Abstract

This research was conducted to answer how to analyze procedures for managing electronic records in correspondence management. The type of research used is library research or literature study, where researchers rely on various literature to obtain research data and use a qualitative approach because the data produced is in the form of words or descriptions. Electronic archives are a collection of information recorded using computer technology as electronic documents so that they can be viewed and reused, while electronic dynamic archives are dynamic archives that have an electronic or digital format, and require certain media according to the form of the archive to read them. Management of electronic records can be carried out in four cycles, namely: creation and storage, distribution and use, maintenance and disposition. Electronic archives can be archives created directly using electronic media or printed archives that are converted into digital archives.

Abstract

Sebuah sistem manajemen perkantoran dalam menangani persuratan dengan cara yang berkualitas dapat memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap efisiensi dan efektivitas kegiatan di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yang juga merupakan metode studi kepustakaan atau penelitian kepustakaan. Penelitian lembaga pustaka adalah karena peneliti membutuhkan data dari berbagai sumber literatur, seperti buku dan jurnal, untuk membangun landasan teori untuk masalah yang akan diteliti, yaitu “Pengaruh Kualitas Sistem Manajemen Perkantoran dalam menangani persuratan untuk meningkatkan Efisiensi dan Efektivitas di Sekolah”. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui konsep dasar sistem manajemen perkantoran perihal persuratan, kualitas sistem manajemen perkantoran perihal persuratan, pengaruh kualitas sistem manajemen perkantoran perihal persuratan terhadap efesiensi dan efektivitas di sekolah,dan evaluasi efektivitas tata kelola kearsipan sebagai upaya meningkatkan kinerja sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Efisiensi dapat dicapai melalui proses penanganan surat yang terstruktur, kemampuan pelacakan dan penelusuran surat yang cepat, serta minimalisasi duplikasi atau keterlambatan dalam penanganan surat. Sementara itu, efektivitas dapat ditingkatkan dengan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan dan kebijakan terkait pengelolaan arsip, kemudahan akses terhadap informasi yang dibutuhkan, serta pengambilan keputusan yang tepat berdasarkan data dan informasi yang tersedia.

Abstract

The research in this journal article aims to determine the application of letter management standards in increasing the effectiveness of letter management. Therefore, it is necessary to manage letters well and correctly so that the letters can be well organized and the process of returning letters can be carried out effectively and efficiently. It is hoped that effective mail management can be carried out by the relevant staff in managing mail, both for incoming and outgoing mail. So, in researching this journal article, it can be seen that the application of letter management standards in increasing management effectiveness, that the management of incoming mail is divided into six stages which are important to know, namely: receiving letters, sorting letters, directing letters, recording letters, distributing letters and storing letters. Meanwhile, for managing outgoing letters, there are also six stages which include: creating a letter concept, typing, editing, affixing a letter address, folding and enclosing the letter and distributing the letter. The implementation of management has gone quite well, and currently the system is being transferred to an electronic system.

Abstract

Tata usaha sekolah mempunyai peranan penting bagi kelancaran administrasi sekolah, tata usaha sekolah perlu diperhatikan karena memiliki peranan dan fungsi yang strategis. Oleh karena itu adanya manajemen tata usaha dapat meningkatkan pelayanan administrasi agar berjalan secara maksimal. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini. Untuk mengetahui perencanaan tata usaha dalam meningkatkan pelayanan administrasi sekolah. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Perencanaan tata usaha dalam meningkatkan pelaksanaan administrasi sekolah yaitu mencakup; a). Melakukan perekrutan pegawai tata usaha, b). Merumuskan pembagian tugas dan kewajiban, c). Adanya pelibatan dari berbagai warga sekolah, d). Merumuskan strategi yang akan dilaksanakan pada proses pelaksanaan nantinya, e). Memperhatikan keperluan yang dibutuhkan dalam proses pelaksanaan. (2) Pelaksanaan tata usaha dalam meningkatkan pelayanan administrasi sekolah; a). Dilaksanakan sesuai dengan bentuk pelayanan administrasi, b). Adanya peran dan strategi pemimpin dalam hal menggerakkan anggotanya, c). Memenuhi dan melaksanakan apa saja yang diperlukan dalam meningkatkan pelayanan administrasi sekolah, d). Strategi yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan administrasi sekolah, e). Mengidentifikasi adanya faktor pendukung dalam meningkatkan pelayanan administrasi sekolah. Adanya solusi dalam mengatasi hambatan pada pelaksanaan pelayanan administrasi sekolah. Hasil dari proses evaluasi yang diperoleh bahwa bentuk-bentuk pelayanan yang diberikan sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik, adanya bentuk tindak lanjut yaitu mengidentifikasi peluang serta meminimalisir kelemahan dan kekurangan.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to find out in full about the Effectiveness of Monitoring and Evaluation in the Implementation of Educational Policy approaches and challenges. This article is compiled by means of a literature study using qualitative research methods. Monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of educational policy is a systematic process used to measure, monitor, and assess the implementation of educational policies and their impact on predetermined objectives. Monitoring and evaluation (M&E) plays an important role in ensuring the success of educational policy implementation. This article examines the main approaches used in M&E of educational policies and the challenges faced in the process. This article provides strategic recommendations for improving the effectiveness of M&E in the educational context, so that policies can produce significant and sustainable impacts.

Abstract

In preparing policies relating to education in In Indonesia, education tends to be interpreted as a conscious effort to help develop the personality and abilities of students. Management unprofessional madrasahs can hinder the progress of the madrasah To carry out its function as a formal educational institution, a plan is needed strategic as an effort or way to control the school effectively effective and efficient. The components in strategic planning consist of at least: of the vision, mission, goals, objectives and strategies must be carried out by the manager madrasas, so that madrasas have a policy direction that can support them achieving the expected goals. This research aims to describe education policy to support the vision and mission of the Ummul Quraa private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The method used in the research is qualitative descriptive. The research design used is a case study with observing policies at the private Ummul Quraa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah This research uses observation, interview and data collection techniques documentation. The party participating in this research was the chairman of the foundation and the head of the private Ibtidaiyah madrasah Ummul Quraa. That policy is the goal to improve raw materials, namely teachers, students and also facilities the infrastructure. Application of vision and mission.

Abstract

Correspondence is one of the most important formal communication media in an organization because it functions to convey information clearly, systematically, and well-documented so as to support smooth communication between departments. This study aims to determine the role of correspondence in improving the effectiveness of organizational communication, as well as identifying challenges and solutions applied in its management. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation studies in an organization. The results of the study indicate that correspondence is effective as a formal communication tool that supports coordination between departments, although there are several obstacles such as late delivery and incorrect letter formats. Solutions such as administrative training, use of electronic filing systems, letter writing guidelines, and supervision have been proven to help improve the quality of correspondence. With good management, correspondence contributes significantly to improving the effectiveness of organizational communication as a whole.

Abstract

Correspondence administration activities play an important role in supporting the smooth operation of the school. At UPT SMP Negeri 27 Medan, manual management of correspondence previously caused various obstacles such as delays in letter distribution and difficulties in tracking archives. Therefore, a more effective and efficient correspondence management system is needed. This study aims to describe the implementation of a correspondence management system in improving administrative performance at UPT SMP Negeri 27 Medan. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of the study indicate that the process of receiving and recording incoming letters has been running according to procedures and facilitates information management. The disposition of letters is carried out systematically and on target by the school leadership. The preparation and recording of outgoing letters is carried out by paying attention to good administrative rules. In addition, archiving, maintenance, and destruction of archives have begun to be carried out digitally, thereby increasing the efficiency and speed of administrative services.

Abstract

Pengelolaan administrasi keuangan di instansi pemerintah daerah menuntut tata kelola yang akuntabel, transparan, dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam peran dan tanggung jawab bendahara pengeluaran di Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Provinsi Sumatera Utara dalam proses pengelolaan administrasi keuangan, khususnya dalam pelaksanaan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD). Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam terhadap informan kunci yang menjabat sebagai bendahara pengeluaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bendahara memiliki tanggung jawab utama dalam mengelola proses pencairan dana melalui mekanisme Uang Persediaan (UP) dan Pembayaran Langsung (LS), serta memastikan kelengkapan dokumen dan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi. Selain itu, bendahara berperan sebagai penguji dokumen keuangan, koordinator tim keuangan, dan pelapor keuangan bulanan kepada Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BKAD). Penggunaan aplikasi SIPD (Sistem Informasi Pemerintahan Daerah) menjadi instrumen penting dalam pelaporan dan integrasi data. Tantangan utama dalam pelaksanaan tugas meliputi kendala teknis sistem digital, keterlambatan dokumen pihak ketiga, serta tuntutan akuntabilitas yang tinggi. Prinsip profesionalisme, ketepatan waktu, dan sikap proaktif menjadi landasan utama dalam menjalankan peran strategis ini. Temuan ini memperkuat pentingnya peran bendahara sebagai aktor sentral dalam menjamin tata kelola keuangan daerah yang tertib, akurat, dan sesuai dengan prinsip good governance.
