Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) mengenai pengaruh persepsi konsep pada sikap, persepsi perkembangan pada sikap, dan sikap pada minat masyarakat DIY tentang  pariwisata halal. Rancangan penelitian ini deskriptif dan korelasional yang melibatkan 435 subyek dari Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, mengumpulkan data melalui survei dengan mengisi kuesioner. Pengaruh persepsi konsep pada sikap DIY tentang pariwisata halal diuji menggunakan teknik analisis data dengan SB-SEM (Covariance Based-Structural Equation Modelling) dengan softwere AMOS. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh anatara persepsi dan sikap pada minat masyarakat dalam pariwisata halal. Persepsi masyarakat tentang pariwisata halal terletak pada fasilitasnya. Kriteria fasilitas termasuk dalam salah satu kriteria GMTI (Global Muslim Travel Index). Pemerintah diharapkan memprioritaskan pengembangan fasilitas wisata halal.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian umpan balik (feedback) terhadap hasil belajar dan self-efficacy matematis siswa di kelas VII SMP Negeri 18 Pontianak pada materi keliling dan luas segitiga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan model quasy eksperimental design. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 35 siswa kelas VII E sebagai kelas eksperimen dan 34 siswa kelas VII C sebagai kelas kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata hasil belajar dan self-efficacy matematis siswa yang diberikan umpan balik lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang tidak diberikan umpan balik. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dari pemberian umpan balik terhadap hasil belajar dan self-efficacy matematis siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 18 Pontianak dengan besar pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar 0,936 (tinggi) dan besar pengaruh terhadap self-efficacy matematis siswa 0,504 (sedang). Selain itu, terdapat hubungan yang positif antara self-efficacy matematis dan hasil belajar siswa yaitu sebesar 0,87 (sangat kuat).   Kata kunci: Umpan Balik, Hasil Belajar, Self-Efficacy   Abstract: This research aims to find out the effect of giving feedback in students’ learning outcomes and mathematical self-efficacy at seventh grade of SMPN 18 Pontianak in circumference and area of triangle topic. This research used experimental method with quasy experimental research design. The sample of this research was 35 students of class VIIE as experiment class and 34 students of class VIIC as control class. This research showed that the average of the learning outcomes and mathematical self-efficacy of students with provision of feedback was higher than those without provision of feedback. The data analysis result showed that there was positive effect of giving feedback in students’ learning outcomes and mathematical self-efficacy at seventh grade of SMPN 18 Pontianak, where the effect in students’ learning outcomes was 0,936 (high) and the effect in students’ mathematical self-efficacy was 0,504 (medium). Besides, there was positive correlation between students’ mathematical self-efficacy and learning outcomes, that was 0,87 (very strong).   Keyword: Feedback, Learning Outcomes, Self-Efficacy

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh likuiditas, arus kas dan leverage terhadap financial distress. Sampel penelitian ini akan didapatkan dari perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode tahun 2019-2021. Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara varibel maka dilakukan analisis data. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah multiple regression analysis dimana untuk pengujian parsial menggunakan uji statistik t dan pengujian simultan menggunakan uji statistik anova dan sebelum uji ini dilakukan terlebih dahulu uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas berpengaruh negatif terhadap financial distress sedangkan arus kas dan leverage berpengaruh positif terhadap financial distress.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work-family conflict, work stress, and job satisfaction on employee performance. The population in this study was 70 employees at a pension fund company. The sampling method used is a saturated sample, so that the sample used is 70 employees. Data collection methods using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire—data analysis method using Partial Least Square. The findings in this study prove that: 1) Work-Family Conflict has a negative and significant effect on employee performance; 2) Job stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance; 3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The implementation of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model aims to evaluate its effectiveness in enhancing students' mathematics learning outcomes. This study focuses on improving the mathematics performance of third-grade students at MIS Addini. The research method includes data collection through learning assessments, observations, and interviews conducted during the PBL-based learning process. The findings indicate a significant improvement in students' mathematics scores, increasing from an average of 77.31 in cycle I to 93.28 in cycle II. This result demonstrates that the PBL model is an effective instructional approach for enhancing students’ mathematics learning outcomes. Furthermore, the study highlights the importance of active learning strategies in fostering students’ problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and conceptual understanding. By engaging students in real-world problem-solving activities, the PBL model promotes deeper comprehension and retention of mathematical concepts. These findings suggest that PBL can be a valuable method for improving student performance in mathematics education.

Abstract

The growth of financial technology (fintech) has transformed MSME operations, particularly in accessing financial services. This study analyzes the impact of financial literacy, ease of use, and trust on fintech user satisfaction and their role as mediating variables in fostering user loyalty among MSMEs. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected via an online questionnaire from 100 SME respondents in Yogyakarta. Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) was employed to examine the relationships between variables. The findings reveal that financial literacy, ease of use, and trust have a positive and significant influence on user satisfaction. Moreover, user satisfaction has a positive and significant mediating effect on the relationship between financial literacy, ease of use, trust, and user loyalty. This indicates that improving these factors enhances user satisfaction, which subsequently strengthens user loyalty to fintech platforms. This study underscores practical implications, urging fintech providers to enhance accessibility, security, and transparency to boost user satisfaction. It also recommends that governments and educational institutions implement inclusive financial literacy programs to encourage broader fintech adoption among MSMEs. The study contributes to technology adoption literature by emphasizing user satisfaction as a critical mediator in establishing long-term loyalty. Future research should explore broader regions, larger sample sizes, and additional variables such as digital competence for deeper insights into fintech adoption dynamics.

Abstract

Problem solving skill is an essential component of mathematics learning. However, in reality, students's problem-solving skills are still low. Internal factors are among the causes that affect students in learning mathematics. One of these internal factors is mathematical self-efficacy. This study aims to examine mathematical problem solving skill in relation to the mathematical self-efficacy of eight-grade students at SMP Negeri 16 Sungai Raya on the topic of linear equations in two-variable. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive, with data collection techniques including questionnaires, written tests, and interviews. The subjects of study consisted of 6 students representing each category of mathematical self-efficacy. The results indicate that students with high mathematical self-efficacy have very good problem-solving skills. Students with moderate mathematical self-efficacy demonstrate good problem-solving skills, although they have not maximally met all problem-solving indicators. Meanwhile, students with low mathematical self-efficacy exhibit less satisfactory problem-solving skills.

Abstract

This qualitative descriptive study aims to describe the implementation of mathematics learning based on Lesson Study using the Reciprocal Teaching model in the Mathematical Statistics course at FKIP Untan and ISBI Singkawang. The research focuses on improving students’ ability to write definitions and theorems symbolically through collaborative interactions among lecturers, students, and classroom contexts. The research procedure followed the Lesson Study cycle (plan–do–see), with data collected through interviews, observations, field notes, and assessments. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, involving data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that implementing Lesson Study with Reciprocal Teaching fosters dialogic, collaborative, and continuous learning. In the plan stage, collaborative planning produced a learning design incorporating the strategies of predicting, questioning, clarifying, and summarizing, aligned with students’ characteristics. The do stage revealed active student engagement in group discussions, SPSS practice, and symbolic writing of concepts, although some misconceptions regarding probability, distribution, and variance were still observed. The see stage provided a space for collaborative reflection to identify strengths—such as increased participation, mathematical communication, and conceptual understanding and weaknesses, including uneven participation and limited time allocation. The study concludes that integrating Lesson Study with the Reciprocal Teaching model effectively enhances students’ ability to write definitions and theorems symbolically while strengthening their understanding of Mathematical Statistics concepts. This model is recommended as an innovative strategy for preparing prospective teachers capable of managing reflective, interactive, and meaningful learning.Pembelajaran Matematika Berbasis Lesson Study Dengan Menggunakan Model Reciprocal Teaching Pada Mata Kuliah Statistika MatematikaABSTRAKPenelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pembelajaran matematika berbasis Lesson Study dengan menggunakan model Reciprocal Teaching pada mata kuliah Statistika Matematika di FKIP Untan dan ISBI Singkawang. Fokus penelitian diarahkan pada peningkatan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam menuliskan definisi dan teorema secara simbolik melalui interaksi kolaboratif antara dosen, mahasiswa, dan konteks kelas. Prosedur penelitian mengikuti siklus Lesson Study (plan–do–see) dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, catatan lapangan, dan asesmen. Analisis data dilakukan dengan model Miles dan Huberman melalui reduksi, penyajian, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Lesson Study dengan Reciprocal Teaching mampu menciptakan pembelajaran yang dialogis, kolaboratif, dan berkesinambungan. Pada tahap plan, perencanaan kolaboratif menghasilkan rancangan pembelajaran dengan strategi predicting, questioning, clarifying, dan summarizing yang sesuai dengan karakteristik mahasiswa. Tahap do memperlihatkan keterlibatan aktif mahasiswa dalam diskusi kelompok, praktik penggunaan SPSS, dan penulisan konsep secara simbolik, meskipun masih ditemukan miskonsepsi terkait peluang, distribusi, dan variansi. Tahap see memberikan ruang refleksi kolaboratif untuk mengidentifikasi kelebihan berupa peningkatan partisipasi, komunikasi matematis, dan pemahaman konseptual, serta kelemahan berupa distribusi partisipasi yang belum merata dan keterbatasan waktu. Kesimpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa integrasi Lesson Study dengan Reciprocal Teaching efektif meningkatkan kemampuan menulis definisi dan teorema dalam bentuk simbolik, sekaligus memperkuat pemahaman konsep Statistika Matematika. Model ini direkomendasikan sebagai strategi inovatif untuk menyiapkan calon guru yang mampu mengelola pembelajaran reflektif, interaktif, dan bermakna.Kata Kunci :Lesson Study; Model Reciprocal Teaching; Statistika Matematika

Abstract

Stock splits have no economic value for shareholders but often the market reacts to these announcements. This study purpose  to determine whether stock split brings information about the company's earning growth. The population used in this study were companies that did stock split on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2016 period. The earning that will be observed is the company's earning for the 2013-2014 period and 2017-2018 period. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistics and  the paired samples test. The data analysis method used in this study will use the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that before and after the stock split there is no significant earning growth

Abstract

Bunga telang memiliki nama latin Clitoria ternatea yang juga dikenal sebagai asian pigeonwings, bluebellvine, blue pea, cordofan pea atau darwin pea. Tanaman bunga telang saat ini sudah jarang dijumpai. Tanaman ini dahulu banyak ditanam di halaman rumah baik sebagai hiasan karena bunganya yang indah juga dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai obat untuk penyakit mata. Saat ini bunga telang tidak hanya diketahui sebagai obat penyakit mata namun banyak manfaat lain yang tidak kalah bergunanya. Oleh karena itu tanaman bunga telang menjadi alternative dalam pembudidayaan tanaman yang dapat dilakukan di tiap-tiap keluarga. Pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, kami mencoba untuk menyajikan budidaya tanaman tanaman telang yang diharapkan akan bermanfaat bagi setiap keluarga terlebih lagi dapat meningkatkan penghasilan bagi keluarga apabila bunga telang ini diperjualbelikan. Kegiatan ini merupakan kegiatan memberikan pengetahuan khususnya dalam budidaya dan manfaat tanaman bunga telang. Calon peserta adalah ibu-ibu peserta PKK Meruya Selatan. Kegiatan ini dimaksudkan untuk menambah pengetahuan ibu-ibu dalam menambah penghasilan keluarga dengan menanam sendiri tanaman bunga telang dan dapat dijual untuk menambah penghasilan keluarga
