Abstract

Abstract; in general, learning statistics in class do not working at all, active lecturer predominate and student tend to passive as good hearer. Conventional study like this, make student only memorizing and working procedure without comprehend concept in fact. According to Hudojo, "With cooperative learn method give a chance to its student to develop themselves". Of course not all of cooperative learn method can be applied, should be selected as same as the field condition. This research, cooperative learn method of TAI (Team Assisted Individualization) and STAD (Student Teams Achievement Divisions) selected to be applied. Aim of this research is to compare applying effectiveness empirically of cooperative learn method between TAI, STAD and conventional through result statistics 2 of regression linear, grade 5th student of STAIN Ponorogo year of academic 2013 / 2014. According to data analysis using of One Way ANOVA statistics method, concluded that, there is difference result, learn statistics 2 of regression linear between class using learning method TAI, STAD and conventional. Where learning method TAI more effective than STAD and conventional; and STAD more effective if compared to conventional learning method.ملخص: كان تدريس مادة الاحصائيات –عامة- لا يسير سيرا متوازنا، لأن المدرس هو المهيمن والفاعل والطلاب صامتون. أدى هذا النوع من التدريس إلى أن يحفظ الطلاب ويعملون رسميا ولا يفهمون حقيقة النظريات. يري هودوجو أن تطبيق طريقة التعليم الاشتراكي يعطى الطلاب الفرصة الواسعة للتنمية الذاتية. وطبعا أن جميع أنواع التعلم الأشتراكي لا يمكن تطبيقها، بل لابد من اختيار الأنسب منها بالواقع. يختار هذا البحث تطبيق التعليم الاشتراكي نوع TAI (Team Assited Individualization)  و STAD (Student Team Achievement Division)   . وأهداف هذا البحث هي المقارنة واقعيا بين تطبيق التعليم الاشتراكي نوع TAI AND STAD  والتقليدي، عبر نتائج تعلم الاحصائيات (2) مادة REGRESI LINIER  لدى طلاب الجامعة الإسلامية الحكومية فونوروغو المستوى الخامس العام الدراسى 2013/2014 . اعتمادا على تحليل البيانات باستخدام طريقة احصائية One Way ANOVA  يستنتج منها نتائج أن هناك فرق في نتائج تعلم مادة الاحصائيات (2) في مادة regresi linier بين الصف المستخدم طريقة التعليم TAI, STAD  والطريقة التقليدية. وتكون طريقة TAI أكثر فعالا بالنسبة إلى طريقة STAD  والطريقة التقليدية ، وطريقة STAD  أكثر فعالا بالنسبة إلى الطريقة التقليدية.Keywords: Efektivitas, TAI, STAD, Statistika

Abstract

Abstract: Wajardikdas 9 years is a compulsory government program that requires the Indonesian people to get a formal education certificate minimally at junior high school level/equivalent. In order to succeed the program, the availability of information relating to the classification of rural/village is absolutely important. Due to this information,the regency/city government can more easily prioritize which rural/village that needs a special attention. There are at least two statistical methods: 1) binary logistic regressionand 2) logistic regression. This study compared the results of the classification accuracy between the logistic regression method and tree classification to get a more precise technique used in classifying the rural/village in case of 9 years Wajardikdas program. By using the data testing, it showed that the classification accuracy produced by the method of tree classification was higher than that of logistic regression. Therefore, it could be concluded that tree classification was more effective method to use. This was because the factors that affected the success of Wajardikdas 9 years like the ratio of student/teacher and student/school had been known.

Abstract

Wilayah Desa Janten Karangan Area memiliki asset yang ada berupa, singkong, pohon kelor, ternak sapi dan kambing. Program pada pengabdian masyarakat, dengan mengembangkan aset masyarakat Jaten. Masyarakat hanya memanfaatkan untuk pakan ternak dan sayur bening saja, dengan memanfaatkan kelor menjadi produk inovasi makanan / minuman kesehatan diharapkan produktivitas harga jual meningkat. Begitu juga dengan singkong yang hanya dibuat pakan ternak dan digoreng saja, dengan inovasi singkong menjadi gegerco (getuk gorong cokelat). Daun kering hanya menjadi sampah, dengan pemanfaatan sampah kering yang dicampur kotoran hewan dapat menjadi pupuk kompos yang bernilai jual tinggi.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan Kuliah Pengabdian masyarakat atau dikenal dengan KPM yang diselenggarakan oleh Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian (LPPM) IAIN Ponorogo tidak hanya dalam bidang pendidikan, namun juga KPM dari kelompok 43 dan kelompok 44 di Dusun Krajan dan Dusun Kiringan Desa Karanglo Kidul. Kecamatan Jambon. Kabupaten Ponorogo menggunakan sistem Asset Based Community – driven development (ABCD) adalah pendekatan dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan memfokuskan pada aset yang dimiliki masyarakat, dengan memiliki tujuh prinsip pengembangan masyarakat berbasis asset. Semua punya potensi (specialized potention), Partisipasi (Participation), Kemitraan (Partnership), perilaku positif (Positive behaviour), Berasal dari dalam masyarakat (indogenous), Mengarah pada sumber energi (Heliotropic). Memanfaatkan asset yang ada yakni melimpahnya pohon singkong maka pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat melalui KPM mengadakan pelatihan pembuatan Kue putu ayu dan nugget dari bahan singkong, KPM juga mengadakan pelatihan hasta karya dari bekas air gelas mineral dan Koran bekas. Tujuannya warga Dusun Krajan dan dusun Kiringan di desa Karanglo Kidul dapat mengembangkan hasil perkebunan singkong dan dapat mengurangi limbah bekas dari air mineral dan koran yang ada di lingkungan desa krajan sehingga kesejahteraan meningkat.

Abstract

This study's assessment model for the Arabic speech competition involved three competent judges. Each of them assessed the same three components, namely al fashahah (fluency), lubbul maudhu' (content/theme discussion), and al harakah (participant movement, including participant expressions). The subjects in this study were all 24 participants in the Arabic speech competition at IAIN Ponorogo in 2019. All of these participants came from MA around Madiun. It is possible to issue differences between scores given by the three judges, considering that the range of values for each component is between 50 to 100. Scoring with a reasonably wide range could affect the consistency of the assessment. It is crucial to estimate the reliability coefficient of the judges' assessment of the Arabic speech contest. This study uses a quantitative approach because the primary data are scores from the judges of the Arabic language competition. The reliability estimation uses a variance analysis approach whose procedure is based on generalizability theory (G-Theory) through the G-Study concept with a multifaceted design. This theory can improve the instrument's quality by testing several sources of variance to make decisions and the consistency of the results of the generalizability coefficient. The data analysis results conclude that the assessment instrument used in the Arabic speech competition in this study is reliable or still feasible to use. The feasibility is based on the validity and reliability of the instruments used. The analysis of some experts regarding the instrument content claims that it was valid. In addition, the reliability coefficient of the combined score of the Arabic speech competition assessment is 0.96708. Therefore, it concludes that the assessment instrument used in this study is reliable.

Abstract

Produktivitas merupakan kemampuan seseorang untuk unjuk kerja.Sesuai latar belakang yang terjadi di SD Muhammadiyah Terpadu Ponorogo ditemukan permasalahan guru yang mengajar tidak sesuai dengan latar belakang pendidikan yang dimiliki dengan tugas yang diberikan oleh pihak sekolah dan tugas administrasi guru kurang lengkap seperti pengumpulan jurnal mengajar guru yang tidak tepat waktu. Maka hal ini merupakan cerminan produktivitas guru yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan kreativitas, motivasi, kepusan kerja terhadap produktivitas guru di SD Muhammadiyah Terpadu Ponorogo. Pendekatan yang digunakan peneliti ialah pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Analisis data yang digunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier berganda. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah guru sejumlah 56 orang dan teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh dengan 56 guru. Berdasarkan analisis data ditemukan: (1) adanya pengaruh kreativitas terhadap produktivitas guru di SD Muhammadiyah Terpadu Ponorogo; (2) adanya pengaruh motivasi terhadap produktivitas guru di SD Muhammadiyah Terpadu Ponorogo; (3) adanya pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas guru di SD Muhammadiyah Terpadu Ponorogo dan (4) adanya pengaruh kreativitas, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas guru di SD Muhammadiyah Terpadu.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the teacher performance issue at MI Plus Al-Islam Dagangan Madiun. This issue is indicated by the fact that there are still approximately 35% of teachers who are incapable of properly controlling the class, as well as the lack of teacher sensitivity and commitment to students during the teaching and learning process. In addition, in terms of preparing lesson plans, several teachers have not fully prepared the lesson plans properly. This study aims to find out the significance of the influence of the Madrasah Principal's leadership, madrasah climate, and teacher’s Emotional Intelligence on teachers' performance in MI Plus Al-Islam Dagangan Madiun for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. This study uses a quantitative approach with ex post facto methods. The population is all teachers at MI Plus Al-Islam Dagangan Madiun, totaling 80 people. The sampling technique used is saturated samples. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses simple and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show: the leadership of the Madrasah Principal, the climate of the madrasah, and the teacher's Emotional Intelligence have a significant effect on teachers' performance in MI Plus Al-Islam Dagangan Madiun for the 2022/2023 Academic Year, with around 55.1%.

Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu pendidikan tentu saja tidak lepas dari peran serta pemerintah dan komponen pendidikan yang terkait, salah satunya yaitu guru. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, maka guru dituntut untuk memiliki kompetensi unggul dalam perannya mewujudkan tujuan pendidikan nasional. Motivasi kerja, kedisiplinan dan kreativitas guru dalam mengajar sangat diperlukan untuk mencapai kinerja yang tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru PNS dan Non PNS di 28 SD Negeri se-Kecamatan Dolopo dengan jumlah sampel 87 guru PNS dan 66 guru Non PNS. Data yang diperoleh dari penelitian diuji prasyaratkan terlebih dahulu dengan uji normalitas multivariat dan uji homogenitas matriks varian-kovarian/Box’s M, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji MANOVA (Multivariate of Analisys). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan motivasi kerja pada guru PNS dan Non PNS di SDN se-Kecamatan Dolopo, untuk mengetahui perbedaan kedisiplinan pada guru PNS dan Non PNS di SDN se-Kecamatan Dolopo, untuk mengetahui perbedaan kreativitas pada guru PNS dan Non PNS di SDN se-Kecamatan Dolopo, dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan motivasi kerja, kedisiplinan dan kreativitas secara simultan pada guru PNS dan Non PNS di SDN se-Kecamatan Dolopo. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) tidak terdapat perbedaan motivasi kerja pada guru PNS dan Non PNS di SDN se-Kecamatan Dolopo dengan nilai probabilitas 0,075. 2) tidak terdapat perbedaan kedisiplinan pada guru PNS dan Non PNS di SDN se-Kecamatan Dolopo dengan nilai probabilitas 0,1571. 3) tidak terdapat perbedaan kreativitas guru PNS dan Non PNS di SDN se-Kecamatan Dolopo dengan nilai probabilitas 0,279. 4) tidak terdapat perbedaan motivasi kerja, kedisiplinan dan kreativitas secara simultan pada guru PNS dan Non PNS di SDN se-Kecamatan Dolopo dengan nilai probabilitas 0,336.
