Abstract

This study empirically demonstrates efforts to strengthen the performance of identity and corporate governance on the sustainability of Islamic banking in Indonesia, the influence of corporate identity performance on Islamic banking governance in Indonesia, and the influence of the performance of corporate identity and governance on the sustainability of Islamic banking in Indonesia.  This is due to the low social function of Islamic banks in Indonesia towards the sustainability of better business, social, and environmental performance.  Types of quantitative research with an ex post facto research design. The research population of all Islamic banks in Indonesia included BMI, BSI, BMSI, and BSMI samples.  The data were analysed using simple additive weighting techniques by modelling using SEM-PLS techniques. The study's conclusions show that strengthening corporate identity performance and corporate governance towards the sustainability of Islamic banking in Indonesia is carried out with regulations, policies, and Sharia compliance. Corporate identity performance positively and significantly affects Islamic banking governance in Indonesia. A company's management has no effect on the sustainability of Islamic banking in Indonesia. This study provides recommendations from the government as a policy regulator that contributes to the supervision of Islamic banks in Indonesia, especially in the implementation of corporate governance, which includes the ethical performance of companies and the sustainability of Islamic banking in Indonesia by making systematic regulations as a reference for Islamic banks. Islamic banks in Indonesia need to re-reflect on neglected social activities because they prioritise commercial activities too much, thus ignoring social activities which are also at the core of bank activities as intermediary institutions and financial services.

Abstract

Islamic social reporting as part of the responsibility of Islamic banks in fulfilling Islamic social performance reporting can also be a priority for investors in making investment decisions. The use of the Islamic social reporting Index in the disclosure of company reports aims to fulfill investors' spiritual desires in the form of accountability to Allah. This study aims to determine the effect of firm age, firm size, and profitability on Islamic social reporting disclosure in Indonesian commercial banks. The study used quantitative methods, and the research population used the financial statements of 11 Indonesian Islamic commercial banks registered with the financial services authority (OJK) from 2014 to 2019. The research sample used 5 Indonesian Islamic commercial banks registered with the OJK and published from 2014 to 2019, using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique with panel data was processed using EViews 10. The results showed that company age significantly affected Islamic social reporting disclosures; company size and profitability did not affect Islamic social reporting disclosures. The research has practical implications and contributes to the fulfillment of investor confidence and the accountability of Islamic companies to stakeholders to manage public fund investments according to sharia principles and sharia compliance standards.

Abstract

Technological advances have encouraged the development of digital financial services, including the use of QRIS in Indonesia. Generation Z Muslims, with strong digital skills, play an important role in the transition to a cashless society. This study aims to understand the factors that affect the interest of Generation Z Muslims in using QRIS. The methodology used was a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling technique, involving 323 respondents from Generation Z Muslims in Sesolo Raya and data analysis was carried out using Smart PLS 4.0 with the UTAUT 3 model. The results show that performance expectations, personal innovation, and habits have a significant effect on the behavioral intention of using QRIS, while the price value also has an important impact. Although several other factors did not have a significant effect, this generation proved to be key in driving the adoption of QRIS and accelerating the transition to a cashless society in Indonesia. Behavioral intentions also have a significant effect on usage behavior.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan dan kepercayaan nasabah terhadap minat menabung di bank syariah Indonesia pada masyarakat kota Solo Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dimana alat ukur pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat kota Solo Raya yang berjumlah 6.220.863 jiwa, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel literasi keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat menabung di Bank Syariah Indonesia. Hasil uji t diperoleh nilai t-hitung sebesar 8,305 dengan p-value sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 maka H1 diterima yang artinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari literasi keuangan terhadap minat menabung. Hasil uji t diperoleh nilai t-hitung sebesar 2,990 dengan p-value sebesar 0,004 < 0,05 maka H2 diterima yang artinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari kepercayaan nasabah terhadap minat menabung. Nilai koefisien determinan (R2) sebesar 0,525 yang berarti 52,5% variabel minat menabung dipengaruhi oleh literasi keuangan dan kepercayaan nasabah.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini adalah sebuah pengujian hipotesis yang bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis dan memahami pengaruh kemudahan, motivasi intrinsik, optimisme dan risiko terhadap fenomena masyarakat tanpa uang tunai (cashless society) di kalangan generasi Z di kabupaten Karanganyar. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang diteliti adalah generasi Z di Kabupaten Karanganyar, dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 200 responden sebagai sampel. Variabel independen yang dianalisis dalam studi ini mencakup kemudahan, motivasi intrinsik, optimisme, dan risiko, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah cashless society. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa kemudahan, motivasi intrinsik, optimisme, berperan penting dalam mendorong terciptanya cashless society di kalangan generasi Z di Kabupaten Karanganyar. Sedangkan variabel persepsi risiko tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap fenomena cashless society di kalangan generasi Z di Kabupaten Karanganyar. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pemangku kepentingan dalam memahami faktor-faktor yang mendorong adopsi sistem pembayaran digital di kalangan generasi muda khususnya generasi Z di Kabupaten Karanganyar. ABSTRACTThis study is a hypothesis testing aimed at analyzing and understanding the influence of ease of use, intrinsic motivation, optimism, and perceived risk on the phenomenon of cashless society among Generation Z in Karanganyar Regency. This research employs a quantitative approach. The population studied consists of Generation Z in Karanganyar Regency, where data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires with a sample size of 200 respondents. The independent variables analyzed in this study are ease of use, intrinsic motivation, optimism, and perceived risk, while the dependent variable is cashless society. This study reveals that ease of use, intrinsic motivation, optimism play an important role in encouraging the creation of a cashless society among generation Z in Karanganyar Regency. Meanwhile, the perceived risk perception variable does not have a significant influence on the cashless society phenomenon among generation Z in Karanganyar Regency. These findings provide important insights for stakeholders in understanding the factors that drive the adoption of digital payments system among the younger generation, especially generation Z in Karanganyar Regency.

Abstract

With the emergence of TikTok as a leading platform for commercial activities, understanding the dynamics of consumer behavior in this context has become a necessity for businesses. By examining the interactions between these variables, this research aims to provide insight into the effectiveness of product reviews, live streaming selling, and discounts in shaping consumer interest in TikTok. The population in this study are residents in Solo Raya who own or are TikTok users, and the sample in this study was 300 respondents. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis to determine the factors that influence interest in purchasing products on TikTok, with a focus on product reviews, live streaming sales and discounts. The research results show that all independent variables have a positive and significant effect on buying interest

Abstract

Introduction: Indonesia is a densely populated country where most of the population is Muslim. These conditions, such as Sharia insurance, can be an excellent opportunity for the Sharia sector. However, in general, the development of the sharia sector is not as significant as the development of conventional finance. Research Methods: This study is quantitative. Used in this research is the descriptive quantitative method. The number of samples in this study was 83 respondents. Respondents in this study were the Muslim community of Karanganyar. The sampling technique used is probability sampling, namely, giving questionnaires to respondents. The tests used to prove and analyse the data are validity, reliability, classical assumption, model determination, multiple linear regression, F-test, and t-test. Results: This study approves that religiosity, knowledge, income, and promotion positively affect the Muslim community's interest in using Sharia insurance in Karanganyar community, Central Java, Indonesia. Conclusion: Religiosity and promotion positively and significantly affect the Muslim community's interest in using Sharia insurance. Knowledge and income do not positively affect the Muslim community's interest in using Sharia insurance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of financial ratios on financial distress in Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. This study uses determinants financial distress that isDebt Ratio (DR), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Return On Equity (ROE), and Operating Expenses Operating Income (BOPO). The population of this study is all Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The sample taken is the quarterly financial reports of Islamic commercial banks for 9 periods, namely the 2016-2024 period using the purposive sampling and using panel data binary logistic regression testing techniques. Based on the research conducted, the results show that Debt Ratio (DR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Return On Equity (ROE), and Operational Expenses Operating Income (BOPO) have an effect on financial distress. Whereas Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) has no effect on financial distress.

Abstract

 This study aims to examine the impact of brand image on purchasing decisions, assess how the store atmosphere affects buying behavior, and evaluate the influence of product quality on purchase choices. The research employs a quantitative approach, targeting consumers who have made purchases at the Bebek Goreng Pak Ndut Kartasura outlet. Sampling was conducted using a non-probability purposive sampling technique. Data were gathered through questionnaires distributed to 160 respondents. The data analysis  performed using IBM SPSS 25 software, the study variables including Brand Image, Store Atmosphere, Product Quality, and Purchasing Decisions. Findings reveal that brand image is affecting purchasing decisions. Similarly, the store atmosphere also has a significant positive impact. Product quality was found to positively and significantly influence consumers' purchase decisions as well. From these results, it can be concluded that improving management of brand image, product quality, and store atmosphere will likely enhance purchasing decisions on Bebek Goreng Pak Ndut Kartasura.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Dalam pelaksanaan Pemerintahan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia, Pemilihan Kepala Daerah Langsung menjadi suatu hal penting dalam memilih seorang pemimpin di daerah untuk membentuk suatu pemerintahan daerahyang stabil dan teratur. Mulai tahun 2005 dimulailah Pemilihan Kepala Daerah Langsung dengan mengacu pada sumber perundang-undangan yaitu UU No.32 Tahun 2004 Tentang Pemerintahan Daerah dan PP RI No. 6 tahun 2005 Tentang Pemilihan, Pengesahan, Pengangkatan, dan Pemberhentian Kepala Daerah dan Wakil Kepala Daerah. Orientasi Pemilih masyarakat Kecamatan Boyolali merupakan hal yang layak diperhatikan dalam hubungannya dengan Pemilihan Kepala Daerah Langsung yang diselenggarakan di Kabupaten Boyolali pada tanggal 27 Juni 2005 yang lalu. Dalam suatu masyarakat terdapat kedudukan-kedudukan sosial yang dinamakan dengan status sosial-ekonomi. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini dibahaspermasalahan pengaruh status sosial-ekonomi dan orientasi pemilih dan seberapa besar pengaruh status sosial-ekonomi terhadap orientasi pemilih.Hipotesa dari penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh antara status sosial-ekonomi terhadap orientasi pemilih dalam Pemilihan Kepala Daerah Langsung di Kabupaten Boyolali. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan sampel 96 pemilih di Kecamatan Boyolali. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dengan penarikan sampel dengan menggunakan rumus Frank Lynch. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Alat yang digunakan adalah regresi sederhana. Sedangkan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji (t-test) dan Koefisien Determinasi. Kata kunci yang digunakan adalah status sosial-ekonomi, orientasi pemilih, dan Pemilihan Kepala Daerah Langsung. Kesimpulan yang dapat diperoleh yaitu terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan pengaruh positif status sosial-ekonomi terhadap orientasi pemilih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orientasi pemilih masyarakat Kecamatan Boyolali dalam Pemilihan Kepala Daerah Langsung kurang tinggi karena status sosial-ekonomi masyarakat Kecamatan Boyolali masih rendah. Hubungan status sosial-ekonomi terhadap orientasi pemilih sebesar 0,269 dan pengaruh yang ditimbulkan dari status sosial-ekonomi terhadap orientasi pemilih sebesar 7,2 persen, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa status sosial ekonomi bukan faktor yang dominan dalam memepnegaruhi orientasi pemilih. Orientasi Pemilih Kecamatan Boyolali memiliki kecenderungan orientasi structural, orientasi religi, orientasi material dan finansial. Saran yang diajukan kepada Masyarakat Boyolali adalah agar menilai kepemimpinan seseorang terutama dalam menilai para calon Kepala Daerah secara rasional, dengan didasarkan pada visi dan misi calon Kepala Daerah serta program kerja yang mereka sampaikan.
