Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang pengaruh keteladanan guru terhadap upaya implementasi penanaman pendidikan karakter ditinjau dari perspektif peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan adalah studi literatur dan penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan dan mengolah sumber bacaan seperti buku dan refrensi lain yang terkait dengan topik penelitian. Selain itu, peneliti juga melakukan wawancara dengan empat peserta didik dari gender, sekolah, dan daerah yang berbeda. Setelah melakukan penelitian, peneliti menemukan bahwa keteladanan yang diperlihatkan oleh guru memberi persepsi dan pengaruh terhadap cara berpikir dan perilaku peserta didik. Penanaman pendidikan karakter tidak cukup jika hanya sebatas retorika dari guru karena peserta didik juga mengharapkan adanya sinkronisasi antara perkataan dan tindakan guru itu sendiri untuk memberi inspirasi keteladanan. Empat narasumber juga mengaku bahwa ada cara berpikir dan perilaku dalam dirinya yang terpengaruh dari keteladanan guru.Abstract:  This study aims to obtain information about the influence of teacher model on efforts to implement character education in the perspective of students. A literature review and descriptive research are the research methods used by the researcher. Collecting and analyzing reading sources such as books and other references relating to the research topic are used as data gathering approaches. In addition, the researcher conducted interviews with four students of various genders, schools, and geographical locations. After performing the investigation, the researcher discovered that the teacher's model had an impact on the students' way of thinking and behavior. Character education is insufficient if it is restricted to rhetoric from the teacher, because students need the teacher's words and deeds to be in sync in order to encourage exemplary behavior. Four interviewees also admitted that there are ways of thinking and behavior in them that are influenced by the teacher's model.

Abstract

This study aims to produce interactive multimedia learning using the Genially application on the subject matter of national movement organizations for grade VIII junior high school students. The stages in this research and development adopt the ADDIE method: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results showed that based on the validation findings of material experts, who gave an average score of 4.7, media experts gave an average score of 4.1, and the validation of the two teachers revealed an average score of 4.3. The media developed by researchers in small-scale trials obtained an average score of 4.25 or very feasible criteria during the implementation phase. At the implementation stage, researchers conducted a limited trial involving 15 class VIII students of SMP Negeri 4 Sijuk. In the results of this implementation phase, students give an assessment with the "very appropriate" criteria.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manifestasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam tradisi seni Taba’ yang merupakan kearifan lokal tradisional dari adat Dayak Tamambaloh, Kalimantan Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan narasumber, pengamatan melalui video dokumenter, dan pengumpulan deskripsi dari literasi-literasi yang terkait dengan tema penelitian. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Setelah melakukan penelitian, ditemukan bahwa aktivitas tradisi Taba’ yang merupakan media komunikasi tradisional adat Dayak Tamambaloh mengandung makna manifestasi nilai-nilai Pancasila. Hal tersebut terlihat dari proses, fungsi, dan tujuan tujuh Taba’ yang dibunyikan untuk menunjang aktivitas masyarakat Dayak Tamambaloh pada momen-momen tertentu. Tujuh Taba’ tersebut memperlihatkan sisi kepentingan spiritualitas, kemanusiaan, semangat gotong royong, dan musyawarah masyarakat Dayak Tamambaloh. Selain itu, keterlibatan masyarakat tanpa melihat kelas sosial dalam tradisi Taba’ memperlihatkan adanya persamaan hak sebagai bagian dari nilai keadilan sosial

Abstract

The 1966 curriculum is one of the curricula that was implemented in Indonesia at the end of the Old Order period. However, there is very little discussion about the existence of this curriculum and it is often overlooked in research on the history of the curriculum in Indonesia. Thus, this study aims to analyze the history and curriculum of 1966 using a historical approach. Results Based on the research, it was revealed that the emergence of the 1966 curriculum which was the 1964 curriculum of the Soekarno era could not reveal the events of the First October 1965 Movement or the G 30S/PKI in the New Order narrative. After the bloody incident, with the power of Supersemar, Suharto tried to abolish the notions of communism and Sukarno's typical Manipol-USDEK, one of which was in the world of education by issuing TAP MPRS No. XXVII/MPRS/1966 as the basis for the 1966 curriculum. However, in practice, there are still many points in the provisions that have not been realized optimally during the 1966 curriculum in force. However, TAP MPRS No. XXVII/MPRS/1966 remains the basis for the development of the 1968 curriculum that came after Suharto became de facto and de jure president.

Abstract

This study aims to examine changes in social stratification in Banten society before the 1888 peasant revolt in the area. The research approach used was qualitative with historical methods. The sources used in this historical method are document sources in the form of books and relevant research articles. The results of the study show that social stratification in Banten before the revolt in 1888 was divided into traditional stratification and changed to colonial. The difference between the two stratifications lies in the position, function, influence, rights, and obligations of groups occupying the upper, middle and lower layers. The stratification of the colonial period which tended to be oppressive became the cause of the emergence of upheavals until the revolt of Banten Peasant’s in 1888.

Abstract

This study attempts to examine the potential of China's reunification of Taiwan, which has been fought for up until the time of Xi Jinping. The Chinese side has made various efforts to achieve unification, one of which is proposing the "one country, two systems" model that would make Taiwan part of a Chinese province with the high autonomy. However, Taiwan still refused the invitation to reunify China. Using an approach from integrative factor theory, specifically Michael Haas's attitudinal factor, the researchers found that the potential for reunification will be difficult to materialize in the near future due to differences in ideology, Taiwan's distrust of China's involvement, Taiwan's strengthening of identity, and US intervention. China must change its approach if it is to achieve reunification by avoiding methods of military intimidation and strongly committed to respecting the autonomy of the reunified regions to gain complete trust all of Taiwan.

Abstract

Students' motivation during history learning processes in the classroom is influenced, among other factors, by teachers' innovation in teaching. However, there are still teachers who lack innovation, resulting in decreased motivation for students to learn history. This study aims to develop and assess the feasibility of a product in the form of multimedia-based learning videos on the topic of Islamic Maritime Kingdoms, as well as to analyze its effectiveness in increasing the learning motivation of Grade XI Social Science students. The type of research used was research and development with ADDIE design. This study involved 2 experts, 2 teachers, and 75 students divided into 15 students for small-scale trials and 60 students for large-scale trials and extensive testing. Data collection was done through questionnaires using survey techniques and interviews. Data analysis techniques included quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis, as well as descriptive statistics. The research results indicated that the product developed by the researcher was feasible for use as a learning media. Additionally, multimedia-based learning videos were also effective in increasing students' motivation to learn history.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pemikiran Soekarno tentang nasionalisme. Soekarno mencetuskan pemikiran nasionalisme yang inklusif, humanis, dan berbasis pada prinsip gotong royong, sebagai upaya membangun Indonesia yang merdeka dan berdaulat. Dia menolak nasionalisme sempit yang bersifat chauvinistik, dan menekankan pentingnya persatuan nasional berdasarkan pengalaman sejarah bersama dan tekad kolektif untuk bersatu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode historis dengan mengumpulkan, mengkritik, dan menganalisis berbagai sumber sejarah, termasuk arsip pidato, buku, dan jurnal ilmiah, untuk memahami pemikiran Soekarno secara mendalam. Temuan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa nasionalisme menurut Soekarno tidak hanya menjadi alat untuk meraih kemerdekaan, tetapi juga sebagai fondasi untuk membangun bangsa yang berbasis pada persatuan, gotong royong, dan toleransi serta mampu berkontribusi dalam komunitas global dengan semangat saling menghormati.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media berupa modul pembelajaran digital pada sub materi Renaissance melalui aplikasi Canva untuk mahasiswa pendidikan sejarah. Tahapan dalam penelitian dan pengembangan ini mengadopsi metode ADDIE, yakni analisis (analysis), desain (design), pengembangan (development), implementasi (implementation), dan evaluasi (evaluation). Pada tahap pengembangan, ahli materi memberi penilaian “sangat layak” untuk produk yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti. Ahli media dan ahli bahasa juga memberi penilaian “sangat layak”. Pada tahap implementasi, peneliti melakukan uji coba terbatas dengan melibatkan 20 mahasiswa. Hasil dari tahap implementasi ini, mahasiswa memberi penilaian dengan kriteria “sangat layak”.
