Abstract

The following research aims to determine the effect of effectiveness AIS, AIS user techniques, and internal control partially and simultaneously on individual performance, with a sample by 40 people. The research instrument is a questionnaire from the Validity Test and Reliability Test. Data analysis techniques with the help of SPSS ver.26. The final results show that partially the effectiveness of AIS, AIS user techniques, and internal control have a significant positive effect on individual performance and simultaneously the effectiveness of AIS, AIS user techniques and internal controls have a significant effect on individual performance. The influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 73.4%. Advice that can be given is to improve individual performance at PT. Mardika Griya Prasta matches to update the information system used, so that later it will be able to support individual/employee performance. Besides that PT. Mardika Griya Prasta is expected to always implement internal control properly.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan Industri Kecil Menengah merupakan proses memberikan kekuatan, pengetahuan, dan sumber daya kepada individu, kelompok, atau masyarakat yang mengacu pada sejauh mana pemberdayaan tersebut berhasil dilakukan untuk mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan yang dapat diukur melalui dampak positif yang dihasilkan, perubahan yang terjadi, atau peningkatkan kapasitas dan partisipasi yang terjadi. Hal tersebut diperlukan suatu kebijakan Pemerintah Daerah yang nantinya mengarah pada ekonomi mikro yang berbasis kerakyatan dalam usaha mewujudkan IKM menjadi usaha yang tangguh dan mandiri serta dapat berkembang menjadi usaha menengah dan juga meningkatkan peranan IKM (Industri Kecil Menengah) dalam pembentukan produk nasional, perluasan kesempatan kerja dan berusaha meningkatkan eskpor serta peningkatan dan pemerataan pendapatan. Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Gianyar berupaya untuk menghadirkan program pemberdayaan dan pelatihan untuk IKM di daerah Gianyar untuk mengatasi Permasalahan IKM di lingkungan daerah Gianyar. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian adalah bersama dengan Disperindag Gianyar memberikan pelatihan kepada IKM di Gianyar terkait dengan peningkatan teknologi dan perdagangan luar negeri, selain itu juga mengajak IKM untuk ikut dalam kegiatan pameran. Pelatihan tersebut diharapkan dapat memajukan IKM sehingga IKM dapat berkontribusi dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja sehingga mampu memperkuat perekonomian dan juga melestarikan warisan budaya lokal. Selain itu produk lokal juga dapat menembus pasar internasional sehingga dapat meningkatkan devisa negara

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini agar melihat pengaruh store atmosphere, word of mouth, service quality secara individual dan bersamaan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini mempunyai sampel sejumlah 100 orang. Teknik analisis datanya memakai Uji Reabilitas, Uji Validitas, Anaisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Koefisien Deaterminasi, Uji t dan Uji F. Berdasar hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa word of mouth memberi pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, terdapat pengaruh positif bermakna anatar store atmosphere dengan loyalitas pelanggan, secara positif bermakna service quality mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan dan store atmosphere, word of mouth dan service quality memberi pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap loyalitas pelanggan yakni senilai 57,2%.

Abstract

Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and less than optimal management of digital marketing strategies, Sekar Madu SMEs experienced a decrease in sales volume and decreased revenue. Therefore, the solution that can be offered to the owner is to use digital marketing strategies through social media and utilize digital technology by making branding videos at Sekar Madu SMEs to support digital marketing in the hope of increasing sales volume and profits. This community service activity aims to help the owner of Sekar Madu SMEs in terms of improving their business marketing through social media by utilizing digital technology, namely making branding videos that will help introduce a product in a wider range through social media, to increase sales volume and profits. The methods used in community service activities are observation, interviews, and documentation in the form of applying digital technology by making branding videos. The result of this community service activity is that the owners of Sekar Madu SMEs begin to understand current, correct and effective branding, promotion or marketing strategies, and have the awareness to continue to innovate in terms of digital promotion or marketing through social media.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini agar melihat pengaruh store atmosphere, word of mouth, service quality secara individual dan bersamaan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini mempunyai sampel sejumlah 100 orang. Abstract

Pulau Bali, dikenal sebagai "Pulau Dewata," merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata terpopuler di Indonesia dengan berbagai objek wisata alam, budaya, dan buatan. Dengan meningkatnya jumlah wisatawan, sektor pariwisata menjadi pilar utama ekonomi Bali. Namun, biro perjalanan seperti Bali Best Adventure menghadapi tantangan dalam memanfaatkan Instagram sebagai media promosi. Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan Instagram untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk Bali Best Adventure. Metode yang digunakan meliputi koordinasi pembuatan konten dengan staf marketing, editing konten, dan penjadwalan upload. Konten yang diproduksi terdiri dari satu foto untuk feed dan empat foto untuk Instagram Stories, dengan fokus pada kualitas visual, penggunaan logo, serta caption dan hashtag yang menarik. Dalam empat hari, jumlah pengikut meningkat dari 386 menjadi 403, dan jumlah like pada postingan terakhir naik dari 3-5 menjadi 14. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang lebih aktif di Instagram dapat meningkatkan engagement dan penjualan.

Abstract

The research examined how the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and e-marketing can enhance the sustainability and competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). It addresses the gap in existing literature regarding the synergistic effects of these technologies in overcoming resource constraints often faced by MSMEs during digital transformation. While previous research has focused on the individual benefits of AI or IoT, limited attention has been given to their combined impact on e-marketing and its influence on MSME sustainability. The research applied a quantitative approach to survey 200 MSMEs in Denpasar City through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed with PLS-SEM version 4.0. The findings reveal that AI improves access to e-marketing channels and operational efficiency, while IoT enhances data analytics and automates business processes. Their integrated adoption significantly boosts digital marketing performance, positively affecting MSME sustainability. The challenges identified include the high costs and expertise required for effective implementation. Nonetheless, with appropriate investment and technical support, AI, IoT, and e-marketing synergy can make MSMEs more sustainable. From a managerial perspective, the long-term integration of these technologies into business strategies is critical for sustaining growth in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini tentang pengaruh leverage keuangan dan corporate social responsibility terhadap tax avoidance. Tujuan penelitian yaitu menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh variabel independen leverage keuangan dan corporate social responsibility terhadap variabel dependen tax avoidance. Seluruh perusahaan perbankan yang tercatat di BEI periode 2019 – 2021 adalah populasi penelitian ini. Sampel yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode purposive sampling, sehingga perusahaan perbankan yang termasuk dalam kriteria sampel sebanyak 31 perusahaan dari 46 populasi perusahaan perbankan yang tercatat di BEI. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penlitian ini yaitu data sekunder. Model regresi linear berganda dipergunakan sebagai analisis data. Penelitian didapatkan hasil, yaitu: (1) leverage keuangan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap tax avoidance, (2) corporate social responsibility berpangaruh positif signifikan terhadap tax avoidance.

Abstract

The two major factors that influence investment decisions are an individual's financial literacy and the regulatory framework in existence. In the wake of fast-growing investments, especially among MSMEs in Denpasar, it is important to understand how financial literacy and government regulations influence investment decisions. The aim of the paper is to analyze the influence of financial literacy on investment decisions, and the contribution of government policies to this influence. The design used in this study is a quantitative approach with questionnaires given out to 200 respondents that perform investment activities within Denpasar. In analyzing data, PLS-SEM is used to test the hypotheses stated in this research paper. The result from the study revealed that financial literacy has a significantly positive influence on the investment decision. Furthermore, government regulations have a moderating role but with a relatively smaller effect, which means that effective regulation can strengthen the positive influence of financial literacy on investment decisions.

Abstract

More frequent extreme weather conditions disrupt urban ecosystems and the sustainability of MSMEs, crucial contributors to the local economy. This paper seeks to explore extreme weather conditions' impacts on MSMEs in Denpasar, Indonesia, and the mitigation role of digital technologies using IoT and GIS for environmental risk mitigation. This study employs a quantitative approach by using PLS-SEM in order to analyze the interactions between extreme weather, digital adaptation strategies, and the sustainability of MSMEs. It was found that extreme weather negatively impacts the operation and financial stability of MSMEs, while digital adaptation strategies have significantly improved their resilience and sustainability. The originality of this study lies in integrating resilience theory and technological determinism to address the challenges of urban MSMEs. Recommendations on how to strategically facilitate digital transformation to enhance operational efficiency for sustainable urban development are provided
