aim to ensure that students are better prepared and competent to face the challenges and opportunities of the digital era.

Abstract

Kerawanan pangan merujuk pada situasi di mana individu atau kelompok tidak memiliki akses yang cukup terhadap makanan bergizi dalam periode tertentu di suatu wilayah. Masalah ini merupakan tantangan signifikan baik di skala global maupun nasional, termasuk di Indonesia. Penanganan kerawanan pangan memerlukan penerapan berbagai strategi, termasuk pengembangan model klasifikasi untuk insiden kerawanan pangan di tingkat rumah tangga atau individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan model Support Vector Machine (SVM) Nonlinier dengan pendekatan Shapley Additive Explanations dalam memodelkan kerawanan pangan di tingkat rumah tangga, serta untuk mengidentifikasi kontribusi masing-masing variabel prediktor dari data Riset Sosial Ekonomi Nasional (SUSENAS) tahun 2023, yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik, terhadap kejadian kerawanan pangan di Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel-variabel signifikan yang memengaruhi kerawanan pangan mencakup luas lantai rumah, tingkat pendidikan kepala keluarga, jumlah tabungan, ketersediaan air bersih, akses internet, sumber air minum, dan jenis lantai. Hasil evaluasi terhadap model yang diterapkan pada data kejadian rawan pangan di Provinsi Kalimantan Barat menunjukkan bahwa model Support Vector Machine (SVM) memiliki kinerja yang cukup baik dalam klasifikasi rumah tangga yang mengalami kerawanan pangan. Parameter optimal dicapai melalui penggunaan kernel radially symmetric basis function (RBF), dan algoritma SHAP dengan metode interpretasi Permutation Explainer dapat secara efektif menjelaskan model SVM nonlinier yang digunakan.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of Agency Cost on the financial performance of manufacturing companies. The objects of this research are manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2014 and 2017. 39 data are collected through Tobin’s Q method with the agency cost proxy of insider ownership, dispersion ownership, and institutional ownership. The multiple linear regression analysis applied in this research indicates that insider ownership partially has a positive and significant effect on company value; dispersion ownership partially has a negative and significant effect on company performance; and institutional ownership partially has a positive and significant effect on company value.Keywords: agency cost, manufacturing companies, insider ownership, dispersion ownership, institutional ownership, Tobin’s Q

Abstract

The KKN PMD program of Mataram University was implemented in Suralaga. This program focused on community empowerment through innovative chili products. Chili was processed into chili oil named Chililaga with economic value. Socialization included theoretical counseling and direct cooking demonstrations together. PKK cadres and BUMDes actively participated in supporting program success. Communities gained practical skills in production and product packaging. Training also provided understanding about effective digital marketing strategies. Environmental aspects were addressed through continuous waste management education. The program encouraged entrepreneurship development within village community members. Community enthusiasm demonstrated strong support for Chililaga innovation. This activity strengthened synergy between academia, village government, and communities. Chililaga is expected to become sustainable national village innovation model.
