Abstract

This study aims to analyze the profit sharing system of Syari’ah Financial Organization with the clients’ attitude in doing an investment and know whetheror there is an opportunity for developing it. Thestatistic analysis used the product momentwith the questionnaires for the clients of Baitul Maal wat Tamwil SAFINAH Klaten. The correlation of the profit sharing and doing-an-investment was significant. It could be concluded that the people’s confident level in the system applied to the organization was very significant. Thus, more and more clients from year to year, it is possible that there will be an opportunity for developing it.

Abstract

The study aimed to examine the influence of factors in finance (firm size, ROI, financial leverage,EPS, proceeds, and current ratio) and non-finance (firm’s age, auditor’s and underwriter’s reputations,and sort of industry) on underpricing. Referring to the purposive sampling method, the number ofsamples in this study was 49 firms from 1999 to 2003. Data analysis used t test, F test, Rtest, anddouble linier regression with a 5 % level of significance. The test of financial variable influence on underpricing. The F test showed that the financialvariable influenced underpricing simultaneously. The independent variable in the model could explainthe dependent variable at 22.8%. The test of non-financial variable influence on underpricing,significant variables were the auditor’s and underwriter’s reputations, and sort of industry. The firm’sage variable influence on underpricing was insignificant. It means that the non-financial variableinfluenced underpricing simultaneously. The independent variable in the model could explain thedependent variable at 35.7%. The F test of financial and non-financial variable influences onunderpricing simultaneously.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to produce a module for the learning of clean and healthy life behaviors that kindergarten teachers can use in health learning and as an additional reference of clean and healthy life behaviors. This study was a research and development conducted in 10 steps by adapting educationalresearch and development according to Gall, Gall, & Borg’s model.This was a research and development study employing the steps of: (1) potentials and problems, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4) design validation, (5) product revision, (6) product tryout, (7) product revision, (8) product tryout, (9) product revision, and (10) mass production. The result of the study is a module for the learning of clean and healthy life behaviors for Group B of the kindergarten.Keywords: development, clean and healthy life behaviors, kindergarten students Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan modul pembelajaran perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat yang dapat digunakan guru TK dalam pembelajaran kesehatan.Modul pembelajaran yang dikembangkan diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai tambahan referensi guru TK tentang pembelajaran perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat. Penelitian ini melalui 10 tahapan dengan mengadaptasi penelitian dan pengembangan pendidikan model Borg & Gall. Langkah-langkah penelitian dan pengembangan sebagai berikut: (1) potensi dan masalah, (2) pengumpulan data, (3) desain produk, (4) validasi desain, (5) revisi produk, (6) uji coba produk, (7) revisi produk, (8) uji coba produk, (9) revisi produk, (10) produksi masal. Abstract

Abstract: One way to improve study result is by using the right learning model in order to improve students motivation. In general, volleyball games can be played by anyone and anywhere, but it is important to use the right method of learning. The correct method which was applied in solving problems of seventh grade students at Public Middle School 7 Nanga Pinoh was the Circuit Activity Model (MAS) that was also applied in the process of playing volleyball. The purpose to be achieved is to know the study result and student’s motivation in learning volleyball by using the model of circuit activity in learning physical education subject.Keywords: circuit activity model, scientific, learning outcomes, otivation, volleyball Abstrak: Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar adalah dengan menggunkan model pembelajaran yang tepat sehingga dapat meningkatkan motivasi siswa. Pada umumnya permainan bola voli dapat dimainkan oleh siapa saja dan dimana saya, namun penting menggunkan metode pembelajaran yang tepat, metode yang tepat diterapkan dalam mengatasi masalah pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 7 Nanga Pinoh adalah Model Aktivitas Sirkuit (MAS) dalam proses pembelajaran bola voli. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah untuk mengetahui hasil belajar dan motivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran bola voli dengan menggunakan model aktivitas sirkuit pada pembelajaran penjaskes.Kata Kunci: model aktivitas sirkuit, saintifik, hasil belajar, motivasi, bola voli
