Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) the effect of customer satisfaction on repurchase intention, 2) the effect of product quality on repurchase intention, and 3) the simultaneous effect of customer satisfaction and product quality on repurchase intention among consumers at ACC Layang-layang and Fishing Equipment Store in Jepun Village, Tulungagung Regency. This research is a quantitative study using a descriptive approach. The sample consisted of 96 respondents selected using accidental sampling. Data were collected through a questionnaire. The results of the analysis show that: 1) partially, the t-count > t-table (5.596>1.985) and the significance value < 0.05 (0.000<0.05), indicating a significant effect of customer satisfaction on repurchase intention; 2) partially, the t-count > t-table (3.015>1.985) and the significance value < 0.05 (0.003 < 0.05), indicating a significant effect of product quality on repurchase intention; 3) simultaneously, the F-count > F-table (77.457>3.94) with a significance value of 0.000<0.05, indicating that customer satisfaction and product quality together have a significant effect on repurchase intention. The Adjusted R² value of 61.7% indicates that repurchase intention is influenced by customer satisfaction and product quality, while the remaining 38.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Flash Sales and Hedonic Shopping Motivation on Impulsive Buying at the Shopee Marketplace in Gen Z, Tulungagung Regency. The method used is quantitative with an associative approach. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 96 respondents, namely Gen Z in Tulungagung Regency. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant influence from Flash Sale on Impulsive Buying, with a calculated t>t table value of 3,724>1.986. Apart from that, Hedonic Shopping Motivation also has a significant effect on Impulsive Buying with a calculated t>t table value of 4.464>1.986. Simultaneously these two variables have a significant influence on Impulsive Buying with a calculated F value>F table 114.737>3.09. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that Flash Sales and Hedonic Buying Motivation can influence Impulsive Buying behavior on the Shopee Marketplace.

Abstract

This research aims to quantitatively describe the influence of financial literacy and housewife lifestyle on family financial management, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were all housewives from RW 03 Bayanan, Wajak Lor Village, consisting of 5 RT with a sample of 103 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection in this research used a questionnaire, with a Likert scale. After that, instrument tests and classical assumption tests were carried out consisting of normality tests, linearity tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination with the help of the SPSS Version 22 for Windows software program. The test results show that Financial Literacy and Lifestyle of Housewives influence Family Financial Management both partially and simultaneously. The results of this research can be used to provide recommendations for Village Government policy making to provide a forum for expanding knowledge about financial literacy to the community.
