Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions for Daihatsu Xenia at PT. Karya Zirang Utama Daihatsu Semarang. Sales data over the past 5 years shows a decline, raising concerns about the instability in Daihatsu Xenia's sales. The study uses a quantitative approach with purposive sampling methods targeting 100 respondents who are Daihatsu Xenia customers. The data was analyzed through classical assumption tests, validity and reliability tests, simple and multiple linear regression analyses, t-tests, and F-tests.The results show that both brand image and product quality significantly influence purchasing decisions for Daihatsu Xenia, both individually and collectively, with a very strong correlation. PT. Karya Zirang Utama Daihatsu is advised to continuously improve product quality and features, utilize creative marketing strategies, provide excellent customer service, and take advantage of automotive exhibitions and test drive events. Additionally, the company needs to implement the latest technology, innovate in vehicle design, and improve quality control during production to ensure that each car meets high standards. With these steps, Daihatsu Xenia's purchasing decisions are expected to increase.Keywords: Brand Image, Product Quality, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Adoption of innovation is a process of the adopter going through the stages from knowing there is an innovation to implementing new ideas and confirming the decision to accept or reject innovation. Innovation is one of the key factors in the development of a business organization. In SMEs, innovation is needed so that businesses can remain competitive in the market and keep abreast of rapid information developments. This study aims to determine the effect of managerial competence and market orientation on the level of innovation adoption in the Geblek Renteng Batik Industrial Center, Lendah District, Kulon Progo Regency. The type of research used is explanatory research, using simple random sampling for data collection. Samples collected 55 respondents. This study uses analysis techniques of the coefficient of determination, simple regression, and multiple regression, using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 25. The results of the analysis show that partially or simultaneously managerial competency and market orientation have a positive effect on the rate of innovation adoptionKeywords : Innovation Adoption, SMEs, Managerial Competencies, Market OrientationAdopsi inovasi merupakan sebuah proses adopter menempuh tahapan-tahapan sejak mengetahui adanya inovasi sampai dengan implementasi ide-ide baru dan pemastian keputusan menerima atau menolak inovasi. Inovasi merupakan salah satu faktor kunci pengembangan organisasi bisnis. Dalam UMKM, inovasi diperlukan agar usaha dapat tetap bersaing di pasar dan mengikuti perkembangan informasi yang cepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh kompetensi manajerial dan orientasi pasar terhadap tingkat adopsi inovasi di Sentra Industri Batik Geblek Renteng Kecamatan Lendah Kabupaten Kulon Progo. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research, menggunakan simple random sampling untuk pengumpulan data. Sampel yang dikumpulkan 55 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis koefisien determinasi, regresi sederhana, dan regresi berganda, menggunakan program Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) versi 25. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial maupun simultan kompetensi manajerial dan orientasi pasar berpengaruh positif terhadap tingkat adopsi inovasi.Kata Kunci : Adopsi Inovasi, UMKM, Kompetensi Manajerial ,Orientasi Pasar

Abstract

Companies are often faced with various problems in optimizing HR management, one of which is the phenomenon of turnover motivated by intentions based on the experience experienced by employees so that they can decide to leave the company. The turnover phenomenon also occurs at Hotel Santika Premiere Semarang, marked by the high rate of employee turnover at Hotel Santika Premiere Semarang. This study aims to determine the influence between workload and work environment on employee turnover intention of Hotel Santika Premiere Semarang. This type of research is explanatory research with probability sampling techniques, namely proportional random sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 44 respondents who were executive employees of Hotel Santika Premiere Semarang. Data is processed using SPSS version 27. The results of this study show that workload and work environment simultaneously have a significant influence on turnover intention. Workload partially has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. The work environment partially has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Companies need to conduct workload analysis on all divisions regularly at least 1 time for 6 months. Furthermore, companies can improve air circulation in the workspace by increasing artificial air ventilation.Keywords: Workload; Work Environment; Turnover IntentionPerusahaan seringkali dihadapkan dengan berbagai permasalahan dalam mengoptimalisasi manajemen SDM, salah satunya fenomena turnover yang dilatarbelakangi adanya niat berdasarkan pengalaman yang karyawan alami sehingga ia dapat memutuskan keluar dari perusahaan. Fenomena turnover juga terjadi di Hotel Santika Premiere Semarang, ditandai dengan tingginya tingkat perputaran karyawan di Hotel Santika Premiere Semarang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan Hotel Santika Premiere Semarang. Tipe penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan teknik pengambilan sampel probability sampling yaitu proportional random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 44 responden yang merupakan karyawan pelaksana Hotel Santika Premiere Semarang. Data diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Beban kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Perusahaan perlu untuk melakukan melakukan analisis beban kerja pada semua divisi secara rutin minimal 1 kali selama 6 bulan. Selanjutnya, perusahaan dapat memperbaiki sirkulasi udara di ruang kerja dengan memperbanyak ventilasi udara buatan.Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja; Lingkungan Kerja; Turnover Intention
