Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, metode yang digunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMPN 15 Kendari Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015 kelas VIII . Hasil tes digunakan sebagai dasar pemilihan subjek wawancara dan dipilih 5 orang siswa. Data wawancara digunakan sebagai pembanding data hasil tes. Analisa data dilakukan melalui langkah-langkah menelaah seluruh data, reduksi data, penyajian data dalam satuan-satuan, dan verifikasi data. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah kesalahan-kesalahan yang dilakukan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal faktorisasi suku aljabar ditinjau dari objek matematika yaitu kesalahan fakta, kesalahan konsep, kesalahan prinsip dan kesalahan prosedur. Faktor penyebab sehingga siswa melakukankesalahan yaitu siswa belum memahami cara pengoperasian bentuk aljabar secara baik dan benar, siswa tidak menguasai konsep-konsep yang berkaitan dengan operasi aljabar, siswa tidak memahami soal dengan baik dan siswa kurang teliti dalam mengerjakan soal dan siswa terkadang tidak mengerti dengan materi yang diajarkan oleh guru.Kata Kunci: analisis kesalahan siswa; faktorisasi suku aljabar;

Abstract

The research question is how to implement coordination in the electronic Resident Card or eKTP service in Kendari City.The study used a qualitative approach, collecting data by interviewing selected informants, studying documents from relevant agencies and other sources, and analyzed descriptively according to the Miles and Huberman interaction model. In conclusion, the implementation of coordination in eKTP services internally involves all elements and parts of the Kendari City Population and Civil Registration Service organization, vertically involving leaders and subordinates and horizontally involving various fields within the organization, between sections with other sections, as well as coordination among fellow employees. staff individually in each section. Externally, vertical coordination involves the Department of Population and Civil Registration with the Director General of Population of the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Provincial Office of Population and Civil Registration, horizontally involving the Central Bureau of Regency Statistics and Bappeda City of Kendari as planners and program makers related to eKTP services, population administration and civil registration, and The diagonal involves the sub-district government, village and sub-district governments in the Kendari City government area.

Abstract

One source of local revenue that has the potential to be developed to support regional fiscal capacity is revenue from regional levies. The purpose of this writing is to find out the strategy for increasing regional retribution revenue in Kendari City, Southeast Sulawesi Province. The results of the study found that the intensification strategy through improving the quality of public services and reforming the collection system, improving the quality of management staff, using technology, and increasing supervision, as well as the extensification strategy through updating rules, creating new regulations and establishing new sources of fees as well as increasing citizen awareness in Paying user fees is a strategy of the Kendari City government in an effort to increase local revenue.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of division of tasks, work climate and additional employee income on employee performance. The research uses a quantitative approach, involving 37 respondents taken randomly from 58 employees who make up the study population. The questionnaire uses a Likert scale, (1-5), data analysis uses a multiple regression model with SPSS version 26.0 facilities and hypothesis testing uses an alpha of 0.05. Research results 1) The division of tasks, work climate and provision of TPP have a significant effect on employee performance. The three variables show a significant positive effect on employee performance, meaning that the better the division of tasks, the conducive work climate and the fair provision of TPP, the higher the employee performance; 2) The results of the partial test also prove that the division of tasks has a significant effect on employee performance, the effect is positive and significant, meaning that a proportional division of tasks increases employee performance; 3) Work climate has a significant and positive effect on employee performance, meaning that the more conducive the work climate is, the higher the employee performance in carrying out their duties; 4) Provision of TPP has a significant and positive effect on employee performance, meaning that the fairer the TPP is, the employee's performance will also increase.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi diversifikasi produk dalam pertumbuhan perusahaan UD. Jambu Mete Lombe Mubaraq Kota Kendari. Data untuk penelitian ini berasal dari sumber primer dan sekunder. Informan penelitian dibagi menjadi informan utama, diantaranya adalah pemilik UD. Jambu Mete Lombe Kota Kendari, informan utama, termasuk dua orang pekerja perusahaan, dan informan pembantu, termasuk satu pelanggan. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian ini meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Reduksi data, tampilan data, dan pendekatan inferensi data digunakan dalam menganalisis penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, faktor-faktor berikut mempengaruhi perkembangan usaha UD. Jambu Mete Lombe di Kota Kendari : Preferensi konsumen bahwa dengan diversifikasi produk dapat mencegah kebosanan produk yang dibeli karena diversifikasi produk memberikan konsumen lebih banyak pilihan jajanan untuk dibeli, dengan hal itu dapat mempertahankan produk dari UD. Jambu Mete Mubaraq Lombe terus diminati konsumen. Persepsi konsumen terhadap jambu mete mubaraq lombe dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis, UD. Jambu Mete Mubaraq Lombe dengan hati-hati mempertimbangkan bahaya pendapatan baru, menawarkan layanan yang luar biasa, menangkap pangsa pasar, menemukan pemasok yang dapat diandalkan, dan membangun ikatan yang kuat dengan pelanggan untuk mendorong loyalitas pelanggan. Langkah awal UD. Jambu Mete Mubaraq Lombe dengan strategi diversifikasi produk adalah mendorong pertumbuhan setelah pasar atau produk saat ini mencapai tahap kedewasaan dalam siklus hidup produk karena siklus hidup produk pendek (PLC). UD. Mete Mubaraq Lombe melakukan tindakan dengan bertanggung jawab atas produksi dan administrasi pengembangan usaha Kota Kendari. Usaha Jambu Mete Mubaraq Lombe Dalam rangka mengembangkan perusahaannya, terus berkonsentrasi menciptakan kombinasi cita rasa produk baru. Kegiatan pengembangan sumber daya manusia dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan staf UD. Jambu Mete Mubaraq Lombe ingin memaksimalkan potensi yang dimiliki setiap orang melalui pelatihan guna menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas yang juga menguntungkan bagi perusahaan

Abstract

The research problems are: 1) Do competence and provision of functional allowances simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of agricultural instructors?; 2) Does competency have a significant effect on the performance of agricultural instructors?; 3) Does the provision of functional allowances have a significant effect on the performance of agricultural instructors? The approach used uses quantitative methods in answering research problems, by conducting a survey of all agricultural instructors in West Muna Regency in 11 UPTs of Agricultural Extension Centers and Agricultural Service Headquarters, totaling 68 people, and a sample of 40 respondents was determined using the Slovin method in determine the number of samples. The research instrument is a questionnaire with a Likert scale with a score range of 1-5. Data analysis used a multiple regression model, with the help of SPSS version 26. The significance test used an alpha criterion of 0.05 to test the proposed hypothesis. The results of the research were concluded: 1) Competency and provision of functional allowances simultaneously had a significant effect on the performance of agricultural extension officers; 2) Competence has a significant effect on the performance of agricultural instructors; 3) providing functional allowances also has a significant effect on the performance of agricultural instructors. Both variables show a positive influence, meaning that the better the competence and satisfactory provision of functional allowances, the better the performance of agricultural instructors.

Abstract

This study investigates the potential of Walasiho Village, with Biru Lake as its main attraction icon, to be developed into a superior tourism village. Using quantitative descriptive analysis to analyze the feasibility score of Walasiho Village into a tourism village that includes indicators such as attractions, accessibility, facilities, and additional services, Walasiho Village achieved a score of 70.50, indicating its feasibility for tourism village development. SWOT analysis to measure the internal and external environment identifies key strengths, including the natural beauty of Biru Lakes, strong community support, and opportunities such as local government support and high public interest in tourism. However, drawbacks such as inadequate facilities and a lack of innovative attractions are also noted. The study recommends the need for strategic initiatives to address these weaknesses, including capacity building and infrastructure upgrades. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the tourism sector has further demonstrated the need for resilient and adaptive strategies. This research contributes to the understanding of rural tourism development and provides actionable recommendations for sustainable development, local economic development, and community welfare in Walasiho village. Future research should explore the long-term effects of tourism development on local communities and evaluate the success of strategies implemented.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors inhibiting access to MSME funding that occur in the South Konawe Regency. The method in this research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The data collection method was carried out by conducting interviews with MSME actors and the Cooperative and MSME Service in South Konawe Regency. From the results of the research carried out, it was found that several factors cause obstacles to access to funding, namely, there are still many MSME actors who do not legalize their businesses using their Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) and the lack of assistance provided by the government through the Cooperatives and MSMEs Service to business actors in South Konawe Regency.

Abstract

Generation Z is one of the groups of society with the largest number and workforce. Based on data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), Southeast Sulawesi Province shows a positive trend in people investing.  The number of investors will increase by 43.3% in 2022-2023 and the largest investors are those belonging to Generation Z. This is due to financial literacy and financial inclusion so that they are more aware of managing their finances to invest in safer and better places. This research uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative method. The number of respondents in the research was 97 respondents. The results in this study show that all variables (exogenous and endogenous) have a significant influence.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse business development strategies to increase revenue at UD. Baruasa Membiri in Kendari City. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in the regional economy, particularly in maintaining business sustainability and enhancing competitiveness. In facing increasingly intense competition, UD. Baruasa Membiri implements various business development strategies, such as product diversification, market share expansion, and partnerships and collaborations. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with SWOT analysis techniques. Data were obtained through observations, interviews, and documentation from the owner and employees of UD. Baruasa Membiri. The results of the study indicate that the implemented business development strategies contribute to revenue growth, despite challenges in marketing and product innovation. By optimising internal strengths and external opportunities, UD. Baruasa Membiri can enhance its income and achieve sustainable business growth.
