Abstract

Learning not only as atransfer of knowledge alone but is an activity under taken untu teachers develop the potential of students as a whole to achieve change for the better. Teachers than intellectual understanding must also be able to understand the emotional intelligence of students. Emotional intelligence is the ability to regulate one's emotional life within telligence, emotion and disclosure of maintaining harmony throughself-awareness, self-control, self-motivation, empathy and social skills.                   It must be understood if students only have high academic intelligence, they tend to have an unwarranted sense of restless, overlycritical, fussy, tend to with draw, seemed cool and less likely to express resent mentan danger appropriately if not supported with emotional intelligence, then the people is often asource of problems. Students who have high intelligence but low emotional intelligence level ittends to be seen as a hard-nosed, hard to get along, easily frustrated, do not easily trust others, not sensitive to environmental condition sand tend to despair when experiencing stress. The opposite condition, experienced by those who have the intelligence level of the average but has high emotional intelligence. There fore it is time all the teachers in the learning does not only focus on the intellectual but emotional intelligence of students should be a concern that they can achieve success in living life to come.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: 1) to determine the influence of social media on student consumptive behavior; 2) to know the influence of peers against student consumptive behavior; 3) to know the influence of social media and peers against the behavior of consumer consumptive STKIP PGRI Blitar. Type of correlational research with a sample of 95. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression. The results showed 1) there is a social media influence on student consumptive behavior; 2) there is influence of association of peer to student consumptive behavior and 3) there is influence of social media and peer to student's consumptive behavior.

Abstract

At present the existence of the tourism sector has become a concern of the community so that in various regions new tourist spots have emerged. Similarly, in Blitar, there are also many new tourist sites built, one of which is brown village tourism. With the construction of tourist attractions will have an impact on the economic and social community. This study aims to describe the impact of tourism on the economy and society. The research method used to answer these problems is to use a descriptive qualitative approach. Data obtained using observation and interviews, while data analysis three stages, namely data reduction, data display and verification. The results of the study show that the village tourism in chocolate has animpact on the economy and society.

Abstract

The purpose of this literature study discussion is to illustrate the role of MSMEs (micro small and medium enterprises) in improving the welfare of the community. To discuss this problem using the literature study method. The results of the discussion show that the role of micro, small and medium enterprises is very important to improve the community's economy. This business was chosen because it has been proven tested in dealing with any situation including the monetary crisis and its major role in equalizing income and the welfare of the community

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pendidikankewirausahaan, persepsi kelayakan dan persepsi keinginan terhadap niat berwirausahamahasiswa. Pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan randomsampling yang berjumlah 74 mahasiswa STKIP PGRI Blitar dan teknik pengujian data yangmeliputi uji validitas dengan analisis faktor, uji reliabilitas dengan Alpha Cronbac, uji asumsiklasik dan analisis regresi liner berganda, untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitiansemua analisis menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pendidikankewirausahaan, persepsi kelayakan dan persepsi keinginan berpengaruh terhadap niatberwirausaha.

Abstract

Karakteristik remaja yang dinamis, energik, senang mencoba hal baru merupakan sumber daya yang kuat untuk berwirausaha. Namun, sumber daya tersebut sulit berkembang jika tidak memiliki motivasi yang kuat, sehingga perlu diadakan pelatihan. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat di Dusun Sukorejo ini adalah: (1) melakukan pelatihan membuat produk olahan kekinian dengan bahan-bahan tradisional; (2) mengembangkan dan meningkatkan jiwa kewirausahaan remaja; dan (3) meningkatkan keterampilan remaja dalam memanfaatkan waktu luang. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan ceramah, diskusi dan keterampilan praktek langsung. Hasil dari pelatihan kewirausahaan ini adalah remaja peserta memiliki hasil produk makanan ringan kekinian yang memiliki nilai jual sehingga dapat dipasarkan guna membantu ekonomi keluarga serta mengembangkan potensi diri untuk berani berinovasi dalam melaksanakan wirausaha.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ROA, NPL, Suku Bunga terhadap Harga Saham. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalahperusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2018-2020. Metode pemilihan sampel dengan menggunakanmetode purposive sampling dan diperoleh jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 19 perusahaan perbankan dengan jumlah data pengamatansebanyak 209. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi panel dengan menggunakan Eviews versi 9.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial ROA berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, NPL tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, dansuku bunga berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Kata Kunci : ROA, NPL, Interest Rate, Share Price

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi intrinsik dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan unit analisis karywan PT Kokoh Semesta Jakarta Utara, dengan populasi sebanyak 93 orang. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan jenis sampel jenuh/saturated sampling dengan jumlah sebanyak 93 responden, dengan teknikpengumpulan data adalah kuesioner. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan analisis regresi linear menggunakan SPSS versi 20.Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi intrinsik terhadap kinerja karyawan,terdapat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta secara simultan motivasi intrinsikdan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: motivasi intrinsik, lingkungan kerja fisik, kinerja karyawan

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational culture and organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and employee performance. This research was conducted on permanent employees of the Faculty of Economics, Bandung Islamic University. The data used in this study are primary data collected through questionnaires, processed using the SPSS analysis tool. The results of the study show that organizational culture has no significant effect on performance and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on performance and OCB, finally, OCB has a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy of increasing sales volume through the marketing mix at Balubur Town Square (Baltos). The results showed that the products sold at Baltos were not as diverse as most of the women's and children's clothing, the prices offered were relatively the same for the same products, the location of Baltos was strategically located in downtown Balubur, sales promotion had not been maximized by Baltos towards the activities of selling its products, the buying and selling process takes place face to face at Baltos, the employees who work are workers who specifically sell clothes according to the products being sold, the arrangement of shops is not much different from one shop to another. The strategy that is expected to increase sales volume is to offer a wider variety of products at lower prices and to carry out more vigorous promotions to attract buyers. The buying and selling process should also be carried out online by utilizing skilled employees and displaying the uniqueness of the shop that sells the product.
