Abstract

Rendahnya minat baca di kalangan siswa sekolah dasar menjadi tantangan dalam peningkatan literasi di Indonesia, terutama di daerah pedesaan dengan keterbatasan sarana dan variasi buku bacaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pakar berbasis website yang dapat merekomendasikan buku bacaan sesuai dengan minat siswa menggunakan metode forward chaining. Sistem dirancang untuk menelusuri jawaban siswa terhadap sepuluh pertanyaan sederhana yang mencerminkan preferensi genre, gaya buku, dan karakter tokoh favorit. Proses inferensi dilakukan dengan mencocokkan fakta awal (jawaban siswa) dengan basis aturan IF–THEN yang telah disusun dalam tiga tingkat: penentuan genre, gaya buku, dan judul buku. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan HTML, CSS, PHP, dan MySQL, serta diuji pada sepuluh siswa kelas 3–6 SD dengan minat baca yang bervariasi. Hasil sistem berupa rekomendasi buku dalam bentuk genre dan judul spesifik yang relevan dengan preferensi siswa. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode forward chaining efektif dalam menghasilkan rekomendasi yang personal dan aplikatif, serta berpotensi menjadi alat bantu dalam mendukung gerakan literasi anak sejak dini.

Abstract

This study explores the role and importance of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) volunteer organizations in influencing various dimensions of societal life, namely social, economic, environmental, health, and educational aspects. Through qualitative analysis, this research identifies the significant contributions of ICT volunteer organizations in community empowerment, enhancing digital skills, and providing access to information. The results of the study indicate that the activities of ICT volunteers not only improve digital literacy but also have a broad positive impact on various aspects of life.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role and impact of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) volunteer organizations in digital literacy development, focusing on goal setting, needs identification, and the volunteer recruitment process. The research concept indicates that clear goal setting, which includes needs identification, consultation with stakeholders, and SMART goal development, significantly contributes to the effectiveness of digital literacy program implementation. Furthermore, identifying needs and challenges, including in-depth research and priority analysis, as well as program adjustments, influences the success of program monitoring and evaluation. The volunteer recruitment and selection process, which includes criteria selection, information dissemination, a rigorous selection process, and training and monitoring, plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and commitment of volunteers, impacting the program evaluation outcomes. This research concept provides insights into how the relationship of ICT volunteer organizations can enhance the effectiveness of digital literacy programs through strategic planning, appropriate volunteer selection, and community-based program adjustments. The importance of feedback in the evaluation process is highlighted to improve and refine digital literacy programs in the future.

Abstract

Unemployment remains one of the major challenges faced by Indonesia. The government has implemented various policies such as the Pre-Employment Card (Kartu Prakerja), vocational education, labor-intensive programs, and regulatory reforms through the Job Creation Law. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Indonesian government’s efforts to reduce unemployment based on previous research using a qualitative descriptive approach through a literature review. The findings indicate that government policies have had a positive impact on improving skills and maintaining social stability; however, their effectiveness remains limited due to weak inter-agency coordination, skill mismatches between workers and industry needs, and a lack of sustainable employment opportunities. Therefore, stronger synergy among programs and better alignment between training and industrial demands are needed to ensure that government policies have a tangible impact on reducing national unemployment rates.
