Abstract

Latar belakang: Semakin banyaknya perusahan dalam industri, menciptakan persaingan yang ketat antar beberapa perusahaan farmasi. Nilai perusahaan menjadi acuan bagi investor untuk mengetahui kinerja perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, dalam menentukan nilai perusahaan perlu mempertimbangkan berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan agar mampu memaksimalkan nilai perusahaan. Tujuan: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Profitabilitas, Pertumbuhan Penjualan, dan Kebijakan Hutang terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada Perusahaan Farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2014-2018. Metode Penelitian: Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dengan regresi linier berganda. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini yaitu profitabilitas yang diproksikan dengan ROA, pertumbuhan penjualan yang diproksikan dengan sales growth, dan kebijakan hutang yang diproksikan dengan DER. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah nilai perusahaan yang diproksikan dengan PBV. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 4 perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2014-2018. Teknik dalam pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Alat bantu analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian: Profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Pertumbuhan penjualan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,472 > 0,05. Kebijakan hutang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05. Profitabilitas, pertumbuhan penjualan, dan kebijakan hutang secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05. Kesimpulan: Profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, pertumbuhan penjualan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, kebijakan hutang berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, serta profitabilitas, pertumbuhan penjualan, dan kebijakan hutang berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kewirausahaan di Ranting Aisyiyah. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah ibu ibu anggota dan simpatisan Ranting Aisyiyah Tinalan Kotagede. Permasalahan diselesaikan dalam tiga tahapan kegiatan yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan atau realisasi kegiatan dan evaluasi. Persiapan dilakukan dengan melakukan survey pendahuluan untuk melihat kondisi di lapangan . Pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan pelatihan, menggunakan metode ceramah dilanjutkan dengan diskusi tanya jawab. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan dan menyimpulkan data dari masing-masing tahapan kegiatan. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat yaitu Pengabdian Masyarakat di ranting Aisyiyah Tinalan Kotagede berjalan dengan baik ditunjukkan dengan tumbuhnya motivasi berwirausaha Ibu-Ibu Ranting Aisyiyah Tinalan Kotagede.

Abstract

Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan keuangan keluarga bagi ibu ibu Ranting Aisyiyah. Masalah dan Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk memberikan pemahaman terkait pengelolaan keuangan eluarga bagi ibu ibu Ranting Aisyiyah Tinalan.Persiapan dilakukan dengan melakukan survey pendahuluan untuk melihat kondisi di lapangan . Pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan dan menyimpulkan data dari masing-masing tahapan kegiatan. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat yaitu Pengabdian Masyarakat pada ibu – ibu Ranting Aisyiyah Tinalan berjalan dengan baik dan sangat antusias dalam mengelola keuangan keluarga menjadi lebih baik.

Abstract

Program kemitraan masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan mitra yaitu Anak – anak Panti Asuhan Putri Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu mitra dalam memecahkan permasalahan yang dimiliki yaitu : (1) Belum adanya pelatihan manajemen bisnis; (2) Belum adanya pelatihan pembuatan produk yang memiliki nilai jual. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah pelatihan pembuatan masker bermotif bagi Anak Panti Asuhan Putri Muhammadiyah Pakem sehingga diharapkan dapat mengedukasi anak anak terkait manajemen bisnis dan membuat kreatifitas produk yang memiliki nilai jual dengan teknik decoupage. Metode pelatihannya yaitu 1). Metode Edukasi, peserta yang merupakan seluruh anak-anak asuh Panti Asuhan Muhammadiyah Putri Pakem diberikan edukasi terkait manajemen bisnis; 2). Metode Diskusi, peserta pelatihan yang merupakan anak – anak diberikan waktu untuk bertanya terkait manajemen bisnis, sehingga diharapkan ada diskusi yang dapat memahamkan anak-anak panti tersebut; 3).Metode Praktek Pelatihan Pembuatan Produk yang memiliki nilai jual, anak – anak panti asuhan didorong untuk mempraktekkan cara mendesain produk. Tim penyelenggara pengabdian ini memberikan paket produk yang dapat dipraktekkan secara langsung dan didampingi langsung oleh tim.Target luaran wajib kemitraan masyarakat ini adalah : Pertama, publikasi ilmiah pada Jurnal ber ISSN/Prosiding jurnal Nasional Terakreditasi pada Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat (Submitted). Kedua, Poster dan Buku. Ketiga, Dokumentasi pelaksanaan berupa video kegiatan yang diupload di Youtube. Keempat, Haki.

Abstract

The financial services authority stated that the industrial profit in the national banking industry, namely in the fourth quarter of 2015 decreased compared to the fourth period of 2014. This can be seen from the indicator of Return On Assets (ROA) of the banking industry which was lower than 2014. In December In 2014 the Return On Assets (ROA) of the banking industry was 2.85%, while in November 2015 the Return On Assets (ROA) was at 2.30%. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of firm size, leverage and capital structure on the company's financial performance either partially or simultaneously. Firm size uses company assets, leverage is measured using the Debt to Total Asset Ratio (DAR) ratio, capital structure is measured using the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) ratio and the company's financial performance is measured using return on assets (ROA). The sample used in this study is the sub-sector of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period, which amounted to 27 companies. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that partially firm size and capital structure have a significant effect on the company's financial performance and leverage has no significant effect on the company's financial performance. Simultaneous research results show that firm size, leverage and capital structure together have a significant effect on the company's financial performance.

Abstract

The development of world technology, especially in Indonesia, is progressing. Many new and innovative creative ideas have emerged in the field of digital technology. Currently, in the financial sector, various technological innovations have emerged that make it easier to carry out financial transactions and other financial activities carried out by the general public, commonly known as FinTech, or Financial Technology. FinTech is a very potential opportunity during COVID-19. However, there are still many people who do not understand the concept of financial inclusion, for example in the use of financial products. The Yogyakarta Financial Inclusion Index is a composite of 76.12%, conventional 75.85%, and Sharia 8.92%. Increasing financial inclusion through fintech cannot be separated from the social influence that accompanies every trend in society in the use of financial services. The type of research used is quantitative. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of financial inclusion and social influence on people's interest in using FinTech in the special region of Yogyakarta. primary data source using a primary data questionnaire with 114 respondents and e-wallet users. The results of this study indicate the influence of financial inclusion and social influence on interest in using FinTech. Because of how easy it is for people to get to and use FinTech, like e-wallets, to make transactions easier.

Abstract

With accountability and transparency of financial reports that are carried out by amil zakat institutions, especially LAZ, this gives the public freedom to evaluate performance and gives trust to Muzakki and the public about what has been carried out by Amil Zakat Institutions. Obstacles that impede the development of zakat institutions in managing zakat funds are due to the problem of the lack of understanding of the community or muzaki in understanding the importance of zakat in shared welfare, as well as the lack of trust in zakat institutions. Low awareness of taxpayers, trust in BAZ and LAZ and Muzaki behavior that is still short-term, decentralized, and interpersonal oriented. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of the Transparency and Accountability of LAZISMU's reports on the trust of the people of Yogyakarta City. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive variable to analyze the data by describing the data that has been collected from the respondents' answers to the items in the questionnaire. As well as inferential statistical analysis to show the relationship between the research variables. The data analysis technique used in this study is Multiple Regression Analysis to test whether or not the influence of the two independent variables (X1 and X2) has on the dependent variable (Y). based on the results of the research hypothesis on the variable transparency and accountability of financial statements using the F test has a positive and significant influence on public trust in donating to Lazismu Yogyakarta City.

Abstract

Introduction: An economic business entity with a balance of trade-offs between maximizing profit (Juhari et al., 2022). The ability to adapt the need of uncomfortable changes and uncertain condition (Diharto, 2018). The more advanced technology and competition, the better it is to search for need (Hidayat et al., 2023). The development of increasingly advanced technology, in the form of the internet, makes it possible for information to be accessed from various places (Anita et al., (2019).Improving the quality of human resources regarding the renewal of effective and efficient administrative governance through non-formal education (Aji et al., 2022). Communication has an important role in creating or realizing the duality of structuration (Rasyid, 2022).  Utilize information technology and communication to support effectiveness and administrative efficiency ( Aji et al., 2022).  Students often experience financial problems, one of which is caused by consumptive behavior. Extends to a broader transdisciplinary interest (Boro, 2023).  Most of the students make online transactions or online loans through fintech payments (Paylater), and they think that using Paylater can help solve their financial problems and needs. Crashes and high expectations in certain conditions will result in a financial crisis (Sumar’in et al., 2020).  Given this, financial management requires an understanding of and knowledge of financial literacy and fintech payments (PayLater). The problem faced is not bookkeeping money ( Diyah et al., 2020). Understand and have limited access to obtain capital assistancefrom financial institutions (Hafni et al., 2020). Purpose: This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of financial literacy and fintech payments (PayLater) on student financial management. Methodology/Approach: This research is a type of quantitative research with an associative strategy. As the largest Muslim country in the world, Indonesia is a home to many Islamic organizations whose activities are as diverse as their religious orientation (Samsudin, 2022).The sample used is active students at Aisyiyah Yogyakarta University who use one of the paylater types (Shopee Paylater, GoPayLater, Kredivo, Akulaku, and Traveloka Later). The data collection method in this study used primary data collected by distributing questionnaires online to all students at Aisyiyah University, Yogyakarta. Findings: The results obtained after data analysis are that partially financial literacy (X1) has a significant effect on the financial management of students using paylater (Y), while financial technology payments (X2) have no effect on the financial management of students using paylater (Y). Simultaneously, financial literacy (X1) and financial technology payments (X2) affect the financial management of pay-later-using students at 'Aisyiyah University, Yogyakarta. Originality/ Value/ Implication: The results of this study can be concluded as follows: 1) There is a significant simultaneous effect on financial literacy (X1) and financial technology payments (X2) on the financial management of students who use paylater. 2) There is a significant partial effect of financial literacy (X1) on the financial management of students who use paylater. and 3) There is no effect of financial technology payments (X2) on the financial management of students using paylater.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that occurred in Indonesia required the government to take steps by imposing policies during the pandemic. Applicable policies such as the enactment ot the large-scale social restriction policy (PSBB), the imposition of restrictions in community activities (PPKM). This gave rise to a phenomenon during the pandemic that occurred in companies, especially food franchises. Phenomenon that occurs such as the closing of food aotlets in transit areas, shopping centers, and there are even companies that take to the streets to sell their products at relatively affordable prices. As a result of this phenomenon, there are many issues circulating that food franchise companies are experiencing financial distress. This study aims to determine whether a food franchise company is experiencing financial distress by analiysis it is using the Altman Z-score method. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach, the samples used are 3 food franchise companies. Data collection technidues using literature and documentation. The analysis technique was carried out using the altman Z-score method. The calculation result of the Z score using the Altman method state that food franchise companies are in a state of distress and declining income. The result of this study state that food franchise companies are experiencing financial distress and there is a risk of bankruptcy. This reserch is also a warning for companies in improving financial performance in the future, so that bankruptcy does not occur.

Abstract

Financial Risk Management Strategy for Startups in the Digital Age is an integrated approach used by startup companies to identify, mitigate, and manage financial risks arising in a dynamic digital environment. The strategy includes developing realistic budgets and financial projections, investing in cybersecurity and insurance, and diversifying revenue. The aim is to increase the company's resilience to market fluctuations and digital threats, and achieve sustainable business growth. The study conducted in this research uses the literature research method. The results show that there are three main strategies that can help startups manage financial risks. First, realistic budgeting and financial projections help startups monitor expenses and identify funding needs at each stage of development. Second, investing in adequate cybersecurity and insurance is crucial to protect business and customer data from digital threats and reduce potential financial losses due to data breaches or system failures. Thirdly, revenue diversification helps startups to be more resilient to market fluctuations, allowing companies to be more adaptive and proactive in managing risks.
