Abstract

Abstract. Based on data obtained in Payalaman Village, Palmatak District, Anambas Islands Regency, the problem of getting pregnant outside of marriage often occurs almost every year, which every year continues and often occurs a marriage due to pregnancy first, namely due to extramarital sex. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative descriptive type of research with the population being the community in Payalaman village, the sampling method using the purposive sampling method by determining informants according to certain considerations totaling 10 people consisting of community elements and also community leaders. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, public perceptions in seeing the phenomenon of adolescents marrying underage there are two forms, namely positive perception and negative perception. They say that teenagers who have become pregnant out of wedlock are a deviant thing when the teenagers hold a wedding party, people who initially had a negative perception of being accepting this can be seen from the participation of the community in organizing wedding parties from teenagers who became pregnant outside of marriage.Keyword : Teenage; Sex; Getting Pregnant Out Of Wedlock.Abstrak. Berdasarkan data yang didapat pada Desa Payalaman Kecamatan Palmatak Kabupaten Kepulauan Anambas adapun permasalahan hamil diluar nikah sering terjadi hampir setiap tahunnya, yaitu yang mana pada tiap tahunnya terus dan kerap terjadi suatu pernikahan yang dikarenakan hamil duluan, yaitu akibat seks diluar nikah. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan yang menjadi populasi adalah masyarakat yang ada di desa Payalaman, metode penarikan sampel dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling  dengan menentukan informan sesuai dengan pertimbangan tertentu berjumlah 10 orang yang terdiri dari elemen masyarakat dan juga tokoh masyarakat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan persepsi masyarakat dalam melihat fenomena remaja yang menikah dibawah umur ada dua bentuk yaitu persepsi positif dan persepsi negatif. Mereka mengatakan bahwa remaja yang telah hamil diluar nikah adalah hal yang menyimpang ketika remaja tersebut melangsungkan pesta pernikahan, masyarakat yang awalnya memiliki persepsi negative menjadi menerima hal ini terlihat dari keikut sertaan masyarakat tersebut dalam aktivitas penyelenggaraan pesta pernikahan dari remaja yang hamil diluar nikah tersebut.Kata kunci : Remaja; Seks; Hamil Diluar Nikah.

Abstract

Motivasi dibutuhkan oleh semua orang sebagai sebuah dorongan pada tindakannya untuk mencapai tujuan yang diinginkannya. Mahasiswa bermain game online higgs domino island agar bisa memenuhi kebutuhannya, ada keinginan-keinginan yang ingin didapatkan dalam bermain. penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui motivasi mahasiswa bermain game online higgs domino island. Dari konsep teoritis yang dikemukakan Maslow (Siagian: 146) menyatakan kebutuhan sebagai penggerak motivasi didalam tindakan antara lain kebutuhan fisiologis, kebutuhan sosial, kebutuhan Esteem (pengakuan), aktualisasi diri (kepuasaan diri). Jenis penelitian ini adalah bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini tidak diketahui, sehingga pengalihan sampling dengan metode accidental sampling dalam menetapkan informan, yang ditemui  dan lihat secara langsung yang sedang bermain game online higgs domino island, informan yang menjadi sampel sebanyak 12 orang Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi mahasiswa bermain game online higgs domino island didominasi karena ingin memenuhi kebutuhan fisiologis, mayoritas informan pada mahasiswa ingin mendapatkan uang ketika bermain game online higgs domino island, pada aspek kebutuhan sosial mahasiswa didorong keinginan untuk menjalin kebersamaan dengan teman-teman sepermainanya, pada aspek kebutuhan akan Esstem/pengakuan mahasiswa didorong ingin mendapatkan pengakuaan dari lingkungan sosialnya,, pada aspek aktualisasi diri/ kepuasaan mahasiswa didorong karena ingin mendapatkan hiburan untuk memperoleh kepuasaan pada dirinya.  Adapun saran yang ingin penulis sampaikan bahwa bagi seluruh mahasiswa sebaiknya lebih cermat dalam memafaatkan kemajuan dari teknologi komunikasi. Jadikan kemajuan serta kemudahan dari media-media yang ada sebagai alat untuk mempermudahkan segala aktivitas dalam hal yang positif.

Abstract

The meaning of the King's tomb on Penyengat Island for pilgrims depends on their perception of the tomb itself. Perception is said to be recognition or identification using the five senses. The impression received by an individual is very dependent on all the experiences that have been gained through the process of thinking and learning and is influenced by factors originating from within the individual. The purpose of this research is to find out the meaning of the king's tomb in the community on Penyengat Island, Tanjungpinang City (Study on the Society of Penyengat Island City Tanjung Pinang). The theory used regarding meaning is phenomenology from Alfred Schutz. This research is qualitative research using interview and observation methods. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the meaning of the King's tomb in the community on Penyengat Island, Tanjungpinang City, namely that the community interprets a King's tomb as something that must be respected. Moreover, this tomb is the tomb of a figure who was very instrumental in the development and progress of Penyengat Island, such as the tomb of Raja Ja'ffar, the tomb of Raja Ali Haji, the tomb of Engku Putri and the tombs of other figures

Abstract

Peran merupakan kedudukan seseorang yang telah menjalankan hak-hak dan kawajibannya sesuai dengan kedudukannya. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui Peran Pemuda dalam Melestarikan Kesenian Tradisional Alu di Desa Limau Manis Kecamatan Bunguran Timur Laut Kabupaten Natuna. Pengambilan sampel diperolah melalui teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan 3 indikator yaitu orang-orang yang mengambil bagian dalam interaksi sosial, yaitu seperti aktor dan target. selanjutnya perilaku yang muncul dalam interaksi tersebut seperti ketertarikan pemuda terhadap kesenian tradisional alu, dan kurangnya sosialisasi dari orang tua mengenai kesenian tradisional alu kepada pemuda. Serta yang terakhir ialah kedudukan orang-orang dalam perilaku yaitu tokoh masyarakat Desa Limau Manis dan aparat Desa Limau Manis. dalam penelitian ini diharapkan para orang tua bisa mensosialisasikan kesenian tradisional alu kepada anak-anaknya yang merupakan generasi penerus untuk melestarikan kesenian tradisional alu. Diharapkan aparat Desa Limau Manis bekerja sama dengan kelompok kesenian tradisional alu untuk menarik minat para pemuda terhadap kesenian tradisional alu, dan diharapkan pemerintah setempat dapat memberikan fasilitas berupa tempat seperti sanggar untuk berlatih bermain kesenian tradisional alu di Desa Limau Manis

Abstract

The BLT policy launched by the government has drawn a lot of protests from the public, students and community leaders both nationally and regionally. The purpose of this study is to find out the Community's Perception of Providing Direct Cash Assistance (BLT-DANA DESA) during the Covid-19 pandemic in the people of Air Asuk Village, Kec. Central Siantan Kab. Anambas Islands. The research uses qualitative methods with community informants as beneficiaries of grants, and also people who do not receive grants. The research location is in the village of Air Asuk, Anambas Islands Regency. The results of the research are that people who tend to have negative perceptions are people who do not get help, that perception is based on internal and external perception factors, both what is felt, what is experienced while experiencing difficulties in the midst of an epidemic/pandemic, some are based on external factors, namely in the form of a stimulus when they know that the community is capable of getting help, and those who are affected have a negative perception because they have been influenced by other people around them who think that this is not right on target. Furthermore, there are also quite a lot of people who have a positive perception of the distribution of Covid-19 BLT-DD assistance, most of them have a positive perception, namely from the people who receive assistance, while the basis for their evaluation is that the distribution of aid funds is very useful and has been right on target, which tends to be based on internal factors. , as well as feelings of pleasure and help, and based on what is experienced.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a huge social impact on people's lives, one of the most affected is economic problems, so people have to adjust to a situation full of uncertainty like today. This study aims to look at the role of collaborative tadbir urus run by Dasawisma in improving food security for the community amid the Covid-19 pandemic. In this study the investigators took one Dasa Wisma object, namely Dasa Wisma Kenanga in Bintan Regency as a community forum to carry out agricultural activities in an effort to fulfill their daily needs. In obtaining this data, this study uses qualitative research methods, using observation, interview, and documentation collection techniques. The results of this study explain the role of Dasa Wisma in improving food security during the pandemic in Bintan Regency as well as several work programs that have been carried out by this farmer group which are very helpful and beneficial to the community, besides being able to meet the needs of food produced by their group can also be sold to help the family economy. The results of the study also show that this farmer group was indeed formed before the Covid-19 pandemic, but when this pandemic appeared and damaged the economy, members of this farmer group had the availability to meet their daily needs.
