Abstract

The Care service is an itegral part of the health service included basic service and refered service. The care service done by paramedics are in the forms of care parented . Most petients complain that the medical personels often show unfriendly attitude and lack of interest on the patient needs with simple and careless services . some studies showed that around 33.58% of patient satiasfication was influenced by their perception on service quality . the objective of the research is to know the short time effectivity of them method on care service in Myria hospital.. It is a quantitative descriptive research. The research population were all of 46 paramedics in task the stayed care room. The research sample was the total population , as much as 43 paramedics. The research variables were the effectivity components, onsisting , of productivity, efficiency, and satisfaction. Data were analyzed by the univariat anaiysis on the three variables. The results of research showed that the good respondent productivity were done by 24 personels (44.2%), and poorrespondents productivity were done by 19 personels (55.8%). On the efficiency,variable 23 respondents (53.5%) showed poor efficiency and 20 respondents (46.5%) showed good efficiency ,and on the satisfaction variable , 15 respondent (34.9%) showed high satisfaction and 28 respondents (65.1%) showed low satisfaction. Based on the research result, it is recomended to the Myria Hospital to make some efforts in increasing working productivity by giving a chance to its paramedics to follow some training and higher education programs.

Abstract

Kinerja perawat dalam upaya keselamatan pasien berhubungan erat dengan pencengahan KTD. Kesalahan pemberian obat merupakan kesalahan utama dan sering tidak dilaporkan. Dampak dari kekeliruan bisa berupa cedera ringan, berat bahkan kematian. Beberapa faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan perawat dalam penerapan prinsip enam benar pemberian obat di ruang Interna dan ruang Bedah RSUD. Dr. M.M Dunda Limboto seperti pengetahuan, lama kerja, beban kerja dan ketersediaan SPO. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan, lama kerja, beban kerja dan ketersediaan SPO terhadap kepatuhan perawat dalam penerapan prinsip enam benar pemberian obat. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian di dapatkan bahwa berdasarkan faktor menunjukan bahwa mayoritas responden yaitu dengan kategori patuh. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini di dapatkan nilai dari masing-masing hubungan yaitu hubungan antara faktor pengetahuan terhadap kepatuhan perawat nilai p=0,044, hubungan antara faktor lama kerja terhadap kepatuhan perawat nilai p=0,018, hubungan antara faktor beban kerja terhadap kepatuhan perawat nilai p=0,013, hubungan antara faktor ketersediaan SPO terhadap kepatuhan perawat nilai p=0,025 dengan α<0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan signifikan antara pengetahuan, lama kerja, beban kerja dan ketersediaan SPO perawat terhadap kepatuhan perawat.

Abstract

Introduction: Patient identification is helpful to ensure that patients receive the necessary level of care and are appropriate according to their medical needs. In addition, patient identification can help prevent the occurrence of medical errors or other unforeseen circumstances that can negatively affect the patient. Purpose: To conduct an analysis of the Implementation of Patient Identification of Prevention of Errors in Medication Administration. Research Methods: this type of observational and descriptive research. The subjects of this study were nurses. Research results: from the implementation of patient identification there are 4 identifications that are still often not carried out namely Saying greetings Not Carrying Out 67%, Mentioning names and what Not Carrying Out 78%. Ask the patient/patient's family to state the name of the patient. Not Implementing 11%. Say thank you Don't Implement 67%. But in administering the drug there were no errors: Conclusion: that there are still nurses who do not carry out all the standard patient identification procedures. Suggestion: nurses identify patients when administering drugs so that they can carry out all stages of identification according to the SOP that has been provided.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Treziani Nurfadila Sopyan,S.Kep, Efektivitas Metode Tim Dalam Pelayanan Asuhan Keperawatan Diruang Perawatan Interna Rsia Siti Khadidjah Kota Gorontalo. Di bimbing oleh Ns. Sabirin B. Syukur, M.Kep. Dalam mewujudkan pelayanan yang berkualitas, perlu menggunakan sistem pemberian pelayanan asuhan keperawatan yang mendukung praktik keperawatan profesional serta berpedoman pada standar yang ditetapkan oleh manajer dengan kemampuan dan keterampilan yang memadai (Hasibuan, 2019). Metode penugasan yang terdiri dari lima yaitu metode fungsional, metode tim, metode primer, metode kasus dan metode keperawatan tim- primer. Salah satu bentuk pelayanan keperawatan dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan adalah memberikan rasa tanggung jawab perawat yang lebih tinggi sehingga terjadi peningkatan kinerja kerja dan kepuasan pasien. Penelitian Ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas metode tim pelayanan asuhan keperawatan di ruang perawatan interna RSIA Siti Khadidjah Kota Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif Studi Kasus (Asuhan Keperawatan). Populasi penelitian adalah Perawat yang berada di ruang Interna Rsia Siti Khadidjah Kota Gorontalo. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 7 responden terdiri dari 1 Kepala Ruangan dan 6 Perawat pelaksana, teknik pengumpulan data yakni melakukan observasi dan menggunakan lembar kuisioner. Berdasarkan hasil Analisis Deskriptif di dapatkan dari hasil kuesioner bahwa 7 responden dari 91 pernyataan didapatkan 66 dijawab sangat setuju (ss), dan 25 penyataan yang dijawab setuju, hasil uji statistik di dapatkan nilai Pvalue yaitu 0,035 yang berarti 0,035<0.05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima yang artinya terdapat pengaruh metode tim dalam pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan di Ruang interna RSIA Siti Khadidja Kota Gorontalo. Abstract

Intesive Care Unit (ICU) merupakan unit perawatan pasien yang memerlukan perawatan khusus atau dalam keadaan kritis. Proses penerimaan pasien, prosedur perawatan, aturan ruang perawatan, masalah finansial selama pasien di ICU menyebabkan kekhawatiran, ketidaknyamanan hingga kecemasan anggota keluarga. Untuk itu perlunya kepedulian, dukungan secara utuh melalui caring perawat dalam mengurangi kecemasan keluarga pasien. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan perilaku caring perawat dengan tingkat kecemasan keluarga pasien di Ruang ICU RSUD MM Dunda Limboto. Desain penelitian yaitu penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi yaitu seluruh keluarga inti pasien, dan jumlah sampel dengan teknik total sampling yaitu 53 responden. dan data dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik spearman rank. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai siginifikasi (p-value) adalah 0.028 (p < 0,05) yang berarti ada hubungan perilaku caring perawat dengan tingkat kecemasan keluarga pasien di ruang ICU RSUD MM Dunda Limboto. Sementara nilai korelasi menunjukan arah hubungan negatif (-) yang bearti semakin tinggi perilaku caring perawat maka semakin menurun tingkat kecemasan keluarga pasien. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat meningkatkan mutu pelayanan keperawatan dengan terus berperilaku caring dalam menurunkan tingkat kecemasan keluarga pasien di ICU.

Abstract

Tolak ukur kualitas pelayanan dapat dilihat dari tingkat kepuasan pasien, semakin sempurna kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kesehatan semakin meningkat pula nilai standar dari mutu pelayanan rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas pelayanan daya tanggap perawat dengan kepuasan pasien. Desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional, jumlah populasi sebanyak 850 pasien sedangkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 89 responden menggunakan rumus Sloving. Hasil penelitian yaitu kualitas pelayanan daya tanggap perawat tertinggi yaitu kategori baik sebanyak 78 orang sedangkan kepuasan pasien tertinggi yaitu kategori puas sebanyak 78 orang dengan nilai nilai signifikan 0,000. Kesimpulan terdapat hubungan kualitas pelayanan daya tanggap perawat dengan kepuasan pasien gawat darurat di UGD RSUD DR. M.M Dunda Limboto. Saran untuk pihak rumah sakit agar lebih meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pada pasien dengar cara memberikan edukasi pada perawat, agar kepuasan pasien untuk berobat di RSUD DR. M.M Dunda Limboto meningkat.

Abstract

Hypothermia often occurs during Caesarean section surgery due to the effects of anesthesia and room temperature. Therefore, a Blanket Warmer is necessary to increase the patient's body temperature. Objective: To determine the effect of Blanket Warmer use on body temperature increase in post-Caesarean section patients in the Recovery Room of the Central Surgical Installation of Dr. M.M. Dunda Limboto Regional Hospital. This study used a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest. Purposive sampling was used to select 23 respondents. This design involved two observations: before and after the experiment. Results: This study showed a p-value of 0.000 (p<0.05), indicating a significant effect, with an average value of 54.62 before and 67.69 after. It can be concluded that the use of a Blanket Warmer has an effect on increasing body temperature in post-Caesarean Section patients. Conclusion: Therefore, the use of a blanket warmer is essential to increase the body temperature of post-Caesarean Section patients who experience hypothermia while in the Recovery Room.

Abstract

Nurses are the spearhead of health services that are vulnerable to work stress and burnout due to high job demands, large responsibilities, and long working hours. Burnout can reduce the quality of service and work productivity of nurses. This study aims to analyze the influence of work period, workload, personality, and leadership style on work boredom with work stress as a mediating variable in nurses at Dr. M.M Dunda Limboto Hospital. The research sample amounted to 90 nurses who were taken with a total sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using Univariate, Bivariate, and Multivariate analysis (path analysis) through the SPSS version 25 program to test the direct and indirect influence between variables. The results showed that there was an influence of work period, personality workload, and leadership style factors with burnout in nurses at Dr. M.M Dunda Limboto Hospital with p. Value (0.000 ? 0.05) while simultaneously the variables of working period, workload, personality, and leadership style had a significant effect on work stress (R² = 0.68). Partially, workload (? = +0.55; p = 0.000) had the strongest positive effect on work stress and working time (? = +0.28; p = 0.004) had a moderate positive effect, while personality (? = ?0.41; p = 0.000) and leadership style (? = ?0.33; p = 0.000) had a significant negative effect. Work stress itself had a significant positive effect on burnout (? = +0.63; p = 0.000), with a value of R² burnout = 0.74. The largest indirect influence on burnout occurred through the workload pathway ? work stress ? burnout (total ? = +0.72). The conclusion of this study shows that workload is the most dominant factor that increases nurse burnout, while a stable personality and supportive leadership style play an important role in reducing work stress and preventing burnout. These findings underscore the importance of workload management and transformational leadership development in an effort to maintain the psychological well-being of nursing staff.

Abstract

Work stress among nurses is a critical issue that may reduce the quality of nursing care, particulary in high-intensity units such as the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Emergency Departement (ED). This Study aimed to compare nurses work stress levels in the ICU and ED and to analyze the influencing factors, including workload, social support and length of employment. This study employed a descriptive analytic design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 48 nurses, including 20 ICU nurses and 28 ED nurses, selected using total sampling. Data were collacted using structured questionnaires and analyzed using Spearman Rank Correlation and Mann-Whitney U tests with a significance level of p<0.05. The results showed significant differences in work stress levels (p=0.003) and workload (p=0.004) between ICU and ED nurses. Workload had a strong positive correlation with work stress in ICU nurses (r=0.642; p=0.001) and ED nurses (r=0.711; p=0.000). Social support showed a significant negative correlation with work stress among ICU nurses (r= -0.402; p=0.045)., but not among ED nurses. Length of employment was not significantly associated with work stress in both units. Workload is the dominant factor affecting nurses work stress, particularly in the Emergency Department. Optimizing workload management and strengthening social support are essential to reduce nurses work stress.

Abstract

Halusinasi merupakan salah satu gangguan kejiwaan yang sering ditemukan pada pasien dengan skizofrenia, yang ditandai dengan gangguan persepsi tanpa adanya rangsangan nyata. Kondisi ini memerlukan pengobatan jangka panjang, sehingga kepatuhan minum obat menjadi faktor penting dalam mencegah kekambuhan. Dukungan keluarga memiliki peran besar dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien terhadap pengobatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuhan minum obat pada pasien halusinasi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Dungingi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh keluarga pasien halusinasi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Dungingi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan metode total sampling, sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 24 responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki dukungan keluarga tinggi sebanyak 14 responden (58,3%), dan sebanyak 10 responden (41,7%) memiliki dukungan keluarga rendah. Tingkat kepatuhan minum obat pasien halusinasi menunjukkan bahwa 13 responden (54,2%) termasuk dalam kategori kepatuhan tinggi, sedangkan 11 responden (45,8%) termasuk dalam kategori kepatuhan rendah. Hasil analisis uji chi-square menunjukkan nilai p = 0,000 (p < 0,05), maka disimpulkan ada hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuhan minum obat pasien halusinasi di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Dungingi, Diharapkan keluarga pasien halusinasi dapat lebih meningkatkan keterlibatan dan peran aktif dalam mendampingi pasien selama menjalani pengobatan.
