Abstract

Startups that need a comprehensive approach to managing Knowledge Management (KM) in a digital context face a significant challenge in taking advantage of the opportunities presented by digital transformation and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, which are reshaping marketing organizations. There is a pressing need for more strategic marketing expertise to drive business value creation, and digital transformation and AI technologies offer great promise to help businesses overcome obstacles, challenges in practical application, and this shortage. In this paper, we take a resource-centric look at a central question: how can young companies with few resources and few employees push digital transformation in marketing forward? Integrating the methods of Knowledge Management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), as in Customer Knowledge Management (CKM), can be crucial to achieving this objective. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods to analyze the research results. This research reveals that companies with limited capabilities and resources can still adopt technological developments in conducting marketing. Marketing departments can benefit from the big data that AI provides by mining it for useful customer insights that can be used to bolster customer relationship management strategies. Organizational factors such as customer focus, a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing, strategy and support from top management, an organized structure, and the integration of functions are crucial to the success of CKM in the business.

Abstract

Climate change can cause problems for humans if not handled properly. Therefore, the government as the authority needs to make policies in dealing with problems caused by climate change. This research then aims to look at the environmental policies that have been or can be implemented by the Indonesian government in overcoming the problem of climate change. This research will be carried out using a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this study then found that in addition to national policies through the National Action Plan for Reducing Greenhouse Gas Emissions (RAN-GRK) and the Climate Change Adaptation Plan (RAN API), the Indonesian government also contributed to agreements and international cooperation to be able to overcome the impacts from climate change. Capacity building, technology transfer, and development of sustainable financing mechanisms are also important aspects of regional and international cooperation. Other policies that can be implemented by the Indonesian government are building education to increase public awareness and understanding of climate change and implementing information campaign initiatives to increase public participation in climate change mitigation and adaptation efforts.

Abstract

Increasing Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) is one of the top priorities for governments in many countries due to its crucial role in driving economic growth and development. In order to achieve this goal, effective legal strategies play an important role in creating a conducive investment environment. The research method used in this study is the literature research method. The results show that successful IALs are those that have successfully simplified their licensing procedures and adopted transparency in the regulatory process. In addition, the provision of strong legal protection of investor rights, including through intellectual property enforcement and fair and efficient dispute resolution mechanisms, has also been shown to increase foreign investor confidence. Therefore, an effective legal strategy in enhancing IAL should include a blend of process simplification, legal certainty, investor protection, and social responsibility to create an attractive investment environment for foreign investors.

Abstract

Indonesia sedang memasuki era bonus demografi yang diharapkan mampu menjadi peluang mendukung visi Indonesia Emas tahun 2045 dan pembangunan nasional. Namun, tingginya prevalensi pernikahan anak menjadi ancaman serius terhadap kualitas dan produktivitas sumberdaya manusia dan keberhasilan memanfaatkan momentum tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di SMA Al Islam 1 Surakarta dengan tujuan meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap dampak pernikahan anak dalam segi kesehatan, sosial, ekonomi, dan juga ancaman bonus demografi. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi koordinasi, penyusunan materi edukasi berupa video dan leaflet, sosialisasi, diskusi interaktif, serta evaluasi partisipasi siswa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan kesadaran kritis siswa tentang bahaya pernikahan anak, baik di level individu, keluarga, maupun bangsa. Siswa juga dapat mengaitkan fenomena pernikahan anak dengan isu kemiskinan, ketenagakerjaan, dan bencana demografi. Program edukasi terbukti efektif dalam membentuk kesadaran preventif di kalangan siswa remaja dan direkomendasikan untuk direplikasi di sekolah lain untuk memperkuat pencegahan pernikahan anak.
