Abstract

Mixue, a brand known for its ice cream and tea drinks, has grown rapidly in the Asian market, especially in Indonesia. This research aims to analyze the factors that contribute to Mixue's popularity, the marketing strategies implemented, and the challenges faced in expanding its business. Data was obtained through consumer surveys, interviews with Mixue management, as well as analysis of social media and related literature. The research results show that Mixue's success is driven by a combination of affordable prices, product innovation, strategic location and effective digital marketing. However, challenges such as intense competition and changing consumer preferences remain major concerns. This study provides valuable insights for similar companies seeking to understand the dynamics of the ice cream and tea drinks market in Asia.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of job satisfaction and work motivation on employee organizational behavior at UMKM d'SRUPUT Lubuk Begalung Padang. Job satisfaction and work motivation are seen as internal factors that can influence how employees interact and contribute in the context of small and medium organizations. The research results show that there is a positive relationship between job satisfaction and work motivation and employee organizational behavior. This means that the higher the level of job satisfaction and work motivation of employees, the better the organizational behavior shown by them at UMKM d'SRUPUT Lubuk Begalung Padang. The implication of this research is that it is important for MSME management to pay attention to these internal factors in an effort to improve overall organizational performance.

Abstract

This study examines the primary challenges encountered by SRC FIO Store, a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) involved in the retail of essential commodities. Based on case studies and field observations, three primary issues were identified: inefficient stock and sales management systems, insufficient data for pricing and marketing tactics, and expensive unsold inventory. The research suggests that implementing a digital inventory system, doing sales data analysis, and utilizing forecasting methodologies can address these issues and enhance the profitability and competitiveness of SRC FIO Store.
