Abstract

This research is to find out the influence of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and price book value to stock price on companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange transportation sub sector. The sample selection in this research using purposive sampling. The research data is obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used in this research is panel data regression analysis and it is found that the more appropriate model used is random effect. From result of research got partially show that price book value variable have positive and significant effect to stock price. However, the partial current ratio variable have positive and no significant effect on the stock price and the variable of debt to equity ratio partially have negative and no significant effect on the stock price.

Abstract

Investors in the capital market will generally invest in stocks that have high returns with minimal risk. In order to reduce the level of risk then the shares can be formed into a portfolio. The purpose of this study was to determine the shares of LQ 45 index members to form the optimal portfolio and to determine the proportion of each stock chosen and the level of return the analysis showed that using Single Index Model approach. Stocks member LQ 45 period every January 2012 to January 2016 ti establish an optimal portfolio is comprised of ASII with a proportion 80,39%, with the proportion of BBCA 0,006% , with the proportion of ICBP 5,07%, with the proportion of UNTR 5,06%, with the proportion of UNVR 9,42% and the rate of profit (expected return) portfolio amounted to 3,65% with a risk of 0,01%.

Abstract

The present study aims to examine the idea of supply chain management in the financial institutions like banks in the region of Indonesia. After the detailed examination of existing literature current research work has developed a model for the supply chain in financial perspective with its physical implication as well. By focusing on 5 multinational banking firms, current research work has studied the causal association between the SCM and banking sector for their performance. Findings of the study explain that both SCM and working of financial institutions are highly linked to each other. In short, SCM is a meaningful tool for the banking firms or the organizational performance and various departmental heads are very much aware to SCM practices for the greater banking performance. The core limitations of the study are very limited sample size and just focusing on the one selected banking category (International banks). However, the practical implications of the study are very much significant.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and obtain empirical evidence about the effect of the board of directors, audit committee and company size on financial statements proxied by conservatism. The sample in this study consisted of 20 State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) in 2016-2020. With the saturated sample method. This study uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis using SPSS to test the Board of Directors, Audit Committee and Company Size on the Integrity of Financial Statements. The results of this study indicate that the Board of Directors has no effect on the Integrity of Financial Statements, while the Audit Committee and Company Size have an effect on the Integrity of Financial Statements.

Abstract

In the current context of global market competition, it is crucial for human resources in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to be able to compete with large corporations that have already adopted digital technologies. MSMEs in North Meruya Village face several challenges, including limited production capabilities, suboptimal workforce performance, and inadequate mastery of digital technology. To address these issues, a community service program has been initiated. This program is conducted through face-to-face sessions, where a team of lecturers from Mercu Buana University, Management program, delivers training materials. The program aims to enhance the quality and competence of the MSME participants, broaden their knowledge and perspectives, and strengthen their ability to compete in both domestic and international markets. All of these goals are underpinned by the foundational values of entrepreneurship and technopreneurship that guide the teaching.

Abstract

Dengan semakin berkembangnya teknologi digital khususnya teknologi keuangan (FINTECH) maka masyarakat dan UMKM perlu diberikan edukasi mengenai pentingnya pemahaman penggunaan teknologi digital tersebut, salah satu teknologi atau sistem pembayaran digital yang sangat perlu difahami adalah QRIS. Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) atau biasa disingkat QRIS (dibaca KRIS) adalah penyatuan berbagai macam QR dari berbagai Penyelenggara Jasa Sistem Pembayaran (PJSP) menggunakan QR Code. QRIS dikembangkan oleh industri sistem pembayaran bersama dengan Bank Indonesia agar proses transaksi dengan QR Code dapat lebih mudah, cepat, dan terjaga keamanannya. Semua Penyelenggara Jasa Sistem Pembayaran yang akan menggunakan QR Code Pembayaran wajib menerapkan QRIS. Tujuan dari edukasi implementasi QRIS adalah: memberikan edukasi dan pemahaman tentang pentingnya imlementasi QRIS bagi masyarakat dan UMKM di Kelurahan Meruya Utara, dengan mengimplentasikan QRIS memberikan manfaat dalam meningkatkan keberlanjutan UMKM di Kelurahan Meruya Utara. Sedangkan target luaran dari implementasi QRIS ini adalah: masyarakat dan UMKM di Kelurahan Meruya Utara memahami pentingnya implementasi QRIS dan meningkatnya keberlanjutan UMKM di Kelurahan Meruya Utara, Kecamatan Kembangan, Jakarta Barat.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, work motivation and discipline to employee performance at PT Berkah Makmur. This research is a kind of causal associative research which is obligatory for relationship relation between one variable with other variable or the like. The population in this study are employees who work in PT Berkah Makmur. Sampling method using saturated sampling technique with the number of samples of 32 respondents. Primary data were collected through questionnaires, secondary data. Data analysis method used is descriptive and quantitative analysis method with multiple linier regression analysis technique. The result of hypothesis test show that transformational leadership style and work motivation have no effect on employee performance in Koperasi Berkah Makmur, but discipline to employee performance in Koperasi Berkah Makmu. Determination coefficient test shows 813% employee performance can be explained by the variables of transformational leadership style, work motivation, and discipline, while the remaining 18.7% is explained by other factors not included in this study

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Knowledge Management, Skill, dan Attitude Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah Karyawan PT Sun Life Syariah berlokasi di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 35 responden dengan menggunakan design penelitian kausal. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk pengujian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan uji instrumen dalam bentuk Uji Validasi dan Uji Realibilitas dengan software smartPLS (Partial Least Square) Versi 3.0. hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Knowledge Management berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan Skill berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan Attitude berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Sun Life Syariah di Jakarta.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Organizational Commitment and Knowledge Sharing on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Mediated by Job Satisfaction. Methodology – This study uses a saturated sample of 40 employees. Quantitative analysis used the questionnaire collection method, using the Smart–PLS Structural Equation Model analysis method. Findings – Organizational Commitment and Knowledge Sharing have a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Organizational Commitment and Knowledge Sharing have a positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction has a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Job Satisfaction is able to mediate Organizational Commitment has a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Job Satisfaction is able to mediate Knowledge Sharing has a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Authenticity – This research examined OCB, which has a broad and significant impact on company performance. It also provides better comprehension concerning the relationship of spiritual leadership, self-efficacy, locus of control, and job satisfaction on this indicator.
